Claims (10)
- 一种混合润滑脂,其特征在于:稠化剂占10~15wt.%;所述的稠化剂中锂皂和聚脲的重量比为7~9:1~3。
- 根据权利要求1所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:还含有基础油70~90wt%和添加剂0~10wt.%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的锂皂为硬脂酸锂皂、十二羟基硬脂酸锂皂中的一种或两种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的聚脲为脂肪族聚脲、脂环族聚脲、芳香族聚脲中的一种;所述的聚脲为二聚脲、多聚脲中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求4所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的脂肪族聚脲由C8胺~C22胺中的一种与二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯反应制得,所述的脂环族聚脲由环己胺与MDI或TDI反应制得,所述的芳香族聚脲由对甲苯胺与MDI或TDI反应制得。
- 根据权利要求2所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的基础油为矿物油、酯类油、合成烃油、醚类油中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的添加剂为抗氧剂、防锈剂和抗磨剂。
- 根据权利要求7所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡、司盘80中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求7所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为辛基/丁基二苯胺、二异辛基二苯胺、酚酯、烷基苯基胺中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求7所述的混合润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种或多种。
