Abstract

一种回收箱,包括箱体门和箱体底壳,所述箱体底壳的顶部设有回收入口,所述箱体底壳的内部固定有导向弹片、导钞板、包含若干挠性叶片的叶轮和用于堆放所述回收介质的堆钞板,所述导向弹片与所述导钞板均竖直相对设置且所述导向弹片与所述导钞板之间具有空隙,所述空隙为回收通道,所述导钞板上设有用于暂存依次通过所述回收入口、所述回收通道的回收介质的第一挡台和供所述挠性叶片通过的缺口,当所述挠性叶片从所述缺口转出时,所述挠性叶片将位于所述第一挡台上的回收介质输送到所述堆钞板。

Description

一种回收箱
本申请要求2015年05月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510242885.0、发明名称为“一种回收箱”的发明专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及将纸币、支票、有价证券等纸张类物品收集到内部的纸张类收集装置,尤其涉及一种回收箱。
背景技术
回收箱广泛应用于金融机具内部,是一种预备用于储存、整理、输送、捆扎、运输等功能的核心机构,与外壳件(如箱体)等部件组装后就成为回收箱、循环箱、暂存模块。
目前描述的使用叶轮进行叠钞的机构就是一种典型且常用的回收箱,但为保证纸张类物品的插入,这种叶轮深度直径都比较大,最小直径约有83mm,最大直径的约有160mm,或者为避免使用较大直径的叶轮,需要在机械结构和电气控制进行修正。
现有技术的缺陷是,叶轮直径较大,不能适用于狭小空间,回收箱体积较大。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种回收箱,使用挠性叶片的叶轮,用于使叶轮在狭小空间内仍能正常使用,叶轮直径小,从而回收箱的体积变小。
本发明实施例一种回收箱的技术方案包括:箱体门和箱体底壳,所述箱体底壳的顶部设有回收入口,所述箱体底壳的内部固定有导向弹片、导钞板、叶轮和用于堆放所述回收介质的堆钞板,所述叶轮具有若干挠性叶片,所述导向弹片与所述导钞板均竖直相对设置且所述导向弹片与所述导钞板之间具有空隙,所述空隙为回收通道,所述导钞板上设有用于放置回收介质的第一挡台和供所述挠性叶片通过的缺口,所述回收介质经所述回收入口、所述回收通道后置于所述第一档台上,当所述挠性叶片从所述缺 口转出时,所述挠性叶片将位于所述第一挡台上的回收介质输送到所述堆钞板。
优选的,所述导钞板包括依次连接的第一导钞竖直面、导钞齿形面、导钞圆弧面、导钞斜面和第二导钞竖直面,所述导向弹片与所述第一导钞竖直面之间具有空隙,所述导钞齿形面为所述第一挡台,所述导钞齿形面用于暂存依次通过所述回收入口、所述回收通道的回收介质。
优选的,所述导向弹片包括导向斜面和与所述导向斜面的下端连接的导向竖直面,所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离逐渐缩小,所述导向竖直面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离与所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的最小距离相同。
优选的,所述回收入口由左导向齿、右导向齿围成。
优选的,所述叶轮至少为两个,所述导向弹片位于两两相邻的所述叶轮之间。
优选的,所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的最大距离与所述左导向齿、所述右导向齿之间的宽度相同或比所述左导向齿、所述右导向齿之间的宽度大1~3mm。
优选的,所述导向竖直面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离为2~5mm。
优选的,所述堆钞板为平面或斜面。
优选的,所述箱体门的内部设有圆弧形导钞筋条和第三导钞竖直面,所述堆钞板位于所述第三导钞竖直面和所述第二导钞竖直面之间。
优选的,所述堆钞板与所述箱体底壳的底部之间连接有弹性部件,当所述回收介质堆在所述堆钞板上时,所述弹性部件被所述堆钞板压缩。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:由于回收箱的箱体底壳的内部固定有导向弹片、导钞板、叶轮和堆钞板,导向弹片与导钞板均竖直相对设置且导向弹片与导钞板之间的空隙即回收通道用于回收介质的落入,当回收介质经回收入口、回收通道后落在导钞板上的第一挡台时,第一档台用于暂存回收介质,叶轮的挠性叶片通过导钞板的缺口,挠性叶片从导钞板上的缺口转出,所述挠性叶片将位于第一挡台上的回收介质输送到堆钞板上,当该挠性叶片在旋转的过程中,随着回收介质的增多,挠性叶片接触到堆钞 板时会产生一定的形变并不会恢复原状,采用该技术方案,由于挠性叶片会不断产生形变,因此叶轮的直径小,而且回收箱的体积因叶轮的直径小而会相应变小。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种回收箱,可用于回收纸币(钞票)、支票、有价证券等回收介质,本实施例中以回收箱100的回收介质为纸币(钞票)来说明回收箱的各部件结构及各部件连接关系,需要说明的是,对于回收介质的种类,可以为纸币(钞票)、支票、有价证券等纸张类物品,实际应用中不做具体限定。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的 范围。
