Abstract
一种输液连接器包括本体(1),本体(1)上设有连接器出液口(12)和与输液容器排液口连通的连接器进液口(11)。本体(1)上设有用于固定连接输液容器的固定装置(2),本体(1)通过固定装置(2)与输液容器固定连接。本体(1)上设有中空腔体(110)和悬置于中空腔体(110)内的滴液器(111)。滴液器(111)上设有带中空管道(113)的液滴管(112),液滴管(112)上设有液滴管滴液口(114),液滴管滴液口(114)与连接器进液口(11)连通。本体(1)的外表面采用钝性结构。该输液连接器的外表面设置为钝性结构,因此可以避免护理人员在输液操作时被刺伤。同时,通过设置密封装置,可以确保输液连接器与外设输液容器之间密封,防止液体泄漏。
Description
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是涉及一种输液连接器及设有该输液连接器的输液管路和输液器。
传统输液器设有外露的输液穿刺针作为输液连接器,穿刺入输液容器内将容器内液体排进输液器,护理人员在更换输液时需手持外露的输液穿刺针操作,容易误伤。
输液穿刺针因表面光滑,附着力低,在插入输液容器时,如因输液器和输液器上附件过多、过重,容易滑脱,形成医疗隐患;同时,因为穿刺针需部份暴露在外界空气中,容易被污染,被污染的穿刺针再穿刺入下一瓶输液时,会导致药液受污染。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种避免滑脱及避免操作时刺伤的输液连接器及设有该输液连接器的输液管路和输液器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种输液连接器,包括本体,本体上设有连接器出液口和设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口;本体上设有用于固定连接外设输液容器的固定装置,本体通过固定装置与外设输液容器固定连接;本体上设有中空腔体和悬置于中空腔体内的滴液器,滴液器上设有带中空管道的液滴管;液滴管上设有液滴管滴液口,液滴管滴液口
与连接器进液口连通;本体的外表面采用钝性结构。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,外设输液容器为输液瓶、输液袋。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,本体为中空圆柱形。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述固定装置为设置在本体上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述固定装置为设置在本体上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的内螺纹。

进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述本体上设有带敞口的中空腔体,中空腔体上设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口,中空腔体上固定有悬置于中空腔体内的滴液器;滴液器设有带中空管道的液滴管;液滴管上设有液滴管滴液口,液滴管滴液口与连接器进液口连通;中空腔体底部设有连接器出液口。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,滴液器与本体一体制作,或者滴液器与本体相互独立设置。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,中空腔体上设有药液过滤膜。

一种输液管路,其特征在于,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器,还包括设有下输液连接器的输液导管、流量调节器和滴斗。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述下输液连接器上设有用于固定连接外配输液装置的固定装置,下输液连接器通过固定装置固定连接外配输液装置,下输液连接器的外表面为钝性结构。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,输液导管采用输液软管。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,输液软管至少设有一段。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,输液导管外设有流速调节器,或者输液导管串联设有流速调节器。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,输液导管串联设有滴斗。
一种输液器,其特征在于,所述输液器包括上述任一输液连接器。
本发明的有益效果:此输液连接器通过设置外表面为钝性结构的本体,避免输液操作时护理人员暴露于尖锐的输液穿刺环境之中。与外设输液容器上开口配合,可达到快捷输液的目的。
密封装置的设置,可以确保输液连接器与外设输液容器之间密封,防止液体泄漏。
通过设置螺纹、卡扣结构等形式的连接结构,使输液连接器与外设输液容器固定连接的作用。
通过设置阻隔装置,使输液管路在输液过程中,输液连接器内部部件不与外界接触,避免污染,可更好的保障药液的无菌状态,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
此输液连接器直接连接处于容器本体最低位的输液排出孔,可将容器本体内药液完全排空,避免浪费。

