Claims (14)
- 一种直下式背光源光学模拟装置,所述直下式背光源光学模拟装置包括扩散板、扩散板支撑板、MF装置以及机台,所述机台周边形成有侧壁和扩散板支撑架,所述机台包括滑道、反射片以及多条平行设置的第一导轨,其中所述滑道形成在所述机台相对的两个侧壁上,所述第一导轨的两端分别架设在所述滑道上,所述反射片位于所述第一导轨靠近所述机台的一侧,所述第一导轨上设有多个能够沿所述第一导轨的长度方向滑动的LED卡具,所述扩散板支撑板的一端与所述扩散板支撑架活动连接并且所述扩散板支撑板的另一端支撑所述扩散板,所述MF装置包括MF固定装置、MF反射板以及MF角度调节装置,所述MF反射板通过所述MF角度调节装置与所述MF固定装置结合在一起,所述MF装置通过所述MF固定装置固定在所述机台的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述扩散板支撑架上形成有标有第一刻度的第二导轨,所述第二导轨的长度方向垂直于所述机台的上表面。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述第一导轨上沿所述第一导轨的长度方向标有第二刻度,以及所述LED卡具上设有指向所述第二刻度的第一指针。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,至少一侧的所述滑道上沿所述滑道延伸方向标有第三刻度,以及所述第一导轨的至少一端上设有指向所述第三刻度的第二指针。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述扩散板支撑板一端与所述扩散板支撑架活动连接为所述扩散板支撑板一端套接在所述扩散板支撑架上。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述扩散板支撑板上设置有与所述扩散板相匹配的支撑部。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述LED卡具底部设有导向滑块并且所述LED卡具顶部设有正负极。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述MF固定装置包括MF支撑卡槽,所述MF装置通过所述MF固定装置固定在所述机台的侧壁上为所述MF装置通过所述MF支撑卡槽卡接在所述机台的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述MF支撑卡槽与所述机台的侧壁之间设有垫块。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述MF角度调节装置为围绕所述MF装置的径向旋转的MF旋转轴。
- 根据权利要求10所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述MF旋转轴上标有第四刻度。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述MF反射板为反光柔性材质。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置,其中,所述机台为长方形或者正方形,所述扩散板支撑架设置于所述机台的四个角上。
- 一种直下式背光源光学模拟系统,所述光学模拟系统包括权利要求1-13任一所述的直下式背光源光学模拟装置以及电源。
