进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,管件护缘内侧设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置,阻隔装置包括设置于管件护缘内侧的阻隔垫槽和固定在阻隔垫槽上的阻隔垫。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,容器本体的顶部设有用于悬挂的吊环。
本发明的有益效果:
此输液容器通过设置密封膜,输液穿刺过程所需力量少且产生微粒少,解决现行输液操作时需穿刺密封胶塞产生大量微粒的问题,可更好的保障药液的纯净程度,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
通过设置阻隔装置,使输液容器与外配输液管路固定连接进行输液治疗时,输液容器和输液连接器的内部部件均不与外界接触,解决现行临床上外露的输液穿刺器受外界污染再穿刺进入下一组输液时引起的交叉污染问题,可更好的保障药液的无菌状态,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。可避免输液治疗场所中耐药性致病原和其它高致病传染源沾染在输液穿刺针所引起的院内感染。
输液操作时,不需使用外露的锐利穿刺器即可完成,只需使用配套的内嵌穿刺器的外配输液连接器,卡接或旋接在容器本体上,即可完成输液穿刺和固定连接两项操作,解决现行临床输液治疗中操作人员容易受到锐器损伤的问题,安全快捷。
通过设置螺纹、卡扣结构等形式的固定装置,使输液连接器与外配输液连接器固定连接的作用,可承载更多的输液附属组件,解决现行临床输液操作时输液针从输液瓶中滑落或脱落导致医疗事故的问题,保障输液安全的同时使医护人员能更多地选择适合病情需要的输液附属组件。
通过在倒圆锥形的底部设置处于容器本体最低位的输液排出口,可将容器本体内药液完全排空,避免药液浪费。
此输液容器结构简单、组件少,生产成本低,可有效降低医疗成 本。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体11的容器本体1;所述容器本体1上设有用于密闭中空腔体开口3的密封膜2,所述密封膜2上设有输液穿刺位;容器本体1上设有用于固定连接外配输液连接器的固定装置14,容器本体1通过固定装置14与外配输液连接器固定连接;容器本体1上还设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置152。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1设有至少一个中空腔体11。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体1的内腔为中空圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液容器选自输液瓶、输液袋、血袋、血浆袋、营养袋。当然输液容器也包括其它现场配制后加注药液用于输液的容器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的腔体底部为倒圆锥形 结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1底部延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管15。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体开口3通过排液管15与中空腔体11连通。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1底部延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管15,排液管15凸出容器本体1的距离不少于外配输液连接器上穿刺装置作输液穿刺时所需的最小输液穿刺距离。
排液管的设置可提供外配输液连接器的连接固定空间和可与内嵌输液穿刺器的外配输液连接器配套使用。操作人员应用内嵌穿刺器的外配输液连接器进行输液穿刺时,可避免外露且尖锐的输液穿刺器对操作人员形成损伤,保障医疗安全。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体开口3设置于容器本体1上中空腔体11的水平最低位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封膜2采用高分子材料制作。优选的,采用的高分子材料符合医用要求。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12,所述管件护缘 上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时通过与外配输液连接器配合对容器本体1和外配输液连接器之间进行水密性密封的密封装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有环绕中空腔体开口3外侧的输液密封垫25。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液密封垫25设置在管件护缘12内侧。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液密封垫25设置在排液管15外侧壁。
输液密封垫25的设置可在与外配的输液连接器连接时,保持输液过程中输液液流通道处于密封状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,排液管15上设有至少一道封闭环16,封闭环突出于排液管15外表面与外配输液连接器间实现密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,封闭环16的横截面为半圆形或者梯形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置14为设置在容器本体1上与所连接外配输液连接器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置14为设置在容器本体1上与所连接外配输液连接器匹配的内螺纹。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置14为设置在容器本体1上与所连接外配输液连接器匹配的卡扣结构。
容器本体上的内螺纹与外配输液连接器上的外螺纹配合,起到牢固固定连接输液容器和外配输液连接器的作用,可承载更多的输液附属组件,使医护人员能更多地选择适合病情需要的输液附属组件。类似的,卡扣结构或者其它结构也可达到同样效果。
管件护缘12和启用保护膜13的设置可保持输液排出口外用于连接外配输液连接器的部份在启用前处于已灭菌状态。使用时,只需撕开启用保护膜即可将外配输液连接器固定在固定装置上。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1上设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置152。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1的上表面设有环绕在中空腔体开口3外围且在与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置152。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,阻隔装置152包括设置于容器本体外侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,管件护缘12内侧设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置152,阻隔装置152包括设置于管件护缘12内侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
阻隔垫槽、阻隔垫和所连接的外配输液连接器配合,可有效分隔内部部件与外界,阻隔装置的应用可以很好地防止中空腔体开口、外配输液连接器上连接器入液口、输液穿刺器和输液密封垫等内部部件 与外界相通。在与外配输液连接器配合使用过程中保持中空腔体开口、外配输液连接器上连接器入液口、输液穿刺器和输液密封垫等内部部件处于无菌状态。阻隔装置的应用还能很好地保持外配输液连接器与容器本体的位置状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的顶部设有用于悬挂的吊环。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体的容器本体;所述容器本体上设有用于密闭中空腔体开口的密封膜,所述密封膜上设有输液穿刺位;容器本体上设有用于固定连接外配输液连接器的固定装置,容器本体通过固定装置与外配输液连接器固定连接;容器本体上还设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体底体延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管;所述排液管凸出容器本体的距离不少于外配输液连接器上穿刺装置作输液穿刺时所需的最小输液穿刺距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述密封膜采用高分子材料制作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述输液容器选自输液瓶、输液袋、血袋、血浆袋、营养袋。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述中空腔体开口通过排液管与中空腔体连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有环绕中空腔体开口外侧的输液密封垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体且环绕中空腔体开口的管件护缘,所述管件护缘上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘外端的启用保护膜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述管件护缘内侧设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置,阻隔装置包括设置于管件护缘内侧的阻隔垫槽和固定在阻隔垫槽上的阻隔垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述排液管上设有至少一道封闭环,所述封闭环突出于排液管外表面与外配输液连接器间实现密封。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述固定装置为设置在容器本体上与所连接外配输液连接器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
