　また、第２の発明に係る厚紙製陳列台では、店頭において折畳状態から組み立てる際、枠体の両側のヒンジの近傍を内側へ押すだけで、枠体が円筒状となり、棚の直径部での屈曲が伸びて組立状態となるので、上記と同様、直感的かつ迅速に組み立てられ、陳列作業の効率が向上するほか、円筒状の枠体に大きく開口した窓を配置できるので、商品の視認性及び取出性に優れたものとすることができる。

　第１の発明の実施形態を図１－図５に基づいて説明する。
　この陳列台は、図１及び図２に示すように、四角筒状の枠体１と、その内側にセットされる上下３段の棚２とから基本的に構成され、付加的な部材として広告板３０を備えており、図５にブランク状態で示す段ボール製の部材から組み立てられる。枠体１は、前枠材１１、後枠材１２、各一対の前部補強材１３及び後部補強材１４から構成され、各段の棚２は、棚板材２１及び棚補強材２２から構成される。
　前枠材１１は、一対の側壁３の前半部を構成する前側板６が上段、中段及び下段の前壁４を介して繋がれたものとされている。上段及び中段の前壁４の上縁には補強片４ａが、下縁には棚受片４ｂがそれぞれ連設され、下段の前壁４の上縁には補強片４ａ及び棚受片４ｂが順次連設されている。
　前側板６の上端には補強片６ａが連設され、その後方となる端縁には補強片６ｂが連設されている。前側板６の前端となる端縁には、上段と中段の前壁４の間の部分及び中段と下段の前壁４の間の部分に迫り出す補強片６ｃが連設されている。
　前側板６の後端となる端縁には、上段、中段及び下段の接合片８が連設され、前側板６と接合片８の境界の罫線はヒンジ１ａとされている。接合片８の上端部には、係合突起８ａが上向きに突設されている。
　後枠材１２は、一対の側壁３の後半部を構成する後側板７が上段、中段、下段及び最上部の後壁５を介して繋がれたものとされ、後側板７の上端には補強片７ａが連設されている。後壁５の間には、上段、中段及び下段の開口部９となる部分が形成されている。開口部９は、後述の補強片５ｂの折り曲げに伴い開口するものである。
　上段、中段、下段の後壁５の開口部９に臨む端縁の両端部には、それぞれ係合片５ａが上向きに形成され、係合片５ａに挟まれた各段の後壁５の上縁には、補強片５ｂが連設されている。最上部の後壁５の上端には、補強片５ｃ，５ｄが順次連設され、補強片５ｃの基部にはスリット状の差込穴５ｅが設けられている。補強片５ｄには、先端中央部から切欠部が形成されている。
　後側板７の前端となる端縁には、上段、中段及び下段の接合片８が連設され、後側板７と接合片８の境界の罫線はヒンジ１ａとされている。接合片８の上端部には、係合突起８ａが上向きに突設されている。
　前部補強材１３は、前枠材１１の前側板６に対応した形状とされ、その上端となる端縁及び前端となる端縁には、切欠部がそれぞれ形成されている。
　後部補強材１４は、後枠材１２の後側板７に対応した形状とされ、その上端となる端縁には、切欠部が形成されている。
　棚板材２１は、棚表板２３の両側に棚側部２４及び棚裏板２５が順次連設されたものであり、棚裏板２５は、棚表板２３のほぼ半分の幅となっている。棚裏板２５の前方となる部分には、切欠部が形成されている。
　棚板材２１における後端側となる部分には、棚側部２４から棚表板２３及び棚裏板２５へ延びるように、端縁で開放された係合切込２ａが形成されている。棚裏板２５の前後方向の中間部における棚側部２４寄りの部分には、係合穴２ｂが形成されている。
　棚補強材２２は、棚板材２１の棚表板２３に対応した形状とされ、その前後方向の中間部には、両側に係合穴２ｂが形成されている。棚補強材２２の材料としては、棚板材２１よりも厚手の段ボールが使用されている。
