本发明提供了一种洗衣液投放控制方法,开机后,洗衣机根据采集的信息,计算相应的洗衣液第一投放量,并显示该洗衣液第一投放量;洗衣机检测判断洗衣液第一投放量的变量,形成洗衣液第二投放量,启动洗涤程序,洗衣机投放洗衣液第一投放量或者洗衣液第二投放量的洗涤液。本发明同时提供了洗衣机,包含自动投放装置、电脑板和显示屏,所述的自动投放装置按照电脑板计算的洗衣液投放量进行投放,显示屏用于实时显示洗衣液第一投放量和/或洗衣液第二投放量。本发明提供的一种洗衣液投放控制方法及洗衣机,可以解决现有洗涤剂自动投放洗衣机不能由用户自行控制洗衣液投放量的问题,满足用户的个性化洗衣需求。

Description

一种洗衣液投放控制方法及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机技术领域,具体地,涉及一种洗衣液投放控制方法及洗衣机。
背景技术
随着用户对生活水平质量要求逐步提高,目前市场上很多型号的洗衣机都带有自动投放功能,但对于每次洗衣的洗衣液投放量,通常是由电脑板根据用户所选水位或衣物脏污度来确定投放量,用户并不能直观的看到每次投放量具体是多少,用户也无法自行设置,经常出现用户抱怨洗衣机默认设置的洗衣液投放量并不符合其需求的问题。
现有申请号为201010221057.6,名称为洗衣剂投放方法的中国发明专利,通过具有选择衣物污染程度的步骤,对应所选择衣物的污染程度投放对应重量的洗衣剂,从而可准确的投放对应衣物污染程度的投放量且方便了使用者的操作;同时手动添加洗衣剂以及手动追加洗衣剂的步骤可方便使用者选择适合自己的洗涤方式及洗涤剂用量,从而提高了操作的方便性。
但是上述专利存在以下的问题:
首先,上述专利申请的洗衣剂投放量并没有显示,用户还是无法直观的看到洗衣剂的投放量,进而不能直接判断其投放量是否满足要求,因此,用户只能在洗衣机开始洗涤后才知道洗衣剂的投放量是否满足要求。
其次,上述专利申请用户在洗衣机开始洗涤后,才能判断出是否需要追加洗衣剂,而且需要暂停洗涤程序,阻断了洗涤程序,影响了洗涤的效率。
最后,上述专利申请的需要手动自行进行洗衣剂的追加,不利于用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种洗衣液投放控制方法,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种洗衣液投放控制方法,开机后,洗衣机根据采集的信息,计算相应的洗衣液第一投放量,并显示该洗衣液第一投放量;洗衣机检测判断洗衣液第一投放量的变量,形成洗衣液第二投放量,启动洗涤程序,洗衣机投放洗衣液第一投放量或者洗衣液第二投放量的 洗涤液。
进一步地,所述的洗衣液第一投放量由洗衣机的电脑板根据采集到的洗涤程序信息、和/或设定水位信息、和/或衣物脏污度信息计算得到。
进一步地,所述的衣物的脏污度由洗衣机的电脑板采集衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息后计算得到。
进一步地,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为用户设定的增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣液第二投放量由洗衣机的电脑板检测判断该增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上重新计算得到。
进一步地,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量由用户根据衣物的脏污度和洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量确定:
当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为正值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上增加洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量;
当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为负值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上减少洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量。
进一步地,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为零时,表示用户不增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣机的电脑板不对洗衣液第一投放量进行更改,所述的洗衣液第二投放量即为洗衣液第一投放量。
进一步地,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为洗衣机电脑板根据采集到的衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息,结合洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量计算得到。
具体地,本发明所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,包括如下步骤:
1)开机;
2)洗衣机采集用户设定的水位及洗涤程序信息,计算出洗衣液第一投放量,并显示;
3)洗衣机检测判断是否接收到用户设定的洗衣液第一投放量的变量;
4)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤5),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液;
5)洗衣机根据洗衣液第一投放量和洗衣液第一投放量的变量重新计算出洗衣液第二投放量;
