【課題】本発明の解決すべき課題は、製造適性に優れ、しかも保存安定性が高い包油粉体組成物を提供することにある。 【解決手段】 表面に水酸化アルミニウムが被覆された比表面積10m/g以上の平板状粉末に、フッ素処理を施した包油性粉末と、 炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上であって、該油性成分全体として表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上のものからなる油滴と を含み、前記油滴が前記包油性粉末により包み込まれて、平均粒子径10~150μmの粉末状を呈し、塗擦により液化する包油粉体組成物。

Description

包油粉体組成物及びその製造方法 関連出願
 本発明は、日本国特許出願:特願2015-142165号(2015年7月16日出願)に基づき優先権を主張するものであり、同出願の全記載内容は引用をもって本書に組み込まれているものとする。
 本発明は包油粉体組成物及びその製造方法、特に包油性粉末の表面状態の改良に関する。
 油性成分からなる油滴を包油性粉末により包み、あたかも粉体組成物のような外観を呈しながら、塗擦によりペースト状ないし油性液状となる包油粉体組成物が知られている(特許文献1)。
 この粉体組成物は、表面張力の大きい油性成分を油滴の状態で、撥水・撥油性の高いフッ素処理粉末で包み込むものであり、油滴の表面張力が高く安定であり、しかも包油性粉末の「濡れ性」が低いため、油滴を包油性粉末が包み込んだ状態を維持することができ、しかも塗擦により油分内に粉末が分散し、ペースト状ないし液状となるため、ドライオイルとも呼ばれている。

 従来の包油粉体組成物においては、製品の製造、運送の過程などでペースト状ないし液状となってしまう場合があり、本発明者らが検討を進めたところ、包油粉体組成物に振動が加わると適正な包油状態が維持不能となる場合があることが見出された。
 本発明は前記従来技術に鑑みなされたものであり、その解決すべき課題は製造適性に優れ、しかも安定性が高い包油粉体組成物を提供することにある。
 前記課題を解決するために、本発明者らが鋭意検討を行った結果、フッ素処理粉末の表面状態、包油する油分種及び包油する油滴のサイズにより包油粉体組成物の安定性等の特性が大きく変化することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
 すなわち、本発明にかかる包油粉体組成物は、
 表面に水酸化アルミニウムが被覆された比表面積10m/g以上の平板状粉末、及び該水酸化アルミニウム上に配されたフッ素化合物の被覆を有する包油性粉末と、
 炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上の油性成分であって、該油性成分全体としての表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上のものからなる油滴と、
を含み、前記油滴が前記包油性粉末により包み込まれてり、平均粒子径が10~150μmの粉体状を呈し、塗擦により液化することを特徴とする。
 また、前記組成物において、平板状粉末はセリサイトであることが好適である。
 また、前記組成物において、包油性粉末:油性成分=1:9~4:1(質量比)であることが好適である。
 また、本発明にかかる包油粉体組成物の製造方法は、
 表面に水酸化アルミニウムが被覆された比表面積10m/g以上の平板状粉末に、フッ素処理を施した包油性粉末を撹拌しつつ、
 炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上の油性成分であって、該油性成分全体としての表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上のものからなり、平均粒子径20~80μmの油滴を噴霧し、
 前記油滴を前記包油性粉末により包み込むことを特徴とする。
 本発明にかかる包油粉体組成物によれば、包油性粉末として、平板状粉末の表面に水酸化アルミニウムを析出させて比表面積10m/g以上とし、さらにフッ素化合物で被覆したものを用い、さらに炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上の油性成分であって、該油性成分全体としての表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上のものからなり、平均粒子径20~80μmの油滴の包油粉体組成物を調製することで、製造適性に優れ、しかも安定性の高い包油粉体組成物を得ることができる。