　広告板３０は、表示板部３０ａの両側に補強片３０ｂが連設され、表示板部３０ａの下端中央部に差込片３０ｃが連設されたものとなっている。
　上記のようなブランクから陳列台を組み立てる際、前枠材１１のブランクでは、一対の前側板６の内面に前部補強材１３を貼り付け、補強片６ａ，６ｃを内側へ折り曲げて、前部補強材１３の切欠部に嵌るように前側板６の内面に貼り付ける。また、上段と中段の前壁４の内面に、その上縁から折り返した補強片４ａを貼り付ける。
　後枠材１２のブランクでは、一対の後側板７の内面に後部補強材１４を貼り合わせ、補強片７ａを内側へ折り曲げて、後部補強材１４の切欠部に嵌るように後側板７の内面に貼り付ける。また、上段、中段、下段の後壁５の上端からそれぞれ補強片５ｂを内側下方へ折り曲げ、後壁５の内面に貼り付ける。さらに、最上部の後壁５から補強片５ｃ，５ｄを巻き込むように折り曲げ、補強片５ｄを後壁５の内面に貼り付ける。
　また、棚板材２１のブランクでは、棚表板２３の裏面に棚補強材２２を貼り付け、棚側部２４及び棚裏板２５を巻き込むように折り曲げて、棚補強材２２を包み込み、棚補強材２２の裏面に棚裏板２５を貼り付ける。この状態において、棚板材２１の係合切込２ａ及び係合穴２ｂと、棚補強材２２の係合切込２ａ及び係合穴２ｂとは一致する。
　さらに、広告板３０のブランクでは、表示板部３０ａの両側から補強片３０ｂを折り曲げ、表示板部３０ａの裏面に貼り付ける。
　そして、上段及び中段の前壁４の下縁から後方へ棚受片４ｂを折り曲げ、下段の前壁４の上縁から補強片４ａを下方へ折り曲げ、これに連なる棚受片４ｂを後方へ折り曲げて、各段の棚２における棚裏板２５の切欠部から露出した棚表板２３の裏面に、それぞれ棚受片４ｂを貼り付ける。これにより、前壁４に各段の棚２が取り付けられる。
　その後、図４に示すように、各段の棚２を、後壁５の間の開口部９から後方へ基部まで突出させ、前側板６及び後側板７からそれぞれ接合片８を内側へ折り曲げた状態で、前枠材１１と後枠材１２の接合片８同士を貼り合わせ、補強片６ｂを補強片７ａの切欠部に嵌るように後側板７の内面に貼り付ける。
　これに伴い、前枠材１１と後枠材１２とが一体化して枠体１が形成され、前側板６と後側板７とが繋がった一対の側壁３がヒンジ１ａに沿って山折りに屈曲し、棚２が後壁５の外面に接近する方向へ揺動した偏平な折畳状態となる。
　このような折畳状態としておくと、小売店への輸送時や保管時に嵩張らないので、陳列する商品の販売促進に要する費用を削減できる。
　一方、この陳列台を小売店の店頭で使用する際には、図３に示すように、折畳状態で対向する側壁３のヒンジ１ａの近傍を内側へ押すと、側壁３のヒンジ１ａでの折り曲げが伸びて、３段の棚２が一斉に後壁５の開口部９から枠体１の内部に挿入される方向へスライドすると共に、対向する側壁３から枠体１の内側へ接合片８が突出する。
　そして、図１及び図２に示すように、枠体１が四角筒状となったとき、棚２の後部の係合切込２ａに後壁５の係合片５ａが嵌まり込むと共に、棚２の前後方向の中間部の係合穴２ｂに接合片８の係合突起８ａが嵌まり込み、棚２の後部が後壁５の開口部９の端縁に支持され、棚２の前後方向の中間部が接合片８で支持された組立状態となる。
　このように陳列台の基本的部分を組み立てた後、消費者への訴求力を向上させるためには、広告板３０の差込片３０ｃを枠体１の後端上部の差込穴５ｅに差し込み、広告板３０を表示板部３０ａが目立つように起立状態に保持しておくとよい。
