下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1、图2及图3,图1是本发明第一实施例中车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构示意图;图2是本发明第一实施例中方向盘未设置驾驶握姿侦测模块时的结构示意图;图3是本发明第一实施例中方向盘的结构示意图。本实施例(第一实施例)中,车辆安全驾驶控制系统包括方向盘10、提示模块20及控制模块30。所述方向盘10包括方向盘主体100及驾驶握姿侦测模块200,所述方向盘主体100沿着圆环轨迹延伸,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200设置在所述方向盘主体100上,且所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200延伸的轨迹与所述方向盘主体100延伸的轨迹相同,即所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200呈圆环状。优选地,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200设置于所述方向盘主体100的整个表面,用于侦测用户对所述方向盘10的握姿,即:所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200覆盖方向盘主体100的表面,使得用户在驾驶过程中触摸方向盘10的任何部位时都可由所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200感测到。
所述控制模块30分别与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200和所述提示模块20连接,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿错误时,所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令。所述提示模块20接收到所述启动指令后进行提示。
所述控制模块30可以预先存储有正确的驾驶握姿的相关数据,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到当前驾驶握姿状态的相关数据时,控制模块30将
其与预先存储的正确的驾驶握姿的相关数据进行比较,若不相符,且在一设定的延时时间内仍然未纠正,则所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令,提示模块20收到所述启动指令后进行提示,从而提醒用户及时纠正驾驶握姿,防止交通事故的发生。设置延时时间的目的在于排除掉可允许的用户的驾驶动作,比如换档、开启/关闭灯光、开启/关闭雨刷等必需功能。由于这些功能的开关或切换基本上都可在几秒的时间内完成,因而延时时间也可设置在几秒,如3秒。
请参阅图4,图4是沿图3中剖切线A-A的截面示意图。所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200可以是柔性触摸装置,所述柔性触摸装置具柔韧性,可以弯曲、挠折。所述柔性触摸装置呈环状的套体结构,所述套体结构内侧设有环形开口210或环形缝隙210,即所述套体结构的内侧设有开口210或缝隙210,所述开口210或缝隙210绕环状的所述套体结构的内圆而设置。装配过程中,将所述柔性触摸装置从所述环形开口210或环状缝隙210将所述方向盘主体100嵌入所述套体结构的环内。可以理解地,柔性触摸装置还可通过粘胶直接贴设在方向盘主体100的外表面,由此可以不必形成环形开口210或缝隙210。如果柔性触摸装置具有开口210或缝隙210,其覆盖方向盘主体100的外表面的面积超过80%,如果柔性触摸装置不具有开口或缝隙210,则其覆盖方向盘主体100的外表面的面积可超过85%。另一方面,柔性触摸装置的延伸轨迹与方向盘主体100的延伸轨迹相同,本实施例中柔性触摸装置与方向盘主体100均为首尾相连的完整的环形。当然,在某些情况下,柔性触摸装置也不必首尾相连,甚至也可在环形的多个位置断开,只需要延伸轨迹与方向盘主体100的延伸轨迹仍旧保持一致即可,但断开的间隙不易过大,优选小于单个手指的宽度,以避免影响到柔性触摸装置的正常侦测功能。需要说明的是,本发明所称的两个延伸轨迹一致是指一个延伸轨迹完全落在另一延伸轨迹的范围内,即一个延伸轨迹的全部至少与另一延伸轨迹的部分相重合。
所述柔性触摸装置(即驾驶握姿侦测模块200)可以是电容式触摸装置或红外线触摸装置。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中,所述柔性触摸装置(即驾驶握姿侦测模块200)为电容式柔性触摸板。所述柔性触摸装置(即驾驶握姿侦测模块200)
包括相对设置且相互绝缘的第一感应层及第二感应层(图中未示出)。所述第一感应层及所述第二感应层均与所述方向盘主体100同轴设置,所述第一感应层及所述第二感应层之间形成电容,当用户的手指触碰到所述柔性触摸装置时,所述电容的大小会发生变化,所述电容式触摸装置(即驾驶握姿侦测模块200)通过电容变化的位置、面积及电容变化的大小来侦测用户抓握方向盘的位置以及用户握方向盘10的手指的数目,从而判断出驾驶握姿。由于电容式柔性触摸板的感应分辨率较高,可精确到感测用户每个手指的接触面积、接触位置甚至于接触角度,从而使握姿感测更为精准。
下面对本实施例中的车辆安全控制系统的工作过程进行描述。当车辆处于行驶状态时,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200一直处于开启状态,对用户的驾驶握姿进行实时侦测,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿不正确时,所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令,所述提示模块20接收到所述启动指令后进行提示,直至用户的握姿正确才停止提示。所述提示模块20进行提示的方式可以是语音方式、闪光提示或震动方式。