[包油性粉末]
 本発明において好適に用いられる包油性粉末は、後述する油滴を包油する粉末であり、フッ素処理水酸化アルミニウム被覆平板状粉末であることが好ましい。ここで、フッ素処理水酸化アルミニウム被覆平板状粉末は、セリサイト、マイカなどの平板状粉末の表面に水酸化アルミニウムを析出させ、さらにフッ素基を付与して撥水性・撥油性をもたせるようにしたものである。
[被処理粉末]
 被処理粉末としては、平板状粉末が好ましく用いられる。平板状粉末としては、セリサイト、マイカ、タルク、アルミナ、シリカ、板状硫酸バリウム、オキシ塩化ビスマス、窒化ホウ素などが挙げられ、これらのうち平板状粘土鉱物好ましく用いられる。平板状粘土鉱物としては天然、合成のいずれのものも任意に用いることができる。粘土鉱物としては、セリサイト(微結晶含水ケイ酸アルミニウムカリウム;K2O・3Al2O3・6SiO2、2H2O)、マイカ(含水ケイ酸アルミニウムカリウム;KAl2・AlSi3O10(OH)2)、タルク等が好ましく用いられる。これら粘土鉱物を用いることにより、粉体状形態を維持しつつ、後述する油性成分をより高配合することができ、使用性(きしみ感のなさ、皮膚のかさつきのなさ、等)のより一層の向上を図ることができる。
 なお、被処理粉末成分として、例えば、粘土鉱物を酸化チタン等でコーティングした酸化チタンセリサイト等に例示される複合顔料も用いることができる。
 被処理粉末の形状については、少ない粉末量で油分を効率よく粉体状化することができるという点から板状のものが好ましく用いられる。
[水酸化アルミニウム被覆]
 本発明では、上記フッ素処理を施す前に、水酸化アルミニウムの析出処理を施しておく。このように水酸化アルミニウム析出処理した後に、フッ素処理することにより、フッ素化合物の被覆形成を安定に、効率よく進行させ、撥水性・撥油性により優れたフッ素処理粉末を製造することができる。また、水酸化アルミニウム被覆処理後フッ素化処理した粉末を用いた場合、衝撃安定性(耐衝撃性)が著しく高められる。また肌などへの密着性向上効果にも優れる。
 粉末表面への水酸化アルミニウム析出処理は、例えば、粉末に水を加えてスラリー状とし、ここに、上記アルミニウムのイオン性の強い水溶性化合物、例えば塩化アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム等の水溶液を添加し、粉末表面にこれらの化合物を吸着させておく。次いで酸またはアルカリ溶液を加えて、粉末表面に吸着しているこれらの化合物を加水分解あるいは置換反応を起こさせ、上記金属水酸化物または金属塩の水和物、一部脱水物、無水物を生成させる。
 粉末を被覆する上記金属水酸化物または金属塩の水和物、一部脱水物、無水物は少ないほど好ましく、粉末に対してこれらを生成させる金属化合物量として1~30質量%が好ましい。1質量%未満では金属処理による効果を十分に奏することが難しく、一方、30質量%超では嵩高くなり粉末本来の機能が阻害される傾向がみられる。
[フッ素処理]
 次いで、上記の、表面を金属処理した粉末に、フッ素化合物に水を加えてエマルジョン状態にしたものを徐々に加え、酸または高温静置によってエマルジョンを破壊することにより、上記金属水酸化物または金属塩の水和物、一部脱水物、無水物によって被覆された粉末をさらにフッ素化合物で被覆することができる。
 前記フッ素基を有する分子としては、特に限定されるものでないが、例えば、下記一般式(I)で表されるペルフルオロアルキルリン酸エステル・ジエタノールアミン塩、下記一般式(II)表されるペルフルオロアルキルシラン、下記一般式(III)で表されるペルフルオロアルキルエチルアクリレート等のフッ素化合物が挙げられる。