如图1所示,回收箱100包括箱体门8和与箱体门8连接的箱体底壳1,箱体门8可打开,从而取出箱体底壳1内的纸币。
箱体底壳1顶部设有回收入口,箱体底壳1内部固定有导向弹片2、导钞板3、叶轮4和堆钞板6,堆钞板6与箱体底壳1底部之间连接有弹性部件5,导向弹片2和导钞板3均竖直相对设置且导向弹片2和导钞板3之间具有空隙,该空隙形成回收通道,导钞板3上设有第一挡台,纸币经回收入口、回收通道后落入导钞板3的第一挡台,导钞板3上设有供叶轮4的挠性叶片4a通过的缺口,挠性叶片4a可以沿叶轮轴360°方向旋转,挠性叶片4a从导钞板3的缺口转出时,挠性叶片4a将位于导钞板3的第一挡台上的纸币输送到堆钞板6上,堆钞板6用于堆放纸币。
采用上述技术方案,由于回收箱的箱体底壳的内部固定有导向弹片、导钞板、叶轮和堆钞板,导向弹片与导钞板均竖直相对设置且导向弹片与导钞板之间的空隙即回收通道用于回收介质的落入,当回收介质经回收入口、回收通道后落在导钞板上的第一挡台时,第一档台用于暂存回收介质,叶轮的挠性叶片通过导钞板的缺口,挠性叶片从导钞板上的缺口转出,所述挠性叶片将位于第一挡台上的回收介质输送到堆钞板上,当该挠性叶片在旋转的过程中,随着回收介质的增多,挠性叶片接触到堆钞板时会产生一定的形变并不会恢复原状,采用该技术方案,由于挠性叶片会不断产生形变,因此叶轮的直径小,而且回收箱的体积因叶轮的直径小而会相应变小。
优选的,如图2和图3所示,导钞板3包括依次连接的第一导钞竖直面3a、导钞齿形面3c、导钞圆弧面3d、导钞斜面3e和第二导钞竖直面3b,上述的第一挡台为导钞齿形面3c,导钞圆弧面3d与第一导钞竖直面3a通过带有锯齿的导钞齿形面3c过渡连接,导钞齿形面3c右侧末端向上延伸有第一导钞竖直面3a,与第一导钞竖直面3a共面的导钞圆弧面3d下方有第二导钞竖直面3b,第二导钞竖直面3b与导钞圆弧面3d通过导钞斜面3e过渡连接。
导钞齿形面3c上的齿形的锯齿作用是当纸币落入导钞齿形面3c后利用齿形面做缓冲作用,而且可以允许同时有几张纸币200竖立排列于导钞齿形面3c上。叶轮4上的叶片滑向堆钞板6顶面时会将最上一张钞票向导钞板3 的第二导钞竖直面3b输送,对于已收集钞票的叠齐有利。
叶轮4可以安装在导钞板3导钞圆弧面3d的轴线位置,叶轮4上有均布的由具有挠性且有一定刚性的叶片4a,叶片4a具有挠性的作用在于可以减少外壳尺寸,具有刚性的作用在于可以稳定钞票的旋转输送。
优选的,如图1所示,导向弹片2包括导向斜面2a和与导向斜面的下端连接的导向竖直面2b,导向斜面2a与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a之间的距离逐渐缩小,导向竖直面2b与第一导钞竖直面3a之间的距离与导向斜面2a与第一导钞竖直面3a之间的最小距离相同。
导向斜面2a与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a之间的空隙逐渐缩小原因为:因为该回收箱100作为需要经常取下开箱清钞的模块,需要与机芯上原有通道口交接纸币,为了使纸币能够进入回收箱100实现可靠过钞,回收箱的箱体入口通道应该较宽;导向竖直面2b与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a的间隙与导向斜面2a与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a之间的最小空隙相同,保证实现纸币在由较宽通道可靠稳定过渡到正常宽度通道。
优选的,如图1所示,回收入口由左导向齿1a、右导向齿1b组成,便于交接从其它模块进入的钞票。导钞齿形面3c距离箱体底壳1回收入口的左导向齿1a、右导向齿1b的距离应大于设计需收集的钞票的最大宽度;其中导向弹片2可以安装在箱体底壳1左导向齿1a下部内侧,导向斜面2a与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a间留有间隙,该间隙形成回收通道,导向斜面2a与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a之间的间隙的最大宽度与左导向齿1a、右导向齿1b之间的宽度相同或比左导向齿1a、右导向齿1b之间的宽度大1~3mm,导向竖直面2b与第一导钞竖直面3a相对且留有空隙,该空隙为2~5mm。导钞板3安装在箱体底壳1右导向齿1b下部内侧,其第一导钞竖直面3a与右导向齿1b过钞面共面或稍靠右侧。
优选的,箱体门8铰接在箱体底壳1上,可绕门轴8c旋转打开以清钞,箱体门8上部内侧制有圆弧形导钞筋条8a,导钞板3的第二导钞竖直面3b与箱体门1的第三导钞竖直面8b共同组成了钞票的堆叠空间,堆钞板6位于第三导钞竖直面8b和第二导钞竖直面3b之间,该空间稍大于设计需要收集的钞票的宽度,例如比需要收集的钞票的宽度大3~5mm。
优选的,弹性部件可以为堆钞板复位弹簧5,该弹簧形状不限于锥形或 圆柱形,堆钞板复位弹簧5的中心顶部装有堆钞板6,堆钞板6是否配有作为导向作用的轴不影响该机构功能的实现。
