锁定装置的设置在输液连接器使用前可保持壳体处于第一位置,且锁定打开器设置在壳体内侧,可保护操作者不会因误碰触而解锁,从而避免输液穿刺器外凸形成伤害。
输液穿刺器的导液通道为中空通道,制作工艺成熟,与其配套使用的输液容器中的密封膜所需穿刺力少且产生微粒或碎屑更少,减少微粒或碎屑进入输液容器与药液混合对人体造成危害。
密封装置的设置,可以确保输液连接器与外设输液容器之间密 封,防止液体泄漏。
通过设置螺纹、卡扣结构等形式的连接结构,使输液连接器与外设输液容器固定连接的作用。
通过设置阻隔装置,使输液管路在输液过程中,输液连接器内部部件不与外界接触,避免污染,可更好的保障药液的无菌状态,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
此输液连接器直接连接处于容器本体最低位的输液排出孔,可将容器本体内药液完全排空,避免浪费。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图5,一种输液连接器,包括本体1,本体1上设有连接器出液口12和设有可连通外设输液容器储液腔的连接器进液口11;本体1上设有用于固定连接外设输液容器的固定装置2,本体1 通过固定装置2与外设输液容器固定连接;本体1上设有带中空通道119的输液穿刺器16,输液穿刺器16上设有连接器进液口11,连接器出液口12通过连接器进液口11与外设输液容器储液腔连通;本体1上设有可动的壳体130,壳体130可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,输液穿刺器16在壳体130处于第一位置时不凸出于壳体130;本体1的外表面采用钝性结构,壳体130的外表面采用钝性结构。
本体和壳体的外表面采用钝性结构设计,可保护操作人员裸露的手部或其已穿戴的手套在进行输液操作时均不会被输液连接器损伤或破坏,避免形成锐利或突出部份对操作人员的切割、穿刺等伤害,也避免破坏操作人员的手套,防止在高传染环境下影响操作者健康。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,外设输液容器为输液瓶、输液袋。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1为中空圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1外侧设有环绕本体1的壳体130。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130为管状。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有握持部。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液连接器上设有复位装置6,所述复位装置6有效地结合至所述壳体130,并作用为使所述壳体130返回至它的起始位置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液连接器上设有复位弹簧 62,所述复位弹簧62有效地结合至所述壳体130,并作用为使所述壳体130返回至它的起始位置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有复位装置6。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体之间设有复位装置6,复位装置6包括设置于本体1上的复位弹簧容纳槽61,本体1外侧设有环绕本体的壳体130,复位弹簧容纳槽61上设有复位弹簧62,复位弹簧固定端绞接在复位弹簧容纳槽61底部,复位弹簧活动端绞接在壳体130底部,本体1上设有导向壳体130运动的导轨131。
复位弹簧的设置形式,是本发明中复位装置的一种设置形式,复位弹簧加工工艺成熟,可取得稳定的动力来源,能更好的实现壳体在输液连接器完成输液操作后的复位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有截止卡位。截止卡位的设置,可以很好地限定壳体的最大位移,避免壳体脱出。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,输液穿刺器16在壳体130处于第一位置时不凸出于壳体130,壳体130在输液连接器与外设输液容器处于固定连接状态时处于第二位置,输液穿刺器16在输液连接器与外设输液容器固定连接全过程不凸出于壳体130和外设输液容器的外表面和/或者外缘连线。
输液穿刺器不凸出于壳体可以体现为输液穿刺器在壳体处于第一位置时不凸出于壳体,另一方面,输液穿刺器在本体在与外设输液 容器固定连接全过程不凸出于壳体和外设输液容器的外表面和/或者外缘连线,配合外表面为钝性结构的本体和壳体,避免操作者在操作时受到锐器的损伤,可更好地保护操作者。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1和/或者壳体130上设有锁定打开器71,输液连接器通过锁定打开器71解除锁定装置7锁定状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,本体1和/或者壳体130上设有锁定打开器71,输液连接器通过锁定打开器71解除锁定装置7锁定状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,本体1和/或者壳体130上设有与外设输液容器进行固定连接时自动打开的锁定打开器71,输液连接器通过锁定打开器71解除锁定装置7锁定状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,本体1和/或者壳体130上设有与外设输液容器进行固定连接时自动打开的锁定打开器71,输液连接器通过锁定打开器71 传递解除锁定装置7锁定状态触发信号。