在纤维板生产线中，电动滚筒通常用来做皮带输送机的设备动力，由于电动滚筒其内部传动件易磨损，过载能力差，运转时噪音大，运行可靠性差，在进行维修工作时，需将电动滚筒拆卸，由于滚筒重量重，给安装和拆卸带来诸多不便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种结构简单，便于维修，运行平稳的一种纤维板生产线上的皮带输送动力装置。

本技术方案采用的驱动滚筒3是整体焊接件，轴承外置，便于维修和保养，摆线针轮减速机设置在皮带输送机支架的上方，便于检查，整体结构紧凑，布置合理、节约空间。具体实施例如图1所示，滚筒3两端的驱动轴通过轴承座2与支架1固定，滚筒的上方设置有摆线针轮减速机5通过减速机支架6固定，所述摆线针轮减速机的输出轴上连有传动链轮，另一个传动链轮与滚筒上的驱动轴连接，传动链轮和另一个传动链轮之间通过链条4连接构成皮带传输驱动滚筒3运转。由于采用的是摆线针轮减速机传输链轮，由链条带动驱动轴上的滚筒运转，从而实现了皮带输送的运转。
