Description
- 吸着された分子は、両親媒性粒子の表面から脱離する傾向がある。例えば、粒子の周りの環境条件に応じて、吸着された分子は脱離しやすく、したがって、粒子の両親媒性の性質は、長時間で失われやすくなりうる。
- 小分子の使用に起因して、表面修飾の程度を調整することが難しい。
- 特別な装置なしで表面修飾の程度を測定することもまた難しい。
- 両親媒性粒子を調製する方法は、複雑であり、実行するのが容易ではない。例えば、吸着されていない分子を除去する精製の工程が必要となる。加えて、幾つかの事例では、微粉砕又は粉砕することが、両親媒性粒子を調製する上で必要となりうる(例えばJP-A-2011-83753)。しかしながら、微粉砕又は粉砕する工程を調節することによって粒子の両親媒性の性質を精密に調整することは難しい。
ΔE=ET(30)親水性コア粒子-ET(30)疎水性シェル粒子
によって決定されることになる。
本発明による複合粒子は、少なくとも1つの親水性コア粒子を含む。コア粒子の種類は、それが親水性である限り、限定されない。そのため、単一の種類の親水性粒子、又は異なる種類の親水性粒子の組合せを使用することができる。本発明の好ましい実施形態によれば、複合粒子は、1つの親水性コア粒子を含む。
(1)凝集阻害剤として炭酸カルシウムのスラリーを、アルカリ性の水溶性アニオン性ポリマー水溶液に加え、撹拌する。
(2)ビスコースと、上の(1)で得られた水溶液とを混合して、ビスコース微粒子の分散体を形成する。
(3)上の(2)で得られたビスコース微粒子の分散体を加熱して該分散体中のビスコースを凝集させ、酸で中和してセルロース微粒子を生成する。
(4)該セルロース微粒子を、上の(3)で得られた母液から分離し、必要に応じて洗浄して乾燥させる。

(3)油の湿潤点を、式:油の湿潤点(ml/100g)={(湿潤点の質量)/2g}×100/油の密度、から計算する。
(1)0.998g/mlの密度を有する水を加えながら、スパチュラでガラス板上の目的の粉末2gを練る。
(2)目的の粉末が完全に濡れて、ペーストを形成し始めたら、加えた水の質量を湿潤点の質量として決定する。
(3)水の湿潤点を、式:水の湿潤点(ml/100g)={(湿潤点の質量)/2g}×100/水の密度、から計算する。
粒径が4μmのCellulobeads USF(油の湿潤点は296.0ml/100gであり、水の湿潤点は400.8ml/100gであり、水の湿潤点/油の湿潤点の比は1.4である)(多孔質セルロース)、
粒径が10μmのCellulobeads D-5(油の湿潤点は49.8ml/100gであり、水の湿潤点は205.0ml/100gであり、水の湿潤点/油の湿潤点の比は4.1である)、

本発明による複合粒子中の親水性コア粒子の表面は、疎水性粒子によって実質的に不連続に、好ましくは不連続に被覆されている。換言すれば、親水性コア粒子の表面の全てが疎水性粒子によって被覆若しくはコーティングされているわけではないか、又は全てが疎水性粒子によって被覆若しくはコーティングされている。疎水性粒子は、コア粒子の周りのシェル粒子と称されうる。
日本の綜研化学株式会社により市販されているMP-2200等のポリメタクリル酸メチル、
PAC-M810等の架橋ポリメタクリル酸メチル多孔質粒子、及びDow社により市販されているSUNSPHERES等の架橋スチレン/アクリレートコポリマー中空コア粒子
である。
疎水性シェル粒子として、粒状無機UVフィルターを使用することができる。2種以上の粒状無機UVフィルターを使用する場合、それらは同一であっても異なっていてもよく、同一であることが好ましい。用語「UVフィルター」は、「UV遮蔽剤」と言い換えることができる。

少なくとも1つの親水性コア粒子と、
複数の疎水性粒子、好ましくは異なる2種の疎水性粒子と
を、機械化学的融合法に供することによって調製することができ、
親水性コア粒子の疎水性粒子に対する質量比は、好ましくは70:30〜80:20、より好ましくは80:20〜90:10、更により好ましくは90:10〜99.9:0.1である。
本発明は、上に記載した、本発明による少なくとも1つの複合粒子を含む組成物に関する。
本発明による組成物は、水性相を含んでいてもよい。
本発明による組成物は、少なくとも1つの液体及び/又は固体脂肪相を含んでいてもよい。