6)洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第二投放量进行投放洗衣液。
进一步地,所述的步骤5)还包括
51)洗衣机显示洗衣液第二投放量;
52)洗衣机是否接收到用户确认按照第二投放量进行投放的信息:
53)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤6),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液。
本发明同时提供了一种应用上述的洗衣液投放控制方法的洗衣机,包含自动投放装置、电脑板和显示屏,所述的自动投放装置按照电脑板计算的洗衣液投放量进行投放,显示屏用于实时显示洗衣液第一投放量和/或洗衣液第二投放量。
本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法,洗衣机首先根据用户的设定信息计算出洗衣液第一投放量,并将该投放量显示给用户。用户根据显示的洗衣液第一投放量进行直观判断,若用户觉得洗衣液第一投放量满足其洗涤要求,便可直接启动洗涤程序,洗衣机便洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液;若用户觉得洗衣液第一投放量不能满足其洗涤要求,便可对其更改,通过设定洗衣液第一投放量的变量对其进行更改,洗衣机接收用户设定的洗衣液第一投放量的变量,结合洗衣液第一投放量重新计算得出洗衣液第二投放量,经过用户确认后,洗衣机启动洗涤程序,洗衣机按洗衣液第二投放量进行投放洗衣液。
因此,本发明洗衣液投放控制方法具有如下优点:
1)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法让用户可以选择按照默认投放量进行投放,也可以根据需要更改洗衣液投放量,以满足个性化洗衣需求。
2)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法能将洗衣液第一投放量直观显示给用户,使得用户不用根据洗涤情况即可做出是否增加洗衣液的判断。因此,本发明为用户提供判断的直观依据,简单直接。
3)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法在用户确定了洗衣液投放量后,再开始洗涤程序,按照确定的洗衣液投放量进行投放洗衣液,不会中断洗涤程序,提高了洗涤的效率。
本发明的洗衣机可将洗衣液投放量直观的显示给客户,为用户判断提供直接的依据,还可以按照用户设定的洗衣液投放量进行精准投放,满足用户的洗涤要求。
本发明提供的一种洗衣液投放控制方法及洗衣机,可以解决现有洗涤剂自动投放洗衣机不能由用户自行控制洗衣液投放量的问题,满足用户的个性化洗衣需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种洗衣液投放控制方法及洗衣机进行详细描述:
本发明的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,开机后,洗衣机根据采集的信息,计算相应的洗衣液第一投放量,并显示该洗衣液第一投放量;洗衣机检测判断洗衣液第一投放量的变量,形成洗衣液第二投放量,启动洗涤程序,洗衣机投放洗衣液第一投放量或者洗衣液第二投放量的洗涤液。
本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法,洗衣机首先根据采集的信息计算相应的洗衣液第一投放量,并显示该洗衣液第一投放量,这样用户可直接获取洗衣机的默认洗衣液投放量,即洗衣液第一投放量。若用户觉得该洗衣液第一投放量不能满足洗涤要求,可对洗衣液第一投放量进行更改,形成洗衣液第二投放量,洗衣机启动洗涤程序后,便以第二投放量进行洗衣液投放;若用户觉得该洗衣液第一投放量即可满足洗涤要求,便不再对洗衣液第一投放量进行更改,洗衣机启动洗涤程序后,便以洗衣机默认的洗衣液第一投放量进行洗衣液投放。
本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法可以让用户选择按照默认的洗衣液投放量进行投放,也可以根据需要更改洗衣液投放量,以满足个性化洗衣需求。
另外,本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法,将洗衣机计算得到的洗衣液投放量实时显示,给用户以直观的参考依据。
本发明所述的洗衣液第一投放量相当于现有的带有自动投放功能的洗衣机的默认投放量。因此,本发明的洗衣液第一投放量可由洗衣机的电脑板根据采集到的洗涤程序信息、和/或设定水位信息、和/或衣物脏污度信息计算得到。其中,所述的洗涤程序信息以及设定水位信息一般由用户进行设定。洗衣液的第一投放量由洗衣机根据用户的设定信息,结合内部的数据库自行计算得出,为用户提供更加科学的理论依据。
而衣物脏污度信息可由用户进行设定,也可由洗衣机的电脑板采集衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息后计算得到。其中的衣物的类别、衣物的材质、衣物的重量和衣物上污渍的种类等信息可由用户自行进行输入到洗衣机的电脑板中,也可在洗衣机内设置相应的检测传感器进行数据采集后发送给洗衣机的电脑板。
本发明的衣物脏污度的确定涉及到衣物的类别、衣物的材质、衣物的重量和衣物上污渍的种类等多个方面,为了将这个多个方面的综合起来,洗衣机的电脑板内应包含脏污度 的综合判定数据库。脏污度的综合判定数据库将衣物的类别、衣物的材质、衣物的重量和衣物上污渍的种类等这个参数分别对应不同的脏污度值,然后将所有的脏污度值叠加后获得总的脏污度值。
因此,本发明引入了衣物的脏污度这一参数,洗衣机在进行洗衣液第一投放量的计算时,更加的科学,更易接近用户的期望值,从而减少用户对洗衣液第一投放量的更改频率,提升用户的使用感受。
