根据本发明,通过箱主体的流水部具有形成为管状并连续的流路面,从而能在来自洗涤筒的洗涤筒排水流动时使其快速地通过流路面,因此,除了污垢等难以堆积于内面以外,附着于流路面的污垢也能通过洗涤筒排水的流动冲走。其结果是,能有效地削减需要清洗内部的污垢等这样的困难且繁琐的维护作业的几率。此外,根据本发明,由于箱主体的外表面部具有挠性且可变形,因此能使其在洗衣机的机壳内适当变形,有效地利用空闲的空间,而不会干扰其他机构零部件。由此,能更容易或不需要确保用于将箱主体配置于机壳内的空间,能有效地排除使机壳不必要地大型化的可能性。
此外,根据外表面部形成为具有挠性的一根线形形状,且流水部包括设置于外表面部的内面侧的形成为一根管状的流路面的本发明,能使箱主体的外形根据机壳内部的其他形状、机构零部件的配置来适当变形,能更有效地利用机壳内的空间。此外,当具有形成为一根管状的流路面时,能有效地避免如下的不良状况:当洗涤筒排水流过箱主体内时,产生洗涤筒排水滞留在箱主体内的部位。
此外,根据箱主体的外形形成为大致板状的本发明,能设计出能有效地利用沿着机壳的内面形成的间隙的结构。
此外,根据形成为中央形成有机构配置空间的大致环状的本发明,能设计出即使存在机壳内的机构零部件突出的部位,也能有效地利用该部位周边的空间的结构。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图,对本发明的一实施方式进行详细说明。
图1是本发明的一实施方式的洗衣机1的立体图,是从斜前上方观察的图。在同一图中,用虚拟线示意性地图示出了配置于机壳2内部的本实施方式的贮水箱即箱4。图2是从右侧方观察在沿着前后方向的铅垂面将本发明的一实施方式的洗衣机1剖开时的剖面的大致侧剖图。在同一图中,为方便起见,以仅对外形示意性地添加了阴影线的方式示出了箱4的形状。图3是表示该箱4的具体形状的立体图。
该洗衣机1主要具有:机壳2,构成外壳;外筒5以及滚筒3,构成配置于该机壳2内的洗涤筒;以及本发明的贮水箱即箱4,配置于外筒5的下方。
箱4具有:构成其外形的箱主体41、连续至外筒5的注水口42、以及取水口43。从外筒5排出的作为洗涤筒排水的水被引导至取水口43。从取水口43贮水至箱主体41内的水从取水口43排出机外或再次回到构成洗涤筒的外筒5。该箱4的具体结构将在后面详细说明。
以下,参照图2,对洗衣机1中与水的流动有关的结构进行说明。
在机壳2的上表面设置有供水口9,该供水口9连接有自来水管等供水设备。在机壳2前表面的中央部偏上设置有门6。
在机壳2上表面的供水口9,经由供水阀9a连接有配置于机壳2内的供水管8。供水管8的与连接于供水口9的一端相反侧的另一端连接于外筒5的周面壁的最上部,供水口9与外筒5内经由供水管8连通。在供水管8的中途部配置有收容部7。供水管8通过供水阀9a分支成两个,并在收容部7汇合。并且,从收容部7延伸出的供水管8连续至外筒5上部。此外,在机壳2内的中央部配置有作为洗涤筒/脱水筒的滚筒3。
滚筒3为圆筒状,同轴状地收容于同为圆筒状的外筒5内。在本实施方式中,滚筒3以及外筒5构成洗涤筒,形成滚筒3的前方朝向斜上方的所谓的斜 滚筒配置构造。滚筒3以及外筒5的前端面敞开,并由门6将其堵塞。在外筒5的后端面后方设置有未图示的电机,滚筒3通过电机(未图示)以滚筒3的中心轴为中心进行旋转。
以下,对本实施方式的与流过箱4的水的流动有关的结构进行说明。
在外筒5的最下端部即后端面下方,形成有朝向后方打开的排水口10,其后方侧安装有排水阀12。并且,排水阀12连接有向下方延伸的排水管11,其中途按顺序插入有过滤器14以及第二切换阀13。
除排水管11之外,该过滤器14还连接有分支管15。分支管15的与连接于过滤器14的一端相反侧的另一端经由贮水阀16连接于箱4的注水口42。
另一方面,箱4的取水口43经由泵33、压送管32、回收阀34、回收管35以及收容部7连接于外筒5。
回收阀34是三通阀,以如下方式进行切换:使从泵33排出的从一个方向流入的水向外筒5侧、排水管11侧这两个方向中的任意一个方向流出。
回收阀34的一方连接于回收管35,回收管35的另一端经由收容部7连接于供水管8。此外,回收阀34的另一方连接于箱排水管31,该箱排水管31连接于排水管11。
也就是说,为了将外筒5的水导向箱4内,只要将排水阀12设为“开”,将第二切换阀13设为“闭”,并且将贮水阀16设为“开”即可。另一方面,通过将排水阀12以及第二切换阀13设为“开”,从而外筒5内的水被排出机壳2外。