 また、ペルフルオロポリエーテルジアルキルリン酸およびその塩、ペルフルオロポリエーテルジルキル硫酸塩およびその塩、ペルフルオロポリエーテルジアルキルカルボン酸およびその塩等に代表されるペルフルオロポリエーテル基を有するフッ素化合物も用いることができる。ここで「ペルフルオロポリエーテル基」とは、ペルフルオロアルキレンまたはペルフルオロアルキルと結合している酸素原子が少なくとも2以上有する基を意味し、分子量が300~7000程度のものが撥油性・撥水性の点から好ましい。
 フッ素化処理の方法は、特に限定されるものでないが、例えば次のような方法が挙げられる。すなわち、被処理粉末の水分散液に、フッ素化合物水溶液を徐々に添加した後、塩酸水溶液を加えて酸性に調整し、2時間程度熟成した後、濾過、乾燥、粉砕して、フッ素処理粉末を得る。
 なお、粉末表面にフッ素基を付与して撥水性・撥油性をもたせるよう表面処理がされていれば、本発明効果を損わない範囲において、その他の非フッ素基、例えばアルキル基やシリコーン基、親水基をさらに付加するような処理が施されていてもよい。
 フッ素処理に用いられるフッ素化合物もまた粉末に対して1~30質量%が好ましい。1質量%未満ではフッ素化合物の被覆形成が不十分で撥水性・撥油性を発現させるのが難しく、一方、30質量%超では嵩高くなり粉末本来の機能が阻害される傾向がみられる。
 なお、本発明粉体状組成物には、上記包油性粉末に加えて、本発明の効果を損わない範囲において、粉末成分として、フッ素処理を施していない粉末や、薬剤等を粉末のまま配合してもよい。
[油性成分]
 油性成分は、1種または2種以上の油性成分からなるが、その表面張力値(平均)は2.0×10-2N/m以上(対大気)であり、好ましくは2.1×10-2N/m以上である。油性成分の表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m未満では、油性成分が粉末に容易に濡れるために、油性成分を良好な粉体状形態とすることができない。
 なお、「油性成分の表面張力値」とは、液状をなす油性成分全体としての表面張力値をいう。油性成分全体としての表面張力値が上記範囲を満足する限りにおいて、油性成分の構成成分としての各油性成分が表面張力値2.0×10-2N/m未満のものであっても用いることができる。
 したがって油性成分には、固形、半固形、液状等、任意の性状の油性成分を含み得る。また油性成分は均一溶解系のみならず、油分中に油分が分散する分散系も含む。
 油性成分としては、例えば流動パラフィン、オゾケライト、スクワレン、プリスタン、パラフィン、セレシン、スクワラン、ワセリン等の炭化水素油を用いることが好ましく、特に好ましくは油性成分中における炭化水素油の割合が50質量%以上である。炭化水素油以外の油性成分としては、液状ラノリン、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、オクタン酸セチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸ブチル、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、ミリスチン酸ミリスチル、オレイン酸デシル、ジメチルオクタン酸ヘキシルデシル、乳酸セチル、乳酸ミリスチル、酢酸ラノリン、ステアリン酸イソセチル、イソステアレン酸イソセチル、12-ヒドロキシステアリル酸コレステリル、ジ-2-エチルヘキシル酸エチレングリコール、ジペンタエリスリトール脂肪酸エステル、モノイソステアリン酸N-アルキルグリコール、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、ジ-2-ヘプチルウンデカン酸グリセリン、トリ-2-エチルヘキシル酸トリメチロールプロパン、トリイソステアリン酸トリメチロールプロパン、テトラ-2-エチルヘキシル酸ペンタエリスリトール、トリ-2-エチルヘキシル酸グリセリン、トリイソステアリン酸トリメチロールプロパン、セチル-2-エチルヘキサノエート、2-エチルヘキシルパルミテート、トリミリスチン酸グリセリン、トリ-2-ヘプチルウンデカン酸グリセライド、ヒマシ油脂肪酸メチルエステル、オレイン酸、アセトグリセライド、パルミチン酸-2-ヘプチルウンデシル、アジピン酸ジイソプロピル、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸-2-オクチルドデシルエステル、アジピン酸ジ-2-ヘプチルウンデシル、エチルラウレート、セパチン酸ジ-2-エチルヘキシル、ミリスチン酸-2-ヘキシルデシル、パルミチン酸-2-ヘキシルデシル、アジピン酸-2-ヘキシルデシル、セバチル酸ジイソプロピル、コハク酸-2-エチルヘキシル、酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、酢酸アミル、クエン酸トリエチル等の極性油分や、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、セトステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール類、ホホバオイル、オリーブオイル、ナッツ油、ベニバナ油、大豆油等の植物油等が挙げられる。
 表面張力値の小さいジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン等の鎖状シリコーン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン等の環状シリコーン等のシリコーン油や、「フォンブリン」シリーズ(AUSIMONT社製)に代表される炭化フッ素油も、油性成分全体としての表面張力値(平均)が2.0×10-2N/m以上となる範囲において、少量であれば用いることができる。これら表面張力値の小さいシリコーン油や炭化フッ素油を大量に配合した場合、表面張力値が小さくなりすぎ、油性成分を十分に粉体状化できないことがある。表面張力値の測定はペンダントドロップ法など公知の方法により行うことができる。
