- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the unconfirmed information output device 102.
- the unconfirmed information output control process by the unconfirmed information output device 102 will be described below with reference to FIG.
- the driving state acquisition unit 1 acquires the driving state of the vehicle from the vehicle control device 11 (step S1). This driving state includes whether the vehicle is running or stopped and whether the vehicle is running automatically or manually.
- the control unit 4 acquires the operation state from the operation state acquisition unit 1, and performs output control by determining whether or not manual operation is being performed (step S2) and whether or not the vehicle is traveling (step S3).
- step S2 when automatic operation is being performed (step S2: NO) and when manual operation is being performed but stopped (step S3: NO), the process proceeds to step S8. On the other hand, if the vehicle is traveling manually (step S3: YES), the process proceeds to step S4.
- step S4 the control unit 4 performs display prohibition setting. Then, an audio output permission setting is performed (step S5). Next, unconfirmed information of the brought-in terminal 12 is acquired from the communication unit 2 (step S6), and voice output control of the unconfirmed information is performed (step S7). Thus, unconfirmed information is not displayed during manual driving, and the user is notified by voice.
- step S8 the control unit 4 performs display permission setting. Then, an audio output permission setting is performed (step S9). Next, unconfirmed information of the brought-in terminal 12 is acquired from the communication unit 2 (step S10), and display control of the unconfirmed information is performed (step S11). Thus, unconfirmed information is notified to the user during display during automatic driving and when stopped.
- FIG. 6 is a time chart showing the operation of the unconfirmed information output device 102.
- the unconfirmed information output control process by the unconfirmed information output device 102 will be described below with reference to FIG.
- the output control unit 3 makes an operation state acquisition request to the operation state acquisition unit 1.
- the driving state acquisition unit 1 receives the driving state acquisition request from the output control unit 3, makes a driving state acquisition request to the vehicle control device 11, and acquires the driving state from the vehicle control device 11. Then, the acquired operation state is transmitted to the output control unit 3.
- the output control unit 3 determines whether the vehicle is in automatic operation or manual operation and whether it is running or stopped when the driving state is acquired. Then, display setting for permitting or prohibiting display and audio output setting for permitting or prohibiting audio output are performed according to the determination result.
- the output control unit 3 makes a connection request to the communication unit 2.
- the communication unit 2 receives a connection request from the output control unit 3 and makes a connection request to the carry-in terminal 12.
- the communication part 2 will transmit this to the output control part 3, if a connection response is received from the carrying-in terminal 12.
- FIG. Thereby, communication is established among the output control unit 3, the communication unit 2, and the carry-in terminal 12.
- the output control unit 3 makes an unconfirmed information acquisition request to the communication unit 2.
- the communication unit 2 receives an unconfirmed information acquisition request from the output control unit 3 and makes an unconfirmed information acquisition request to the carry-in terminal 12.
- the communication unit 2 transmits this to the output control unit 3.
- the output control unit 3 When the output control unit 3 acquires the unconfirmed information, the output control unit 3 stores it in a storage unit (not shown). And display output control is performed based on the above-mentioned display setting, and audio
- the unconfirmed information output device 102 is a device mounted on a vehicle.

And an output control unit 3 that performs output control of unconfirmed information based on the driving state.
- the unconfirmed information output device 101 performs output control of unconfirmed information based on the driving state, the unconfirmed information can be output so as not to disturb the driving.
- the driving state of the vehicle acquired by the driving state acquisition unit 1 includes a state where the vehicle is running or stopped. Then, the output control unit 3 does not display unconfirmed information on the display unit 13 while the vehicle is traveling, and causes the display unit 13 to display unconfirmed information while the vehicle is stopped. Accordingly, unconfirmed information can be displayed on the display unit 13 and notified to the user when the driver can afford to watch the display on the display unit 13.
- the vehicle on which the unconfirmed information output device 102 is mounted can perform automatic driving and manual driving, and the driving state of the vehicle acquired by the driving state acquisition unit 1 is whether the vehicle is driving automatically or not.
- the output control unit 3 does not display unconfirmed information on the display unit when the vehicle is traveling manually, but displays unconfirmed information on the display unit when the vehicle is traveling automatically. In other words, unconfirmed information is not displayed during manual driving so that the driver can concentrate on driving. However, during automatic driving, unconfirmed information is displayed because the driver's driving load is small. Thus, unconfirmed information can be output so as not to interfere with driving according to driving conditions.
- the unconfirmed information output method includes (a) communicating with a carry-in terminal brought into a vehicle to obtain unconfirmed information from the carry-in terminal, (b) obtaining a driving state of the vehicle, (c ) Based on the driving state, output unconfirmed information to the equipment mounted on the vehicle. Since unconfirmed information output control is performed based on the driving state, unconfirmed information can be output so as not to interfere with driving.
- FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the unconfirmed information output apparatus 103 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
- the unconfirmed information output device 103 is a device mounted on the vehicle, acquires unconfirmed information from the carry-in terminal 12, and outputs unconfirmed information according to the driving state of the vehicle.

- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing details of step S23 shown in FIG. Next, processing performed by the passenger determination unit 8 will be described with reference to these flowcharts.
- the passenger determination unit 8 sets the number of times of obtaining the number of passengers (the number of acquisition of the number of passengers) Ncount to the number of times inputted in advance by the user.
- the number of passengers acquisition Ncount is set to a plurality of times (two times or more) in step S21, but may be set to one time.
- step S22 the passenger determination unit 8 detects all communication devices located in the communication range of the communication unit 2. Here, it is assumed that N communication devices are detected.
- step S23 under the control of the passenger determination unit 8, the communication quality management unit 81 measures the reception levels of the N communication devices detected in step S22. And the passenger determination part 8 calculates
- step S33 the passenger determination unit 8 determines whether the number of communication devices Ndev is greater than zero. If it is determined that the number of communication devices Ndev is greater than 0, the process proceeds to step S34, and if it is determined that the number of communication devices Ndev is 0 or less, the process proceeds to step S24 shown in FIG.
- step S34 the communication quality management unit 81 measures the reception level for one of the communication devices detected in step S22. In addition, every time step S34 is performed, the communication quality management unit 81 measures the reception level for a communication device whose reception level has not been measured yet.
- step S35 the passenger determination unit 8 determines whether or not the reception level measured in step S34 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value Qt.
- the predetermined threshold value Qt is set to a value of a reception level that is so large that it cannot be detected by a communication device outside the vehicle.
- the predetermined threshold Qt may be set to, for example, ⁇ 60.0 [dBm] in consideration of obtaining the number of passengers accurately without detecting a communication device outside the vehicle. If it is determined that the reception level is equal to or higher than the predetermined threshold Qt, the process proceeds to step S36, and if it is determined that the reception level is lower than the predetermined threshold Qt, the process proceeds to step S37.
- step S36 the passenger determination unit 8 increments the value of the number of passengers Nper, that is, increases by 1, and proceeds to step S37.
- step S37 the passenger determination unit 8 decrements the value of the number of communication devices Ndev, that is, decreases by 1, and returns to step S33.
- the reception level is measured for each of the N communication devices detected in step S22. Then, the number of communication devices whose reception level is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value Qt is obtained from the N communication devices.
- the predetermined threshold value Qt is set to a value of the reception level that is so large that it cannot be detected from the communication device outside the vehicle. Therefore, according to the processing shown in FIG. Is determined as the number of passengers Nper. That is, the passenger determination unit 8 can suppress the number of communication devices outside the vehicle from being counted as the number of passengers Nper, so that the number of passengers can be obtained with high accuracy.
- step S24 the value of the number of passengers acquisition Ncount is decremented, that is, decreased by one.
- step S25 the passenger determination unit 8 determines whether the number of passengers acquisition count Ncount is greater than zero. If it is determined that the number of passengers acquisition number Ncount is greater than 0, the process returns to step S22. If it is determined that the number of passengers acquisition number Ncount is 0 or less, the process proceeds to step S26.
- the processes of steps S22 to S25 are performed a plurality of times. That is, the reception level measurement in the communication quality management unit 81 and the process for obtaining the number of communication devices (passenger number) in the passenger determination unit 8 are performed a plurality of times.
- the passenger number specifying unit 82 specifies the number of passengers based on the number of passengers obtained a plurality of times, and specifies the number of passengers by subtracting the specified number of passengers by one.
- the number of passengers specifying unit 82 may determine the number of passengers obtained by averaging the number of passengers obtained a plurality of times as the number of passengers specified in step S26, or the number of passengers obtained a plurality of times. May be the number of passengers specified in step S26.
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the output control processing of the unconfirmed information output device 103.
- output control processing of the unconfirmed information output device 103 will be described with reference to FIG.
- the control unit 4 acquires the number of passengers from the passenger determination unit 8 (step S12).
- the subsequent steps S1 to S7 are the same as the unconfirmed information output control processing by the unconfirmed information output device 102.
- step S8A the control unit 4 performs display permission settings according to the presence or absence of a passenger.
- FIG. 12 shows the output control of the control unit 4 based on the presence or absence of a passenger and the driving state.
- the display is full display when there is no passenger, and simple display when there is a passenger.
- a telop such as “14:30, there is an incoming call from Mr. A” is displayed on the display unit 13.
- a telop that hides the information of the called party is displayed on the display unit 13 such as “14:30, there is an incoming call”.
- the simple display may be a telop or a telephone icon with the number of incoming calls.
- the simple display is a display with a smaller amount of information than the full display.
- the unconfirmed information can be output in a manner that considers the user so that the passenger does not know the specific contents of the unconfirmed information.
- step S8A display permission is set according to FIG. That is, if there are one or more passengers acquired in step S12, that is, if there are passengers, simple display is permitted. If the number of passengers acquired in step S12 is zero, that is, if there are no passengers, full display is permitted.
- the unconfirmed information output device includes a passenger determination unit 8 that determines the presence or absence of a passenger of the vehicle, and the output control unit 3 performs output control of unconfirmed information based on the driving state and the presence or absence of the passenger. Do.
<B-1.構成>
<C-1.構成>
