Fig. 4 eine Explosionsansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Klemmschutzvorrichtung zeigt.
Claims (5)
- Klemmschutzvorrichtung für ein verdeckt angeordnetes Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster, wobei das Band einen an einem Flügel (16) montierten Flügelteil (1), einen an einem Rahmen (15) montierten Rahmenteil (2) sowie einen diese beiden Teile über zumindest eine Gelenksverbindung (3) verbindenden Bandlappen (4) umfasst, und wobei auf der Seite der Gelenksverbindung (3) des Bandlappens (4) im Rahmen (15) bzw. im Flügel (16) eine Aufnahme (5) vorgesehen ist, die der Aufnahme eines gebogenen Abschnitts (6) des Bandlappens (4) bei geschlossener Tür bzw. geschlossenem Fenster dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am offenen Ende der Aufnahme (5) für den gebogenen Abschnitt (6) des Bandlappens (4) eine schwenkbar gelagerte Abdeckklappe (7) vorgesehen ist, deren Drehachse (8) parallel zur Drehachse der Gelenksverbindung (3) des Bandlappens (4) verläuft, und die mittels zumindest einer Feder (9) gegen ihre geschlossene, die Aufnahme (5) verdeckende Stellung vorgespannt ist.
- Klemmschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckklappe (7) an ihrem der Drehachse (8) abgewandten freien Ende (10) einen abgewinkelten Abschnitt (11) aufweist, der in die Aufnahme (5) nach innen geneigt verläuft, und dass bei vollständig geöffneter Tür oder geöffnetem Fenster das freie Ende (10) der Abdeckklappe (7) am Bandlappen (4) anliegt.
- Klemmschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandlappen (4) sowohl im Rahmenteil (2) als auch im Flügelteil (1) über Gelenksverbindungen (3) mit den jeweiligen Teilen (1,2) verbunden ist, und dass am Rahmen (15) und am Flügel (16) jeweils eine schwenkbare Abdeckklappe (7) angeordnet ist.
- Klemmschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abdeckklappe (7) oberhalb und unterhalb jeweils Lagerelemente (12) zur Aufnahme der Drehachse (8) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Lagerelemente (12) symmetrisch zueinander ausgebildet sind, und dass sich jeweils zwischen Lagerelement (12) und Abdeckklappe (7) eine Feder (9) abstützt.
- Klemmschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerelemente (12) Aufnahmen (13) zur Halterung an einem Wandabschnitt (14) des jeweiligen Rahmens (15) bzw. Flügels (16) der Tür bzw. des Fensters aufweisen.
