Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine sans halogène résistante aux flammes présentant une excellente résistance aux flammes, résistance thermique, résistance au froid, résistance aux huiles, et résistance mécanique telle que les caractéristiques mécaniques de traction et de résistance à l'abrasion, moyennant quoi un revêtement isolant peut être formé dans lequel les caractéristiques ci-dessus mentionnées sont équilibrées jusqu'à un degré élevé, la composition de résine sans halogène résistante aux flammes contenant de 1 à 20 parties en masse d'huile de silicone ayant une viscosité de 3 000 mPa•s ou moins, de 100 à 250 parties en masse d'un hydroxyde de métal, et 100 parties en masse d'une résine de polyoléfine contenant un polyéthylène ayant une densité de 0,925 à 0,945 et un point de fusion (Tm) de 120 à 130°C mesuré par ACD, un copolymère d'éthylène-acétate de vinyle, et un copolymère d'α-oléfine d'éthylène modifié à l'acide maléique anhydre ayant un point de fusion de 60°C ou moins mesuré par ACD dans une plage de compositions prédéterminée ; et un câble électrique isolé ayant un revêtement isolant formé en utilisant la composition de résine sans halogène résistante aux flammes, le câble électrique isolé convenant à l'utilisation dans un harnais ou similaire pour un véhicule automobile ou ferroviaire.
