- Each switching device 90 has a valve spool 92 and a cylindrical sleeve 94 as shown in FIG.
- each sleeve 94 is provided with a negative pressure input port 94A, a positive pressure input port 94B, and an output port 94C.
- the output port 94 ⁇ / b> C communicates with a supply passage 125 formed in the axial center portion of the corresponding spline shaft 121.
- valve spool 92 has an abutting portion 93 having a substantially U shape in the lateral direction on the upper portion thereof.
- the valve spool 92 functions to switch the connection destination to the output port 94C by switching the flow path in the sleeve 94.
- the negative pressure input port 94 ⁇ / b> A and the output port 94 ⁇ / b> C are connected inside the sleeve 94.
- valve spool 92 when the valve spool 92 is positioned at the lower end position (hereinafter referred to as “positive pressure supply position”), the positive pressure input port 94B and the output port 94C are connected. From the above, by switching the position of the valve spool 92, the pressure supplied to the suction nozzle 250 via the supply passage 125 of the spline shaft 121 can be switched between negative pressure and positive pressure.
- the V-axis drive device 100 functions to move the valve spool 92 between the negative pressure supply position and the positive pressure supply position along the Z direction (vertical direction). Similar to the Z-axis drive device 80, the V-axis drive device 100 is symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the mounting head 50 with the shaft portion 62 of the head body 60 interposed therebetween.
- the two V-axis drive devices 100 are respectively provided at positions corresponding to the two Z-axis drive devices 80 in the Z direction (see FIG. 6), and the switching device 90 corresponding to the suction nozzle 250 at the specific position.
- the valve spool 92 is moved between the negative pressure supply position and the positive pressure supply position.
- the V-axis drive device 100 includes a box-shaped main body 102 and a V-axis movable unit 104 that moves in the Z direction (vertical direction). . Inside the main body 102, a V-axis linear motor (not shown) is provided.
- V-axis cam follower 106 (hereinafter referred to as “V-axis cam follower 106”) is rotatably attached to the V-axis movable portion 104 via a cam follower support portion 105. .
- the bearing portion 200 is a thrust type, the outer diameter of the bearing portion 200 can be made smaller than that of the radial type.
- the entire shaft device 120 including the bearing portion 200 can be downsized in the radial direction. Further, by reducing the size of the shaft device 120 in the radial direction, the arrangement pitch of the shaft devices 120 can be narrowed, and the number of the shaft devices 120 mounted on the rotating body 64 of the mounting head 50 is increased. Is possible.
- the bearing portion 200 is arranged inside the housing portion 164, and the spline nut 151 can be supported within the housing portion 164. Therefore, the bearing structure can be strengthened.
- the housing side raceway plate 165 is a bottom wall of the housing portion 164 and is integrated with the first shaft cylinder 161. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced compared to a structure in which the housing side raceway plate 165 is a separate part from the first shaft cylinder 161.
- the coil spring 230 functions as a return spring that automatically returns the spline shaft 121 to the ascending end position, and in the axial direction (Z direction) with respect to the bearing portion 200. It also has the function of applying a load.
- the housing side raceway plate 165 is integrated with the first shaft 161, but may be a separate part.
- the raceway surface (upper surface) of the housing side raceway plate 165 is a horizontal plane.
- the raceway surface 270 of the housing side raceway plate 260 may be an inclined surface. That is, the straight line connecting the center of the ball 220 and the contact point of the raceway surface 270 may have a structure (angular type) having a predetermined angle (contact angle ⁇ ) with respect to the axial direction.
- the function as a return spring that automatically returns the spline shaft 121 to the rising end position by one coil spring 230 and the function of applying a load in the axial direction to the bearing portion 200 are combined.
- the biasing member that applies a load in the axial direction to the bearing portion 200 is not necessarily used as the return spring of the shaft 121, and may be provided separately.
- a rotary mounting head in which a plurality of shaft devices 120 are mounted in the circumferential direction is illustrated, but for example, the shaft device 120 is linearly arranged in a uniaxial direction. You may apply to an in-line type mounting head. Moreover, the shaft apparatus 120 does not necessarily need to be plural, and only one may be mounted.
- the suction nozzle 250 is illustrated as an example of the component holding unit.
- a chuck type component holding unit may be used.

Abstract
