本发明公开了一种uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法,该方法对焊角进行焊接;所述焊角由左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元组装成;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元相对的组装内侧面为切割面;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元在焊接前,采用切割锯将切割面的外轮廓外表面向内铣削掉,宽度1-4mm,深度1.5-3mm,在外轮廓的外表面形成沟槽,使得焊接时切割面焊接熔化的材料不外溢至表面,留在沟槽内,焊接后不需要清角,达到无缝拼接效果,特别是对于表面有天然木纹和有图形的型材的焊接,实现了图案的无缝对接,同时本发明中还公开了上述工艺中用于裁切端面及端面轮廓的双头切割锯。

Description

一种免清角焊接方法及具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯 技术领域
本发明涉及uPVC型材的深加工领域、门窗幕墙加工领域,具体涉及一种避免清角的焊接方法,配套该方法的具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯,及该双头切割锯的加工运用方法。
背景技术
在门窗幕墙行业,uPVC门窗(如图1所示)的传统工艺为:型材下料切割→铣排水槽、锁孔等→对型材连接对角进行焊接→清角→组装,在传统的加工工艺中型材连接对角的焊接过程中,由于焊接处焊料软化溢出,会在接缝处形成向外突出的焊瘤(如图2所示);在焊接完成后再进行清角工序,所述清角工序就是采用铣刀或刨刀把焊接后的焊瘤去除,以达到平整、美观的外形,但是,这种工艺的缺点是焊瘤去除的加工痕迹很明显,在焊瘤被清除后会留下一个白色的沟槽;特别是对于现在很多仿木纹材料或者表面有图案的材料,在连接处呈现一道白色的加工槽线,破坏了门窗的整体美观度(如图3所示)。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的提供一种免清角的焊接方法,使型材在焊接后不需要清角,不再出现白色槽沟,实现天然木纹的无缝拼接效果。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法,该方法对焊角进行焊接;所述焊角由左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元组装成;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元相对的组装内侧面为切割面;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元在焊接前,采用切割锯需将切割面的外轮廓外表面向内铣削掉,宽度1-4mm,深度1.5-3mm,在外轮廓外表面形成沟槽,使得焊接时切割面焊接熔化的材料不外溢至表面,留在沟槽内,因此不会在表面形成焊瘤,焊接后不需要清角,达到无缝拼接效果,特别是对于表面有天然木纹和有图形的型材的焊接,实现了图案的无缝对接,外观品质得到提升。
本发明还公开了应用于所述uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法中用于处理型材外轮廓凹槽的具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯,该双头切割锯包括:固定锯头和 移动锯头;所述固定锯头和移动锯头内都设有加工中心,使固定锯头和移动锯头可以对型材的端面外轮廓同时进行加工;该加工中心包括:X向底板、X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母、X向导轨及滑块、Y向底板、Y向导轨及滑块、Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母、Z向底板、Z向伺服电机及丝杆螺母、Z向导轨及滑块、滑板、动力头及刀具;所述动力头及刀具安装在滑板上;所述X向导轨及滑块安装在X向底板上;所述X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母驱动滑板在所述X向导轨及滑块的导向下在X向运动;所述Y向底板安装在X向底板的下面;所述Y向导轨及滑块安装在Y向底板上;所述Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母驱动滑板在所述Y向导轨及滑块的导向下在Y向运动;所述Z向底板安装在Y向底板侧面;所述Z向导轨及滑块安装在Z向底板上;所述Z向伺服电机及丝杆螺母驱动滑板在所述Z向导轨及滑块的导向下在Z向运动。
本发明中所述加工中心采用X、Y、Z三轴联动控制,具备插补功能,可以进行各种曲线加工,从而实现不同型材外轮廓线的铣削处理。
