Abstract

低露光量で露光可能な対象物に対して適切な露光量で露光することができる。 光源11から照射された光を導光する導光部材12は、光源11の光が供給される光入射部11bから、ステージの上方に略帯状に設けられ、ステージへ光を照射する光出射部11eへと光を導光する。光源11からの光が略帯状に広がるため、光出射部11eからステージ21へ照射される光が弱くなる。

Description

光照射装置
 本発明は、光照射装置に関する。
 特許文献1には、連続または間歇的に直線状に搬送される光配向膜に対し、光配向膜の搬送方向に沿って光照射部が多段に配置され、多段に配置された各光照射部から光配向膜に偏光光を照射して光配向する偏光光照射装置において、各光照射部から光配向膜に照射されるUVエネルギーが数百mJ/cmであることが開示されている。
 特許文献2には、低露光量(1μmの厚みの配向膜で約1mJ/cm~500mJ/cm)で配向膜に液晶配向能を付与できる光配向材料が開示されている。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の発明を用いて、特許文献2に記載の光配向材料を露光する場合には、露光量が高すぎるという問題がある。
 本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、低露光量で露光可能な対象物に対して、適切な露光量で露光することができる光照射装置を提供することを目的とする。
 上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る光照射装置は、例えば、対象物が載置されるステージと、光源と、前記光源から照射された光を導光する導光部材であって、前記光源の光が供給される光入射部と、前記ステージの上方に略帯状に設けられ、前記ステージへ光を照射する光出射部と、を有する導光部材と、を有する光照射部と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
 本発明に係る光照射装置によれば、光源から照射された光を導光する導光部材は、光源の光が供給される光入射部から、ステージの上方に略帯状に設けられ、ステージへ光を照射する光出射部へと光を導光する。光源からの光が略帯状に広がるため、光出射部からステージへ照射される光が弱くなる。これにより、低露光量で露光可能な対象物に対して、適切な露光量で露光することができる。
 ここで、前記導光部材は、複数の光ファイバーを束ねた光ファイバーケーブルであり、前記光ファイバーケーブルのうちの第1の端は、前記光入射部であり、前記光ファイバーケーブルのうちの前記第1の端以外の第2の端は、前記複数の光ファイバーが束ねられておらず、長手方向が前記対象物の走査方向と略直交する方向に沿うように前記複数の光ファイバーを略帯状に並べることで、前記光出射部が構成されてもよい。このように、光ファイバーを用いて導光することにより、光源をステージの上方に設けることなく、光出射部をステージの上方に設けることができる。したがって、ステージの上方に設けられる部分を軽くすることができる。
 ここで、前記光ファイバーケーブルは、第1の光ファイバーケーブルと、第2の光ファイバーケーブルと、を有し、前記光出射部は、前記第1の光ファイバーケーブルの一端である第1の光出射部と、前記第2の光ファイバーケーブルの一端である第2の光出射部と、を有し、前記第1の光出射部と前記第2の光出射部とは、前記走査方向に沿って隙間をあけて並べられ、前記第1の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光と、前記第2の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光とは、光の強さ、偏光の向き、及び偏光の有無のうちの少なくとも1つが異なってもよい。このように、光ファイバーを用いて導光することにより、複数の光出射部を様々な位置に複数配置し、各光出射部から照射される光の強さ、偏光の向き、及び偏光の有無のうちの少なくとも1つを異なせることができる。したがって、様々な露光処理を一度に行うことができる。
 ここで、前記対象物を加熱する加熱部であって、前記第1の光出射部と前記第2の光出射部との間に設けられた加熱部を備え、前記第1の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光は偏光光であり、前記第2の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光は偏光されていない光であってもよい。このように、偏光光を照射したあとで加熱し、その後無偏光光を照射することで、短時間で配向処理を行うことができる。
