Abstract

Description
本发明的实施例涉及一种用于曲面显示装置组装的治具。
曲面显示装置在进行组装时,因其底面为弧面,需采用组装治具对其进行支撑,以防止在装配过程中因显示装置放置不稳造成装配失误而导致的产品不良。这种显示装置组装治具多为针对平面显示装置设计,其支撑机构的支撑面为平面,无法稳定的支撑曲面显示装置,不能应用于曲面显示装置的装配。
另外,在显示装置组装完成后,需要将显示装置竖立以进行背面组装或用于测试,通常需要将显示装置转移到另一治具进行显示装置的竖立,增加了显示装置组装或测试的步骤。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于曲面显示装置组装的治具,该治具可适应并承载不同曲率的曲面显示装置,降低了曲面显示装置在组装过程中因放置不稳导致产品不良的概率,提高曲面显示装置的生产效率。
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种曲面显示装置组装治具,包括:基台、支撑架和底面支撑板,所述基台设有承载面,所述支撑架设置于所述承载面上,所述支撑架上设有用于支撑曲面显示装置的边角部的多个边角支撑件,每一个所述边角支撑件与所述承载面之间的距离可调;底面支撑板设置于所述承载面上用于支撑曲面显示装置的背部。
例如,每一个所述边角支撑件与所述支撑架之间通过升降机构连接。
例如,所述升降机构包括与所述边角支撑件一一对应的螺杆;所述螺杆枢装于所述支撑架、且所述边角支撑件设有与所述螺杆螺纹配合的螺纹孔;和/或,所述螺杆安装于所述边角支撑件,且所述支撑架上设有与所述螺杆螺纹连接的螺纹孔。

如图1所示,本发明的实施方式提供了一种用于曲面显示装置组装的治具,该治具包括:基台10、支撑架20和底面支撑板40。该基台10设有承载面11;支撑架20设置于承载面11上,且支撑架20上设有用于支撑曲面显示装置边角部的边角支撑件30,边角支撑件30与承载面11之间的距离可调;底面支撑板40设置于承载面11上用于支撑曲面显示装置背部。
如图2所示,该治具在使用过程中,当曲面显示装置01放置在基台10上时,底面支撑板40对曲面显示装置01的背部进行支撑,而通过调节边角支撑件30与基台10的承载面11之间的距离可以使边角支撑件30配合以对曲面显示装置01的边角部进行支撑,使边角支撑件30对曲面显示装置01的边框100进行支撑。上述曲面显示装置组装治具能够在曲面显示装置01放置在基台10上的时候对曲面显示装置01的背部以及边框100同时进行支撑,降低了曲面显示装置01在组装过程中因放置不稳导致产品不良的概率,提高了曲面显示装置01的生产效率。
如图1所示,本发明实施例的一种优选方式中,为调节边角支撑件30与承载面11之间的距离,每一个边角支撑件30与支撑架之间通过升降机构50连接。
例如,如图1所示,升降机构50可以包括与边角支撑件30一一对应的螺杆51。螺杆51与支撑架20和边角支撑件30的连接方式可为多种方式。例如,螺杆51可枢装于支撑架20上且边角支撑件30设有与螺杆51螺纹配合的螺纹孔;或,如图3所示,螺杆51安装于边角支撑件30,且支撑架20上设有与螺杆51螺纹连接的螺纹孔。
如图1所示的一种优选方式中,该治具的边角支撑件30例如包括:与曲面显示装置01的边框100的四个角部一一对应的四个角部支撑块,即如图1中所示的角部支撑块31、角部支撑块32、角部支撑块33、以及角部支撑块34。这四个角部支撑块31-34呈矩形分布,角部支撑块31-34分别用于支撑边框100中与其对应的角部。
该治具例如还包括相对设置且用于支撑曲面显示装置01的边框100中相对设置的侧边的侧边支撑块35、36。
例如,每个角部支撑块包括:用于支撑边框100中形成其对应的角部的
两个侧边朝向承载面11的侧面的支撑面;用于沿垂直于承载面11方向对边框100中形成其对应的角部的两个侧边进行限位的限位面。
如图3所示,以角部支撑块31为例,角部支撑块31包括:支撑面312、限位面311、限位面313,可从如图所示的X、Y、Z三个方向上对曲面显示装置的角部进行支撑,提高了边角支撑件对曲面显示装置支撑的稳定性。更具体地,限位面311和限位面313彼此垂直,对应于曲面显示装置01的边框100的两个侧边;支撑面312与限位面311和限位面313垂直,对应于曲面显示装置01的背部。