本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法中洗衣液第一投放量的变量为用户设定的增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣液第二投放量由洗衣机的电脑板检测判断该增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上重新计算得到。
本发明的洗衣液第一投放液的变量可以为正值也可以为负值,当为正值时,需要在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上增加洗衣液,当为负值时,需要在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上减少洗衣液。这是由于洗衣液第一投放量的计算方式是固定的,而实际的使用情况却很复杂,假如洗衣液第一投放量的计算仅涉及到洗涤程序信息和/或设定水位信息,这样可能并不能满足用户的洗涤要求。比如,对应相同水位、洗涤程序的冬季衣物一般比夏季衣物需要更多的洗衣液,而洗衣机并不会根据季节的改变而改变洗衣液第一投放量的计算方法,所以用户可能在洗涤夏季衣物时,减少一定的洗衣液,而在洗涤冬季衣物时,相应的增加一定的洗衣液。
因此,本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法可让用户从实际出发,不仅可以在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上增加洗衣液,还可以减少洗衣液,以满足用户的洗涤要求。
由上可知,本发明的洗衣液第一投放量的变量很大程度上取决于衣物的脏污度,因此,本发明的洗衣液第一投放量的变量由用户根据衣物的脏污度和洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量确定:
当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为正值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上增加洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量;
当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为负值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上减少洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量。
这时的衣物脏污度是由用户自行确定的,而且洗衣液第一投放量的变量值也由用户根据自身经验,结合显示的洗衣液第一投放量值进行确定的。这样,可使用户获得满足心理要求的洗衣液投放量,满足用户的个性化洗衣需求。
本发明的洗衣液第一投放量也可能直接满足用户的洗涤要求,这时便不需要再对洗衣 液第一投放量进行更改,此时所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为零,用户不再增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣机的电脑板不对洗衣液第一投放量进行更改,所述的洗衣液第二投放量即为洗衣液第一投放量。
作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式,本发明所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量也可由洗衣机电脑板根据采集到的衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息,结合洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量计算得到。
这种方式适用于用户对显示的洗衣液第一投放量不满意,但是又不确定需要增加或者减少多少洗衣液投放量,这时只需要将衣物的类别、衣物的材质、衣物的重量和衣物上污渍的种类等信息输入到洗衣机的电脑板,洗衣机的电脑板便可根据这些参数,重新确定一个适合的洗衣液投放量,即洗衣液第二投放量,而洗衣液第一投放量的变量便等于两者的差值。应该注意的是,这种方式的洗衣液第一投放量的计算不涉及到衣物的脏污度,而仅涉及到洗涤程序信息和/或设定水位信息。这种方式在满足用户洗涤要求的同时,可能大的提升洗衣机的工作效率,避免用户重复输入衣物的类别、衣物的材质、衣物的重量和衣物上污渍的种类等信息的繁琐。
综上所述,本发明洗衣液投放控制方法具有如下优点:
1)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法可以让用户选择按照默认的洗衣液投放量进行投放,也可以根据需要更改洗衣液投放量,以满足个性化洗衣需求。
2)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法能将洗衣液第一投放量直观显示给用户,使得用户不用根据洗涤情况即可做出是否增加洗衣液的判断。因此,本发明为用户提供判断的直观依据,简单直接。
3)本发明的洗衣液投放控制方法在用户确定了洗衣液投放量后,再开始洗涤程序,按照确定的洗衣液投放量进行投放洗衣液,不会中断洗涤程序,提高了洗涤的效率。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)开机;
2)洗衣机采集用户设定的水位及洗涤程序信息,计算出洗衣液第一投放量,并显示;
3)洗衣机检测判断是否接收到用户设定的洗衣液第一投放量的变量;
4)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤5),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液;
5)洗衣机根据洗衣液第一投放量和洗衣液第一投放量的变量重新计算出洗衣液第二投 放量;
6)洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第二投放量进行投放洗衣液。
