  • a blow-by gas recirculation device that recirculates blow-by gas to the engine intake system to reduce the chance of contact with engine oil because it contacts and promotes deterioration due to oxidation.

Is done. Then, the suction port and the discharge port of the vacuum pump that supplies negative pressure to the brake booster are opened through the conduit to the crank chamber and the cylinder head cover inner chamber, respectively, and a control valve is arranged in the conduit that leads to the crank chamber The control valve is opened only when the pressure difference between the crank chamber and the cylinder head cover inner chamber exceeds a predetermined pressure.
  • the vacuum pump sucks the blow-by gas in the crank chamber and sends it to the inner chamber of the cylinder head cover.
  • the blow-by gas in the crank chamber is once sucked into the vacuum pump and sent to the inner chamber of the cylinder head cover. Since the crank chamber has a negative pressure due to the suction by the vacuum pump, the blow-by gas in the inner chamber of the cylinder head cover Is returned to the crank chamber through a communication hole that communicates the crank chamber with the cylinder head cover inner chamber, and circulates. As a result, the blow-by gas concentration in the crank chamber is not reduced, and the oil deterioration cannot be sufficiently suppressed.