 ここで、前記光出射部を前記走査方向に沿って移動させる移動部を備えてもよい。光ファイバーを用いて導光し、光源をステージの上方以外の位置に設けることで、ステージの上方に設けられる部分を軽くすることができる。したがって、光出射部を容易に移動させることができる。
 ここで、前記導光部材は、前記光出射部である裏面が前記ステージと対向するように設けられた略帯状の導光板であり、前記光源は、前記光入射部である前記導光板の第1の側面に向けて光が照射されるように、前記第1の側面に隣接して設けられ、前記導光板は、長手方向が前記対象物の走査方向と略直交する方向に沿って設けられ、前記導光板の表面及び前記第1の側面以外の側面は、遮光部材又は光反射部材で覆われていてもよい。これにより、簡単な構成で1つの光源の光を広い範囲に広げて照射することができる。
 ここで、前記裏面には、前記光源からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなる遮光部材が設けられてもよい。これにより、簡単な構成で1つの光源の光を広い範囲に均一に広げて照射することができる。
 ここで、前記光源は、前記第1の側面及び前記第1の側面に対向する第2の側面のそれぞれに隣接して設けられてもよい。これにより、で1つの光源の光を広い範囲により均一に広げて照射することができる。
 ここで、前記光照射部を前記走査方向に沿って移動させる移動部を備えてもよい。導光板を用いて光を広げることで、光源が小さくなるため、光照射部を容易に移動させることができる。
 本発明によれば、低露光量で露光可能な対象物に対して適切な露光量で露光することができる。

 以下、本発明の光照射装置を、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、以下の実施の形態では、光照射装置として、偏光光を照射する偏光光照射装置を例に説明する。
 <第1の実施の形態>
 図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置1の概略を示す平面図である。図2は、偏光光照射装置1の概略を示す正面図である。偏光光照射装置1は、例えば、偏光子を通過させて偏光した光(以下、偏光光という)をガラス基板等の対象物Wの被露光面に照射して光配向処理を行い、液晶パネル等の配向膜を生成する装置である。ここで、光配向処理とは、直線偏光紫外線を高分子膜上に照射して、膜内の分子の再配列や異方的な化学反応を誘起することで、膜に異方性を持たせる処理である。
 以下、対象物Wの搬送方向(すなわち、走査方向)をx方向とし、搬送方向に直交する方向をy方向とし、鉛直方向をz方向とする。なお、図2においては、説明のため、装置手前側(+y側)の一部については図示を省略している。また、図1においては、説明のため、装置枠の天面(+z側の面)については図示を省略している。
 偏光光照射装置1は、主として、光照射部10と、駆動部20と、ロボット30と、を備える。
 光照射部10は、対象物Wに光を照射する。光照射部10については、後に詳述する。
 駆動部20は、主として、ステージ21と、ステージガイドレール22と、を有する。
 ステージ21は、図示しない駆動手段により、ステージガイドレール22に沿って移動可能に設けられる(図1、2の太矢印参照)。また、ステージ21は、図示しない駆動手段及び回転機構により、xy平面に沿って回転可能に設けられる(図1点線参照)。ステージ21の上面には、対象物Wが載置される。
 ステージ21がステージガイドレール22に沿ってx方向に移動する際には、図示しない位置検出部によりステージスキャン軸23におけるステージ21の位置が検出される。これにより、ステージ21のx方向の位置が調整できる。なお、ステージ21の移動及び位置決めは、すでに公知の技術であるため、説明を省略する。
 ロボット30は、ステージ21に対象物Wを搬入したり、搬出したりする。
 次に、光照射部10について詳細に説明する。光照射部10は、主として、光源11と、導光部材12と、光学部材13と、を有する。
 光源11は、主として、ランプ11aと、光学フィルタ11bと、を有する。光源11は、例えば偏光光照射装置1の枠の外側に設けられる。ただし、光源11を設ける位置は、図1、2に示す位置に限られない。
