其中,第一滚刷21包括第一滚刷辊,第一刷毛设置于第一滚刷辊上,第一轴线即第一滚刷辊的轴线,第一刷毛包括刷毛211和刮条212,刷毛211可以是植毛或者硬毛,刷毛211和刮条212沿第一滚刷21周向交替设置,工作的时候,既可以通过刷毛211进行扬灰,又可以通过刮条212聚拢灰尘,提升清洁效果。第二滚刷22包括第二滚刷辊,第二刷毛设置于第二滚刷辊上,第二刷毛包括绒毛。其中,第一滚刷与第二滚刷相邻设置,于本实施例中,为设置吸尘口,第一滚刷和第二滚刷之间具有间隙,不会产生直接接触,而于其他实施例中,第一滚刷和第二滚刷也可直接接触,端视吸尘口的位置及吸尘效果而定。
上述滚刷组件20可以用于各种清洁装置,如立式吸尘器、卧式吸尘器、便携式吸尘器以及机器人吸尘器/扫地机等等。下面以立式吸尘器进行具体说明。
吸尘器包括机体30、设置于机体30上的负压吸尘装置(图未示)以及设置于机体30底部的滚轮11,滚刷组件20设置于机体30上,机体30的底部设有吸尘口,吸尘口位于第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22之间,第二滚刷21的上方及后部设有连通吸尘口的出尘通道12,灰尘经第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22清扫,在负压吸尘装置的作用下,由吸尘口进入出尘通道12后被收集。机体30的底部设有分隔件32,分隔件32位于第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22之间并将吸尘口分割为与第一滚刷21对应的第一吸尘口321以及与第二滚刷22对应的第二吸尘口322,第一吸尘口321和第二吸尘口322均与出尘通道12连通,这样由第一滚刷21带动的灰尘从第一吸尘口321进入出尘通道12,由第二滚刷22带动的灰尘从第二吸尘口322进入出尘通道12,即灰尘被吸入后再汇集到一起,使得清扫更加彻底。
进一步的,第一滚刷21的后部设有挡板33,挡板33沿着第一滚刷21的周向向下延伸到临近第一吸尘口321的位置。分隔件32对应第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22的两面构造为分别与第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22外围匹配的第一弧面325和第二弧面326,第一弧面325和挡板33之间形成弧形的第一吸尘通道323,第二弧面326和第二滚刷22外围之间形成弧形的第二吸尘通道324,第一吸尘通道323连通第一吸尘口321和出尘通道12,第二吸尘通道324连通第二吸尘口322和出尘通道12。这样,自第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22清扫的灰尘经过一段吸尘通道后再汇集到出尘通道12,防止灰尘在吸尘口聚集而不能够被吸入。
进一步的,参照图2和图5所示,机体30包括容纳滚刷组件20的壳体31以及设置于壳体31底部的底板34,第二滚刷22的后部设置导风板35,出尘通道12形成于壳体内,导风板35支撑在壳体31和底板34之间以引导出尘流向。其中,导风板35具有贴合第二刷毛的配合部351,配合部351包括沿着平行于第二轴线方向排列的多个齿,多个齿至少部分伸入第二刷毛。如此可使得第二滚刷22与导风板35紧密贴合,而且由于第二滚刷22的第二刷毛较软,与导风板贴合地会更加紧密,有利于增强出尘通道12的密封性,可获得更为强劲的负压吸力,更易吸取第一滚刷21遗漏的大颗粒垃圾,清洁效果更佳;同时多个齿也可以实现对第二刷毛上附带的灰尘、杂物进行清理,增强第二滚刷22的清洁效果。本实施例中优选的,导风板35构造为“人”字形,其包括顶部以及自顶部向两侧延伸的第一延伸端352和第二延伸端353,配合部351设置于顶部,第一延伸端352与壳体31可拆卸连接,第二延伸端353抵接于底板34上。其中,导风板35的第一延伸端352以及导风板35与壳体31配合的边缘设置凸起或者凹槽,通过凹凸配合增强出尘通道12的密封性。
另外,吸尘器还包括设置于滚刷组件20上的马达50以及连接马达50和滚刷组件20的传动机构,马达50通过传动机构带动第一滚刷21和第二滚刷22实现相向旋转。传动机构可以包括带传动、齿轮传动、链轮传动等等。马达50也可以是电机。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
 

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚刷组件,其特征在于,包括相邻设置的第一滚刷和第二滚刷,所述第一滚刷上设有第一刷毛,所述第二滚刷上设有第二刷毛,所述第一滚刷和第二滚刷在马达的带动下分别围绕第一轴线和第二轴线沿相反的两个方向相向旋转,其中,沿着滚刷组件的清扫行进方向,所述第一滚刷在前,第二滚刷在后,所述第一刷毛的硬度大于所述第二刷毛的硬度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述第一刷毛包括刷毛和刮条,所述刷毛和刮条沿第一滚刷周向交替设置,所述第二刷毛包括绒毛。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷与第二滚刷间隔设置。
  4. 一种清洁装置,包括机体、设置于机体上的负压吸尘装置以及设置于机体底部的滚轮,其特征在于,所述机体上还设有如权利要求1至3中的一个所述的滚刷组件,所述机体的底部设有吸尘口,所述吸尘口位于所述第一滚刷和第二滚刷之间,所述第二滚刷的上方及后部设有连通所述吸尘口的出尘通道,灰尘经第一滚刷和第二滚刷清扫,在负压吸尘装置的作用下,由吸尘口进入所述出尘通道后被收集。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述机体的底部设有分隔件,所述分隔件位于第一滚刷和第二滚刷之间并将所述吸尘口分割为与第一滚刷对应的第一吸尘口以及与第二滚刷对应的第二吸尘口,所述第一吸尘口和第二吸尘口均与所述出尘通道连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷的后部设有挡板,所述挡板自容纳所述滚刷组件的壳体沿着所述第一滚刷的周向向下延伸到临近所述第一吸尘口的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述分隔件对应所述第一滚刷和第二滚刷的两面构造为分别与第一滚刷和第二滚刷外围匹配的第一弧面和第二弧面,所述第一弧面和挡板之间形成弧形的第一吸尘通道,所述第二弧面和第二滚刷外围之间形成弧形的第二吸尘通道,所述第一吸尘通道连通所述第一吸尘口和出尘通道,所述第二吸尘通道连通所述第二吸尘口和出尘通道。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述机体包括容纳所述滚刷组件的壳体以及设置于壳体底部的底板,所述第二滚刷的后部设置导风板,所述导风板支撑在所述壳体和底板之间以引导出尘流向。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述导风板具有贴合所述第二刷毛的配合部,所述配合部包括沿着平行于所述第二轴线方向排列的多个齿,所述多个齿至少部分插入所述第二刷毛。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述导风板构造为“人”字形,其包括顶部以及自顶部向两侧延伸的第一延伸端和第二延伸端,所述配合部设置于所述顶部,所述第一延伸端与所述壳体可拆卸连接,所述第二延伸端抵接于所述底板上。