如图4所示,以侧边支撑块36为例,侧边支撑块36包括:支撑面361和限位面362。支撑面361和限位面362彼此垂直。侧边支撑块在进行曲面显示装置的支撑时,进一步提高了边角支撑件对曲面显示装置支撑的稳定性,尤其是对大尺寸曲面显示装置的支撑稳定性。
一种优选方式中,为增强曲面显示装置放置的稳定性,底面支撑板上设置有用于与曲面显示装置的底面挂接的连接机构。
例如,如图1所示,连接机构为设置于底面支撑板40上的壁挂安装槽41,壁挂安装槽41用于与曲面显示装置01的底面上的壁挂凸起结构(图中未示出)配合连接。例如,壁挂安装槽41为VESA标准壁挂安装槽。在进行曲面显示装置01的支撑时,曲面显示装置01的底面上的壁挂凸起结构与壁挂安装槽41配合连接,使曲面显示装置01放置得更加稳定,且可用于曲面显示装置01的翻转。

该用于曲面显示装置组装的治具通过连杆机构60可在同一套治具上实现曲面显示装置01的抬升和翻转。曲面显示装置01在进行检测或背部组装时,无需转移至单独的用于翻转的治具上,简化了曲面显示装置01的装配工艺。
如图1所示的一种优选方式中,为使治具适用于承载多种不同尺寸的曲面显示装置,支撑架20包括与承载面11平行的两条并行设置的第一滑轨21、22,以及包括两条并行设置的第二滑轨23、24。第二滑轨23、24与承载面11平行、且与第一滑轨21、22垂直,第二滑轨23、24安装于第一滑轨21、22、且可沿第一滑轨21、22延伸方向滑动,边角支撑件30可沿第二滑轨23、24的延伸方向滑动地安装于第二滑轨23、24。
如图1所示,该治具在使用中,可通过滑动调节两条第二滑轨23、24在两条第一滑轨21、22上的位置、和通过滑动调节角部支撑块31-34在第二滑轨23、24上的位置,从而调整角部支撑块31-34形成的矩形的大小,以适应多种不同尺寸的曲面显示装置。

Claims (14)
- 一种用于曲面显示装置组装的治具,包括:基台,所述基台设有承载面;设置于所述承载面上的支撑架,其中,所述支撑架上设有用于支撑曲面显示装置的边角部的多个边角支撑件,每一个所述边角支撑件与所述承载面之间的距离可调;设置于所述承载面上用于所述支撑曲面显示装置的背部的底面支撑板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,每一个所述边角支撑件与所述支撑架之间通过升降机构连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的治具,其中,所述升降机构包括与所述边角支撑件一一对应的螺杆;所述螺杆枢装于所述支撑架、且所述边角支撑件设有与所述螺杆螺纹配合的螺纹孔;和/或,所述螺杆安装于所述边角支撑件,且所述支撑架上设有与所述螺杆螺纹连接的螺纹孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,所述多个边角支撑件包括:与所述曲面显示装置边框的四个角部一一对应的四个角部支撑块,所述四个角部支撑块呈矩形分布,每一个所述角部支撑块用于支撑所述边框中与其对应的角部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,所述多个边角支撑件还包括:至少一对相对设置、用于支撑所述曲面显示装置边框中相对设置的侧边的侧边支撑块。
- 根据权利要求4所述的治具,其中,每个所述角部支撑块包括:用于支撑所述边框中形成其对应的角部的两个侧边朝向所述承载面的侧面的支撑面;用于沿垂直于所述承载面方向对所述边框中形成其对应的角部的两个侧边进行限位的限位面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的治具,其中,每一个所述侧边支撑块包括:用于支撑所述边框中与其对应的侧边朝向所述承载面的侧面的支撑面;用于沿垂直于所述承载面方向对所述边框中与其对应的侧边进行限位的 限位面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,所述底面支撑板上设置有用于与所述曲面显示装置的底面挂接的连接机构。
- 根据权利要求8所述的治具,其中,所述连接机构为设置于所述底面支撑板上、用于与所述曲面显示装置的底面上的壁挂凸起结构配合连接的壁挂安装槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,所述底面支撑板与所述基台通过连杆机构连接,所述连杆机构用于抬升和翻转所述底面支撑板至与所述承载面呈夹角的位置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的治具,其中,所述连杆机构包括至少三个连杆,所述至少三个所述连杆的一端均铰接于所述底面支撑板背离所述边角支撑组件的一侧、且其铰接位置呈三角形分布。
- 根据权利要求11所述的治具,其中,三个所述连杆均可沿垂直于所述承载面的方向进行平移,且位于所述三角形顶点的所述连杆可在所述承载面的延伸方向内沿垂直于所述三角形底边的方向平移。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的治具,其中,所述支撑架包括:与所述承载面平行的两条并行设置的第一滑轨;两条并行设置的第二滑轨,所述第二滑轨与所述承载面平行、且与所述第一滑轨垂直。
- 根据权利要求13所述的治具,其中,每一个所述第二滑轨安装于所述两条所述第一滑轨、且可沿所述第一滑轨延伸方向滑动,各边角支撑件可沿所述第二滑轨的延伸方向滑动地安装于所述第二滑轨。
