Abstract
Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るシャッタ機構1が設けられたメディア再生装置10のシャッタ2が閉じたときの正面図である。図2は、シャッタ機構1のシャッタ2が開いたときの正面図である。図3は、シャッタ機構1のシャッタ2が閉じたときの背面図である。
メディア再生装置10の前面のパネル3には、CDなどのメディアを出し入れする挿入口31と、シャッタ2がスライドする方向に伸びた2本のガイド溝32が設けられている。図示例の挿入口31は、CDを出し入れする開口部であるが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えばUSB(Universal Serial Bus)メモリを抜き差しするコネクタなどであってもよい。開口部からメディア再生装置10内部への異物の侵入を防止するため、またはコネクタを保護するために、パネル3の外側にシャッタ2が設けられている。
また、シャッタ機構1をメディア再生装置10に適用した例を説明するが、シャッタ機構1をどのような装置に適用してもよい。
シャッタ機構1は、シャッタ2と、ベース4と、アーム5,6と、ばね7とを備えている。アーム5,6とばね7は、シャッタ2を開位置と閉位置の2つの位置にスライドさせ保持するリンク機構を構成する。
図7Aはアーム5の背面図、図7Bはアーム5の平面図である。このアーム5は、ポリカーボネート(PC)またはポリオキシメチレン(POM)などの樹脂により成形されており、回転軸穴51、シャフト係合穴52、ばねフック53、アーム係合穴54およびフック部55が形成されている。回転軸穴51は、ベース4の回転軸凸部42と係合する。シャフト係合穴52はアーム5の一端部に形成され、角穴部52aおよび丸穴部52bから成る鍵穴形状であり、シャフト8に係合する。角穴部52aの幅は、シャフト8の小径部83の径よりも広く、中径部82の径よりも狭い。丸穴部52bは、シャフト8の先端部84の径よりも大径である。ばねフック53は、アーム5の背面側において回転軸穴51とシャフト係合穴52の間に設けられ、ばね7の一端部を引っ掛けて固定する。アーム係合穴54は、アーム5におけるシャフト係合穴52とは反対の他端部に形成された、アーム5とアーム6が近づいたり遠ざかったりする遠近方向に長い長穴であり、アーム6の凸部65と係合する。フック部55は弾性を有し、アーム5の正面側、つまりベース4側に形成されて円弧溝47に係合する。図示例では、フック部55をスナップフィット形状にすることで弾性を持たせている。
先ず、シャッタ2に固定された各々のシャフト8が、パネル3のガイド溝32に各々挿入され、シャッタ2が開位置に位置決めされる。続いて、ガイド溝32を貫通した各々のシャフト8が、ベース4の各々のベース溝41の大径部46にはめ込まれ、ベース4が図5のA方向にスライドされることによってシャフト8が大径部46からベース溝41のスライド部45に移動された後、ねじ9によりパネル3とベース4とが固定される。これにより、パネル3の正面側にシャッタ2が取り付けられ、パネル3の背面側にベース4が取り付けられた状態になる。なお、この状態では、パネル3のガイド溝32にはシャフト8の円筒部81が係合している。また、ベース4のベース溝41は、シャフト8の中径部82に係合しており、ベース4は円筒部81と先端部84との間に位置する。円筒部81および先端部84の径と、ベース溝41の幅との大小関係により、この状態でシャフト8がベース4に保持される。
その後、ばね7がアーム5のばねフック53と、アーム6のばねフック64に取り付けられて、シャッタ機構1の組立が完成する。
これに対し、本実施の形態1では、シャフト係合穴52,63にシャフト8の小径部83がはまり込み、小径部83よりも大径の先端部84がシャフト係合穴52,63周辺に当接して浮きを抑える。また、アーム5がアーム6に被さるように重なって取り付けられているため、アーム5がアーム6の浮きを抑える。さらに、アーム5は、スナップフィット形状のフック部55が円弧溝47に係合することによってベース4に取り付けられている。従って、締結部材を必要とせず、組立性が優れたシャッタ機構1を提供することができる。
図9Aはシャッタ機構1のシャッタ2が閉じたときの背面図、図9Bはカム溝61とカム用凸部44の拡大図である。図10Aはシャッタ機構1のシャッタ2が開位置と閉位置の間をスライドしている途中の背面図、図10Bはカム溝61とカム用凸部44の拡大図である。図11Aはシャッタ機構1のシャッタ2が開いたときの背面図、図11Bはカム溝61とカム用凸部44の拡大図である。なお、図9~図11ではパネル3の図示を省略している。
なお、アーム5のできるだけ外側とは、回転軸穴51よりも、シャフト係合穴52に係合するシャフト8に近い位置とする。また、アーム6のできるだけ外側とは、係合穴62よりも、シャフト係合穴63に係合するシャフト8に近い位置とする。
これにより、シャッタ2が2つの位置間をスライドしているときに、アーム5からアーム6が遠ざかり、ばね7が大きく変位するため、シャッタ2のスライド距離が短くアーム5,6の回転量が少なくても、シャッタ2が開位置および閉位置にあるときとスライドしているときとで操作感の差を生じさせることができる。
また、カム溝61は、シャッタ2が開位置にあるときはアーム5,6を開方向へ付勢し、シャッタ2が閉位置にあるときはアーム5,6を閉方向へ付勢するカムとして働くため、ばね7の力を強くしなくても保持力を生じさせることができる。
