具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合多个实施方式及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述 的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请结合图1,本发明一个实施方式的头戴电子装置8可以是一个头戴式的视频播放器、头戴式的游戏装置或者头戴式的导航装置等,其包括两个耳机10、一个连接该两个耳机10的包覆件20以及两个可转动地连接至耳机10的显示件30。包覆件20用于在用户佩戴头戴电子装置8后,向两个耳机10提供夹持用户耳朵的夹持力,从而使用户稳固佩戴头戴电子装置8。而耳机10及显示件30则分别用于向用户输出声音的图像,从而达到视听功能。
请结合图2,各耳机10包括一个外壳12、一个耳罩14、一个喇叭(图未示)、一个安装件16、一个设置于安装件16的动力源18。外壳12大致呈杯状,具有一个柱形壁12a以及一个密封柱形壁12a的侧壁12b,外壳12从而形成一个收容空间,该喇叭便容置于该收容空间。耳罩14固定至柱形壁12a背对侧壁12b的一侧。此处的结构与现有的耳机结构无太大差异,本说明书不做赘述。安装件16具有一个环形部16a及一个安装部16b。环形部16a套设至耳机10的柱形壁12a从而与耳机10连接,安装部16b位于环形部16a一侧,并且其上开设有一个收容槽16c。在其它中,安装件16也可以与耳机10一体成型,不限于本实施方式的组装方式。动力源18在本实施方式中为一个电动马达及必要的用于降低输出转速同时提高输出扭矩的齿轮组,动力源18容置在收容槽16c中。侧壁12b上优选设置有能感测用户触摸操作的触摸装置19,比如设置有设定图像的印刷电路板,如此,用户可通过触摸装置19完成对整个头戴电子装置8的所需操作。
包覆件20连接至两个耳机10并用于包覆用户眼睛前部空间,包覆件20包括位于眼睛前方的透明度可变的调光部24。具体地,在本实施方式 中,包覆件20大致呈C形,包括两个位于C形开口两侧的连接部22以及位于连接部22之间的形成所述C形的调光部24。连接部22在本实施方式中呈圆环状,其套设至耳机10的柱形壁12a从而与耳机10连接。调光部24具有一个在用户佩戴头戴电子装置8后靠近用户额头的上侧24a、远离额头的下侧24b、以及位于上侧24a及下侧24b之间的中部24c。中部24c相对于上侧24a及下侧24b向远离耳机10的方向向外凸出。下侧24b在其中间部位向中部24c凹陷从而开设有一个缺口24d。用户佩戴后,鼻子抵靠缺口24d上侧,从而起到支撑包覆件20的作用。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,为了适应更多用户,调光部24与两个连接部22之间还可设置一个可伸缩的调节部25,如图2所示,以使调光部24与两个连接部22之间的距离可调节。
调光部24的透明度可变,具体可以由电致变色(Electrochromic)元件制成,其通常依次包括玻透明基底材料、透明导电层、电致变色层、电解质层、离子存储层、透明导电层、透明基底材料,在两个透明导电层之间加上一定的电压后,电致变色层材料在电压作用下发生氧化还原反应,颜色发生变化,电压退去后电致变色层又可恢复至远离状态。其原理及具体实现方式为本领域技术人员所熟知,本说明书不做赘述。如此,通过控制加载至调光部24的电压,可使电致变色原件处于遮光状态及透光状态。遮光状态下,外部光线大部分无法穿过;相反,透光状态下,外部光线大部分可穿透电致变色元件。当然,本发明中,为了实现透明度可变的目的,调光部24也可以由其它具有相同功能的原件替代,比如,调光部24由具有透明TFT基底的液晶屏制成,通过调节液晶的状态,可使得液晶屏实现如上述电致变色原件所能达到的遮光效果及透光效果。在本发明中,位于左右眼前方的调光部24可以是如图1所示的一整片,可以是由如图2所 示的连接件27连接起来的分离的两片,连接件27是由不具调光功能的如塑料或金属等材料制成。
