Description

折叠式遮阳装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠式遮阳装置,尤指一种可将多片遮阳板折叠收纳的折叠式遮阳装置。
背景技术
当汽车长时间停放在室外时,剧烈的阳光会使车厢内的温度上升,令驾驶者一进入车厢内便感到闷热难耐,此外,曝晒在阳光下的汽车内部装潢也容易发生变质、脱落或变色等问题。因此,业界开发出遮阳板等装置,来减少强烈的阳光对汽车所造成的伤害。
已知的汽车遮阳板是在遮阳板上压制数道内凹状的折痕,使遮阳板可易于收折而节省收纳空间。然而,这种遮阳板由于折痕处不平整,容易与车窗框之间产生间隙以致光线泄漏,甚至导致遮阳板无法与车窗框稳固靠合而滑脱等问题。因此,业界开发出另一种具有挠性的金属框,该种挠性金属框在不使用时,可将整体弯曲收折成一团状收纳,而在展开时还能对应车窗框的轮廓,使遮阳板达到完善的遮光效果。但由于汽车前窗面积较大,在制作挠性金属框时为维持框体的平整性需要经过复杂的工序并导致制造成本提高,而大面积的挠性金属框制造时本身需要具备较高的强度,通常较一般金属框更粗、更厚,使用者在收纳时必须花费较大的力量才能加以弯折,造成使用上的不便。因此,现有技术实际存在改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于解决已知的一片式挠性遮阳板制造成本高且不易弯折收纳的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种折叠式遮阳装置,其中,包含有两个遮阳板,以及一捆束件。每一该遮阳板均包含有一环框,一受该环框环绕的遮幕,一间隔地连接该环框及该遮幕的连接件,以及一介于该环框及该遮幕之间的空隙,该两个环框相靠合的框边界定为一连结框边,每一该环框的除该连结框边外的部分界定为一操作框边。该捆束件穿过每一该空隙并捆缚连接每一该连结框边,其包含有设置在每一该连结框边一侧的多个弯曲段,以及连接每一该弯曲段并设置在每一该连结框边另一侧的多个限制段,该捆束件具有一使每一该弯曲段紧绷而限制每一该操作框边最大程度地分离的展开状态,以及一使每一该限制段紧绷而引导其中一该操作框边绕枢轴旋转并叠合在另一该操作框边的折叠状态。
进一步地,该限制段捆缚在每一该连结框边上的范围比该弯曲段捆缚在每一该连结框边上的范围更大。
进一步地,该弯曲段为跨设在每一该连接框边的平针缝线,该限制段为交错地跨设在每一该连接框边的斜针缝线。

因此,本发明较现有技术具有以下有益效果:
本发明的折叠式遮阳装置制造时可分别制作两个面积较小的遮阳板,再以转折结构将两者组合,并可通过转折结构将该些遮阳板叠合后令使用者施力弯曲并收纳,达到较已知技术直接制作大面积的遮阳板更能节省成本、易于使用者操作、同时具备与车窗框平整贴合的完善遮光效果等优点。