 ランプ11aは、偏光していない光(例えば、紫外光)を出射する。ランプ11aは、例えば、電極間距離が1~10mm程度と短い高輝度の点光源であるショートアークタイプのランプである。なお、ランプ11aは、ショートアークタイプのランプに限られず、LED等の様々な種類の発光装置を用いることができる。また、ランプ11aの背面に、ランプ11aの光を前方に反射させる反射鏡を設けてもよい。また、ランプ11aの数は、1つに限定されない。
 光学フィルタ11bは、ランプ11aから照射された光の中から所定の波長の光のみを通過させる。光学フィルタ11bの背面にはランプ11aが設けられ、光学フィルタ11bの前面には導光部材12の入射部12b(後に詳述)が設けられる。
 なお、本実施の形態では、光源11にランプ11aを用いたが、光源11は紫外線を出射すればよく、例えば光を増幅するレーザ発振器を光源11に用いても良い。
 図3は、導光部材12の概略を示す斜視図である。導光部材12は、光源11から照射された光を、光源から離れた場所に導くものである。本実施の形態では、導光部材12は、複数本の光ファイバー素線12aが束ねられて束状に形成された光ファイバー束である。光ファイバー素線12aは、入射部12bから供給された光を出射部12cへ導光する。
 導光部材12は、部分的に光ファイバー素線12aが束ねられている。この束ねられた部分を本体12dとする。本体12dは、複数の光ファイバー素線12aを束ねて束状にし、これを融着処理等により一体にすることで形成される。
 光ファイバー素線12aのうちの、光ファイバー素線12aが束ねられた側の端面は、入射部12bである。入射部12bにおいては、複数の光ファイバー素線12aの端面は、均一に分布して固定されている。
 光ファイバー素線12aのうちの、光ファイバー素線12aが束ねられていな側の端面は、出射部12cである。出射部12cの近傍では、光ファイバー素線12aを広げることができる。本実施の形態では、出射部12cが略帯状となるように光ファイバー素線12aを広げて並べる。以下、略帯状に並べた出射部12c全体を、対象物Wに光を照射する照射面12eと定義する。
 図4は、照射面12eにおける、出射部12c(光ファイバー素線12aの端面)の分布状態を模式的に示した一例である。図4では、光ファイバー素線12aを部分的に表示している。
 出射部12cは千鳥状に配置される。すなわち、第一列(列I)における出射部12cの中心が、第一列に隣接する列(列II)における出射部12cの中心の間に位置するように、光ファイバー素線12aを配置する。これにより、照射面12eから照射される光のムラが問題とならなくなる。
 ただし、照射面12eが略帯状であれば、出射部12cの配置は図4に示す形態に限られない。例えば、図4では、同じ列に配置された光ファイバー素線12aが当接しているが、同じ列に配置された光ファイバー素線12aは当接しなくてもよい。また、図4では、光ファイバー素線12aが2列(列I、列II)に配置されているが、列数はこれに限られない。
 図1、2の説明に戻る。照射面12e及びの光学部材13は、ステージ21の上方(+z方向)に設けられる。
 光学部材13は、照射面12eと略同じ長さの長辺を持つ長方形の部材である。光学部材13は、その長手方向が照射面12eの長手方向に略一致するように、光源11の下側(-z側)に設けられる。光学部材13は、例えば、光源11から出射された無偏光の光を偏光する偏光子であるが、これに限定されるものではない。また、光学部材13は、一個の部材で構成してもよいし、平行四辺形(正方形、長方形を含む)の小片を複数並べて構成してもよい。
 このように構成された偏光光照射装置1は、対象物W(ステージ21)を走査方向であるx方向に移動させながら、光照射部10から照射された偏光光を対象物Wの被露光面に照射して、液晶パネル用の配向膜等を生成する。
 本実施の形態によれば、1つの光源の光を広い範囲に広げて照射するため、照射面から照射される光を弱くすることができる。そのため、低露光量で露光可能な対象物Wに対して、適切な露光量(低露光量)で露光することができる。