优选地,包覆件20还具有一个用于与用户的额头接触的接触件26,其包括固定至上侧24a的固定部26a以及自固定部中间部位向用户额头方向延伸出来的接触部26b,接触部26b具有弹性变形能力,其末端的宽度比用户的额头的宽度小,从而在用户佩戴后产生变形而与额头有较大的摩擦力,利于用户的佩戴,同时,接触部26b面向用户的表面上还可设置海绵等软性面料,以使用户感觉佩戴得更加舒服,同时也增加遮光效果。可以理解,为了实现包覆件20具有更好的遮光的效果,接触件26’也可以如图5所示,其与接触件26不同之处在于,接触部26b’自固定部26a’呈片状并倾斜地向用户额头延伸,佩戴时接触部26b’抵持用户额头,从而有效防止包覆件20下滑,同时也能有效遮光。当然,下侧24b也可以设置类似的用于与用户脸部接触并起到遮光效果的接触件。
显示件30可转动地连接至对应的一个耳机10,并可转动至一个位于眼睛前方的第一位置,如图6所示,及一个与眼睛错开的第二位置,如图1所示。在该第一位置,调光部20位于遮光状态并且各显示件30向用户的眼睛投射图像。在该第二位置,调光部20位于透光状态并且各显示件30向调光部24投射图像,以使用户可看到外部景象及该投射图像。具体地,在本实施方式中,显示件30包括壳体32以及容置于壳体32内的光学显示模组38。壳体32的一侧32a连接至动力源32,相对的另一侧设置有供光学显示模组38的光线出射的第一出光口32b及第二出光口32c,其中,第一出光口32b面向用户眼睛,第二出光口32c面向用户额头方向,即向上。如此,动力源32驱动一个较小的角度的情况下,出光口32b所在一侧便可移动一个较大的弧度,有利于于出光口32b所在一侧快速在第 一位置及第二位置之间切换。
请结合图4,光学显示模组38包括一个图像源38a、一个第一镜片模组38b、一个可转动的折射镜片模组38c、一个第二镜片模组38d以及第三镜片模组38e。其中,图像源38a、第一镜片模组38b、折射镜片模组38c及第二镜片模组38d位于第一光路上;折射镜片模组38c转动后,图像源38a、第一镜片模组38b、折射镜片模组38c及第三镜片模组38e位于第二光路上。折射镜片模组38c的转动可通过马达(图未示)等驱动而实现。图像源38a可以是一个LCD显示模组或者OLED显示模组,其通常是一个微型并且显示密度较高的显示模组。折射镜片模组38c用于将图像源38a发出的图像进行反射,以改变图像的光路方向,从而使第一及第二镜片模组38b及38d无需堆叠在一个方向上,灵活应用壳体32的内部空间。第一及第二镜片模组38b及38d用于将图像源38a发出的图像光学进行适当的折射,使用户眼睛看到清楚的设定大小的图像虚像。
请结合图5,但需要实现透视式投射时,使折射镜片模组38c旋转特定的角度,比如使折射镜片模组38c在图4的视图中所示箭头反向旋转90度,使光线向上投射从而由第二出光口32c射出,光路如图5所示。此时光线投射在调光部上形成图1所示的图像6。第一及第二镜片模组38b及38d、折射镜片模组38c的具体结构及镜片数量不限于图4所示,可根据具体的设计需求而定。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,对壳体32的转动也可通过手动的方式,此时壳体32直接连接至安装部16b。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,第二出光口32c也可以面向用户下巴,即向下,也可实现穿透视的投射方式。
请结合图6、图1及图2,使用头戴电子装置8时,先将两个耳机10向外张开,将整个头戴电子装置8从脸部前方佩戴至用户头部,并使耳罩 14包覆用户耳朵。显示件30位于眼睛正前方的第一位置,调光部24处于遮光状态,此时显示件30向用户眼睛投射图像,使用户看到该图像放大的虚像。当用户需要看包覆件20外部的景象时,动力源32控制壳体32向下转动至位于眼睛下方的不影响眼睛视线的第二位置,此时调光部24变成透光状态,使外部光线可进入用户眼睛。同时,折射镜片模组38c旋转特定角度后,图像源38a发出的图像光线沿图5所示的光路从第二出光口32c射出,向调光部24投射出图像并向用户眼睛反射,此时,用户可看到该投射的图像及外部图像的叠合,实现穿透视投射。需指出的是,对显示件30在第一及第二位置件的切换控制、对折射镜片模组38c的旋转控制、对调光部24在遮光状态及透光状态的切换控制、对显示件30所产生的图像显示的控制、以及在观看图像过程中进行的如调节音量、进度等的系统控制,都可通过对触摸装置19进行相应的操作,头戴电子装置8的中央处理器及对应的功能电路(图未示)响应该操作而完成。如此,用户无需取下头戴电子装置8便可方便的在观看头戴电子装置8显示的图像及头戴电子装置8外部环境景象之间切换,极大地方便了用户,从而提升了用户的体验感。