- 植物由来の炭化水素系油、例えばフィトステアリルエステル、例えばオレイン酸フィトステアリル、イソステアリン酸フィトステアリル及びグルタミン酸ラウロイル/オクチルドデシル/フィトステアリル(味の素株式会社、Eldew PS203)、グリセロールの脂肪酸エステル、特に脂肪酸がC4〜C36、特にC18〜C36の範囲の鎖長を有することができるものから形成されたトリグリセリドであり、これらの油は、直鎖状又は分枝状、飽和又は不飽和である可能性があり、これらの油は、特にヘプタン酸又はオクタン酸トリグリセリド、シア油、アルファルファ油、ケシ油、冬カボチャ油、キビ油、オオムギ油、キノア油、ライムギ油、ククイ油、トケイソウ油、シア脂、アロエベラ油、甘扁桃油、桃核油、落花生油、アルガン油、アボカド油、バオバブ油、ルリヂサ油、ブロッコリ油、キンセンカ油、椿油、キャノーラ油、ニンジン油、ベニバナ油、亜麻油、ナタネ油、綿実油、ココナツ油、髄種子油、コムギ胚芽油、ホホバ油、ユリ油、マカダミア油、トウモロコシ油、メドフォーム油、セイヨウオトギリソウ油、モノイ油、ヘーゼルナッツ油、杏仁油、クルミ油、オリーブ油、月見草油、パーム油、ブラックカラント種油、キーウィ種子油、ブドウ種子油、ピスタチオ油、冬カボチャ油、カボチャ油、ジャコウバラ油、ゴマ油、ダイズ油、ヒマワリ油、ヒマシ油及びスイカ種子油、及びこれらの混合物、或いはカプリル酸/カプリン酸トリグリセリド、例えばStearineries Dubois社により販売されているもの又はDynamit Nobel社により名称Miglyol 810(登録商標)、812(登録商標)及び818(登録商標)で販売されているものであってもよい、
- 鉱物又は合成由来の直鎖状又は分枝状炭化水素、例えば流動パラフィン及びその誘導体、ワセリン、ポリデセン、ポリブテン、水添ポリイソブテン、例えばParleam、並びにスクアラン、
- 10〜40個の炭素原子を含有する合成エーテル、
- 合成エステル、例としては式R1COOR2(式中、R1は1〜40個の炭素原子を含有する直鎖状又は分枝状の脂肪酸残基を表し、R2は1〜40個の炭素原子を含有する、特に分枝状である炭化水素系鎖を表し、但し条件としてR1鎖及びR2鎖中の炭素原子数の和は10以上である)の油である。エステルは、特にアルコールの脂肪酸エステル、例としてはオクタン酸セトステアリル、イソプロピルアルコールエステル、例えばミリスチン酸イソプロピル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、パルミチン酸エチル、パルミチン酸2-エチルヘキシル、ステアリン酸イソプロピル、イソステアリン酸イソプロピル、イソステアリン酸イソステアリル、ステアリン酸オクチル、ヒドロキシル化エステル、例としては乳酸イソステアリル、ヒドロキシステアリン酸オクチル、アジピン酸ジイソプロピル、ヘプタン酸エステル、特にヘプタン酸イソステアリル、アルコール又は多価アルコールとオクタン酸、デカン酸又はリシノール酸のエステル、例としてはジオクタン酸プロピレングリコール、オクタン酸セチル、オクタン酸トリデシル、2-エチルヘキシル4-ジヘプタノエート、パルミチン酸2-エチルヘキシル、安息香酸アルキル、ジヘプタン酸ポリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール2-ジエチルヘキサノエート及びこれらの混合物、安息香酸C12〜C15アルコール、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、ネオペンタン酸エステル、例としてはネオペンタン酸イソデシル、ネオペンタン酸イソトリデシル、ネオペンタン酸イソステアリル、ネオペンタン酸オクチルドデシル、イソノナン酸エステル、例としてはイソノナン酸イソノニル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、イソノナン酸オクチル、ヒドロキシル化エステル、例としては乳酸イソステアリル及びリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルから選択することができる、
- ポリオールエステル及びペンタエリスリトールエステル、例としてはテトラヒドロキシステアリン酸/テトライソステアリン酸ジペンタエリスリチル、
- ジオールダイマーと二塩基酸ダイマーとのエステル、例えば日本精化株式会社により販売され、米国特許出願公開第2004-175338号に記載されているLusplan DD-DA5(登録商標)及びLusplan DD-DA7(登録商標)、