　上記のような厚紙製陳列台では、店頭において折畳状態から組み立てる際、対向する側壁３のヒンジ１ａの近傍を内側へ押すだけで、組立手順を記載した説明書等を参照することなく、直感的かつ迅速に組み立てられるので、陳列作業の効率が向上する。
　また、組立状態において、棚２の後部が後壁５の開口部９の端縁で支持されると共に、棚２の前後方向の中間部が接合片８で支持されるので、棚２に重い商品を載せて陳列することができ、枠体１も確実に保形されるので、安定した状態で陳列することができる。
　なお、上記実施形態では、枠体１として、前枠材１１と後枠材１２とを接合して構成するものを例示したが、小型の陳列台を製作する場合においては、枠体１を１枚のブランクから構成するようにしてもよい。また、陳列する商品が軽い場合には、前部補強材１３や後部補強材１４、棚補強材２２等を省略してもよい。
　また、棚２を前壁４から延出し、開口部９を後壁５に形成したものを例示したが、棚２を後壁５から延出し、開口部９を前壁４に形成して、折畳状態では、棚２が前壁４の開口部９から前方へ突出し、組み立てに伴い、後壁５に引っ張られて枠体１の内部に挿入されるようにしてもよい。また、前壁４にのみ商品を見せる窓があるものを例示したが、これに加えて、後壁５にも商品を見せる窓を形成してもよい。
　次に、第２の発明の実施形態を図９－図２０に基づいて説明する。
　この陳列台は、図９－図１５に示すように、円筒状の枠体４１と、その内側にセットされる上下３段の棚４２とから基本的に構成されている。
　枠体４１は、板紙製の一対の半枠材４３を両側で接合し、その内周を段ボール製の補強材で補強したものであり、半枠材４３の接合部に沿って両側にヒンジ４１ａとなる罫線が入れられている。枠体４１には、各段の棚４２に載せられた商品を見せるための複数の窓４４が周方向に配置形成されている。
　棚４２は、段ボール製の半円状の棚板材４５が積層されると共に、直径部で突き合わされて円盤状をなすものとされ、その直径部が屈伸軸となり、外周の対向部が枠体４１の両側のヒンジ４１ａから離れた中間部に接続されている。
　各段の棚４２の最上層をなす一対の棚板材４５の直径部には、互い違いに凸部と凹部が形成され、その凸部が他方の凹部に嵌合すると共に、その下層の棚板材４５に載って、使用時における棚４２の直径部の沈下が防止されるようになっている。
　そして、各段の棚４２は、直径部で仕切となる段ボール製の連結部材４６により上下方向に連結されている。連結部材４６の延長部分は、折り曲げられて棚４２の棚板材４５と重なり合い、棚４２の積層構造の下層を構成して、棚板材４５を繋いでいる。連結部材４６には、反対側を見通せるように、開口部が形成されている。
　また、枠体４１の底部内側には、段ボール製の円盤状をなす底補強壁４７が設けられている。底補強壁４７は、一対の半円状の底板材４８が棚４２と同様に枠体４１及び連結部材４６に接続された構成となっている。
　上記のような厚紙製陳列台では、図１６－図１９に示すように、枠体４１を、ヒンジ４１ａに沿って山折りすることにより偏平化すると、棚４２及び底補強壁４７が枠体４１との接続部を軸に直径部を頂部稜線として山形に屈曲し、枠体４１に棚板材４５及び底板材４８が折り重なって内接した折畳状態となる。
　また、折畳状態で枠体４１の両側のヒンジ４１ａの近傍を内側へ押すと、図９－図１５に示すように、枠体４１のヒンジ４１ａに沿った折り曲げが伸びると共に、棚４２の直径部での屈曲が伸び、連結部材４６の下端は、組立状態で枠体４１の下端と揃って接地し、棚４２が枠体４１及び連結部材４６で支持された組立状態となる。