 また、パーム硬化油、硬化ヒマシ油、ワセリン等の半固形状の油性成分や、パラフィンワックス、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、カルナバロウ、キャンデリアロウなどの固形油分も、油性成分全体としての表面張力値が上記範囲を満足する範囲において用いることができる。
 特に粉体状化粧料の場合、油性成分は、肌上で溶解するように、融点が37℃程度以下の油性成分が好ましいが、少量であればワックスやロウなどの固形油分を配合することもできる。
 なお、本発明効果を損わない範囲内で、ビタミンA等の油溶性ビタミンおよびその誘導体、ステロール類、天然および合成の香料、紫外線吸収剤や水に難溶性の物質、色材、微粒子粉体等を油性成分中に配合してもよい。
[包油粉体組成物の調製]
 本発明にかかる包油粉体組成物は、前記包油性粉末に対し、前記油性成分を油滴状にして加え、混合、撹拌して調製することが好ましい。
 本発明において、包油性粉末の配合量は、組成物全量中に10~80質量%程度が好ましく、特には20~70質量%程度である。配合量が少なすぎると油性成分である油性成分を十分に粉体状化することができず、意図する粉体状形態を得ることができなくなるおそれがあり、一方、配合量が多すぎると、使用時塗擦しても液化が困難となり、官能上好ましくない。
 また、包油性粉末以外の粉末成分を含む場合、全粉末成分に対する包油性粉末の配合割合は50~100質量%が好ましい。
 油性成分の配合量は、本発明組成物に含まれる他の必須成分、任意添加成分の総配合量の残量分配合することができるが、本発明では、20~90質量%が好ましい。油性成分の配合量が少なすぎると塗擦したときに液化が困難で官能上好ましくなく、一方、配合量が多すぎると粉体状化が難しくなる。本発明では特に、包油性粉末の粉末成分として粘土鉱物を用いた場合、粉体状形態を維持しつつ、油性成分をより高配合することができ、特に粉体状化粧料の場合、きしみ感、べたつき感、かさつき感を抑えた、優れた使用性を得ることができた。
 本発明では、包油性粉末:油性成分=1:9~4:1(質量比)が好ましく、特には1:5~3:1である。
 本発明の粉体状組成物には、特に粉体状化粧料の場合、上記成分以外に、通常の化粧料に用いられる各種の任意成分、例えば、香料、各種粉末、油溶性薬剤成分等を、本発明の効果を妨げない範囲で配合することができる。
 本発明の粉体状組成物は、実質的に水を含まず、特に粉体状化粧料として用いる場合、防腐剤等の添加成分を配合しない製剤化が可能であり、近年の化粧品業界における消費者の安心安全嗜好に対応した製品化が可能である。
 また本発明の粉体状組成物は、界面活性剤を配合しない製剤化を行うことができる。ただし、粉体状部分用メーク落しなど、化粧料の用途に応じて、界面活性剤を適宜配合することも可能である。界面活性剤を添加成分として配合した粉体状メーク落しは、メーク落ち効果が高く、垂れ落ちることがなく使用勝手がよく、また水での洗い流しも可能である。粉体状部分用メーク落しに界面活性剤を用いる場合、界面活性剤の配合量は油性成分に対し0.1~40質量%程度が好ましい。界面活性剤を配合する場合、油性成分中に他の油分とともに配合するのが好ましい。界面活性剤としてはノニオン界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤のいずれも配合可能である。界面活性剤の種類としては親水性、親油性のいずれでもかまわない。油相に溶解しない性質の界面活性剤をエマルジョンや固形粉体の形で油相中に分散し、配合することも可能である。
 本発明の粉体状組成物は、油性成分の周囲に包油性粉末が吸着し、包油性粉末により油性成分を粉体状化したものであり、塗擦により力を加えると、この吸着状態が破壊され、粉体状化されていた油性成分がにじみ出て液化するとともに油性成分の使用感触および有効性が発揮されるものである。
 本発明の粉体状組成物は、油性成分の周囲に包油性粉末が吸着し、包油性粉末により油性成分を粉体状化するものであれば、特にその製造方法は限定されるものでない。例えば油性成分、あるいはここにさらに任意添加成分を溶解したものに包油性粉末を添加、混合する、等の製造方法が挙げられるが、これら例示に限定されるものではない。
 なお、本発明組成物を粉体状絵具に適用した場合、例えば、油性成分として油性染料を用い、これをフッ素処理粉末で均一に被覆することによって、該粉体状形態の絵具を筆などで壁、紙等に塗擦するだけで簡便にペイントすることができる等の利点がある。
 以下、本発明を実施例に基づきさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明は以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。なお、配合量はすべて質量%で示す。
 実施例に先立ち、本発明で用いた試験法および評価法を説明する。
[ドライオイル化:製造]
◎:安定なドライオイルが調製出来る。
〇:ドライオイルが調整出来るが一部ペーストも混合している。
△:半分以上がスラリー化。
×:スラリー化していてドライオイルが出来ない。
[耐衝撃性]
 ガラス製20mlサンプル管に、各実施例品を口元まで充填し、70cmの高さからゴム板の上に10回落下させたのち、中身の状態を目視で観察し、下記基準により評価した。
◎:変化なし(粉末形状を保っていた)
〇:一部ペースト状物質が管内に付着したが全体として問題なし。
△:ペースト状物質の付着が目立つ。
×:全体がペースト状になっていた。
[振動試験]
 調製したドライオイル10gを容器に入れて30分間振動させた。
◎:変化なし(粉末形状を保っていた)
〇:一部ペースト状物質が容器に付着したが全体として問題なし。
△:ペースト状物質の付着が目立つ。
×:全体がペースト状になっていた。
[内包油量]
 粉末1gが入っている試験管に油を添加していき、スラリーになる直前の油分量。
[油性成分の表面張力値]
 ペンダントドロップ法にて測定した。
[比表面積]
 BET法にて測定した。
 まず、本発明者らは、包油粉体組成物の特徴的な構成要件である包油性粉末について検討を行った。
 結果を表1に示す。

