Description
本申请要求在2015年8月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510491506.1、发明名称为“一种自行车及其驻车控制装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及自行车技术,尤其涉及一种自行车及其驻车控制装置。
随着人们对低碳环保、健康生活等观念的接收,骑自行车出行已成为一种时尚,在骑行自行车出行时,自行车具有行进和停驻两种状态,自行车在停驻状态时,需要通过锁具对自行车进行锁定,以实现自行车的驻车操作。
但是,目前对自行车进行驻车操作、或者解除自行车的停驻状态时,骑乘者必须手动直接对锁具进行操作以使其实现对自行车的锁定以及解除对自行车的锁定,以使自行车在行进和停驻两种状态之间进行切换,操作繁琐。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种自行车及其驻车控制装置,用以解决现有技术中用户需要对锁具进行手动操作以实现自行车在行进和停驻状态之间切换的缺陷,实现对自行车在行进和驻停两种状态之间切换的操作的简化。
本发明实施例提供一种自行车的驻车控制装置,包括锁具、驻车开关按键、车姿检测模块、解锁模块以及控制模块;其中:
所述驻车开关按键安装于所述控制模块、当按下时生成触发信号;
所述控制模块与所述驻车开关按键、车姿检测模块、解锁模块以及锁具信号连接,且:
当自行车处于未锁定状态、且所述驻车开关按键按下生成触发信号时,所述控制模块根据车姿检测模块检测的自行车姿态信息判断自行车是否满
足驻车条件,满足驻车条件时控制所述锁具锁定自行车;
当自行车处于锁定状态、所述驻车开关按键按下生成触发信号、且所述解锁模块生成正确的解锁指令时,所述控制模块控制所述锁具解除对自行车的锁定。
本发明实施例提供一种自行车,包括车体,还包括上述技术方案中提供的驻车控制装置。
本发明实施例提供的自行车及其驻车控制装置,通过驻车开关按键与车姿检测模块、解锁模块、控制模块的共同协作实现对锁具的自动控制,进而使自行车的骑乘者能够仅通过对驻车开关按键的操作控制锁具锁定自行车,同时,通过驻车开关按键以及解锁模块的操作实现对锁具解锁的操作,进而改变了现有技术中骑乘者在对自行车在行进和停驻两种状态之间切换时必须手动直接操作锁具的缺陷,简化了自行车在行进和驻停两种状态之间切换时的操作。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的自行车的驻车控制装置,包括锁具
5、驻车开关按键13、车姿检测模块3、解锁模块4以及控制模块2;其中:
如图2所示,驻车开关按键13安装于控制模块2、当按下时生成触发信号;
控制模块2与驻车开关按键13、车姿检测模块3、解锁模块4以及锁具5信号连接,且:
当自行车处于未锁定状态、且驻车开关按键13按下生成触发信号时,控制模块2根据车姿检测模块3检测的自行车姿态信息判断自行车是否满足驻车条件,满足驻车条件时控制锁具5锁定自行车;
当自行车处于锁定状态、驻车开关按键13按下生成触发信号、且解锁模块4生成正确的解锁指令时,控制模块2控制锁具5解除对自行车的锁定。
上述自行车驻车控制装置中,当需要对自行车进行驻车时,此时,骑乘者只需要按下驻车开关按键13,此时,控制模块2根据车姿检测模块3检测到的信息判断自行车是否满足驻车条件,驻车条件为:自行车处于停车状态,即,自行车的车速为0;当直行车处于停车状态时,控制模块2可以判断此时自行车满足驻车条件,然后控制模块控制锁具5锁定自行车,使自行车由行进状态转换为停驻状态;当需要接触锁具对自行车的锁定时,骑乘者按下驻车开关按键13,此时,自行车处于驻车状态,控制模块2收到驻车开关按键13被按下生成的接触信号后启动解锁模块4,骑乘者通过解锁模块4驶入解锁信号,当解锁模块4生成的解锁信号正确时,控制模块2控制锁具5解除对自行车的锁定,进而使自行车由停驻状态转换为行进状态。
因此,上述自行车的驻车控制装置能够改变现有技术中骑乘者在对自行车在行进和停驻状态间切换时骑乘者必须手动直接操作锁具缺陷,进而简化了自行车在行进和驻停两种状态之间切换时的操作。
具体地,上述锁具5为电子锁。
当锁具5为电子锁时,锁具5包括:
驻车时用于伸入自行车碟刹片孔隙的滑块;
与控制模块2信号连接、动作时驱动滑块动作的驱动电机。