具体实施方式
关于本发明的技术,请参照图1所示,本发明提供了一种折叠式遮阳装置100,主要包含有至少两个遮阳板10,以及一捆束件20。本发明中该折叠式遮阳装置100是设置在车室内阻挡外部太阳光,且该捆束件20可弯折地连接每一该遮阳板10以便使用者收纳该折叠式遮阳装置100。然实际上本发明也可使用在巴士、游艇或飞机等载具甚至建筑物的窗户上,使用范围并不以汽车车窗为限,且该折叠式遮阳装置100也可包含两片以上的该遮阳板10。
具体而言,同时参照图1及图2所示,每一该遮阳板10包含有一环框11,一被该环框11环绕的遮幕12,一间隔地连接该环框11及该遮幕12的连接件13,以及一介于该环框11及该遮幕12之间的空隙14,该两个环框11相靠合的框边界定为一连结框边111,每一该环框11的除该连结框边111外的部分界定为一操作框边112。本发明的技术用语“连结框边111”是指每一该环框11相互连结的一边,而“操作框边112”是指使用者在进行收纳、折叠时较易握持并施力的一边。本实施方式中,该环框11具有挠性,该遮幕12可为铝箔气泡布、网布或纱幕等,还可在该遮幕12上涂布反光涂料等,至于该连接件13为布质包覆层或为网状结构等易于受力变形且具一定韧性的材质,令该环框11展开时可撑起该连接件13, 连带将该遮幕12撑起为呈片状,并使该环框11与该遮幕12之间产生该空隙14。
同时参照图3和图4所示,该捆束件20穿过每一该空隙14并捆缚连接每一该连结框边111,其包含有设置在每一该连结框边111一侧的多个弯曲段21,以及连接每一该弯曲段21并设置在每一该连结框边111另一侧的多个限制段22。请参照图5所示,该捆束件20具有一使每一该弯曲段21紧绷而限制每一该操作框边112最大程度地分离的展开状态。另请参照图6和图7所示,该捆束件20另具有一使每一该限制段22紧绷而引导其中一该操作框边112绕枢轴旋转并叠合在另一该操作框边112的折叠状态。
在本发明第一实施方式中,该弯曲段21为跨设在每一该连结框边111的平针缝线,该限制段22则为交错地跨设在每一该连结框边111的斜针缝线。在展开状态下,由于该限制段22与该弯曲段21在该两个遮阳板10联合构成的结构体两侧分别具有不同长度的绳长,因此捆缚范围较少的该弯曲段21会因绳长的限制在展开时绷紧每一该操作框边112使其无法再朝远离该弯曲段21的方向绕枢轴旋转。相反地,在折叠状态下,由于该限制段22的绳长较长,可使该两个遮阳板10绕枢轴旋转而相互叠合并使该弯曲段21缩入该连接件13中的空隙14。此外,该捆束件21包含有一束缚每一该连结框边且位于该弯曲段21及该限制段22两侧的结尾段23,该结尾段23可为设置在每一该连接框边之间的多个紧密的连续平针缝线,或是绳线结等用以避免针线脱落的结构,其形式在此不予限制。
此外,请参照图8所示,本实施方式中该遮阳板10包含有至少一设置在该环框11的磁吸件15,或是一设置在该遮幕12的吸盘16,用以贴附在汽车的车窗框500或车窗玻璃等物件,能确保每一该遮幕12妥善地遮盖在车窗玻璃上以发挥阻挡阳光的作用。上述的该磁吸件15或该吸盘16仅是说明本发明的优选的实施方式,其位置实际上可根据需求变更、互换等。
综上所述,本发明的折叠式遮阳装置100通过该遮阳板10与该捆束件20,制造上比已知一片式大面积的挠性遮阳板10更节省成本,还改善了大面积挠性遮阳板10因需要较高的结构强度高而难以被使用者收折的问题。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种折叠式遮阳装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    两个遮阳板,每一所述遮阳板包含有:一环框,一被所述环框环绕的遮幕,一间隔地连接所述环框和所述遮幕的连接件,以及一介于所述环框和所述遮幕之间的空隙,两个所述环框的相靠合的框边被界定为一连结框边,每一所述环框的除所述连结框边之外的部分被界定为一操作框边;以及
    一捆束件,所述捆束件穿过每一所述空隙并捆缚连接每一所述连结框边,所述捆束件包含有:设置在每一所述连结框边一侧的多个弯曲段,以及连接每一所述弯曲段并设置在每一所述连结框边另一侧的多个限制段,所述捆束件具有使每一所述弯曲段紧绷而限制每一所述操作框边最大程度地分离的展开状态,以及使每一所述限制段紧绷而引导其中一所述操作框边绕枢轴旋转并叠合在另一所述操作框边的折叠状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式遮阳装置,其特征在于,所述限制段捆缚在每一所述连结框边上的范围比所述弯曲段捆缚在每一所述连结框边上的范围更大。