本实施例的洗衣液投放控制方法,可以让用户选择按照默认的洗衣液投放量进行投放,也可以根据需要更改洗衣液投放量,以满足个性化洗衣需求。
本实施例的洗衣液投放控制方法能将洗衣液第一投放量直观显示给用户,使得用户不用根据洗涤情况即可作出是否增加洗衣液的判断,更加的简单直观。
另外,所述的步骤5)还包括
51)洗衣机显示洗衣液第二投放量;
52)洗衣机是否接收到用户确认按照第二投放量进行投放的信息:
53)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤6),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液。
本实施例的洗衣液投放控制方法还将洗衣液第二投放量实时显示,给用户以参考,若用户确认表示,洗衣液第二投放量可以满足洗涤要求,若用户不确认,则表示用户不能确定洗衣液的投放量多少合适,建议采用洗衣机默认的投放量,即洗衣液第一投放量作为最终的洗衣液投放量。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例洗衣机,采用了本发明所述的洗衣液投放控制方法,包含自动投放装置、电脑板和显示屏,所述的自动投放装置按照电脑板计算的洗衣液投放量进行投放,显示屏用于实时显示洗衣液第一投放量和/或洗衣液第二投放量。
另外,本实施例洗衣机的自动投放装置内置流量传感器,可以将已投放的洗衣液量实时传送给洗衣机电脑板,实现洗衣液的精确投放。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,开机后,洗衣机根据采集的信息,计算相应的洗衣液第一投放量,并显示该洗衣液第一投放量;洗衣机检测判断洗衣液第一投放量的变量,形成洗衣液第二投放量,启动洗涤程序,洗衣机投放洗衣液第一投放量或者洗衣液第二投放量的洗涤液。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣液第一投放量由洗衣机的电脑板根据采集到的洗涤程序信息、和/或设定水位信息、和/或衣物脏污度信息计算得到。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的衣物的脏污度由洗衣机的电脑板采集衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息后计算得到。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为用户设定的增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣液第二投放量由洗衣机的电脑板检测判断该增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上重新计算得到。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量由用户根据衣物的脏污度和洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量确定:
    当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为正值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上增加洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量;
    当洗衣液第一投放量的变量为负值时,在洗衣液第一投放量的基础上减少洗衣液投放量,形成洗衣液第二投放量。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为零时,表示用户不增加或者减少的洗衣液投放量,洗衣机的电脑板不对洗衣液第一投放量进行更改,所述的洗衣液第二投放量即为洗衣液第一投放量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣液第一投放量的变量为洗衣机电脑板根据采集到的衣物的类别信息、衣物的材质信息、衣物的重量信息和衣物上污渍的种类信息,结合洗衣机显示的洗衣液第一投放量计算得到。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)开机;
    2)洗衣机采集用户设定的水位及洗涤程序信息,计算出洗衣液第一投放量,并显示;
    3)洗衣机检测判断是否接收到用户设定的洗衣液第一投放量的变量;
    4)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤5),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液;
    5)洗衣机根据洗衣液第一投放量和洗衣液第一投放量的变量重新计算出洗衣液第二投放量;
    6)洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第二投放量进行投放洗衣液。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣液投放控制方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤5)还包括
    51)洗衣机显示洗衣液第二投放量;
    52)洗衣机是否接收到用户确认按照第二投放量进行投放的信息:
    53)若判断结果为是,则进行步骤6),若判断结果为否,则洗衣机启动洗涤程序,按照洗衣液第一投放量进行投放洗衣液。
  10. 一种应用如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的洗衣液投放控制方法的洗衣机,其特征在于,包含自动投放装置、电脑板和显示屏,所述的自动投放装置按照电脑板计算的洗衣液投放量进行投放,显示屏用于实时显示洗衣液第一投放量和/或洗衣液第二投放量。