本发明所述双头切割锯,包括:床身、所述固定锯头、所述移动锯头、电气箱和控制装置;所述固定锯头固定在床身的一端,所述移动锯头沿着床身上的滑轨移动;所述控制装置连接电气箱,控制装置发出的命令通过电气箱向所述固定锯头和移动锯头的传递,控制所述固定锯头和移动锯头启闭和运动;所述固定锯头和所述移动锯头都包括:锯切中心、所述加工中心、定位夹紧模具和工作台;所述定位夹紧模具夹紧固定需要加工的型材在工作台上、锯切中心水平出锯切割型材的端面;加工中心对型材切割端面的外轮廓铣削加工;所述动力头及刀具中的刀具与锯切中心中的锯片垂直,在不同角度切割时,刀具始终垂直于切割面。
本发明中由于所述固定锯头和所述移动锯头都包括锯切中心和加工中心,锯切和铣削一次定位完成,再则,本发明中采用了双锯头,可以对锯头的两端同时进行切割加工,整个型材的处理过程无需重新定位,避免了二次装夹,使切割和外轮廓铣削一次完成,大大节约了工序,加工精度高,次品率低。
本发明中所述控制装置包括操作箱和/或电脑操作台;这个双头锯的操作可以是半自动化,仅采用操作箱即可,也可采用全自动控制,通过操作箱和电脑操 作台的配合控制实现,或者直接采用电脑操作台进行全过程控制。
本发明中所述固定锯头和移动锯头具有相同的结构。
本发明中还公开了上述具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯的加工方法、该交给加工方法针对型材的长度切割和外轮廓线的铣削步骤,该方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将要切割的型材截面图输入控制装置,控制装置内的计算中心主动提取要切割的型材的外轮廓,并生成双头切割锯外轮廓加工程序;
(2)启动双头切割锯进行锯切,双头切割锯中的所述定位夹紧模具将型材定位压紧在工作台上;型材的整个切断、锯切和端面铣削过程都处于被压紧状态;
(3)切割:锯切中心将型材裁切成符合要求长度的型材;然后移开型材裁切过程中落下的废料头及剩余整段未被切割的材料,只保留符合长度要求的需要进一步加工端面的型材,为下一步加工给加工中心的介入让出相应空间;
(4)端面外轮廓裁切:所述加工中心中的动力头及刀具在伺服电机及丝杆螺母的驱动下沿着型材的外轮廓线运动,完成端面外轮廓的铣削加工;
(6)端面外轮廓的裁切加工完后松开定位夹紧模具,取出材料;
(7)再次送料,重复上述过程。
本发明中通过双头切割锯的加工实现了外轮廓的裁切,在整个工艺中起到了至关重要的作用,只有外轮廓比内部结构略低才能不形成焊瘤,保证了工艺的实现。
有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明所述焊接方法是运用于uPVC的一种新的焊接工艺,通过在焊接前将切割面沿外轮廓去除一部分,,使得焊接时熔化的材料不外溢至表面,因此不会在表面形成焊瘤,无需后续清角,形成一种无缝拼接的自然效果,对于外表面有图案的型材来说,大大提升了外形的美观度。
2.本发明中还提供一种具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯,该双头切割锯在切割下料的同时对切割面外轮廓去除部分材料,使切割和外轮廓加工一次完成,避免了二次装夹,加工精度和生产效率大为提高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例
本实施例公开了一种加工如图4所示的无接缝的焊角的免清角焊接方法一种uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法,该方法对焊角进行焊接;所述焊角由左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元组装成;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元相对的组装内侧面为切割面;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元在焊接前,采用切割锯将切割面的外轮廓外表面向内铣削掉,宽度1-4mm,深度1.5-3mm,在外轮廓外表面形成沟槽,使得焊接时切割面焊接熔化的材料不外溢至表面,留在沟槽内,不会 形成焊瘤,美观度好。
本实施例中还公开了上述工艺中用于切割型材的具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯(如图5-8所示),包括:床身1、固定锯头2、移动锯头3、电气箱4、操作箱5和电脑操作台6;所述固定锯头2固定在床身1的一端,所述移动锯头3沿着床身1上的滑轨移动;所述电脑操作台6连接操作箱5;所述操作箱6连接电气箱4,通过电气箱4控制固定锯头2和移动锯头3的运动;所述移动锯头3包括:锯切中心31、加工中心32、定位夹紧模具33和工作台;所述定位夹紧模具33夹紧固定需要加工的型材34在工作台上、锯切中心31水平出锯切割型材的端面;加工中心32对型材切割端面的外轮廓铣削加工。