さらに、強いばね7を必要としないため、組立が容易となる。また、ばね7の力が作用する摺動部分の摩擦を減らすことができるため、寿命を延ばすことができる。また、ばね7の力によってアーム5,6を互いに引っ張り寄せるリンク機構を用いたので、シャッタ2のスライド方向に対する傾きが生じにくい。
例えば、シャッタ機構1は、メディア再生装置10に適用するものに限らず、シャッタによる開閉を必要とする各種装置に適用可能である。その場合、シャッタ機構1は少なくとも、一対のベース溝41、回転軸凸部42、ガイド凸部43およびカム用凸部44が設けられたベース4と、一対のベース溝41に係合する一対のシャフト8が設けられ、当該一対のシャフト8が一対のベース溝41内を係合することで、開位置および閉位置に相当するベース4上の2つの位置間をスライドするシャッタ2と、各々の一端部が一対のシャフト8に係合し、各々の他端部同士が近づいたり遠ざかったりする遠近方向に移動可能に係合したアーム5,6と、アーム5,6を互いに引っ張り寄せるばね7とを備えていればよい。そして、一方のアーム5は、ベース4の回転軸凸部42に回転可能に係合する回転軸穴51が設けられ、シャッタ2のスライドに応じて回転軸凸部42を中心にして回転する構成とする。他方のアーム6は、ベース4のガイド凸部43に回転可能かつ摺動可能に係合する長穴状の係合穴62、およびベース4のカム用凸部44に摺動可能に係合する曲線状のカム溝61が設けられ、シャッタ2のスライドに応じて、ガイド凸部43を中心にして回転しながら遠近方向へ移動すると共に、カム用凸部44がカム溝61内を摺動することでシャッタ2が2つの位置にあるときにアーム5に近づき2つの位置間をスライドしているときにアーム5から遠ざかる構成とする。この構成の場合にも、上記同様、シャッタ2の操作感の差を生じさせることができ、かつ、ばね7の力を強くしなくても保持力を生じさせることができる。
Claims (4)
- メディアを挿入する挿入口が設けられたパネルと、
一対のベース溝、回転軸凸部、ガイド凸部およびカム用凸部が設けられ、前記パネルの背面に固定されたベースと、
前記一対のベース溝に係合する一対のシャフトが設けられ、当該一対のシャフトが前記一対のベース溝内を摺動することで、前記パネルの正面において前記挿入口を塞ぐ閉位置および前記挿入口を開放する開位置にスライドするシャッタと、
各々の一端部が前記一対のシャフトに係合し、各々の他端部同士が近づいたり遠ざかったりする遠近方向に移動可能に係合した一対のアームと、
前記一対のアームを互いに引っ張り寄せるばねとを備え、
前記一対のアームのうちの一方のアームは、前記ベースの回転軸凸部に回転可能に係合する回転軸穴が設けられ、前記シャッタのスライドに応じて前記回転軸凸部を中心にして回転するアームであり、
前記一対のアームのうちの他方のアームは、前記ベースのガイド凸部に回転可能かつ摺動可能に係合する長穴状の係合穴、および前記ベースのカム用凸部に摺動可能に係合する曲線状のカム溝が設けられ、前記シャッタのスライドに応じて、前記ガイド凸部を中心にして回転しながら前記遠近方向へ移動すると共に、前記カム用凸部が前記カム溝内を摺動することで前記シャッタが閉位置および開位置の2つの位置にあるときに前記一方のアームに近づき当該2つの位置間をスライドしているときに前記一方のアームから遠ざかるアームであることを特徴とするメディア再生装置。 - 前記カム溝が設けられた前記他方のアームは、樹脂で構成され、
前記カム用凸部が設けられた前記ベースは、金属で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメディア再生装置。 - 前記一方のアームは、前記シャッタから遠い面、かつ、前記回転軸穴よりも前記一方のアームに係合する一方の前記シャフトに近い位置に、前記ばねの一端部を固定するばねフックが設けられ、
前記他方のアームは、前記シャッタから遠い面、かつ、前記係合穴よりも前記他方のアームに係合する他方の前記シャフトに近い位置に、前記ばねの他端部を固定するばねフックが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメディア再生装置。 - 一対のベース溝、回転軸凸部、ガイド凸部およびカム用凸部が設けられたベースと、
前記一対のベース溝に係合する一対のシャフトが設けられ、当該一対のシャフトが前記一対のベース溝内を摺動することで、前記ベース上の2つの位置間をスライドするシャッタと、
各々の一端部が前記一対のシャフトに係合し、各々の他端部同士が近づいたり遠ざかったりする遠近方向に移動可能に係合した一対のアームと、
前記一対のアームを互いに引っ張り寄せるばねとを備え、
前記一対のアームのうちの一方のアームは、前記ベースの回転軸凸部に回転可能に係合する回転軸穴が設けられ、前記シャッタのスライドに応じて前記回転軸凸部を中心にして回転するアームであり、
前記一対のアームのうちの他方のアームは、前記ベースのガイド凸部に回転可能かつ摺動可能に係合する長穴状の係合穴、および前記ベースのカム用凸部に摺動可能に係合する曲線状のカム溝が設けられ、前記シャッタのスライドに応じて、前記ガイド凸部を中心にして回転しながら前記遠近方向へ移動すると共に、前記カム用凸部が前記カム溝内を摺動することで前記シャッタが前記2つの位置にあるときに前記一方のアームに近づき前記2つの位置間をスライドしているときに前記一方のアームから遠ざかるアームであることを特徴とするシャッタ機構。
