Description

一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置。
背景技术
随着现代化建筑的日益发展,自动扶梯、人行道由于使用场合越来越广泛,提升高度的不断增加,特别是当前能源的紧张,比如井下巷道人员运输系统、适应山坡起伏地带电梯等。一般自动扶梯是将驱动装置安装在链传动系统的两端,直接驱动链轮,这种驱动运行时只能完成一个方向(向上或向下)的输送,已不能适应形势的要求。在节能、节材、省地等方面提高自动扶梯的经济效益和使用价值减少不必要的浪费势在必行。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的是提供一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,可以对双向循环运输系统链条进行驱动,安装位置可变,实现多点双向驱动达到长距离运输的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,包括动力装置、传动系统、张紧装置和驱动链条,所述传动系统包括主动链轮、从动链轮、反向齿轮、主动链轮轴一、主动链轮轴二、从动链轮轴一、从动链轮轴二和安装座,主动链轮轴一、主动链轮轴二、从动链轮轴一和从动链轮轴二均固定安装到安装座上,主动链轮轴一与动力装置相连,主动链轮轴二通过一对反向齿轮连接主动链轮轴一,主动链轮轴一和主动链轮轴二均设有主动链轮,从动链轮轴一和从动链轮轴二均设有从动链轮,所述驱动链条啮合安装在传动系统的主动链轮和从动链轮上,所述张紧装置与从动链轮相连。
进一步的,所述张紧装置包括固定卡座、从动链轮轴安装座、张紧弹簧、丝杠螺母、固定支座、活动支座滑槽、活动支座和固定螺栓,固定支座及活动支座滑槽通过固定卡座及固定螺栓固定于地面上,活动支座滑槽设有活动支座,活动支座通过张紧弹簧和丝杆螺母与固定支座相连,活动支座设有从动链轮轴安装座,从动链轮轴安装座与从动链轮轴一及从动链轮轴二相连。
进一步的,所述驱动链条由多个链节组成,所述链节包括驱动齿片、滚柱、滚轴和链片,相邻两个链片之间通过滚轴相连,滚轴上设有滚柱,每隔一个链片嵌套安装一对驱动齿片,所述驱动齿片为对称结构,驱动齿片中间开设有通槽。
进一步的,所述动力装置包括驱动电机和减速箱,驱动电机输出轴与减速箱输入轴相连,减速箱输出轴与主动链轮轴一通过皮带传动连接。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,采用一套动力装置利用反向齿轮可以 使驱动链条齿轮两侧的链轮转动速度相同方向相反,从而驱动梯级式链条上行及下行,有效节约能源。
2、本发明的双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,可以进行多位置驱动,安装位置可变,易实现长距离运输。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明做更进一步的解释。
如图1和2所示,本发明的双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置包括动力装置、传动系统、张紧装置7和驱动链条11。所述动力装置包括驱动电机1-1和减速箱1-2,所述传动系统包括主动链轮3、从动链轮4、反向齿轮10、主动链轮轴一12、主动链轮轴二9、从动链轮轴一5、从动链轮轴二6和安装座8。驱动电机1-1输出轴与减速箱1-2输入轴相连,减速箱1-2输出轴与主动链轮轴一12通过皮带2传动连接。主动链轮轴一12、主动链轮轴二9、从动链轮轴一5和从动链轮轴二6均固定安装到安装座8上,主动链轮轴二9通过一对反向齿轮10连接主动链轮轴一12,主动链轮轴一12和主动链轮轴二9均设有主动链轮3,从动链轮轴一5和从动链轮轴二6均设有从动链轮4,所述驱动链条11啮合安装在传动系统的主动链轮3和从动链轮4上,所述张紧装置7与从动链轮4相连。
驱动电机1-1通过减速箱1-2驱动主动链轮轴一12运转,通过一对反向齿轮10将主动链轮轴一12上的动力传递给主动链轮轴二9,从而实现主动链轮轴一12和主动链轮轴二9的同速运转而方向相反,从而实现双向驱动。
