所述圆盘打磨装置包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构二、由分体升降机构二连接驱动升降的至少一排圆盘打磨机构,每排圆盘打磨机构中设置有若干个磨盘总成,磨盘总成由电机二驱动,磨盘总成包括作为纱布砂光机构二的砂光主体的磨盘底座、转轴二和传动机构二,磨盘底座固定于转轴的端部,并通过传动机构二与电机二连接,由电机二带动磨盘旋转,对工件表面进行打磨;
磨盘底座为圆盘结构,其底面设置有与纱布条总成对应的嵌位二,嵌位二从圆盘的中部向外延伸,相邻的两嵌位二之间形成一定的夹角。
所述多辊打磨装置包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构三、由分体升降机构三连接驱动升降的直辊打磨机构,直辊打磨机构包括沿输送装置的传送方向依次设置的两条或两条以上的砂光辊、带动砂光辊转动的电机三;砂光辊包括作为砂布砂光机构三的砂光主体的直辊、转轴三和传动机构三,传动机构三与电机三连接,砂布条总成沿直辊的表面设置,直辊上设置有安装纱布条总成的嵌位三,嵌位三相互平行设置。
所述输送装置的下方设置有吹风装置,砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置的下方、和/或侧方、和/或上方设置有与吹风装置对应的吹风口,使工件在砂光过程产生的灰尘可以及时吹落,不仅能提高加工进度,还能延长设备的使用寿命。
吹风装置采用吹风空压机,砂布砂光机构的两侧分别设置有送风通道,该送风通道与吹风空压机连接,吹风通道的端部设置有风嘴,吹风口位于风嘴上,对砂布施加压力。
所述输送装置连接有驱动其升降的平台升降系统,平台升降系统固定在机架上。
所述输送装置包括输送支架和设置在输送支架上的主动辊轴、从动辊轴、绕设于主、从动辊轴上的输送带、连接带动主动辊轴转动的电机驱动装置,平台升降系统包括连接带动输送支架升降的压力缸。
所述输送带的上方沿其输送方向设置有多组压辊,压辊的两端分别设置有固定支座,固定支座上设置有上下调节机构,上下调节机构与压辊的辊轴连接,用于调节压辊与输送带之间的距离。
所述上下调节机构包括设置在固定支座上的槽孔和调节螺丝,辊轴的一端插入槽孔并可沿槽孔上下移动,调节螺丝穿过固定支座的上部并与辊轴的端部螺纹连接,通过转动调节螺丝,可实现压辊的上下位置调节。
所述包括分设于砂布砂光机构两侧的固定座、活动设置在固定座上的滑动座、连接于活动座与滑动座之间的立向设置的丝杆以及和丝杆配合的传动齿轮,两侧滑动座之间有连接杆,砂布砂光机构悬置于两侧滑动座的下方,传动齿轮由电机或旋转手轮带动,实现滑动座的上下位置调节,进而实现砂布砂光机构的高度调节;
分体升降机构二、分体升降机构三与分体升降机构一的结构一致。
有益效果
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用在机架上沿传送方向设置砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置,并且各装置均可实现正反运转,结合砂布条和毛刷条特殊的组合使用方式,实现砂光主体正反转均可打磨,满足不同精度的砂光要求,解决了现有技术中一直难以解决的难题。
2、本发明的砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置形成多个砂光工位,各工位可单独运行并可调节,根据不同的工件加工需求实现不同精度的加工,完全能够满足现有的木工砂光需求;并且各部分砂光工位虽然可单独运行,但同时相互之间又是相辅相承的,它作为一个木工砂光的主体,运行流畅,加工精度高,与现有技术相比,大幅度的降低了生产的成本和提高了生产效率。
3、本发明采用的砂布条总成中砂布条和毛刷条能在砂光异形表面工件时,将凹下或凸起的花纹基本接触砂光到位;并且配合砂布打磨装置的外侧设置的风嘴,通过空压机提供高压空气,对砂布施加压力,保证其能够紧贴工件表面,解决了现有技术中无法砂光异型面、凹面等复杂工件表面的问题。
4、本发明的输送装置与砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置之间的间距均可调节,能适应不同的厚度的工件的加工需求,并且调节相当方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
如图1-图8所示,本发明是一种砂光机,包括机架1及其上设置的输送装置2,输送装置2上方设置有砂布打磨装置3、圆盘打磨装置4和多辊打磨装置5;砂布打磨装置3、圆盘打磨装置4和多辊打磨装置5的打磨组件采用纱布砂光机构,砂布砂光机构的运动方向包括正转和反转,形成与砂光主体正转对应的粗砂面和与砂光主体反转对应的细砂面,或是形成与砂光主体正转对应的细砂面和与砂光主体反转对应的粗砂面。。
