Description
(1)先端に接続部を有し、かつ基端が開口した注射筒と、注射針と、前記注射針の基端に固着された針基とを含むとともに前記接続部に接続可能な針組立体と、前記注射筒内に液密に摺動自在に設けられたガスケットと、前記ガスケットの基端に連結するプランジャーとを含み、前記ガスケットまたはプランジャーの先端部に結合手段が設けられるとともに前記針基の基端部に被結合手段が設けられたセーフティシリンジであって、前記結合手段と前記被結合手段とが使用前に不用意に結合されるのを防止するとともに使用時には結合可能とする結合防止手段が設けられ、前記結合防止手段が、前記プランジャー基端部に設けられ、使用前は前記注射筒の基端に当接して前記結合手段が前記被結合手段方向へ移動するのを阻止するとともに、使用時は注射筒内径範囲内に位置する弾性突起であって、プランジャーを引きながら解除することを特徴とするセーフティシリンジ
を用いることにより、使用前に不可抗力によってプランジャーが注射筒先端に移動することを妨害するので、使用前、針を注射筒に取り付ける際等に誤って針収納機構が働くという誤作動を回避することができるため、一度も使用することなく使用不能となることを回避することができることを見出し本願発明に至った。

Claims (1)
- 先端に接続部を有し、かつ基端が開口した注射筒と、注射針と、前記注射針の基端に固着された針基とを含むとともに前記接続部に接続可能な針組立体と、前記注射筒内に液密に摺動自在に設けられたガスケットと、前記ガスケットの基端に連結するプランジャーとを含み、前記ガスケットまたはプランジャーの先端部に結合手段が設けられるとともに前記針基の基端部に被結合手段が設けられたセーフティシリンジであって、前記結合手段と前記被結合手段とが使用前に不用意に結合されるのを防止するとともに使用時には結合可能とする結合防止手段が設けられ、前記結合防止手段が、前記プランジャー基端部に設けられ、使用前は前記注射筒の基端に当接して前記結合手段が前記被結合手段方向へ移動するのを阻止するとともに、使用時は注射筒内径範囲内に位置する弾性突起であって、プランジャーを引きながら解除することを特徴とするセーフティシリンジ。