 前記表1より、フッ素処理を施していないセリサイトを包油性粉末として用いた場合には、包油粉体組成物を製造することが困難であるが、フッ素処理セリサイトを用いた場合には、包油粉体組成物を調製することができる。
 しかしながら、フッ素処理セリサイトを用いた場合にも、組成物製造の際にシェアの調整が難しく、包油粉体組成物調整後に衝撃を加えることでペースト状化してしまう場合があった。
 一方、フッ素処理水酸化アルミ被覆セリサイトを用いた場合には、優れた製造適性、耐衝撃性及び振動安定性が得られたが、同じフッ素処理水酸化アルミ被覆セリサイトであっても、効果の高いものと低いものが存在し、しかも油分との相関性も顕著であった。
 そこで本発明者らは、フッ素処理金属酸化物/水酸化物被覆粉末についてさらに検討を行った。結果を次の表2に示す。

 酸化亜鉛、ビスマスは金属を被覆出来ず。
 表2より明らかなように、フッ素処理水酸化チタン被覆セリサイトなどは対水、耐油ともに高い接触角を示すにもかかわらず、最大内包油量はフッ素処理水酸化アルミニウム被覆セリサイトの方が高い傾向にあり、フッ素処理水酸化アルミニウム被覆セリサイトの高い内包油量は特異的なものであることが理解される。
 そこで本発明者らは、水酸化アルミニウムの被覆状態について検討を行った。すなわち、セリサイトに対し水酸化アルミニウムを被覆する工程を下記のように行い、析出時間を順次変更した。この結果、水酸化アルミニウムのセリサイトへの被覆量をほぼ一定に保ちつつ、析出粒子径(比表面積)を変えることができる。
 水酸化アルミニウムの析出方法
析出時間が短い=酸の滴下速度が速いと細かい水酸化アルミニウム粒子が生成する=比表面積が高くなる。
析出時間が長い=ゆっくり酸を滴下すると大きな水酸化アルミニウム粒子が生成する=比表面積が小さくなる。

 表3より明らかなように、同量の水酸化アルミニウムで粉体を被覆しても、析出時間により比表面積に違いが表れ、包油粉体組成物の製造、安定性に大きな影響を与えることが理解される。
 本発明者らの詳細な検討の結果、フッ素処理前の水酸化アルミニウム被覆平板状鉱物の段階での好適な比表面積は10m/g以上、特に好ましくは15~40m/gであることが明らかとなった。
 さらに本発明者らは、本発明にかかる包油性粉末と油分の表面張力値との関係について検討を行った。具体的には、流動パラフィンとジメチルシリコンを混合し、表面張力値を調製して包油粉体組成物の製造及び安定性を評価した。
 結果を表4に示す。