砂布打磨装置3包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构一3-1、与传送方向垂直设置的砂布砂光机构一3-2,砂布砂光机构一3-2包括由电机驱动运转的砂光主体3-21和活动安装于砂光主体上的多组砂布条总成3-22,砂布条总成包括毛刷条和分设于毛刷条两侧面的不同砂光精度的若干砂布条,砂布条和毛刷条均可单独或整体更换,而且砂布条和毛刷条组合使用的方式,能在砂光异形表面工件时,将凹下或凸起的花纹全部接触砂光到位。本实施例中,砂布砂光机构一采用链板式砂布砂光结构,砂布砂光机构一与分体升降机构一连接,并由分体升降机构一驱动升降。砂布砂光机构一3-2包括作为砂光主体3-21的同步链轮传动机构和链轮固定支架,同步链轮传动机构安装于链轮固定支架上,同步链轮传动机构包括主动轮组、从动轮组和连接于主动轮组与从动轮组之间的履带,电机连接驱动主动轮组,履带表面依次排列有多块固定块,砂布条总成3-22安装于固定块上。固定块表面设置有与砂布条和毛刷条对应的梯形槽,相应的砂布条和毛刷条的端部以嵌接的方式卡接在梯形槽内。
圆盘打磨装置4包括立向设置在传送装置2上方的分体升降机构二4-1、由分体升降机构二连接驱动升降的至少一排圆盘打磨机构4-2,每排圆盘打磨机构中设置有若干个磨盘总成,磨盘总成由电机二驱动,磨盘总成包括作为纱布砂光机构二的砂光主体的磨盘底座4-21、转轴二4-22和传动机构二4-23,磨盘底座固定于转轴的端部,并通过传动机构二与电机二连接,由电机二带动磨盘旋转,对工件表面进行打磨;磨盘底座为圆盘结构,其底面设置有与纱布条总成对应的嵌位二,嵌位二从圆盘的中部向外延伸,相邻的两嵌位二之间形成一定的夹角。
所述多辊打磨装置5包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构三5-1、由分体升降机构三连接驱动升降的直辊打磨机构5-2,直辊打磨机构5-2包括沿输送装置的传送方向依次设置的两条或两条以上的砂光辊5-21、带动砂光辊转动的电机三5-22;砂光辊5-21包括作为砂布砂光机构三的砂光主体的直辊、转轴三和传动机构三,传动机构三与电机三连接,砂布条总成沿直辊的表面设置,直辊上设置有安装纱布条总成的嵌位三,嵌位三相互平行设置。
输送装置的下方设置有吹风装置6,砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置的下方、和/或侧方、和/或上方设置有与吹风装置对应的吹风口,使工件在砂光过程产生的灰尘可以及时吹落,不仅能提高加工进度,还能延长设备的使用寿命。其中,吹风装置采用吹风空压机,砂布砂光机构的两侧分别设置有送风通道,该送风通道与吹风空压机连接,吹风通道的端部设置有风嘴,吹风口位于风嘴上,对砂布施加压力,使砂布能够轻易的对工件的原来难以加工的凹位部位进行砂光处理。当然,吹风装置还可以采用其它形式,如风机。
所述输送装置2连接有驱动其升降的平台升降系统7,平台升降系统固定在机架1上。输送装置2包括输送支架2-1和设置在输送支架上的主动辊轴2-2、从动辊轴2-3、绕设于主、从动辊轴上的输送带2-4、连接带动主动辊轴转动的电机驱动装置2-5,平台升降系统包括连接带动输送支架升降的压力缸7-1。输送带2-4的上方沿其输送方向设置有多组压辊8,压辊的两端分别设置有固定支座9,固定支座上设置有上下调节机构10,上下调节机构与压辊的辊轴连接,用于调节压辊与输送带之间的距离。所述上下调节机构10包括设置在固定支座上的槽孔10-1和调节螺丝10-2,辊轴的一端插入槽孔并可沿槽孔上下移动,调节螺丝穿过固定支座的上部并与辊轴的端部螺纹连接,通过转动调节螺丝,可实现压辊的上下位置调节。
所述分体升降机构一3-1包括分设于砂布砂光机构两侧的固定座3-11、活动设置在固定座上的滑动座3-12、连接于活动座与滑动座之间的立向设置的丝杆3-13以及和丝杆配合的传动齿轮,两侧滑动座之间有连接杆3-14,砂布砂光机构悬置于两侧滑动座的下方,传动齿轮由电机或旋转手轮带动,实现滑动座的上下位置调节,进而实现砂布砂光机构的高度调节;分体升降机构二、分体升降机构三与分体升降机构一的结构一致。
本技术方案与现有技术相比,最大的改进点在于砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置均可实现正反方向运转,应当注意的是,这并不是从一般意义上将作为驱动装置的电机实现正反转,而是通过对砂布砂光机构中的砂布条总成的合理设计,如砂布条总成中粗细砂布条、毛刷条的排列设计,配合砂光主体的正反运行控制,才得以实现,以适应不同木工砂光要求,更新了现有木工砂光设备不能实现正反转运行加工的历史。
另外,本技术方案完全能够实现多台设备才能完成的砂光工艺,并且砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置各工位可单独运行并可调节,根据不同的工件加工需求实现不同精度的加工,完全能够满足现有的木工砂光需求;各部分砂光工位虽然可单独运行,但同时相互之间又是相辅相承的,它作为一个木工砂光的主体,运行流畅,加工精度高,大幅度的降低了生产的成本,和提高了生产效率。砂布条总成中砂布条和毛刷条均可单独或整体更换,而且砂布条和毛刷条组合使用的方式,能在砂光异形表面工件时,将凹下或凸起的花纹基本接触砂光到位;并且配合砂布打磨装置的外侧设置的风嘴,通过空压机提供高压空气,对砂布施加压力,保证其能够紧贴工件表面,解决了现有技术中无法砂光异型面、凹面等复杂工件表面的问题。本发明的输送装置与砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置之间的间距均可调节,能适应不同的厚度的工件的加工需求,并且调节也相当方便。