　このような組立状態では、図２０に示すように、各段の棚４２に商品を載置して陳列すると、上段の棚４２に載せた商品だけでなく、中段及び下段の棚４２に載せた商品についても、窓４４を介して広い角度から見せることができるので、高い訴求性を得ることができる。また、上段の棚４２には、広告板４９を立てておくと、宣伝効果が向上する。
　なお、上記実施形態では、窓４４が枠体４１の周方向に４個配置されたものを例示したが、枠体４１の直径が大きい場合には、図２１－図３２に示す他の実施形態のように、窓４４が枠体４１の周方向に６個配置されたものとしてもよく、又は、それ以上の個数配置されたものとしてもよい。

Claims (3)

  1. 　枠体(1)とその内側にセットされる棚(2)とから成り、前記枠体(1)は、両側の対向する側壁(3)と前壁(4)及び後壁(5)とを備え、前記側壁(3)に前後方向の中間部で上下に延びる折畳用のヒンジ(1a)が設けられた厚紙製陳列台において、
    　前記棚(2)は、前記前壁(4)又は前記後壁(5)から延出されて、基端側となる前記前壁(4)又は前記後壁(5)との接続部を軸に上下方向に揺動するものとされ、その接続部に対向する前記後壁(5)又は前記前壁(4)には、前記棚(2)が先端から挿通される開口部(9)が形成されており、
    　前記枠体(1)の対向する前記側壁(3)を前記ヒンジ(1a)に沿って山折りに屈曲させると、前記棚(2)が前記後壁(5)又は前記前壁(4)の前記開口部(9)から突出して、前記後壁(5)又は前記前壁(4)の外面に接近する方向へ揺動した折畳状態となり、
    　折畳状態で対向する前記側壁(3)のヒンジ(1a)の近傍を内側へ押すと、前記側壁(3)の折り曲げが伸びて、前記棚(2)が前記後壁(5)又は前記前壁(4)の前記開口部(9)から前記枠体(1)の内部に挿入される方向へスライドし、前記棚(2)の先端部が前記後壁(5)又は前記前壁(4)の前記開口部(9)の端縁に支持された組立状態となる厚紙製陳列台。
  2. 　前記枠体(1)は、その前半部となる前枠材と後半部となる前枠材(11)と後枠材(12)とが両側の接合片(8)で継ぎ合わされた構成とされ、前記接合片(8)の基部が前記側壁(3)の前記ヒンジ(1a)となり、
    　組立状態では、前記枠体(1)の内側へ前記接合片(8)が突出し、前記棚(2)の前後方向の中間部が前記接合片(8)に支持されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の厚紙製陳列台。
  3. 　円筒状の枠体(41)とその内側にセットされる複数段の棚(42)とから成り、前記枠体(41)に、両側で上下に延びる折畳用のヒンジ(41a)が設けられた厚紙製陳列台において、
    　前記枠体(41)には、前記各段の棚(42)に載せられた商品を見せるための複数の窓(44)が形成され、前記棚(42)は、円盤状で直径部が屈伸軸となり、外周の対向部が前記枠体(41)の両側のヒンジ(41a)から離れた中間部に接続され、前記各段の棚(42)は、直径部で連結部材(46)により上下方向に連結されており、
    　前記枠体(41)を、前記ヒンジ(41a)に沿って山折りすることにより偏平化すると、前記棚(42)が前記枠体(41)との接続部を軸に直径部を頂部稜線として山形に屈曲し、前記枠体(41)に折り重なって内接した折畳状態となり、
    　折畳状態で前記枠体(41)の両側のヒンジ(41a)の近傍を内側へ押すと、前記枠体(41)のヒンジ(41a)に沿った折り曲げが伸びると共に、前記棚(42)の直径部での屈曲が伸びて組立状態となる厚紙製陳列台。