本实施例中所述固定锯头2和移动锯头3内都设有加工中心32;该加工中心32包括:X向底板3201、X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3202、X向导轨及滑块3203、Y向底板3204、Y向导轨及滑块3205、Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3206、Z向底板3207、Z向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3208、Z向导轨及滑块3209、滑板3210、动力头及刀具3211。
上述部件的联系关系如下:所述动力头及刀具3211安装在滑板3210上;所述X向导轨及滑块3203安装在X向底板3201上;所述X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3202驱动滑板3210在所述X向导轨及滑块3203的导向下在X向运动;所述Y向底板3204安装在X向底板3201的下面;所述Y向导轨及滑块3205安装在Y向底板3204上;所述Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3206驱动滑板3210在所述Y向导轨及滑块3205的导向下在Y向运动;所述Z向底板3207安装在Y向底板3204的侧面;所述Z向导轨及滑块3209安装在Z向底板3207上;所述Z向伺服电机及丝杆螺母3208驱动滑板3210在所述Z向导轨及滑块3209的导向下在Z向运动。
本实施例所述双头切割锯的工作过程如下:所述移动锯头3将按照要求长度移动到床身1的对应位置,然后所述固定锯头2和移动锯头3中的定位夹紧模具33将待加工型材压紧定位在工作台上,锯切中心31根据型材端面切割要求切割型材端面,所述加工中心32根据电脑操作台6计算出的型材外轮 廓数据对型材的外轮廓进行铣削,加工中心32通过三轴联动保证了外轮廓加工各角度各方向全空间的精确加工。
上述具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯加工型材外轮廓的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将要切割的型材截面图输入控制装置,控制装置内的计算中心主动提取要切割的型材的外轮廓,并生成双头切割锯外轮廓加工程序;
(2)启动双头切割锯进行锯切,双头切割锯中的所述定位夹紧模具将型材定位压紧在工作台上;型材的整个切断、锯切和端面铣削过程都处于被压紧状态;
(3)切割:锯切中心将型材裁切成符合要求长度的型材;然后移开型材裁切过程中落下的废料头及剩余整段未被切割的材料,只保留符合长度要求的需要进一步加工端面的型材,为下一步加工给加工中心的介入让出相应空间;
(4)端面外轮廓裁切:所述加工中心中的动力头及刀具在伺服电机及丝杆螺母的驱动下沿着型材的外轮廓线运动,完成端面外轮廓的铣削加工;
(6)端面外轮廓的裁切加工完后松开定位夹紧模具,取出材料;
(7)再次送料,重复上述过程。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法,其特征在于:该方法对焊角进行焊接;所述焊角由左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元组装成;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元相对的组装内侧面为切割面;所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元在焊接前,采用切割锯将切割面的外轮廓外表面向内铣削掉,宽度1-4mm,深度1.5-3mm,在外轮廓外表面形成沟槽,使得焊接时切割面焊接熔化的材料不外溢至表面,留在沟槽内。
  2. 一种应用于权利要求1所述uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法的具有自动加工功能的双头切割锯,包括:固定锯头(2)和移动锯头(3);所述固定锯头(2)和移动锯头(3)内都设有加工中心(32);
    该加工中心(32)包括:X向底板(3201)、X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母(3202)、X向导轨及滑块(3203)、Y向底板(3204)、Y向导轨及滑块(3205)、Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母(3206)、Z向底板(3207)、Z向伺服电机及丝杆螺母(3208)、Z向导轨及滑块(3209)、滑板(3210)、动力头及刀具(3211);
    所述动力头及刀具(3211)安装在滑板(3210)上;所述X向导轨及滑块(3203)安装在X向底板(3201)上;所述X向伺服电机及丝杆螺母(3202)驱动滑板(3210)在所述X向导轨及滑块(3203)的导向下在X向运动;
    所述Y向底板(3204)安装在X向底板(3201)的下面;所述Y向导轨及滑块(3205)安装在Y向底板(3204)上;所述Y向伺服电机及丝杆螺母(3206)驱动滑板(3210)在所述Y向导轨及滑块(3205)的导向下在Y向运动;
