现有技术的风扇是通过在水平方向和垂直方向分别设计独立的机构来实现风扇的左右及上下俯仰摇头,参照CN 203717400 U、CN 104204536 A、CN 203730360 U及CN 203847417 U均为采用独立的自动摆动机构及自动俯仰机构实现风扇头空间范围内的转动,但是这样结构复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明需要提供一种风扇头部。

请参阅图1,本发明第一实施方式的一种风扇头部10,包括基座10a和风扇头12,风扇头12包括叶片122和网罩124,叶片122能以第一轴线A为中心转动,风扇头12可相对于基座10a以第二轴线B为中心沿周向整体转动,第二轴线B从前后方向穿过网罩124,且相对于第一轴线A倾斜设置。
本发明实施方式的风扇头部,由于第二轴线B相对于第一轴线A倾斜设置,如此,只需要一个驱动结构就能同时实现驱动风扇头12在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
在本实施方式中,第一轴线A向前的部分与第二轴线B向前的部分形成的夹角为10-80°。
如此,只需要一个驱动结构就能同时实现驱动风扇头12在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
在本实施方式中,第一轴线A向前的部分与第二轴线B向前的部分形成的夹角为35-55°。更优选它们之间的夹角为45°。
如此,风扇头12能够在与水平方向一定角度的斜面上旋转,从而风扇10能实现更大广角的转动和导风。该旋转角度可以为360°,也可小于360°,可以逆时针-顺时针往复转动,也可在一个方向循环转动。
请结合参阅图2至图6,本发明第一实施方式的一种立式风扇10,包括基座10a和风扇头12,风扇头12包括叶片122,叶片122能以第一轴线A为中心转动,风扇头12可相对于基座10a以第二轴线B为中心沿周向整体转动,第二轴线B相对于水平面朝前上方倾斜设置,立式风扇10不设置独立的自动俯仰机构。
如此,由于第二轴线B相对于第一轴线A倾斜设置,如此,只需要一个驱动结构就 能同时实现驱动风扇头12在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
在本实施方式中,立式风扇10不设置独立的自动摆动机构。
如此,结构简单,降低了生产成本。
在本实施方式中,立式风扇10仅设置有二个电机,分别为第一电机和第二电机,第一电机26连接叶片,第二电机18连接风扇头。
如此,立式风扇10只需要第二电机18就能实现驱动风扇头12在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
在本实施方式中,风扇头12连接齿轮传动机构或连杆传动机构。如此,结构简单,牢固可靠。
在本实施方式中,立式风扇10包括用于支撑风扇头12的支架28及连接支架28及风扇头12的弯曲部16,支架28沿竖直方向延伸,弯曲部16包括远离支架28的柱状安装部160,安装部160的中心轴相对于支架28倾斜,第二轴线B与安装部160的中心轴垂直。安装部160上设有第二转轴14,第二转轴14与安装部160的中心轴垂直。第二电机18的第三转轴180与第二转轴14连接从而带动第二转轴14旋转。
如此,立式风扇10通过倾斜的柱状安装部160上以实现第二轴线B与第一轴线A倾斜设置。
在本实施方式中,立式风扇10包括第一齿轮20与第二齿轮22,第一齿轮20与第三转轴180连接,第二齿轮22与第二转轴14连接,第二齿轮22与第一齿轮20啮合。
如此,第二电机18通过第一齿轮20与第二齿轮22带动第二转轴14旋转。
具体地,第二齿轮22为内齿轮,当立式风扇10开启转动功能时,第二电机18带动第一齿轮20绕着第二齿轮22运动,从而带动第二转轴14运动,最终带动风扇头12运动。
在本实施方式中,第二转轴14上套设有轴承24。轴承24的数目为两个,两个轴承24套设在第二转轴14上且上下相对。轴承24用于支撑第二转轴14,减少第二转轴14在转动过程中的摩擦。
在本实施方式中,第二转轴14的末端设有锁母26。锁母26与轴承24抵接以将其固定于第二转轴14上,防止轴承24脱落。
在本实施方式中,立式风扇10由第二转轴14、弯曲部16、第二电机18、第一齿轮20、第二齿轮22、轴承24、锁母26组成了转动结构,转动结构用于驱动风扇头12以使风扇头12同时实现横向转动及俯仰转动的效果。
图7为本发明实施方式的立式风扇10的运动状态图,图中从左至右可看出,风扇头12可实现空间范围内转动,即风扇头12能同时实现水平方向转动与竖直方向转动的 效果。
本发明实施方式的立式风扇10只使用一个电机就能驱动风扇头12在空间范围内转动,节省了设计空间,结构简单,易于实现,且制造成本低廉。
具体地,风扇头12基本呈圆形,风扇头12包括网罩124、收容于网罩124内的叶片122及用于驱动叶片122旋转的第一电机26。风扇头12的前侧形成有出风面120,第一电机26的第一转轴260与出风面120垂直且位于风扇头12的中心轴处。第二电机18的第三转轴180与第二转轴14平行。第二转轴14向两侧延伸形成有连接部140,连接部140与风扇头12固定连接。第二转轴14与连接部140一体成型,其为钣金件。立式风扇10通过支架28与风扇头12连接,支架28垂直于水平面,支架28与底盘30连接以将立式风扇10平稳地放置在地面上。
