背景技术
传统输液容器需设有输液穿刺位以供容器内液体排进输液管路,护理人员在更换输液时需手持穿刺针操作,容易误伤。
作输液穿刺时会产生一定量的胶塞微粒进入输液容器且穿刺针插入输液容器时因输液器和输液器上附件过多、过重,容易滑脱,形成医疗隐患。

输液操作时,不需使用暴露在外的穿刺针即可完成,外配输液连接器上可不设锐性物,只需使用配套的外配输液连接器,钝性接头卡接或旋接在容器本体上,即可完成输液连接,安全快捷。
此输液容器结构简单、组件少,生产成本低,可有效降低医疗成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图5,一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体11的容器本体1;所述容器本体1上设有位于中空腔体开口3的可活动密封块2;所述容器本体1通过可活动密封块2打开中空腔体开口3。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1设有至少一个中空腔体11。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液容器包括输液瓶、输液袋,当然输液容器也包括其它现场配制后加注药液用于输液的容器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封腔体1的内腔为中空圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的腔体底部为倒圆锥形结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体开口3设置于容器本体1上中空腔体11的水平最低位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1外壁上设有向内凹陷且远端向外延伸的可活动密封块2,可活动密封块2的容器内侧壁与容器本体1内壁环绕中空腔体开口进行虚焊密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2的内凹部分连接有一拨动启用杆21。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,拨动启用杆21的外侧设有一操作环22。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1外壁上设有向内凹陷且远端向外延伸的可活动密封块2,可活动密封块2的容器内侧壁与容器本体1内壁环绕中空腔体开口3进行虚焊密封,可活动密封块2的 内凹部分连接有一拨动启用杆21,拨动启用杆的外侧设有一操作环22。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为横置于中空腔体11内的密封板23,密封板23的上下两侧至少有一侧与中空腔体11的内壁进行虚焊密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封板23的上下侧边分别与中空腔体11内壁间进行虚焊密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为横置于中空腔体11底部的虚焊密封结构20。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述虚焊密封结构20为中空腔体11内壁间进行虚焊密封制成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动密封块2为横置于中空腔体11底部的虚焊密封结构20,所述虚焊密封结构20为中空腔体11内壁间进行虚焊密封制成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为围绕中空腔体开口3外的可活动密封膜24。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为可开启和/或者密闭中空腔体开口3的密封阀29。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1上设有用于固定密封阀29的固定器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,固定器呈中空圆柱状。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封阀29通过固定器固定在容器 本体1上,密封阀29上设有与中空腔体开口3相通的通孔,通孔上设有与中空腔体开口3相通的密封阀进液口和密封阀出液口,控制所述密封阀转动的密封阀转轴伸出固定器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1向内延伸设有定位底盘,密封阀29向外延伸设有定位动盘,定位底盘与定位动盘之间设有定位块。定位块可以是相互配合的定位凸起和定位凹槽,特别的,定位块为相互配合的半球状凸起和半球状凹陷。定位块优选至少设有两组,一组用于密封状态固定密封阀29,一组用于打开状态固定密封阀29。定位块的设置可以保证在设定密封阀29处于打开或密封状态后,避免密封阀29移位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封阀29与容器本体1之间水密性密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有位于管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12及管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动密封膜24向外延伸形成启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1上设有用于固定外配输 液连接器的固定块14。
管件护缘12和启用保护膜13的设置可保持中空腔体开口外用于连接外配输液连接器的部份在启用前处于已灭菌状态。使用时,只需撕开启用保护膜即可将外配输液连接器固定在固定块14上。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定块14采用卡扣结构或螺纹结构。采用螺纹结构的固定块,护理人员只需简单旋拧即可连接或分离外配输液连接器,使连接外配输液连接器更稳固,可以避免病人或家属在输液过程中误触碰而导致输液管路脱落。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体上设有环绕中空腔体开口3外侧的输液密封垫25。所述输液密封垫25的设置可与外配的输液连接器连接,保持输液过程中输液管路处于密封状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为位于容器本体1底部的可松脱密闭盖26,环绕所述可松脱密闭盖26设有一圈易裂部27,除去可松脱密闭盖26后的容器缺口为中空腔体开口3。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,可活动密封块2为位于容器本体1底部的可松脱密闭盖26,环绕所述可松脱密闭盖26设有一圈易裂部27,所述可松脱密闭盖26的底部设有开腔拉环28,除去可松脱密闭盖26后的容器缺口为中空腔体开口3。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的顶部设有用于悬挂的吊环。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等 同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体的容器本体;所述容器本体上设有位于中空腔体开口的可活动密封块;所述容器本体通过可活动密封块打开中空腔体开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体外壁上设有向内凹陷且远端向外延伸的可活动密封块,可活动密封块的容器内侧壁与容器本体内壁环绕中空腔体开口进行虚焊密封;可活动密封块的内凹部分连接有一拨动启用杆,拨动启用杆的外侧设有一操作环。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动密封块为横置于中空腔体底部的虚焊密封结构,所述虚焊密封结构为中空腔体内壁间进行虚焊密封制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动密封块为围绕中空腔体开口外侧的可活动密封膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动密封块为可开启和/或者密闭中空腔体开口的密封阀。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述密封阀通过固定器固定在容器本体上,密封阀上设有与中空腔体开口相通的通孔,通孔上设有与中空腔体开口相通的密封阀进液口和密封阀出液口,控制所述密封阀转动的密封阀转轴伸出固定器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体向内延伸设有定位底盘,密封阀向外延伸设有定位动盘,定位 底盘与定位动盘之间设有定位块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动密封块为位于容器本体底部的可松脱密闭盖,环绕所述可松脱密闭盖设有一圈易裂部,除去可松脱密闭盖后的容器缺口为中空腔体开口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有用于固定外配输液连接器的固定块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有环绕中空腔体开口外侧的输液密封垫。