 例えば、図13に示す偏光光照射装置100のように、光照射部としてロングアークタイプのランプ101を用いる従来の装置において、ランプ101の使用本数を減らし(例えば、通常3本使用するところを、1本だけ使用する)、ランプ101と、光学フィルタ103及び偏光子104との間に減光板102を置くことで、対象物Wに照射される光を減らす方法も考えられる。しかしながら、減光板102からランプ101へ光が戻ってしまったり、減光板102自体の熱対策や寿命対策等が必要となったりするため、実際の装置に減光板102を設置する方法を適用することは困難である。また、減光板102を設置したり、対象物Wの搬送速度を高くしたり(例えば、通常100mm/秒程度のものを、1000mm/秒程度まで早くする)しても、通常の露光量である数百mJ/cmから、約1mJ/cm~500mJ/cmまで露光量を減らすことは困難である。
 それに対し、本実施の形態では、光源11の光を広範囲に分散させるため、照射される光自体を弱くすることができる。そのため、減光板等を用いることなく、例えば約1mJ/cm~500mJ/cm程度の低露光量まで対象物Wの露光量を減らすことができる。
 また、本実施の形態によれば、光ファイバー束である導光部材12を用いるため、照射面12e及び光学部材13のみをステージ21の上方に設け、光源11を別の位置に設けることができる。したがって、ステージ21の上方に設けられる部分を軽くすることができる。
 <第1の実施の形態の変形例1>
 第1の実施の形態では、照射面12e及び光学部材13のみをステージ21の上方に設け、光源11は別の位置に設けることで、ステージ21の上方に設けられる部分が軽くなる。したがって、照射面12e及びの光学部材13を移動させることが容易である。
 この変形例にかかる偏光光照射装置1Aは、偏光光照射装置1の照射面12e及び光学部材13をx方向に沿って移動可能にした形態である。図5は、偏光光照射装置1Aの概略を示す平面図である。なお、第1の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置1と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 偏光光照射装置1Aは、主として、光照射部10と、ステージ21と、ロボット30と、照射面12e及び光学部材13を支持する支持部31と、支持部31を走査方向(x方向)に移動させる支持台移動部32と、光学測定機33と、を備える。
 支持台移動部32は、駆動部(図示せず)と、駆動部の駆動力によって支持部31を往復移動させる移動機構部(図示せず)と、を有する。駆動部及び移動機構部は、公知の様々な技術を用いることができる。支持台移動部32は、図示しない制御部により制御される。
 光学測定機33は、光照射部10から照射される光の照度、積算露光量や、偏光の軸の向き等を測定する。
 このように構成された偏光光照射装置1Aは、支持部31に設けられた照射面12e及び光学部材13を+x方向に移動させて、光学測定機33の上を通過させる。そして、図示しない制御部は、光照射部10の移動速度等を決定する。
 次に、制御部は、光照射部10を-x方向に移動させて、光照射部10を-x側の端に配置する。その後、図示しない制御部で求められた移動速度で光照射部10を+x方向に移動させながら、光照射部10から照射された光を対象物Wの被露光面に照射して、液晶パネル用の配向膜等を生成する。
 本実施の形態によれば、光源を移動させないため、移動させる部分(照射面12e、光学部材13及び支持部31)を軽くすることができる。したがって、支持部31や支持台移動部32を小型化することができる。
 <第1の実施の形態の変形例2>
 第1の実施の形態では、導光部材12として光ファイバーを用いるため、光源11をステージ21の上方以外の位置に設けることができる。そのため、照射面12e及び光学部材13を様々な位置に複数設けることもできる。
 この変形例にかかる偏光光照射装置1Bは、偏光光照射装置1の照射面12e及び光学部材13を2組設けた形態である。図6は、偏光光照射装置1Bの概略を示す平面図である。なお、第1の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置1と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 偏光光照射装置1Bは、主として、光照射部10A、10Bと、駆動部20と、ロボット30と、加熱部34と、を備える。
 光照射部10は、主として、2つの光源11A、11Bと、2つの導光部材12A、12Bと、1つの光学部材13と、を有する。導光部材12A、12Bの構成は導光部材12と同一である。
 光源11A、11Bは、光源11と同様の構成であるが、光源11Aが照射する光の強さと、光源11Bが照射する光の強さとが異なる。本実施の形態では、光源11Aが照射する光より、光源11Bが照射する光のほうが強い。
