本发明涉及医用包装材料领域,特别是涉及一种输液容器。
背景技术
传统输液容器需设有输液穿刺位以供容器内液体排进输液管路,护理人员在更换输液时需手持穿刺针操作,容易误伤。
作输液穿刺时会产生一定量的胶塞微粒进入输液容器且穿刺针插入输液容器时因输液器和输液器上附件过多、过重,容易滑脱,形成医疗隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种排液完全、减少微粒及避免操作时刺伤的输液容器。

输液操作时,不需使用暴露在外的穿刺针即可完成,只需使用配套的外配输液连接器,卡接或旋接在容器本体上,即可完成输液连接,安全快捷。
此输液容器结构简单、组件少,生产成本低,可有效降低医疗成本。

参照图1~图5,一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体11的容器本体1;所述容器本体1上设有位于中空腔体开口3的可活动连通杆2;所述容器本体1通过可活动连通杆2开启和/或者关闭中空腔体开口3。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1设有至少一个中空腔体11。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体1的内腔为中空圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液容器包括输液瓶、输液袋,当 然输液容器也包括其它现场配制后加注药液用于输液的容器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的腔体底部为倒圆锥形结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体开口3设置于容器本体1上中空腔体11的水平最低位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1底部延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管15。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述排液管15上设有与中空腔体11相通的连通杆通道150。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述连通杆通道150内设有可活动连通杆2。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2与连通杆通道150间水密性密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2内设有与中空腔体开口3相通的连通杆进液口26和连通杆出液口27。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1底部延伸设有凸出容器本体1表面的排液管15,所述排液管15上设有与中空腔体11相通的连通杆通道150;所述连通杆通道150内设有可活动连通杆2;所述可活动连通杆2与连通杆通道150间水密性密封;所述可活动连通杆2内设有与中空腔体开口3相通的连通杆进液口26和连通杆出液口27。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2通过改变顶部嵌入连通杆通道150的长度来进行截流,所述可活动连通杆2的连通 杆进液口26与连通杆通道150的截面形状贴合,可对液流通道进行完全截流。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2内设有内部中空的中空腔28,所述可活动连通杆2设有与中空腔28相通的入液通道281,所述入液通道281与可活动连通杆2一体制作,所述入液通道281垂直于可活动连通杆2。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2上设有用于配合外配输液连接器向上推动和/或者向下拉动可活动连通杆2运动的推拉扣位29。推拉扣位优选为倒扣结构,亦可以为外螺纹结构,只需外配输液连接器配置相应的推拉扣或内螺纹结构即可。当然推拉扣位也可以是其它结构形式。
推拉扣位29、截止卡位与外配输液连接器配合使用,可以使可活动连通杆2在输液过程中向上推动达到开启中空腔体开口3和向下拉动达到关闭中空腔体开口3的作用,且避免连通杆推进过度或拉离脱落。在输液过程中临时需要更换另一组输液时,只需拉离或旋离外配输液连接器,即可以封闭原输液,待机再行输液操作,避免药液浪费。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述连通杆通道150向外延伸有定位底盘,可活动连通杆2向内延伸有定位动盘,定位底盘和定位动盘之间设有定位装置。定位装置可以是相互配合的定位凸起和定位凹槽。
定位装置优选有两组。定位装置的设置可以确保可活动连通杆运 动是否到位,保证在设定开启或者关闭状态后,不会轻易变化,导致输液液体流出不畅或关闭失灵。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述可活动连通杆2与连通杆通道150间设有限定可活动连通杆2最大位移的截止卡位。截止卡位的设置,可以很好地的限定可活动连通杆2最大位移,便于操控,减少误操作和避免可活动连通杆2脱出。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1向外延伸设有凸出于容器本体1且环绕中空腔体开口3的管件护缘12,所述管件护缘上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘12外端的启用保护膜13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,排液管15上设有至少一道封闭环16,封闭环突出于排液管15外表面与外配输液连接器间实现密封。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,封闭环16的横截面为半圆形或者梯形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1上设有用于固定外配输液连接器的固定块14。
管件护缘12和启用保护膜13的设置可保持输液排出口外用于连接外配输液连接器的部份在启用前处于已灭菌状态。使用时,只需撕开启用保护膜即可将外配输液连接器固定在固定块14上。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定块14采用卡扣结构或螺纹结构。采用螺纹结构的固定块,护理人员只需简单旋拧即可连接或分离外配输液连接器,使连接外配输液连接器更稳固,可以避免病人或家属在输液过程中误触碰而导致输液管路脱落。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述容器本体1上设有环绕中空腔体开口3外侧的输液密封垫25。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液密封垫25设置在管件护缘12内侧。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液密封垫25设置在排液管15外侧壁。
输液密封垫25的设置可在与外配的输液连接器连接时,保持输液过程中输液管路处于密封状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,容器本体1的顶部设有用于悬挂的吊环。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种输液容器,包括设有中空腔体的容器本体;所述容器本体上设有位于中空腔体开口的可活动连通杆;所述容器本体通过可活动连通杆开启和/或者关闭中空腔体开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动连通杆内设有与中空腔体开口相通的连通杆进液口和连通杆出液口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体底部延伸设有凸出容器本体表面的排液管,所述排液管上设有与中空腔体相通的连通杆通道;所述连通杆通道内设有可活动连通杆;所述可活动连通杆与连通杆通道间水密性密封;所述可活动连通杆内设有与中空腔体开口相通的连通杆进液口和连通杆出液口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动连通杆通过改变顶部嵌入连通杆通道的长度来进行截流,所述可活动连通杆的连通杆进液口与连通杆通道的截面形状贴合,可对液流通道进行完全截流。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动连通杆内设有内部中空的中空腔,所述可活动连通杆设有与中空腔相通的入液通道,所述入液通道与可活动连通杆一体制作,所述入液通道垂直于可活动连通杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有环绕中空腔体开口外侧的输液密封垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体向 外延伸设有凸出于容器本体且环绕中空腔体开口的管件护缘,所述管件护缘上设有围绕覆盖管件护缘外端的启用保护膜。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体上设有用于固定外配输液连接器的固定块。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动连通杆上设有用于配合外配输液连接器向上推动和/或者向下拉动可活动连通杆运动的推拉扣位。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的输液容器,其特征在于:所述可活动连通杆与连通杆通道间设有限定可活动连通杆最大位移的截止卡位。