- ポリオールと二塩基酸ダイマーとのコポリマー、及びそれらのエステル、例えばHailuscent ISDA又はジリノール酸/ブタンジオールコポリマー、
- 室温(25℃)で液体であり、12〜26個の炭素原子を含有する、分枝状及び/又は不飽和炭素系鎖を有する脂肪アルコール、例としては2-オクチルドデカノール、イソステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、2-ヘキシルデカノール、2-ブチルオクタノール及び2-ウンデシルペンタデカノール、
- C12〜C22高級脂肪酸、例えばオレイン酸、リノール酸又はリノレン酸、及びこれらの混合物、
- 2つのアルキル鎖がおそらくは同一である又は異なる炭酸ジアルキル、例えばCognis社により名称Cetiol CC(登録商標)で販売されている炭酸ジカプリリル、
- 高モル質量の油、特に、モル質量が約400〜約10000g/mol、特に約650〜約10000g/mol、特に約750〜約7500g/molの範囲、より詳細には約1000〜約5000g/molの範囲の油。本発明において使用されうる高モル質量の油として特に挙げることができるのは、
親油性ポリマー、
総炭素数が35〜70の範囲の直鎖状脂肪酸エステル、
ヒドロキシル化エステル、
芳香族エステル、
C24〜C28分枝状脂肪酸又は脂肪アルコールエステル、
シリコーン油、
植物由来の油、及び
これらの混合物
から選択される油であり、
- 任意選択で部分的に炭化水素系である及び/又はシリコーンフルオロである油、例としては文献EP-A-847752に記載されているフルオロシリコーン油、フルオロポリエーテル及びフルオロシリコーン、
- シリコーン油、例としては不揮発性直鎖状又は環状ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS);ペンダントであり又はシリコーン鎖の末端にあり、2〜24個の炭素原子を含有する、アルキル、アルコキシ又はフェニルの各基を含む、ポリジメチルシロキサン;フェニルシリコーン、例としてはフェニルトリメチコン、フェニルジメチコン、フェニルトリメチルシロキシジフェニルシロキサン、ジフェニルジメチコン、ジフェニルメチルジフェニルトリシロキサン及び2-フェニルエチルトリメチルシロキシシリケート、並びに
- これらの混合物
がある。
本発明による組成物はまた、検討中の分野において汎用される任意の添加剤を含んでいてもよく、それは、例えば、溶媒、ガム、アニオン性、カチオン性、両性又は非イオン性界面活性剤、シリコーン界面活性剤、樹脂、増粘剤、ワックス等の構造化剤、分散剤、抗酸化剤、精油、保存剤、芳香剤、中和剤、防腐剤、UV遮蔽剤、顔料、染料、抗老化剤、化粧用活性剤、例えばビタミン、保湿剤、皮膚軟化剤又はコラーゲン保護剤、及びこれらの混合物から選択される。
本発明による組成物、特に化粧用組成物は、ケラチン物質をケアする及び/又はメイクアップする非治療的化粧方法において使用されることが可能であり、該方法は、少なくとも1つの本発明による組成物のケラチン材料の表面への適用を含む。
日本の株式会社奈良機械製作所により市販されている、乾燥条件にあるチャンバ内に複数の刃を有する高速ローターを備えたハイブリダイザーを使用して、表1及び表2に示す成分をハイブリダイザー法に供して、実施例1〜3による複合粒子を得た。
実施例1〜3のそれぞれによる複合粒子を走査電子顕微鏡により目視で観察し、シェル粒子がコア粒子の表面上に付着していること、及びコア粒子の表面の一部が曝露されていること(コア粒子の表面全体がシェル粒子によって被覆されているのではないこと)を確認した。遊離シェル粒子は見出されなかった。
試験例1〜3及び対照1〜3のそれぞれについて、以下に示す表3の各粉末0.1gを水8gと混合した。得られた混合物を手で振盪した。次に、水添ポリイソブテン2gを該混合物へ加えた。得られた混合物を更に手で振盪した。
下表4に示す成分を、乾燥条件にあるチャンバ内に複数の刃を有する高速ローターを備えた機械化学的融合装置を使用する機械化学的融合法に供して複合粒子を得た。
実施例4〜5のそれぞれによる複合粒子を、走査電子顕微鏡により目視で観察し、疎水性粒子が親水性粒子の表面上に付着していること、及び親水性粒子の表面の一部が曝露されていることを確認した。
