<トイレットペーパー>
ロール状トイレットペーパー10は、例えば、図1に示されるように、略中空円筒形状をなす紙管30と、一定幅に形成されて紙管30を芯として捲回されたトイレットペーパー20と、を備えて構成される。ロール状トイレットペーパー10は、ペーパーホルダーに取り付けて、トイレットペーパー20を引き出して使用するのが一般的である。

(消臭効果)
容量が10Lの密閉容器に尿臭を模擬したアンモニアを150ppmの濃度で発生させ、その容器内に紙管30を1本投入してから30分後にアンモニアの濃度を検知管法にて測定した。アンモニアの濃度検知には、ガステック社製の検知器(GV-100S)および検知管(3Lおよび3La)を用いた。

前記内側原紙層と前記外側原紙層の少なくとも一方には、ポリフェノールとグリセリンが含浸されていることを特徴とする紙管。 - 前記グリセリンの含浸量は0.3g/m2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙管。
- 前記グリセリンの含浸量は1.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙管。
- 前記ポリフェノールの含浸量は0.01g/m2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙管。
- 前記ポリフェノールの含浸量は0.1g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の紙管。
- 前記ポリフェノールの含浸量は0.01g/m2以上であって、
前記グリセリンの含浸量は0.3g/m2以上1.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙管。 - 前記内側原紙層と前記外側原紙層のうち、ポリフェノールとグリセリンが含浸されている原紙層にはプロパンジオールがさらに含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙管。
- 前記プロパンジオールの含浸量は1.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の紙管。
- 前記内側原紙層と前記外側原紙層のうち、ポリフェノールとグリセリンが含浸されている原紙層にはプロパンジオールがさらに含浸されており、前記グリセリンと前記プロパンジオールとの合計含有量は、2.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の紙管。