 導光部材12Aの照射面12eと、導光部材12Bの照射面12eとは、x方向に隙間をあけて並んで設けられる。
 光学部材13は、導光部材12Aの下方に設けられる。したがって、導光部材12Aの照射面12eから照射される光は、偏光光として対象物Wに照射され、導光部材12Bの照射面12eから照射される光は、偏光されていない光として対象物Wに照射される。
 加熱部34は、例えば赤外線ヒーターであり、対象物Wを加熱する。加熱部34は、導光部材12Aの照射面12eと、導光部材12Aの照射面12eとの間に設けられる。
 対象物W(ステージ21)が-x方向から+x方向に向けて移動するときに、対象物Wが露光される。まず、対象物Wは、導光部材12Aの照射面12eから照射される光により露光される。
 対象物Wの導光部材12Aの照射面12eにより露光された部分は、加熱部34により加熱され、その後、導光部材12Bの照射面12eから照射される光により露光される。
 本実施の形態によれば、偏光光により配向された部分に対して、加熱し、その後強い無偏光光を照射することで、短時間で配向処理を行うことができる。
 なお、本実施の形態では、導光部材12Aから対象物Wに照射される光と、導光部材12Bから対象物Wに照射される光とは、光の強さ及び偏光の有無が異なるが、導光部材12Aから対象物Wに照射される光と、導光部材12Bから対象物Wに照射される光とで異なるのは光の強さ及び偏光の有無に限られない。導光部材12Aから対象物Wに照射される光と、導光部材12Bから対象物Wに照射される光とは、光の強さ、偏光の向き、及び偏光の有無の少なくとも1つが異なればよい。
 例えば、通過した光の偏光の向きが異なる2つの光学部材を用い、これらを導光部材12Aの照射面12eの下方と導光部材12Bの照射面12eの下方とのそれぞれに設けることで、偏光の向きが異なる光を別々に対象物Wに照射することができる。このように、様々な露光処理を一度に行うことができる。
 <第2の実施の形態>
 第1の実施の形態では、導光部材として光ファイバー束を用いたが、導光部材はこれに限られない。
 第2の実施の形態は、導光部材として導光板を用いる形態である。以下、第2の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置2について説明する。第1の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置1と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 図7は、第2の実施の形態に係る偏光光照射装置2の概略を示す平面図である。図8は、偏光光照射装置2の概略を示す正面図である。偏光光照射装置1は、主として、光照射部40と、駆動部20と、ロボット30と、を備える。
 光照射部40は、対象物Wに偏光を照射する。光照射部40は、主として、光源11と、導光部材41と、光学部材13と、を有する。
 光源11は、導光部材41の側面に隣接して設けられる。図7においては、光源11は、導光部材41の+y側(短手方向)の側面41a(図9参照)に隣接して設けられる。光学部材13は、導光部材41の下方に設けられる。
 図9は、光照射部40の詳細を示す図であり、図8のA-A断面図である。導光部材41は、光学フィルタ11bの前面に設けられる。そのため、ランプ11aから照射された光は、光学フィルタ11bを通過して側面41aから導光部材41に導かれる。
 導光部材41は、石英等の透明な材料で形成された板材であり、略帯状に形成されている。導光部材41の表面41b(+z側の面)には、金属製の反射拡散板42が設けられる。これにより、導光部材41の側面41aから入射した光が反射拡散板42で散乱されて導光部材41全体に導光され、導光部材41の裏面41c(-z側の面)が面発光する。
 導光部材41の光源11が隣接して設けられていない側面(ここでは、側面41a以外の側面)には、金属製の遮光板43が設けられる。これにより、導光部材41の端面(側面)から入射した光が側面から逃げてしまうことを防止する。
 このように、導光部材41の側面41aは、光源11の光が供給される光入射部であり、導光部材41の裏面41cは、光出射部である。
 光出射部である導光部材41の裏面41cには、裏面41cを部分的に覆う遮光板44が設けられる。図10は、光照射部40を裏から見た図であり、遮光板44の概略を示す図である。なお、図10では、光学部材13を省略している。また、図10では、説明のため、遮光板44が設けられている位置を網掛け表示している。