上述结构的锁具5结构简单,且当滑块伸入自行车碟刹片孔隙的时候对自行车的锁定的稳定性较好。
具体地,上述驻车控制装置中,车姿检测模块3可以包括霍尔传感器和陀螺仪中的一个,也可以同时包括霍尔传感器和陀螺仪,以提高车姿检测模块3对自行车速度检测的精度。
当然,上述驻车控制装置中,解锁模块4可以通过多种方式实现其解锁功能:
如,解锁模块4可以包括操作键盘模块、指纹传感模块、可接收无线终端信号的无线接收模块中的至少一个。
其中,当解锁模块4包括操作键盘模块时,操作键盘模块可以由自行车头机7设有的触控屏形成,且当解锁模块4包括指纹传感模块时,由于指纹传感模块只能由骑乘者本人操作,因此,能够防止上述锁具5的锁紧状态被其他人解除;同时,当解锁模块4包括无线接收模块时,骑乘者能够通过手机等便携终端生成解锁指令,然后由无线接收模块将解锁指令传输给控制模块2,进而实现对锁具5的控制,方便快捷。
当然,当解锁模块4同时具有上述几种模块时,能够增加对解锁模块4操作方式的选择,提高用户体验性。
具体地,如图2所示,控制模块2具体可以包括相互连接的中控面板21和中控电路板31,驻车开关按键13安装于在控制模块2的中控面板21上,因此,当驻车开关按键13被按下时能够产生接触信号。
具体地,上述控制模块2还包括电池41以及与中控面板21配合形成容腔的下壳51,此时,电池41、中控电路板31等安装与中控面板21与下壳51配合形成的容腔内,此时,中控面板21和下壳51能够对电池41以及中控电路板31等进行保护。
另外,如图2和图3所示,本发明实施例提供的自行车包括车体6,还包括上述实施例中提供的任意一种驻车控制装置。
具体地,如图2和图3所示,上述自行车中,车体6包括具有中空结构的横梁61,横梁61设有嵌槽62,驻车控制装置中,控制模块2嵌设于横梁61的嵌槽62中、且驻车开关按键13露出横梁61。
当然,上述自行车还可以包括具有其他功能的开关按键,如与自行车具有的相机对应的相机开关按键11和与自行车具有的头灯对应的头灯开关按键12,具体地,上述自行车具有的头灯的控制可以通过相机开关按键11及控制模块2等共同协作实现,自行车具有的相机的控制可以通过相机
开关按键12以及控制模块2等共同协作实现,这里不再赘述。

Claims (10)
- 一种自行车的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,包括锁具、驻车开关按键、车姿检测模块、解锁模块以及控制模块;其中:所述驻车开关按键安装于所述控制模块、当按下时生成触发信号;所述控制模块与所述驻车开关按键、车姿检测模块、解锁模块以及锁具信号连接,且:当自行车处于未锁定状态、且所述驻车开关按键按下生成触发信号时,所述控制模块根据车姿检测模块检测的自行车姿态信息判断自行车是否满足驻车条件,满足驻车条件时控制所述锁具锁定自行车;当自行车处于锁定状态、所述驻车开关按键按下生成触发信号、且所述解锁模块生成正确的解锁指令时,所述控制模块控制所述锁具解除对自行车的锁定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,所述锁具为电子锁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,所述锁具包括:驻车时用于伸入所述自行车碟刹片孔隙的滑块;与所述控制模块信号连接、动作时驱动所述滑块动作的驱动电机。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,所述车姿检测模块包括霍尔传感器,和/或,陀螺仪。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,所述解锁模块包括操作键盘模块、和/或指纹传感模块、和/或用于接收无线终端信号的无线接收模块。
- 根据权利要求5所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,当所述解锁模块包括操作键盘模块和/或指纹传感模块时,所述自行车的头机的触控屏形成所述解锁模块。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的驻车控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括相互连接的中控面板和中控电路板,所述驻车开关按键安装于所述中控面板。