在本发明的描述中,“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解。例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是 两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种头戴电子装置,包括
    两个耳机;
    一个包覆件,其连接至该两个耳机并用于包覆用户眼睛前部空间,该包覆件包括位于眼睛前方的透明度可变的调光部;及
    两个显示件,各可转动地连接至对应的一个耳机,并可转动至一个位于眼睛前的第一位置及一个与眼睛错开的第二位置;
    其中,在该第一位置,该调光部位于遮光状态并且各显示件向用户的眼睛投射图像;在该第二位置,该调光部位于透光状态并且各显示件向该调光部投射图像,以使用户可看到外部景象及该投射的图像。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,至少一个耳机在其背离另一耳机的侧壁设置有用于控制该头戴电子装置的触摸装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该包覆件呈C形,包括靠近用户额头的上侧、远离用户额头的下侧及位于该上下侧之间并向远离该耳机的方向向外凸出的中部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该下侧中间部位向该中部凹陷形成一个缺口。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,在用户佩戴后,该包覆件包括一个自用户左眼前方向用户右眼前方延伸的调光部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,在用户佩戴后,该包覆件包括两个分别位于用户左右眼前方向的调光部以及连接该两个调光部的不具调光功能的连接件。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该包覆件包括两个分别与该两个耳机连接的连接部以及两个连接在各连接部与调光部之间调节部,各调节部可调节对应的连接部与调光部之间的距离。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,各耳机具有一个柱形壁,各连接部呈环状并套设至该柱形壁。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该包覆件还包括至少一个用于与用户的脸部接触的接触件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该至少一个接触件还用户阻止外部光线进入用户眼睛。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该调光部由电致变色元件或具有透明TFT基底的液晶屏制成。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,各耳机包括一个安装部,各显示件包括一个壳体以及设置在该壳体内的光学显示模组,该壳体一侧可转动连接至该安装部,而相对的另一侧设置有供该光学显示模组的光线出射的至少一个出光口。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,各耳机还包括一个设置于该安装部的动力源,该壳体连接至该动力源并在其驱动下转动。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该至少一个出光口包括开设在该壳体的所述另一侧的一个面向用户脸部的第一出光口及一个面向用户额头或下巴的第二出光口。15、如权利要求14所述的头戴电子装置,其特征在于,该光学显示模组包括一个图像源、一个第一镜片模组、一个可转动的折射镜片模组、一个第二镜片模组以及一个第三镜片 模组;该图像源、第一镜片模组、折射镜片模组及第二镜片模组位依次位于一个从该第一出光口出射的第一光路上,该图像源、第一镜片模组、转动后的折射镜片模组及第三镜片模组位依次位于一个从该第二出光口出射的第二光路上。