参照图1~图4,一种输液连接器,包括本体1,本体1上设有连接器出液口12和设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口11;本体1上设有用于固定连接外设输液容器的固定装置2,本体1通过固定装置2与外设输液容器固定连接;本体1上设有中空腔体110和悬置于中空腔体110内的滴液器111,滴液器111上设有带中空管道113的液滴管112;液滴管112上设有液滴管滴液口114,液滴管滴液口114与连接器进液口11连通;本体1的外表面采用钝性结构。
本体的外表面采用钝性结构设计,可保护操作人员裸露的手部或其已穿戴的手套在进行输液操作时均不会被输液连接器损伤或破坏,避免形成锐利或突出部份对操作人员的切割、穿刺等伤害,也避免破坏操作人员的手套,防止在高传染环境下影响操作者健康。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,外设输液容器为输液瓶、输液袋。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1为中空圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的螺纹结构或卡扣结构。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体1上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的内螺纹。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置2为设置在本体1上与所连接外设输液容器匹配的卡扣结构。
本体上的内螺纹与外设输液容器上的外螺纹配合,起到牢固固定连接输液连接器和外设输液容器的作用。类似的,卡扣结构或者其它结构也可达到同样效果。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体110的外壁由透明材料制成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体110的外壁由带弹性的材料制成。弹性的材料制成的中空腔体外壁,可以在使用时由操作人员挤压中空腔体外壁,使配合滴液器的中空腔体达到滴斗功能。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有中空腔体110和悬置于中空腔体110内的滴液器111,滴液器111上设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口11,滴液器11下方设有带中空管道113的液滴管112,液滴管112上设有液滴管滴液口114,液滴管滴液口114与连接器进液口11连通。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有中空腔体110;本体1向内延伸设有悬置于中空腔体110内的滴液器111,滴液器111上设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口11,滴液器111向下延伸设有带中空管道113的液滴管112,液滴管112上设有液滴管滴液口114,液滴管滴液口114与连接器进液口11连通。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有带敞口的中空腔体110,中空腔体110上设有可连通外设输液容器排液口的连接器进液口11,中空腔体110上固定有悬置于中空腔体110内的滴液器111;滴液器111设有带中空管道113的液滴管112;液滴管112上设有液滴管滴液口114,液滴管滴液口114与连接器进液口11连通;中空腔体110底部设有连接器出液口12。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,滴液器与本体一体制作,或者滴液器与本体相互独立设置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体110上设有药液过滤膜6。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有固定滴液器111的支撑装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,中空腔体110内壁与滴液器111间连接处设有保证水密性的密封器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时通过与外设输液容器配合对本体1和外设输液容器之间进行水密性密封的密封装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有环绕连接器进液口外侧的输液密封垫13。
密封装置的设置,可以确保输液连接器与外设输液容器之间密封,防止液体泄漏。环绕连接器进液口外侧设置输液密封垫,可以达到上述目的。当然在外设输液容器上设有输液密封垫时,输液管路上可以不设输液密封垫。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1与外设输液容器之间通过封闭环14实现密封。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有至少一道封闭环14,封闭环14突出于本体1内表面,本体1与外设输液容器之间通过封闭环14实现密封。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时配合外设输液容器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置15。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述本体1上设有与外设输液容器固定连接时配合外设输液容器用于阻隔内部部件与外界相通的阻隔装置15,阻隔装置15包括设置于本体1外侧的阻隔垫槽150和固定在阻隔垫槽150上的阻隔垫151。
本体上设置阻隔垫槽和阻隔垫,阻隔垫槽、阻隔垫和所连接的外设输液容器配合可有效分隔内部部件与外界,阻隔装置的应用可以很好地防止外设输液容器排液口、连接器进液口和输液密封垫等内部部件与外界相通。在输液连接器使用过程中保持外设输液容器排液口、连接器进液口和输液密封垫等内部部件处于无菌状态。阻隔装置的应用还能很好地保持输液连接器与外设输液容器的位置状态。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,本体1上设有加药口,加药口上设
有密封塞。
参照图5,一种输液管路,其特征在于,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输液管路包括上述任一输液连接器,还包括设有下输液连接器的输液导管3、流量调节器4和滴斗5。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述下输液连接器上设有用于固定连接外配输液装置的固定装置,下输液连接器通过固定装置固定连接外配输液装置,下输液连接器的外表面为钝性结构。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,输液导管3外设有流速调节器4,或者输液导管3串联设有流速调节器4。