请参阅图8,本发明第二实施方式的一种壁挂式风扇100,包括基座102和风扇头104,风扇头104包括叶片、网罩和第一转轴C,第一转轴C用于带动叶片转动,风扇头104可相对于基座102以转动轴线D为中心沿周向整体转动,转动轴线D穿过网罩,且相对于第一转轴C倾斜设置,安装时转动轴线D与壁面垂直。
如此,由于第一转轴C相对于转动轴线D倾斜设置,如此,只需要一个驱动结构就能同时实现驱动风扇头104在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
本发明第二实施方式的壁挂式风扇100的风扇头104的具体转动机构参考本发明第一实施方式的立式风扇10,不再赘述。
请参阅图9及图10,本发明实施方式的一种家用电器200,包括活动部202和固定部204,活动部202包括网罩,活动部202可相对于固定部204以转动轴线E为中心沿周向整体转动,转动轴线E穿过网罩,且相对于活动部202的网罩中心线F倾斜设置,家用电器200不设置独立的自动摆动机构。
如此,由于活动部202的中心线F相对于转动轴线E倾斜设置,如此,只需要一个驱动结构就能同时实现驱动活动部202在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。
本发明实施方式的家用电器200不限于第一实施方式的立式风扇10和第二实施方式的壁挂式风扇100,还可以为涡流扇、鼓风扇等立式风扇,以及楼顶扇等壁挂式风扇。图9及图10分别以涡流扇和楼顶扇来说明本发明实施方式的家用电器200。
本发明实施方式的一种风扇的吹风方法,风扇包括风扇头12,风扇头包括叶片122和网罩,吹风方法包括如下步骤:
风扇头12的叶片122以第一轴线A为中心转动,用于产生气流;
风扇头12相对于第二轴线B沿周向整体转动,其中第二轴线B从前后方向穿过网 罩且相对于第一轴线A倾斜设置。
如此,由于第二轴线B相对于第一轴线A倾斜设置,如此,只需要一个驱动结构就能同时实现驱动风扇头12在水平方向及竖直方向形成的空间范围内转动,结构简单,成本较低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风扇头部,其特征在于,包括基座和风扇头,所述风扇头包括叶片和网罩,所述叶片能以第一轴线为中心转动,所述风扇头可相对于所述基座以第二轴线为中心沿周向整体转动,所述第二轴线从前后方向穿过所述网罩,且相对于所述第一轴线倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇头部,其特征在于,所述第一轴线向前的部分与所述第二轴线向前的部分形成的夹角为10-80°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇头部,其特征在于,所述第一轴线向前的部分与所述第二轴线向前的部分形成的夹角为35-55°。
  4. 一种立式风扇,其特征在于,包括基座和风扇头,所述风扇头包括叶片,所述叶片能以第一轴线为中心转动,所述风扇头可相对于所述基座以第二轴线为中心沿周向整体转动,所述第二轴线相对于水平面朝前上方倾斜设置,所述立式风扇不设置独立的自动俯仰机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的立式风扇,其特征在于,所述立式风扇不设置独立的自动摆动机构。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的立式风扇,其特征在于,所述立式风扇仅设置有二个电机,分别为第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机连接所述叶片,所述第二电机连接所述风扇头。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的立式风扇,其特征在于所述风扇头连接齿轮传动机构或连杆传动机构。
  8. 一种壁挂式风扇,其特征在于,包括基座和风扇头,所述风扇头包括叶片、网罩和第一转轴,所述第一转轴用于带动所述叶片转动,所述风扇头可相对于所述基座以转动轴线为中心沿周向整体转动,所述转动轴线穿过所述网罩,且相对于所述第一转轴倾斜设置。
  9. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括活动部和固定部,所述活动部包括网罩,所述活动部可相对于所述固定部以转动轴线为中心沿周向整体转动,所述转动轴线穿过所述网罩,且相对于所述活动部的网罩中心线倾斜设置,所述家用电器不设置独立的自动俯仰机构。
  10. 一种风扇的吹风方法,所述风扇包括风扇头,所述风扇头包括叶片和网罩,其特征在于,所述吹风方法包括如下步骤:
    风扇头的叶片以第一轴线为中心转动,用于产生气流;
    风扇头相对于第二轴线沿周向整体转动,其中所述第二轴线从前后方向穿过所述网 罩且相对于所述第一轴线倾斜设置。