本实施例中,所述车辆安全控制系统设置了驾驶握姿侦测模块200,由于所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200设置在所述方向盘主体100上,且所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200延伸的轨迹与所述方向盘主体100延伸的轨迹相同,即所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200呈圆环状。换句话说,驾驶握姿侦测模块200基本完全覆盖住了方向盘主体10。因此,无论用户的手抓握所述方向盘10的哪一个部位,且用户采用了几个手指抓握所述方向盘10,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200都能够正确地侦测到,从而可以精确地判断用户对所述方向盘10的握姿是否正确;又由于所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统还设置了提示模块20,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿不正确时,所述提示模块20进行提示,因此,所述车辆安全控制系统能够及时提醒用户纠正对所述方向盘10的握姿,从而极大提高了驾驶的安全性。并且,由于本发明的驾驶握姿侦测模块200的感测精度可精确到手指,因此可以侦测到更为细致的握姿,比如采用三指握方向盘、手掌搓方向盘、非正常角度握方向盘等等。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明第二实施例中车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构示意图。本实施例(第二实施例)中车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构与第一实施例
中所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例中所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统还包括车速调节模块40,用于侦测和调节车辆的速度;所述车速调节模块40与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200协同工作。
具体地,所述车速调节模块40与所述控制模块30连接,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿不正确且超过一限定的延时时间,例如超过3秒后,并且所述车速调节模块40侦测到车速大于第一限定速度(如80km/h)时,所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令并向所述车速调节模块40发出降速指令,所述提示模块20接收到所述启动指令后进行提示,所述车速调节模块40收到所述降速指令后开始降低车速。当驾驶员恢复正确的驾驶握姿时,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200才停止警报,且控制模块30停止向车速调节模块40发出减速的指令。如果驾驶员一直不恢复正确的驾驶握姿,在车速降到预设的安全值(如20km/h)的时候车速调节模块40将不会再继续减速,以避免减速至停车所带来的风险。
本实施例中,由于所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统设置有车速调节模块40,所述车速调节模块40与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200协同工作,因此,在所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到握姿不正确时,所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统不仅进行提示提示,还同时采取降速的措施,直至用户纠正驾驶握姿,从而使不及时纠正驾驶握姿的用户的车辆及时减速,防止交通事故的发生。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明第三实施例中车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构示意图。本实施例(第三实施例)中车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构与第二实施中所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统的结构基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例中的车辆安全驾驶控制系统还包括路况侦测模块50,用于侦测道路状况;所述路况侦测模块50与所述控制模块30连接,以使所述控制模块30读取所述路况侦测模块50所侦测到的道路状况的信息;所述路况侦测模块50与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及所述车速调节模块40协调工作。
具体地,所述路况侦测模块50包括路面侦测单元51,用于侦测路面的平整度。
路面侦测单元51与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及所述车速调节模块40协调工作。在车辆行驶过程中,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及所述车速调节模
块40持续向控制模块30反馈相应的信息。当所述路面侦测单元51侦测到路面不平整或有障碍物时,若所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿不正确,且所述车速调节模块40侦测到车辆速度大于第二限定速度(如60km/h),超过一设定的延时时间后,例如3秒后,则所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令,且向所述车速调节模块40发出降速指令。直至驾驶员恢复正确的驾驶握姿,所述报警模块20才停止警报,且所述控制模块30停止向车速调节模块40发出减速的指令。
进一步地,所述路况侦测模块50还包括弯道侦测单元52,用于侦测道路前方是否出现弯道。弯道侦测单元52及路面侦测单元51均可采用摄像装置、声波探测装置、红外探测装置等具备路面检测功能的元件组成。