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130上设有可弯曲变形的锁定片72,锁定片72上设有锁定片游离端和锁定片固定端,锁定片固定端固定在壳体130上,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,锁定装置7包括位于本体1顶部的锁定挡块73和位于锁定片游离端的锁定钩74,锁定钩74通过钩锁在锁定挡块73上进行锁定。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130上设有可弯曲变形的锁定片72,锁定片72上设有锁定片游离端和锁定片固定端,锁定片固定端固定在壳体130上,本体1与壳体130之间设有保持壳体130处于第一位置的锁定装置7,锁定装置7在壳体130处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,锁定装置7包括位于本体1顶部的锁定挡块73和位于锁定片游离端的锁定钩74,锁定钩74通过钩锁在锁定挡块73上进行锁定,锁定片游离端内侧还设有锁定打开器71,锁定打开器71通过锁定片72传递解除锁定装置7锁定状态触发信号。
锁定装置的设置在输液连接器使用前可保持壳体处于第一位置,且锁定打开器设置在壳体内侧,可保护操作者不会因误碰触而解锁,从而避免输液穿刺器外凸形成伤害。输液连接器与外设输液容器进行固定连接时对锁定打开器产生向外挤压的力,可弯曲变形的锁定片在锁定打开器受力时向外弯曲变形,带动锁定钩向外位移,伴随锁定钩脱出锁定挡块,锁定装置解锁。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130上设有配合外设输液容器 推动壳体130向第二位置滑动的推离档板132。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,壳体130顶部设有配合外设输液容器外壁在输液连接器与外设输液容器进行固定连接时推动已解除锁定状态的壳体130向第二位置滑动的推离档板132。
推离档板的设置,可方便壳体向第二位置滑动,同时减少输液连接器与外设输液容器进行固定连接所需的连接件长度,节省材料。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体1上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的内螺纹。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体1上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的卡扣结构。
本体上的内螺纹与外设输液容器上的外螺纹配合,起到牢固固定连接输液连接器和外设输液容器的作用。类似的,卡扣结构或者其它结构也可达到同样效果。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时通过与外设输液容器配合对本体1和外设输液容器之间进行水密性密封的密封装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有环绕输液管路进液口外侧的输液密封垫13。
密封装置的设置,可以确保输液连接器与外设输液容器之间密封,防止液体泄漏。环绕输液管路进液口外侧设置输液密封垫,可以 达到上述目的。当然在外设输液容器上设有输液密封垫时,输液管路上可以不设输液密封垫。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与外设输液容器之间通过封闭环14实现密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体上设有封闭环14。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有至少一道封闭环14,封闭环14突出于本体1内表面,本体1与外设输液容器之间通过封闭环14实现密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,封闭环14的横截面为半圆形或者梯形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有环绕输液穿刺器16的护缘121,输液穿刺器16不凸出于本体1的外表面和/或者本体1的外缘连线。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1内设有带中空通道119的输液穿刺器16,输液穿刺器16上设有连接器进液口11,连接器出液口12通过连接器进液口11与外设输液容器储液腔连通。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时配合外设输液容器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置15,阻隔装置15包括设置于本体1外侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
本体上设置阻隔垫槽和阻隔垫,阻隔垫槽、阻隔垫和所连接的外设输液容器配合可有效分隔内部部件与外界,阻隔装置的应用可以很好地防止外设输液容器排液口、连接器进液口和输液密封垫等内部部件与外界相通。在输液连接器使用过程中保持外设输液容器排液口、连接器进液口和输液密封垫等内部部件处于无菌状态。阻隔装置的应用还能很好地保持输液连接器与外设输液容器的位置状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有加药口,加药口上设有密封塞。
参照图6,一种输液管路,其特征在于,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器,还包括设有下输液连接器的输液导管3、流速调节器4和滴斗5。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述下输液连接器上设有用于固定连接外配输液装置的固定装置,下输液连接器通过固定装置固定连接外配输液装置,下输液连接器的外表面为钝性结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液导管3采用输液软管。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液软管至少设有一段。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液导管3外设有流速调节器4,或者输液导管3串联设有流速调节器4。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液导管3串联设有滴斗5。