光散乱及び透明度は、メイクアップブラーリング配合物中での可能な成分についての2つの重要な特性である。これらの性質は、ヘーズメーターを使用して測定することがきわめて多い。この装置により、多種の試料の、透明度T、ヘーズ値H(散乱又は拡散透過とも呼ばれる)の測定が可能になる。化粧用調製物の光学的可能性を説明する目的で、実施例4〜5の材料を以下のプロトコルを使用して分析した:従来型O/Wスキンケア配合物10gを、表4中の各粉末0.3gと、以下に詳述する組成物を含むベース(従来型O/Wスキンケアベース配合物)9.7gとを混合することによって調製した。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1種の多孔質セルロースを含む少なくとも1つの親水性コア粒子と、
複数の疎水性粒子と
を含む複合粒子であって、
前記疎水性粒子が、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、及びスチレン/アクリレートコポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種を含み、
前記親水性コア粒子の表面が、前記疎水性粒子によって実質的に不連続に被覆されている、
複合粒子。 - 前記親水性コア粒子と前記疎水性粒子とが、2より大きいΔE=ET(30)親水性コア粒子-ET(30)疎水性シェル粒子によって特徴付けられる極性差を有する、請求項1に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の前記疎水性粒子に対する質量比が70:30〜80:20である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の前記疎水性粒子に対する質量比が10:90〜70:30である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の平均粒径が100nm〜200μmである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の90体積%以上が2〜7μmの範囲の平均一次粒径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の水の湿潤点/油の湿潤点の比が5以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記疎水性粒子の平均粒径が10nm〜100μmである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記親水性コア粒子の表面の10〜90%が前記疎水性粒子によって被覆されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種の複合粒子を含む、組成物。
- 請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの組成物のケラチン物質の表面への適用を含む、ケラチン物質をケア及び/又はメイクアップする非治療的美容方法。
- 少なくとも1種の多孔質セルロースを含む少なくとも1つの親水性コア粒子と、
複数の疎水性粒子と
を機械化学的融合法に供する工程を含む、複合粒子を調製する方法であって、
前記疎水性粒子が、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、及びスチレン/アクリレートコポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種を含み、
前記親水性コア粒子の前記疎水性粒子に対する質量比が70:30〜80:20である、方法。 - 少なくとも1種の多孔質セルロースを含む少なくとも1つの親水性コア粒子と、
複数の疎水性粒子と
を機械化学的融合法に供する工程を含む、複合粒子を調製する方法であって、
前記疎水性粒子が、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、及びスチレン/アクリレートコポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種を含み、
前記親水性コア粒子の前記疎水性粒子に対する質量比が10:90〜70:30である、方法。