此外,根据上述洗衣机1的结构,为了将箱4内的水蓄至外筒5以便再次用于洗涤,只要通过切换回收阀34将由泵33汲出的水从回收管35送向收容部7、供水管8即可。另一方面,为了使箱4内的水排出机外,只要通过切换回收阀34将由泵33汲出的水从箱排水管31送向排水管11即可。
在此,如图3所示,本实施方式的贮水箱即箱4的特征在于,具备:箱主体41,配置于洗衣机1的机壳2内,具有内部形成为管状并构成连续的流路面47的流水部45、以及构成具有挠性的外表面41a的外表面部44;注水口42,设置于该箱主体41的一端侧,用于将从洗涤筒排出的作为洗涤筒排水的水向箱 主体41内注入;以及取水口43,设置于箱主体41的另一端侧,能使注入所述箱主体41内的水再循环往洗涤筒。需要说明的是,由于注水口42以及取水口43的具体形状能根据在洗衣机1中与箱4连接的结构适当变化,因此省略其形状的具体说明。
如同一图所示,箱主体41形成为大致软管状,例如由透明或具有透光性的成型为大致管状的树脂材料构成。通过该箱主体41应用透明或具有透光性的材料,从而能在维护时等情况下从外方容易地确认水的蓄积情况、有无污垢等,并且,当在机壳2内设置未图示的紫外线照射装置时,通过向箱主体41照射紫外线,从而能对箱主体41内的水进行杀菌处理。箱主体41具有形成为大致板状的外表面41a。由此,通过以将下表面侧载置于机壳2的底面的同时使上表面侧面向滚筒3的下表面侧的方式,将滚筒3沿着倾斜方向配置于机壳2内,从而有效地利用自然形成的四角进行了配置。此外,箱主体41的外表面41a构成为具有挠性,由此,能在机壳2内相对于接触到的其他部位适当弯曲来进行配置,从而也有助于空间的进一步有效利用。此外,通过这样的挠性,还具有如下优点:即使因工作中产生的振动而碰撞到其他物体,也难以产生不必要的噪音。
为了构成箱主体41的外表面41a,外表面部44的外形形成为一根线形形状,并遍及其整个区域具有形成为大致圆筒外表面形状的线状面46。该外表面部44具有:直线区域44a,配置为在长边方向上其线形部分为直线状;以及弯曲区域44b,以适当的曲率弯曲形成。由此,如上所述,以箱主体41的外形形成为大致板状的方式形成了上述外表面41a。
在本实施方式中,流水部45由设置于外表面部44的内面侧的形成为一根圆管内面形状的流路面47构成。该流水部45的直径能根据构成箱主体41的材料的厚度适当设定,但理想的是设定为不会过度阻碍从注水口42流入的水流、通过泵33的作用流向外部的水流,因此,作为其中一个例子,设定为与配置于箱4外的各处的其他管路的直径接近的直径。此外,通过形成于流水部45的流路面47形成为取水口43形成于比注水口42低的位置、以及箱主体41适当弯曲并保持一定的向下倾斜度这两点,从而从注水口42注入的水能通过重力自然地在流水部45内不间断且不停滞地流动。
也就是说,根据上述结构,具体而言通过各阀12、13、15、34;泵33的工作,当在箱主体41内产生水流时,水快速地在流路面47上流动。由此,通过流路面47的表面的大致整个区域毫无遗漏地暴露在水流中,从而污垢难以附着。此外,即使污垢等附着于流路面47,也能通过这样的水流快速地冲走。
如上所述,本实施方式的洗衣机1的贮水箱即箱4的特征在于,具有箱主体41,该箱主体41配置于机壳2内,并具有:流水部45,内部形成为管状并构成连续的流路面47;以及外表面部44,构成具有挠性的外表面41a。
根据这样的结构,通过箱主体41的流水部45形成为管状并具有连续的流路面47,从而能在来自洗涤筒的作为洗涤筒排水的水流过时使其在流路面47上快速地通过。其结果是,除了污垢等难以堆积于流路面47以外,附着于流路面47的污垢等也能通过水的流动冲走。其结果是,能有效地削减需要清洗箱主体41内部的污垢等的困难且繁琐的维护作业的几率。
此外,根据本实施方式,由于箱主体41的外表面41a具有挠性且可变形,因此能使其在洗衣机1的机壳2内适当变形,有效利用空闲的空间,还不会干扰未图示的其他机构零部件的配置。就是说,根据本实施方式,更容易确保用于将箱主体41配置于机壳2内的空间,还有效地排除了使机壳2不必要地大型化的必要性。
此外,根据本实施方式,以外表面部44形成为具有挠性的一根线形形状,且流水部45包括设置于外表面部44的内面侧的形成为一根管状的流路面47的方式,形成了大致软管状的箱主体41。由此,能使箱主体41的外形根据机壳2内部的其他形状、机构零部件的配置适当变形,能更有效地利用机壳2内的空间。此外,由于水流过形成为一根管状的流路面47,因此能有效地避免产生水在箱主体41内滞留的部位这样的不良状况。