 表4より明らかなように、表面張力値が2×10-2N/m以上であると、ドライオイル化、安定性ともに良好となる傾向にある。
 さらに、油分の種類と包油粉体組成物の製造について検討を行った。結果を次の表5に示す。

 表5より明らかなように、特に製造及び安定性が良好な油分は炭化水素油であることが理解される。
 そこで、本発明者らは炭化水素油に対し、他の油分の置換を行った場合について検討を行った。結果を表6に示す。

 表6に示すように、炭化水素油が油分中50質量%以上であると、実用上十分な特性を示すことが理解される。
 さらに内包される油滴のサイズによる製造、安定性の評価をおこなった。
 すなわち、平均粒径8~10μmの包油性粉末を撹拌しつつ、所定サイズの油滴を噴霧し、包油粉体組成物を調製した。結果を表7に示す。

 以上の結果より、噴霧時平均油滴20~80μm内の油滴で調製されたドライオイルが安定であるのが理解される。なお、製品中での油滴サイズの正確な測定は困難であるが、顕微鏡観察によれば、粒径分布は10~150μm、特に好ましくは10~120μmとなる傾向にある。
 図1~図4に、噴霧時平均油滴サイズを調製した際の振動安定性試験の結果を示す。
 図1は噴霧時平均油滴サイズ40μmで包油粉体組成物を調製した状態を示し、図2は同包油粉体組成物を振動安定性試験にかけた後の状態を示す。両図を比較しても、包油粉体組成物の状態に特に変化は認められない。
 一方、図3は噴霧時平均油滴サイズ100μm以上で包油粉体組成物を調製した状態を示し、図4は同包油粉体組成物を振動安定性試験にかけた後の状態を示す。図3より、包油粉体組成物の調製は可能であるが、振動により包油粉体の一部が合一化していることが理解できる。
 本発明者らの詳細な検討によれば、20~80μmの噴霧時平均油滴サイズでは良好なドライオイル調製、及び振動安定性を得ることができた。
 また、図5には本発明にかかる包油粉体の顕微鏡写真を示す。このような顕微鏡写真による確認により、製品中での粒径分布は10~150μm、好ましくは10~120μmになることが明らかとなった。
 本発明の包油粉体組成物及びその製造方法は、上記実施形態及び実施例に基づいて説明されているが、上記実施形態及び実施例に限定されることなく、本発明の範囲内において、かつ本発明の基本的技術思想に基づいて、各開示要素(請求の範囲、明細書及び図面に記載の要素を含む)に対し種々の変形、変更及び改良を含むことができる。また、本発明の請求の範囲の範囲内において、各開示要素の多様な組み合わせ・置換ないし選択が可能である。
 本発明のさらなる課題、目的及び形態(変更形態含む)は、請求の範囲を含む本発明の全開示事項からも明らかにされる。
 本書に記載した数値範囲については、別段の記載のない場合であっても、当該範囲内に含まれる任意の数値ないし範囲が本書に具体的に記載されているものと解釈されるべきである。
 

Claims (4)

  1.  表面に水酸化アルミニウムが被覆された比表面積10m/g以上の平板状粉末、及び該水酸化アルミニウム上に配されたフッ素化合物の被覆を有するフッ素処理を施した包油性粉末と、
     炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上の油性成分であって、該油性成分全体としての表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上のものからなる油滴と、
    を含み、前記油滴が前記包油性粉末により包み込まれ、平均粒子径が10~150μmである粉体状を呈し、塗擦により液化する包油粉体組成物。
  2.  請求項1記載の組成物において、平板状粉末はセリサイトであることを特徴とする包油粉体組成物。
  3.  請求項1または2記載の組成物において、包油性粉末:油性成分=1:9~4:1(質量比)であることを特徴とする包油粉体組成物。
  4.  表面に水酸化アルミニウムが被覆された比表面積10m/g以上の平板状粉末に、フッ素処理を施した包油性粉末を撹拌しつつ、
     炭化水素油が全油性成分中50質量%以上であって、該油性成分全体としての表面張力値が2.0×10-2N/m以上の油性成分からなり、粒子径20~80μmの油滴を噴霧し、
     前記油滴を前記包油性粉末により包み込む、包油粉体組成物の製造方法。
