一种新型全自动汽车涉水救助系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型全自动汽车涉水救助系统,是小型乘用汽车在遇到突发性涨水时对汽车进行全自动整体救助为目的的防水救助系统,本发明适用于所有小型汽车,同样适用于混合动力及纯电动小型汽车。
背景技术
最近几年交通工具-汽车的普及发展非常迅速,它给人们的生活带来了诸多便利的同时,全球气候变暖等因素使得极端天气频发,暴雨、洪水等形成严重的城市内涝,使得车辆遇险事件时有发生,有时甚至威胁到人们的生命安全。那么面对突然来袭的自然灾害如何保护生命,财产的安全,便成为我们亟待解决的课题。通过对以往出现事故的案例分析,一般处理危机情况时,人们可以通过安全锤,高跟鞋跟等硬物砸碎车窗玻璃,弃车逃往安全地带,然而人们只能眼睁睁的看着自己的爱车被水淹没。
目前用于提示驾乘人员人为或者自动完成救助的涉水安全救助系统,有的是将车辆置于一个硕大的空气袋中,来隔绝和水的接触,此方法有其优点,但也有缺陷,如操作繁琐且需要较大的场地和人手,对驾驶技术也有较高要求,如遇到突发情况,已经没有理想条件进行施救。还有一种方式是在车的外部通过充气的方式围成一个密闭空间,来隔绝和水的接触,这种方式的缺陷是当水位过高的时候,因为不能将底部完全密封,所以还是会将车辆淹没而浸泡。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型全自动汽车涉水救助系统,当出现突发情况时,车辆驾乘人员人为或者中央处理单元自动操作就可以轻松实现对车辆及驾乘人员的救助。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种新型全自动汽车涉水救助系统,所述系统包括位于汽车底部的充气救助垫部分以及电子预警和中央处理协作部分;
所述充气救助垫部分包括位于所述汽车底部前后左右四个位置处的气垫储备室,每个位置处的所述气垫储备室对应设有气体发生器,所述气体发生器用于将对应的所述气垫储备室内的气垫充气打开形成前部气垫、后部气垫、左侧气垫和右侧气垫;
所述电子预警和中央处理协作部分包括外部水位传感器、中央协作处理单元、一级预警信号灯和手动按钮开关;
所述外部水位传感器连接所述中央协作处理单元,所述中央协作处理单元连接所述一级预警信号灯、所述气体发生器以及汽车电脑板,所述一级预警信号灯位于车内,所述手动按钮开关位于车内并连接所述气体发生器。

如图1所示,本发明涉及一种新型全自动汽车涉水救助系统,所述系统包括位于汽车底部的充气救助垫部分和电子预警和中央处理协作部分;

充气救助垫由前后左右四块密闭式气囊构成,利用浮力特性将车辆托起置于水面,根据浮力原理特性,1立方的体积,理论上能将一吨重的物体置于水面。通过对一般尺寸家用轿车计算,车辆离地高度为0.15M,车辆底部救助垫整体长度5m,宽2.2m,得到的体积≈1.65立方,而一辆家用轿车的重量都在1.4~1.5吨左右,通过计算的体积正好略大于车的重量,为了能更好,更安全地起到防护救助作用,我们设计将底部的救助垫向四周加大并向上延伸20~30cm,这样不但能得到更多的体积(浮力),还可以使得车辆在置于水面时,不会因为漂动相互碰撞,而损坏车辆,起到防撞墙的作用。如图1中可以看见其造型。此发明能得以实施的关键也是在于此救助垫位于轮胎处的四个缺口,这四个缺口正好使轮胎避开了救助垫的位置、使得救助垫的接触面和车辆的整个底盘接触,产生均匀向上的作用力。如果救助垫是一个完整长方形,而没有缺口的救助垫,接触点将会落在四个轮子上,那很有可能产生侧翻的危险。
当车辆在行驶状态时遇到高水位或意外落入水中时,外部水位传感器5得到信号后,通过中央协作处理单元7处理后立刻给汽车电脑板(ECU)发出指令关闭发动机,以免损坏发动机,随之一级预警信号灯也随之亮起,此时驾乘人员做好救助准备,有条件的情况下请及时离开危险区域,如情况危机已无法撤离,驾乘人员立刻按下控制启动开关,四套气垫同时弹出气垫储备室8,气体发生器9发生气体反应,自动快速充气,进行救助。
当车内无驾乘人员时(如车辆停在地下停车场),因突发强降雨,此时水位逐步升高,涉水至1/3轮胎高度时,此时位于前轮制动器旁的外部水位传感器5率先检测到水位,涉水接近车辆底部高度时,位于车辆前轮挡 泥板后面的内部水位传感器6检测到水位,一级、二级预警信号灯先后亮起,因无人员手动操作发出救助指令,此时中央协作处理单元7将自动发出信号,并指示四套气垫储备室同时弹出气垫,气体发生器发生反应、并自动快速充气,进行自我救助。
当救助垫充满气体后,车辆置于水面时,由于水流的影响,车辆会随之漂动,此时救助垫的四个气垫高出的防撞墙起到了保护作用,避免了车辆之间、或者与建筑物的碰撞照成车辆损坏。水位降至人员可以安全靠拢时,按下启动按钮10秒钟,中央协作处理单元7处理后,取下救助垫与充气口脱离,清洗车辆外观后,即可正常使用车辆。