参照图7,一种输液器,其特征在于,所述输液器包括上述任一输液连接器。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种输液连接器,包括本体,本体上设有连接器出液口和设有可连通外设输液容器储液腔的连接器进液口;本体上设有用于固定连接外设输液容器的固定装置,本体通过固定装置与外设输液容器固定连接;本体上设有带中空通道的输液穿刺器,输液穿刺器上设有连接器进液口,连接器出液口通过连接器进液口与外设输液容器储液腔连通;本体上设有可动的壳体,壳体可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,输液穿刺器在壳体处于第一位置时不凸出于壳体;本体的外表面采用钝性结构,壳体的外表面采用钝性结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,输液穿刺器在壳体处于第一位置时不凸出于壳体,壳体在输液连接器与外设输液容器处于固定连接状态时处于第二位置,输液穿刺器在输液连接器与外设输液容器固定连接全过程不凸出于壳体和外设输液容器的外表面和/或者外缘连线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述本体与壳体之间设有保持壳体处于第一位置的锁定装置,锁定装置在壳体处于第一位置时处于锁定状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述本体与壳体之间设有保持壳体处于第一位置的锁定装置,锁定装置在壳体处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,本体和/或者壳体上设有锁定 打开器,输液连接器通过锁定打开器解除锁定装置锁定状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述本体与壳体之间设有保持壳体处于第一位置的锁定装置,锁定装置在壳体处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,本体和/或者壳体上设有与外设输液容器进行固定连接时自动打开的锁定打开器,输液连接器通过锁定打开器解除锁定装置锁定状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有可弯曲变形的锁定片,锁定片上设有锁定片游离端和锁定片固定端,锁定片固定端固定在壳体上,本体与壳体之间设有保持壳体处于第一位置的锁定装置,锁定装置在壳体处于第一位置时处于锁定状态,锁定装置包括位于本体顶部的锁定挡块和位于锁定片游离端的锁定钩,锁定钩通过钩锁在锁定挡块上进行锁定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有可弯曲变形的锁定片,锁定片上设有锁定片游离端和锁定片固定端,锁定片固定端固定在壳体上,本体与壳体之间设有保持壳体处于第一位置的锁定装置,锁定装置包括位于本体上端的锁定挡块和位于锁定片游离端的锁定钩,锁定钩通过钩锁在锁定挡块上进行锁定,锁定片游离端内侧还设有锁定打开器,锁定打开器通过锁定片传递解除锁定装置触发信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述输液连接器上设有复位装置,所述复位装置有效地结合至所述壳体,并作用为使所述壳体返回至它的起始位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述输液连接器上设有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧有效地结合至所述壳体,并作用为使所述壳体返回至它的起始位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:本体与壳体之间设有复位装置,复位装置包括设置于本体上的复位弹簧容纳槽,本体外侧设有环绕本体的壳体,复位弹簧容纳槽上设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧固定端绞接在复位弹簧容纳槽底部,复位弹簧活动端绞接在壳体底部,本体上设有导向壳体运动的导轨。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:壳体上设有配合外设输液容器推动壳体向第二位置滑动的推离档板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:壳体顶部设有配合外设输液容器外壁在输液连接器与外设输液容器进行固定连接时推动已解除锁定状态的壳体向第二位置滑动的推离档板。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述本体上设有环绕在连接器进液口外侧的输液密封垫。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述固定装置为设置在本体上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液连接器,其特征在于:所述本体上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时配合外设输液容器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置。
  16. 一种输液管路,其特征在于,所述输液管路包括权利要求1~15中任一输液连接器。
  17. 一种输液器,其特征在于,所述输液器包括权利要求1~15中任一输液连接器。