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种砂光机,包括机架及其上设置的输送装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置上方设置有砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置;砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置的打磨组件采用纱布砂光机构,砂布砂光机构的运动方向包括正转和反转,砂布砂光机构包括由电机驱动运转的砂光主体和活动安装于砂光主体上的多组砂布条总成,砂布条总成包括毛刷条和分设于毛刷条两侧面的不同砂光精度的若干砂布条,形成与砂光主体正转对应的粗砂面和与砂光主体反转对应的细砂面,或是形成与砂光主体正转对应的细砂面和与砂光主体反转对应的粗砂面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述砂布打磨装置包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构一、与传送方向垂直设置的砂布砂光机构一,砂布砂光机构一采用链板式砂布砂光结构,链板式砂布砂光结构包括同步链轮传动机构和链轮固定支架,同步链轮传动机构安装于链轮固定支架上,同步链轮传动机构包括主动轮组、从动轮组和连接于主动轮组与从动轮组之间的履带,电机连接驱动主动轮组,履带表面依次排列有多块固定块,砂布条总成安装于固定块上;
    砂布砂光机构一与分体升降机构一连接,并由分体升降机构一驱动升降,砂布砂光机构一的砂布条总成中的砂布条和毛刷条均可单独或整体更换。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述圆盘打磨装置包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构二、由分体升降机构二连接驱动升降的至少一排圆盘打磨机构,每排圆盘打磨机构中设置有若干个磨盘总成,磨盘总成由电机二驱动,磨盘总成包括作为纱布砂光机构二的砂光主体的磨盘底座、转轴二和传动机构二,磨盘底座固定于转轴的端部,并通过传动机构二与电机二连接,由电机二带动磨盘旋转,对工件表面进行打磨;
    磨盘底座为圆盘结构,其底面设置有与纱布条总成对应的嵌位二,嵌位二从圆盘的中部向外延伸,相邻的两嵌位二之间形成一定的夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述多辊打磨装置包括立向设置在传送装置上方的分体升降机构三、由分体升降机构三连接驱动升降的直辊打磨机构,直辊打磨机构包括沿输送装置的传送方向依次设置的两条或两条以上的砂光辊、带动砂光辊转动的电机三;砂光辊包括作为砂布砂光机构三的砂光主体的直辊、转轴三和传动机构三,传动机构三与电机三连接,砂布条总成沿直辊的表面设置,直辊上设置有安装纱布条总成的嵌位三,嵌位三相互平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述输送装置的下方设置有吹风装置,砂布打磨装置、圆盘打磨装置和多辊打磨装置的下方、和/或侧方、和/或上方设置有与吹风装置对应的吹风口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,吹风装置采用吹风空压机,砂布砂光机构的两侧分别设置有送风通道,该送风通道与吹风空压机连接,吹风通道的端部设置有风嘴,吹风口位于风嘴上,对砂布施加压力。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述输送装置连接有驱动其升降的平台升降系统,平台升降系统固定在机架上; 所述输送装置包括输送支架和设置在输送支架上的主动辊轴、从动辊轴、绕设于主、从动辊轴上的输送带、连接带动主动辊轴转动的电机驱动装置,平台升降系统包括连接带动输送支架升降的压力缸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述输送带的上方沿其输送方向设置有多组压辊,压辊的两端分别设置有固定支座,固定支座上设置有上下调节机构,上下调节机构与压辊的辊轴连接,用于调节压辊与输送带之间的距离; 所述上下调节机构包括设置在固定支座上的槽孔和调节螺丝,辊轴的一端插入槽孔并可沿槽孔上下移动,调节螺丝穿过固定支座的上部并与辊轴的端部螺纹连接,通过转动调节螺丝,可实现压辊的上下位置调节。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述固定块表面设置有与砂布条和毛刷条对应的梯形槽,相应的砂布条和毛刷条的端部以嵌接的方式卡接在梯形槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂光机,其特征在于,所述分体升降机构一包括分设于砂布砂光机构两侧的固定座、活动设置在固定座上的滑动座、连接于活动座与滑动座之间的立向设置的丝杆以及和丝杆配合的传动齿轮,两侧滑动座之间有连接杆,砂布砂光机构悬置于两侧滑动座的下方,传动齿轮由电机或旋转手轮带动;
    分体升降机构二、分体升降机构三与分体升降机构一的结构一致。