 遮光板44は、光源11からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなるように形成されている。これにより、面発光する光の均一性を確保している。なお、遮光板44は、光源11からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなるのであれば、形状は図10に示す形態に限定されない。
 このように構成された偏光光照射装置2は、対象物W(ステージ21)を走査方向であるx方向に移動させながら、光照射部40から照射された偏光光を対象物Wの被露光面に照射して、液晶パネル用の配向膜等を生成する。
 本実施の形態によれば、簡単な構成で1つの光源の光を広い範囲に広げて照射するため、照射面から照射される光を弱くすることができる。そのため、適切な露光量(低露光量)で対象物Wを露光することができる。
 なお、第2の実施の形態では、光源11を、導光部材41の側面41aに隣接して設けたが、光源11の位置及び数はこれに限られない。図11に示す光照射部40Aのように、複数の光源11を、導光部材41の-x側(長手方向)の側面41dに隣接して設けてもよい。図11では、光学部材13、反射拡散板42及び遮光板43の図示を省略している。
 遮光板44aは、遮光板44と形状のみが異なるものであり、遮光板44と同様に、光源11からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなるように形成されている。
 なお、図11では、複数の光源11を導光部材41の側面41dに沿って設けたが、側面41dの長さと略同じ長さの光源を1つだけ導光部材41の側面41dに沿って設けてもよい。また、図11では、隣接する光源11が当接しているが、隣接する光源11間にすき間を設けてもよい。
 また、図12に示す光照射部40Bのように、対向する2つの側面41a、41eのそれぞれに隣接して複数の光源11を設けてもよい。図12では、光学部材13、反射拡散板42及び遮光板43の図示を省略している。遮光板44bは、遮光板44と形状のみが異なるものであり、遮光板44と同様に、光源11からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなるように形成されている。なお、対向する2つの側面は、側面41a、41eに限られず、側面41d、41fでもよい。側面41d、41fに隣接して光源11を設ける場合には、側面41dに隣接して設ける光源11と、側面41dに隣接して設ける光源11とのy方向の位置を交互に(千鳥状に)配置してもよい。
 また、第2の実施の形態においても、第1の実施の形態と同様に、偏光光照射装置2の光照射部40をx方向に沿って移動可能にすることができる。光照射部40の光源11は、従来の偏光光照射装置100(図13参照)に用いられるランプ101と比べて小さいため、光照射部40の移動も容易である。
 なお、上記実施の形態では、光照射装置として、偏光光を照射する偏光光照射装置1、2等を例に説明したが、光照射装置は、偏光光照射装置1、2等の偏光子(光学部材13)の代わりにマスクを用いることで、露光装置として用いることもできる。本発明の光照射装置は、偏光光照射装置や露光装置を含む概念である。以下、この露光装置について説明する。
 この露光装置の構成は、偏光子(光学部材13)の有無以外は偏光光照射装置1、2等の構成と同様である。この露光装置は、例えば、液晶表示装置のカラーフィルタの画素パターン、カラーフィルタの各画素の枠となる不透明なブラックマトリックス、回路パターン等の露光処理を行うことができる。
 一例として、この露光装置を用いたカラーフィルタの画素パターンの露光処理について説明する。まず、透明な基板に画素の枠となる不透明なブラックマトリックスを形成したものにRの画素のレジストを塗布する。そして、画素の部分だけ光が透過するパターンが形成されたマスクを露光装置に設け、光源11から光を照射することで、基板上にRの画素を形成する。Gの画素、Bの画素に対しても同様の露光処理を行うことで、この露光装置を用いてカラーフィルタの画素パターンを形成することができる。
 以上、この発明の実施形態を、図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。また、上述の各実施の形態を組み合わせることもできる。