优选的,如图1和图7所示,叶轮4至少有一个叶片,不仅限于图示的4只叶片。叶轮4堆叠钞票200的整齐程度取决于叶片数量、叶轮转速和进钞速度,当叶轮转速和进钞速度一定时叶片数量的多寡决定了钞票被输送的方式。如7a所示,如图1所示的叶轮4a(水平方向设置)到图7所是的叶轮4b转换的时间恰好可以进入一张钞票200,这时叶片数量少于4片时允许在导钞板3的导钞齿形面3c上暂时堆立多于1张的钞票200,输送时4b迫使钞票旋转,4b与堆钞板6无间隔;如7b所示,当叶片数量多于4片时,叶片压迫钞票200滑过箱体门1上的圆弧形导钞筋条8a,钞票的前后面均有叶片4b、4c,对于钞票的翻转输送有利,即钞票200与堆钞板6被叶片4c隔开。若无间隔,当叶轮4故障停止时,钞票200自由跌落到堆钞板6上,对叠钞整齐不利。有间隔的设计可有效避免此问题。
优选的,如图8所示,叶轮4的数量为至少两个,导向弹片的数量也可以为多个,导向弹片2位于相邻的叶轮4之间,叶轮4与导向弹片2错位布置。
优选的,如图9所示,堆钞板6顶面的形状可更改为斜面61、弧面62等多种形式以减少叶片滑过时所需的驱动力,均不影响本专利的功能。
下面结合图3~6说明该回收箱的工作过程,其中叶轮4的驱动、检测系统在图中未示出,且叶轮4单方向逆时针旋转。
如图4所示当堆钞板6没有钞票时,在堆钞板复位弹簧5的作用下堆钞板位于上极限位;
当有钞票需要进入回收箱100时,控制部分发出指令,叶轮4逆时针旋转,钞票从左右导向齿1a、1b进入后,依次沿导向弹片2的导向斜面2a、导向竖直面2b与导钞板3的第一导钞竖直面3a组成的回收通道落到导钞板的导钞齿形面3c上;
如图4和图5所示,当有叶轮4的其中一只叶轮如4b从导钞板3的缺口处转出时,就会将钞票200压在叶轮4b旋转方向的下部,同时沿导钞板3直至输送到堆钞板6上;
钞票连续进入后,在堆钞板6自重、钞票叠的重量以及叶轮4挠性叶片滑过钞票叠顶部产生的下压分力共同作用下,堆钞板复位弹簧5被压缩,空 出了上部收集钞票的空间,如图6所示。直至堆钞板复位弹簧5被压并,检测到回收箱100容量达到极限为止(检测系统未示出)。
控制系统可对叶轮4的动作时机进行控制,也可以一直逆时针旋转,对本专利说明的功能无影响。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种回收箱,其特征在于,包括箱体门和箱体底壳,所述箱体底壳的顶部设有回收入口,所述箱体底壳的内部固定有导向弹片、导钞板、叶轮和用于堆放所述回收介质的堆钞板,所述叶轮具有若干挠性叶片,所述导向弹片与所述导钞板均竖直相对设置且所述导向弹片与所述导钞板之间具有空隙,所述空隙为回收通道,所述导钞板上设有用于放置回收介质的第一挡台和供所述挠性叶片通过的缺口,所述回收介质经所述回收入口、所述回收通道后置于所述第一档台上,当所述挠性叶片从所述缺口转出时,所述挠性叶片将位于所述第一挡台上的回收介质输送到所述堆钞板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述导钞板包括依次连接的第一导钞竖直面、导钞齿形面、导钞圆弧面、导钞斜面和第二导钞竖直面,所述导向弹片与所述第一导钞竖直面之间具有空隙,所述导钞齿形面为所述第一挡台,所述导钞齿形面用于暂存依次通过所述回收入口、所述回收通道的回收介质。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述导向弹片包括导向斜面和与所述导向斜面的下端连接的导向竖直面,所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离逐渐缩小,所述导向竖直面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离与所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的最小距离相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述回收入口由左导向齿、右导向齿围成。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述叶轮至少为两个,所述导向弹片位于两两相邻的所述叶轮之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述导向斜面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的最大距离与所述左导向齿、所述右导向齿之间的宽度相同或比所述左导向齿、所述右导向齿之间的宽度大1~3mm。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述导向竖直面与所述第一导钞竖直面之间的距离为2~5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述堆钞板为平面或斜面。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述箱体门的内部设有圆弧形导钞筋条和第三导钞竖直面,所述堆钞板位于所述第三导钞竖直面和所述第二导钞竖直面之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的回收箱,其特征在于,所述堆钞板与所述箱体底壳的底部之间连接有弹性部件,当所述回收介质堆在所述堆钞板上时,所述弹性部件被所述堆钞板压缩。