而且,由于箱主体41的外形形成为大致板状,因此能有效地利用沿着机壳2的内面形成的间隙,能有效地利用形成于所谓的斜滚筒配置构造的洗衣机1的机壳2内的空间。
(变形例)
以下,对上述实施方式的变形例进行说明。在该变形例中,对相当于上述 实施方式的构成要素的要素赋予相同的附图标记,并省略其详细说明。
如图4以及图6所示,本变形例的洗衣机1形成为外筒5朝向上方开口,并且机壳2上表面设置有门6的形状,是具有同轴地配置于该外筒5内的内筒3A的被称为所谓立式的洗衣机1。需要说明的是,由于该洗衣机1中与水的流动有关的结构与上述实施方式相同,因此在本变形例中省略具体图示以及说明。
并且,如图6所示,该洗衣机1在外筒5的下方朝向下方突出设置有以电机为主体的驱动机构D。
并且,对本变形例的贮水箱即箱4而言,除了箱主体41的外形以外,其基本结构相同。即,该箱4也具有注水口42以及取水口43,箱主体41形成为由透明或具有透光性的成型为大致管状的树脂材料构成的大致软管状这一点也与上述实施方式相同。此外,形成为取水口43形成于比注水口42低的位置、以及箱主体41适当弯曲并保持一定的向下的倾斜度这两点也相同。
在此,本变形例的箱4的箱主体41的外形形成为中央形成有机构配置空间41s的大致环状的环状外表面41b。换言之,通过使构成外表面部44的直线区域44a以及弯曲区域44b的配置与上述实施方式不同,从而了形成环状外表面41b。由此,特别是如图6所示,本变形例的箱4以在机构配置空间41s内收容驱动机构的方式配置于机壳2内。需要说明的是,虽然在同一图中以箱主体41的外形具有大致钵状的外形的方式图示出了环状外表面41b,但这是示意性地示出了以下的情况:通过构成箱主体41的材料的挠性,能根据机壳2的内面形状适当变形。
通过采用如上结构,由于本变形例的箱4形成为中央形成有机构配置空间41s的大致环状,因此构成了即使存在机壳2内的机构零部件突出这样的部位,也能有效地利用该部位周边的空间的结构。
也就是说,如上述实施方式以及变形例所示,本发明的箱4能良好得应用于形成为各种形态的洗衣机1,而不分洗涤筒的朝向、形状。
以上,对本发明的一实施方式进行了说明,但本实施方式的结构并不限定于上述结构,可以进行各种变形。
例如,在上述实施方式中,公开了箱主体的整体具有挠性的结构,当然, 只要是箱主体的外形具有挠性且可变形的结构即可,例如也可以采用在箱主体的不构成外形的部位应用不具有挠性的材料的方案。
此外,虽然在上述实施方式以及变形例中,公开了流水部是整体由一根流路面构成的结构,但毋庸置疑的是,也可以构成流路面部分汇合或分支这样的流水部。
而且,虽然在上述实施方式以及变形例中,公开了箱主体以预先适当弯曲的方式成型这样的方案,但毋庸置疑的是,也可以以如下方式构成:通过采用分开形成的框架使未成型为弯曲形状的具有挠性的管状材料适当弯曲,从而箱主体形成为所需的外形。
其他结构可以在不脱离本发明的技术精神的范围内进行各种变形。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗衣机的贮水箱,其特征在于,具备:
    箱主体,配置于洗衣机的机壳内,具有内部形成为管状并构成连续的流路面的流水部以及构成具有挠性的外表面的外表面部;
    注水口,设置于该箱主体的一端侧,用于将从洗涤筒排出的洗涤筒排水向所述箱主体内注入;以及
    取水口,设置于所述箱主体的另一端侧,能使注入到所述箱主体内的所述洗涤筒排水再循环至所述洗涤筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的贮水箱,其中,
    所述外表面部形成为具有挠性的一根线形形状,
    所述流水部包括设置于所述外表面部的内面侧的形成为一根管状的所述流路面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机的贮水箱,其中,
    所述箱主体的外形形成为大致板状。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机的贮水箱,其中,
    所述箱主体的外形形成为在中央形成有机构配置空间的大致环状。
  5. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,
    具备权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机的贮水箱。
