Le dispositif de fermentation de yaourt (100) à usage domestique comprend : une plaque de fond (101) comportant une plaque de chauffage intégrée (101a) à l'intérieur de celle-ci et une paroi cylindrique (102); un récipient de stockage d'eau chaude (200) configuré avec les parois intérieure et extérieure (102a, 102b) de la paroi cylindrique (102); un couvercle (300) recouvrant le dispositif de fermentation de yaourt (100) et le réservoir de stockage d'eau chaude (200); et un bouchon d'entrée d'eau (400) bloquant une entrée d'eau formée sur une partie charnière du couvercle (300). La présente invention présente par conséquent les avantages suivants : le dispositif de fermentation peut réaliser la fermentation en chauffant le récipient de fermentation par le biais du chauffage direct de l'eau qu'il effectue lui-même sans alimentation distincte d'eau chauffée, ce qui permet de produire du yaourt de manière facile et simple au moyen d'une structure simple; le dispositif de fermentation peut réutiliser l'eau en continu de telle sorte que le dispositif de fermentation peut produire du yaourt par un procédé simple et facile consistant à remplir le récipient de fermentation avec du lait liquide et à actionner un commutateur de chauffage d'eau sans désagrément associé à l'alimentation en eau; et le dispositif de fermentation est très économique étant donné que sa structure simple permet de réduire le coût de fabrication pour le produit, ce qui permet de réduire le prix du produit.