如图3-5所示,所述驱动链条11由多个链节组成,所述链节包括驱动齿片11-1、 滚柱11-2、滚轴11-3和链片11-4,相邻两个链片11-4之间通过滚轴11-3相连,滚轴11-3上设有滚柱11-2,滚柱11-2可绕滚轴11-3轴线自由转动,每隔一个链片11-4嵌套安装一对驱动齿片11-1,所述驱动齿片11-1为对称结构,驱动齿片11-1中间开设有通槽。相邻两个驱动齿片11-1之间的间隙空间可与梯级驱动轮13相啮合,从而起到驱动扶梯梯级的作用。
链轮带动驱动链条11往复运行,驱动齿片11-1在转动到上部水平区段时驱动运行到该处的梯级驱动轮13,从而带动梯级继续往前水平运动。在反向齿轮10的作用下,驱动链条1同时驱动梯级式链条上行及下行,保证了上行时梯级的两侧驱动及下行时梯级的两侧驱动共四处驱动是同步的,实现扶梯上行下行方向相反。
如图6所示,所述张紧装置7包括固定卡座7-1、从动链轮轴安装座7-2、张紧弹簧7-3、丝杠螺母7-4、固定支座7-5、活动支座滑槽7-6、活动支座7-7和固定螺栓7-8,固定支座7-5及活动支座滑槽7-6通过固定卡座7-1及固定螺栓7-8固定于地面上,活动支座滑槽7-6设有活动支座7-7,活动支座7-7通过张紧弹簧7-3和丝杆螺母7-4与固定支座7-5相连,活动支座7-7设有从动链轮轴安装座7-2,从动链轮轴安装座7-2与从动链轮轴一5及从动链轮轴二6相连。通过丝杠螺母7-4进行张紧弹簧7-3预紧,通过张紧弹簧7-3对驱动链条11进行张紧。

  1. 一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,包括动力装置、传动系统、张紧装置(7)和驱动链条(11),其特征在于:所述传动系统包括主动链轮(3)、从动链轮(4)、反向齿轮(10)、主动链轮轴一(12)、主动链轮轴二(9)、从动链轮轴一(5)、从动链轮轴二(6)和安装座(8),主动链轮轴一(12)、主动链轮轴二(9)、从动链轮轴一(5)和从动链轮轴二(6)均固定安装到安装座(8)上,主动链轮轴一(12)与动力装置相连,主动链轮轴二(9)通过一对反向齿轮(10)连接主动链轮轴一(12),主动链轮轴一(12)和主动链轮轴二(9)均设有主动链轮(3),从动链轮轴一(5)和从动链轮轴二(6)均设有从动链轮(4),所述驱动链条(11)啮合安装在传动系统的主动链轮(3)和从动链轮(4)上,所述张紧装置(7)与从动链轮(4)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,其特征在于:所述张紧装置(7)包括固定卡座(7-1)、从动链轮轴安装座(7-2)、张紧弹簧(7-3)、丝杠螺母(7-4)、固定支座(7-5)、活动支座滑槽(7-6)、活动支座(7-7)和固定螺栓(7-8),固定支座(7-5)及活动支座滑槽(7-6)通过固定卡座(7-1)及固定螺栓(7-8)固定于地面上,活动支座滑槽(7-6)设有活动支座(7-7),活动支座(7-7)通过张紧弹簧(7-3)和丝杆螺母(7-4)与固定支座(7-5)相连,活动支座(7-7)设有从动链轮轴安装座(7-2),从动链轮轴安装座(7-2)与从动链轮轴一(5)及从动链轮轴二(6)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动链条(11)由多个链节组成,所述链节包括驱动齿片(11-1)、滚柱(11-2)、滚轴(11-3)和链片(11-4),相邻两个链片(11-4)之间通过滚轴(11-3)相连,滚轴(11-3)上设有滚柱(11-2),每隔一个链片(11-4)嵌套安装一对驱动齿片(11-1),所述驱动齿片(11-1)为对称结构,驱动齿片(11-1)中间开设有通槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种双向循环运输系统链条驱动装置,其特征在于:所述动力装置包括驱动电机(1-1)和减速箱(1-2),驱动电机(1-1)输出轴与减速箱(1-2)输入轴相连,减速箱(1-2)输出轴与主动链轮轴一(12)通过皮带(2)传动连接。