所述弯道侦测单元52与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及所述车速调节模块40协调工作。在车辆行驶过程中,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及车速调节模块40持续向控制模块30反馈相应的信息。当所述弯道侦测单元52侦测到前方有弯道时,若所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户对所述方向盘10的握姿不正确,且所述车速调节模块40侦测到车辆速度大于第三限定速度(如30km/h),超过一设定的延时时间后,例如2秒后,则所述控制模块30向所述提示模块20发出启动指令,且向所述车速调节模块40发出降速指令。直至驾驶员恢复正确的驾驶握姿,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200才停止警报,且所述控制模块30停止向车速调节模块40发出减速的指令。在弯道中所给予的延时时间需少于在颠簸路况所给予的延时时间的原因在于:通过弯道过程中应当尽量避免分心的操作,然而有些驾驶动作却是无法避免的,比如换档,因此在允许的范围内尽量减少所宽限的时间。
进一步地,所述车速调节模块40还包括助力单元,其用于车辆转弯时为所述车辆提供转向辅助动力。当弯道侦测单元52侦测到前方有弯道,且驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户采用单手把握方向盘时,助力单元提供第一助力;当弯道侦测单元52侦测到前方有弯道,且驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户采用双手把握方向盘时,助力单元提供第二助力;所述第一助力大于所述第二助力。也就是说,当驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到驾驶员单手握方向盘时,控制模块30控制助力单元产生更大的助力,以避免单手操控导致转向不足的
问题。
本实施例中,由于所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统还包括路况侦测模块50,且所述路况侦测模块50与所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200及所述车速调节模块40协调工作,因此,在路况侦测模块50侦测到路面不平整或前方道路有弯道时,同时所述驾驶握姿侦测模块200侦测到用户驾驶握姿不正确时,所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统不仅进行提示,还同时采取降速的措施,直至用户纠正驾驶握姿,从而使用户在路面不平整或前方道路有弯道时更注意保持驾驶握姿的正确性,防止交通事故的发生。

Claims (11)
- 一种车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,包括方向盘、提示模块和控制模块;所述方向盘包括方向盘主体及设置于方向盘主体上的驾驶握姿侦测模块,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块延伸的轨迹与所述方向盘主体延伸的轨迹一致,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块用于侦测用户对所述方向盘的握姿;当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块侦测到用户对所述方向盘的握姿错误时,所述控制模块向所述提示模块发出启动指令;所述提示模块接收到所述启动指令后进行提示。
- 如权利要求1所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块为侦测精度精确到用户手指的柔性触摸装置。
- 如权利要求2所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,所述方向盘主体呈环状延伸,柔性触摸装置的延伸轨迹与方向盘主体的延伸轨迹相同。
- 如权利要求3所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述驾驶握姿侦测模块包覆方向盘主体,驾驶握姿侦测模块在方向盘主体上的面积覆盖率大于80%。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统还包括车速调节模块,用于侦测和调节车辆的速度;所述车速调节模块与所述控制模块连接,当所述驾驶握姿侦测模块侦测到用户对所述方向盘的握姿不正确时,并且所述车速调节模块侦测到车速大于第一限定速度时,所述控制模块向所述提示模块发出启动指令并向所述车速调节模块发出降速指令。
- 如权利要求5所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块设定延时时间,当驾驶握姿侦测模块侦测到用户对所述方向盘的握姿不正确超过延时时间后,并且所述车速调节模块侦测到车速大于所述第一限定速度时,所述控制模块向所述提示模块发出启动指令并向所述车速调节模块发出降速指令。
- 如权利要求5所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆安全驾驶控制系统还包括路况侦测模块,用于侦测道路状况;所述路况侦测模块与所述控制模块连接,以使所述控制模块读取所述路况侦测模块所侦测到的关于道路状况的信息。
- 如权利要求7所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述路况侦测模块包括路面侦测单元,用于侦测路面的平整度;当所述路面侦测单元侦测到路面不平整或有障碍物时,若用户对所述方向盘的握姿不正确,并且车辆速度大于第二限定速度,则所述控制模块向所述提示模块发出启动指令,且向所述车速调节模块发出降速指令。
- 如权利要求8所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述路况侦测模块还包括弯道侦测单元,用于侦测道路前方是否出现弯道;当所述弯道侦测单元侦测到前方有弯道时,若用户对所述方向盘的握姿不正确,并且车辆速度大于第三限定速度,则所述控制模块向所述提示模块发出启动指令,向所述车速调节模块发出降速指令。
- 如权利要求9所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述车速调节模块还包括助力单元,当弯道侦测单元侦测到前方有弯道,且驾驶握姿侦测模块侦测到用户采用单手把握方向盘时,助力单元提供第一助力;当弯道侦测单元侦测到前方有弯道,且驾驶握姿侦测模块侦测到用户采用双手把握方向盘时,助力单元提供第二助力;所述第一助力大于所述第二助力。
- 如权利要求9所述的车辆安全驾驶控制系统,其特征在于,所述第一限定速度大于所述第二限定速度,所述第二限定速度大于所述第三限定速度。