 また、本発明において、「略」とは、厳密に同一である場合のみでなく、同一性を失わない程度の誤差や変形を含む概念である。例えば、略中央とは、厳密に中央の場合には限られない。また、例えば、単に平行、直交等と表現する場合において、厳密に平行、直交等の場合のみでなく、略平行、略直交等の場合を含むものとする。また、本発明において「近傍」とは、例えばAの近傍であるときに、Aの近くであって、Aを含んでもいても含んでいなくてもよいことを示す概念である。

Claims (9)

  1.  対象物が載置されるステージと、
     光源と、前記光源から照射された光を導光する導光部材であって、前記光源の光が供給される光入射部と、前記ステージの上方に略帯状に設けられ、前記ステージへ光を照射する光出射部と、を有する導光部材と、を有する光照射部と、
     を備えたことを特徴とする光照射装置。
  2.  前記導光部材は、複数の光ファイバーを束ねた光ファイバーケーブルであり、
     前記光ファイバーケーブルのうちの第1の端は、前記光入射部であり、
     前記光ファイバーケーブルのうちの前記第1の端以外の第2の端は、前記複数の光ファイバーが束ねられておらず、長手方向が前記対象物の走査方向と略直交する方向に沿うように前記複数の光ファイバーを略帯状に並べることで、前記光出射部が構成される
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
  3.  前記光ファイバーケーブルは、第1の光ファイバーケーブルと、第2の光ファイバーケーブルと、を有し、
     前記光出射部は、前記第1の光ファイバーケーブルの一端である第1の光出射部と、前記第2の光ファイバーケーブルの一端である第2の光出射部と、を有し、
     前記第1の光出射部と前記第2の光出射部とは、前記走査方向に沿って隙間をあけて並べられ、
     前記第1の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光と、前記第2の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光とは、光の強さ、偏光の向き、及び偏光の有無のうちの少なくとも1つが異なる
     ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
  4.  前記対象物を加熱する加熱部であって、前記第1の光出射部と前記第2の光出射部との間に設けられた加熱部を備え、
     前記第1の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光は偏光光であり、前記第2の光出射部から前記対象物に照射される光は偏光されていない光である
     ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光照射装置。
  5.  前記光出射部を前記走査方向に沿って移動させる移動部を備えた
     ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の光照射装置。
  6.  前記導光部材は、前記光出射部である裏面が前記ステージと対向するように設けられた略帯状の導光板であり、
     前記光源は、前記光入射部である前記導光板の第1の側面に向けて光が照射されるように、前記第1の側面に隣接して設けられ、
     前記導光板は、長手方向が前記対象物の走査方向と略直交する方向に沿って設けられ、
     前記導光板の表面及び前記第1の側面以外の側面は、遮光部材又は光反射部材で覆われている
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
  7.  前記裏面には、前記光源からの距離が遠くなるにつれて面積が小さくなる遮光部材が設けられる
     ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光照射装置。
  8.  前記光源は、前記第1の側面及び前記第1の側面に対向する第2の側面のそれぞれに隣接して設けられる
     ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の光照射装置。
  9.  前記光照射部を前記走査方向に沿って移動させる移動部を備えた
     ことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一つに記載の光照射装置。
