Abstract
一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体(11)的容器本体(1);所述容器本体(1)上设有紧密覆盖于中空腔体开口(3)的密封膜(2);所述密封膜(2)上设有输液穿刺位。该输液容器能对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
Description
本发明涉及医用包装材料领域,特别是涉及一种输液容器。
传统输液容器需设有输液穿刺位以供容器内液体排进输液管路,护理人员在更换输液时需手持穿刺针操作,容易误伤。
作输液穿刺时会产生一定量的胶塞微粒进入输液容器且穿刺针插入输液容器时因输液器和输液器上附件过多、过重,容易滑脱,形成医疗隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种排液完全、减少微粒及避免操作时刺伤的输液容器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体的容器本体;所述容器本体上设有紧密覆盖于中空腔体开口的密封膜;所述密封膜上设有输液穿刺位。

本发明的有益效果:此输液容器通过在倒圆锥形的底部设置处于容器本体最低位的输液排出口,可将容器本体内药液完全排空,避免药液浪费。
排液管的设置可提供外配输液连接器的连接固定空间,同时将排液管在容器本体上的凸起距离设置为不少于外配输液连接器上穿刺装置作输液穿刺时所需的最小输液穿刺距离,可以使外配输液连接器上穿刺装置的最前端设计成不凸出于外配输液连接器的最前端,达到避免穿刺装置突出输液连接器的最前端,避免护理人员发生穿刺伤。
通过设置密封膜,输液穿刺过程不易产生微粒,可更好的保障药液的纯净程度,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
输液操作时,不需使用暴露在外的穿刺针即可完成,只需使用配套的外配输液连接器,卡接或旋接在容器本体上,即可完成输液连接,安全快捷。
此输液容器结构简单、组件少,生产成本低,可有效降低医疗成
本。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液密封垫25设置在排液管15外侧壁。
输液密封垫25的设置可在与外配的输液连接器连接时,保持输
液过程中输液管路处于密封状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1上设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置15。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,阻隔装置15包括设置于容器本体外侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12,管件护缘12内侧设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置15,阻隔装置15包括设置于管件护缘12内侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
阻隔垫槽、阻隔垫和所连接的外配输液连接器配合,可有效分隔内部部件与外界,阻隔装置的应用可以很好地防止中空腔体开口、外配输液连接器等内部部件与外界相通。在与外配输液连接器配合使用过程中保持外设中空腔体开口、外配输液连接器和输液密封垫等内部部件处于无菌状态。阻隔装置的应用还能很好地保持外配输液连接器与容器本体的位置状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的顶部设有用于悬挂的吊环。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体的容器本体;所述容器本体上设有紧密覆盖于中空腔体开口的密封膜;所述密封膜上设有输液穿刺位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体底体延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管;所述排液管凸出容器本体的距离不少于外配输液连接器上穿刺装置作输液穿刺时所需的最小输液穿刺距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述密封膜由高分子材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述中空腔体开口通过排液管与中空腔体连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有环绕中空腔体开口外侧的输液密封垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体且环绕中空腔体开口的管件护缘,所述管件护缘内侧设有与外配输液连接器固定连接时配合外配输液 连接器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置,阻隔装置包括设置于管件护缘内侧的阻隔垫槽和固定在阻隔垫槽上的阻隔垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体且环绕中空腔体开口的管件护缘,所述管件护缘上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘外端的启用保护膜。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述排液管上设有至少一道封闭环,所述封闭环突出于排液管外表面与外配输液连接器间实现密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有用于固定外配输液连接器的固定块。
