地面清洁机器人 技术领域
本发明涉及一种地面清洁机器人,属于日用家电制造技术领域。
背景技术
地面清洁机器人作为小家电占有广阔的市场,市场上现有的地面清洁机器人所使用的吸口通常是垂直于地面的,如美国专利US2010275405A1,其机器人底部前后依次设有吸尘口、洒水部、滚刷和垂直于地面的吸水口,干/轻灰尘直接被吸尘口吸入尘盒,粘在地面上的固体垃圾在经过排刷或滚刷等辅助工具搅松之后,通过吸水口吸入水箱,由于受到吸水口大小的限制,大量未吸入吸尘口的固体垃圾,如大颗粒灰尘或毛发,很容易被吸水口挡在吸水口与滚刷的台阶面上,或者吸附在吸水口表面上,从而造成吸水口的堵塞,导致清扫不干净、不彻底。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种地面清洁机器人,其包括污水箱以及设置在机器人底部的洒水部和吸水口,洒水部位于吸水口前部,洒水部用于将清洁液布置到地面,所述吸水口用于回收污水至污水箱,机器人底部还设有位于洒水部和吸水口之间的吸尘口。较佳的,吸水口设置成与地面成一个斜度,吸尘口和吸水口相邻并通过内隔板相间隔,吸水口不仅可以吸水,还将地面上的固体垃圾挡在吸水口前端处,使其易于被滚刷扫入吸尘口,结构简单但工作效率高。

实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一的地面清洁机器人的整体结构示意图。如图1所示,在本实施例中,提供一种地面清洁机器人。该机器人包括壳体100,壳体100内设有吸污通道200,吸污通道200内设有内隔板210将其分割为吸灰通道201和吸水通道202。所述吸灰通道201一端的入口处设有滚刷300,所述滚刷300两端的壳体上,分别设有挡尘片310,所述挡尘片310朝向地面延伸一段距离。较佳的,挡尘片310自由端与地面相贴合,从而提高吸尘口的真空度。内隔板210上设有前刮条220,滚刷300位于前刮条220的前侧,吸污通道200的后壁面260上设有后刮条230,滚刷300与 前刮条220之间夹设形成吸尘口240,前刮条220和后刮条230之间夹设形成吸水口250。

前刮条220和后刮条230的材质为橡胶。为了加工方便,前刮条220与内隔板210、后刮条230与吸污通道200的后壁面260可以分别一体成型制作。根据需要,水箱430内可以装有清水或包括洗涤液之类在内的清洁液体。需要说明的是,以上所提到的前、后,都是按照地面清洁机器人在作业过程中,前进或后退的方向为准。图1中A为前方。
如图1所示,本实施例中的地面清洁机器人的工作过程是这样的:
在执行清洗作业的过程中,首先喷水口410喷水,在毛刷条420的作用下将喷洒的液体均匀分散开来,之后在吸尘口240及其前侧的滚刷300的作用下,灰尘被搅起并吸入吸灰通道201,设置在滚刷300后端的吸水口250在吸灰后将污水回收。吸水口250由设置在吸水通道202前后两个壁面上的前刮条220和后刮条230夹设构成,且由于吸水口250朝向洒水部倾斜,能够使来不及被吸入的灰尘尽可能留滞在吸水口250前端,以便被吸入吸灰通道201。由于吸灰和吸水采用同一个真空源,比如电机,吸灰通道201和吸水通道202最终合并成一条通道,水和脏污被一并吸入污水箱中,吸尘口240和吸水口250单独设置可以提高吸收效果。如图1所示,前刮条220和后刮条230几乎并拢在一起,实际上仅留一条缝隙作为吸水口250,这样的结构设置可以确保吸力集中,以便将水吸干净。
