まず、図1を参照して、従来の通信装置および当該従来の通信装置の課題について説明する。図1は、従来の通信装置の電気回路についての断面の概略図である。
以上、従来の通信装置および当該従来の通信装置の課題について説明した。次に、本開示の一実施形態に係る通信装置および当該通信装置の電気回路100について説明する。
まず、図2を参照して、本開示の一実施形態に係る通信装置の電気回路100について説明する。図2は、本開示の一実施形態に係る通信装置の電気回路100の例を概略的に示す回路図である。
基礎部112は空隙を有し、外縁部114が当該空隙に設けられてもよい。具体的には、基礎部112は格子状に形成され、基礎部112の空隙は当該基礎部112の格子で囲まれる領域である。さらに、図4を参照して、基礎部112が空隙を有する場合について詳細に説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係る通信装置の電気回路100の他の例を概略的に示す回路図である。
基礎部112は、切り欠きを有するように形成されてもよい。この場合、基礎部112の空隙は当該切り欠きである。さらに、図6を参照して、基礎部112が切り欠きを有する場合について詳細に説明する。図6は、本実施形態に係る通信装置の電気回路100の別の他の例を概略的に示す回路図である。
次に、図7および図8を参照して、本実施形態に係る通信装置の構成について説明する。図7は、本実施形態に係るICチップの実装前の通信装置についての断面の概略図であり、図8は、本実施形態に係るICチップの実装後の通信装置についての断面の概略図である。なお、以下では、基礎部112が格子状に形成される例を用いて説明する。
次に、図9を参照して、上述した通信装置の製造方法について説明する。図9は、本実施形態に係る通信装置の製造過程を概念的に示すフローチャートである。
このように、本開示の一実施形態によれば、電気回路100は、アンテナコイル120とICチップ300とを電気的に接続する接続部110を備える。当該接続部110は、アンテナコイル120と電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部と、当該第1の部分接続部および設置されるICチップ300と電気的に接続され、当該第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質である第2の部分接続部と、を備える。このため、電気回路100のうちのICチップ300とアンテナコイルと120との接続部分のみが酸化のしやすさの異なる材質、例えば銅を含む材質で形成されることにより、製造コストの増加を抑制しながら、接続信頼性を維持しまたは向上させることが可能となる。

前記第2の部分接続部の材質は、銅を含む、前記(1)~(5)のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路。

前記第2の部分接続部は、前記第1の部分接続部の前記ICチップと対応する部分を覆うように形成される、前記(1)~(6)のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路。

前記第2の部分接続部は、前記第1の部分接続部の前記ICチップとの対応部分の周辺の少なくとも一部に前記第1の部分接続部よりも高く形成され、
前記ICチップと前記第1の部分接続部とは、前記対応部分の周辺の少なくとも一部に形成される前記第2の部分接続部を介して電気的に接続される、前記(1)~(7)のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路。

前記ICチップと前記第2の部分接続部とは、第3の部分接続部を介して電気的に接続される、前記(1)~(8)のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路。

前記第3の部分接続部の材質は、前記第1の部分接続部および前記第2の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質を含む、前記(9)に記載の電気回路。

IC(Integrated Circuit)チップと、
前記アンテナコイルと前記ICチップとを電気的に接続する接続部を備え、
前記接続部は、
前記アンテナコイルと電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部と、
前記第1の部分接続部の少なくとも一部および設置される前記ICチップの少なくとも一部と電気的に接続され、前記第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質である第2の部分接続部と、
を備える、通信装置。

アンテナコイルと前記アンテナコイルと電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部とを形成することと、
前記第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質を前記第1の部分接続部に塗布することにより、前記第1の部分接続部の少なくとも一部および設置される前記ICチップの少なくとも一部と電気的に接続される第2の部分接続部を形成することと、
を含む、電気回路の製造方法。

- アンテナコイルとIC(Integrated Circuit)チップとを電気的に接続する接続部を備え、前記接続部は、
前記アンテナコイルと電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部と、
前記第1の部分接続部および設置される前記ICチップと電気的に接続され、前記第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質である第2の部分接続部と、
を備える、電気回路。 - 前記第1の部分接続部は、空隙を有し、
前記第2の部分接続部は、前記空隙に形成される、請求項1に記載の電気回路。 - 前記第1の部分接続部は、格子状に形成され、
前記空隙は、前記第1の部分接続部の格子で囲まれる領域を含む、
請求項2に記載の電気回路。 - 前記第1の部分接続部は、切り欠きを有するように形成され、
前記空隙は、前記切り欠きを含む、
請求項2に記載の電気回路。 - 前記空隙は、前記第1の部分接続部を貫通する穴を含む、請求項2に記載の電気回路。
- 前記第1の部分接続部の材質は、アルミニウムを含み、
前記第2の部分接続部の材質は、銅を含む、請求項1に記載の電気回路。 - 前記第2の部分接続部は、前記第1の部分接続部の前記ICチップと対応する部分を覆うように形成される、請求項1に記載の電気回路。
- 前記第2の部分接続部は、前記第1の部分接続部の前記ICチップとの対応部分の周辺の少なくとも一部に前記第1の部分接続部よりも高く形成され、
前記ICチップと前記第1の部分接続部とは、前記対応部分の周辺の少なくとも一部に形成される前記第2の部分接続部を介して電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の電気回路。 - 前記ICチップと前記第2の部分接続部とは、第3の部分接続部を介して電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の電気回路。
- 前記第3の部分接続部の材質は、前記第1の部分接続部および前記第2の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質を含む、請求項9に記載の電気回路。
- アンテナコイルと、
IC(Integrated Circuit)チップと、
前記アンテナコイルと前記ICチップとを電気的に接続する接続部を備え、
前記接続部は、
前記アンテナコイルと電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部と、
前記第1の部分接続部の少なくとも一部および設置される前記ICチップの少なくとも一部と電気的に接続され、前記第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質である第2の部分接続部と、
を備える、通信装置。 - アンテナコイルと前記アンテナコイルと電気的に接続される第1の部分接続部とを形成することと、
前記第1の部分接続部の材質と異なる材質を前記第1の部分接続部に塗布することにより、前記第1の部分接続部の少なくとも一部および設置される前記ICチップの少なくとも一部と電気的に接続される第2の部分接続部を形成することと、
