- Sub 1-II-6 (10g, 28mmol), 4-Iodo-1,1'-biphenyl (9.5g, 34mmol), Pd 2 (dba) 3 (1g, 1.1mmol), P (t-Bu) 3 (0.6g, 2.8mmol), NaO (t-Bu) (8.2g, 85mmol), Toluene (80mL) using the synthesis method of Sub 1-1 above
- the product Sub 1-7 (10 g, 71%) was obtained.
- Sub 1-I-14 (30 g, 68 mmol) in a round bottom flask, PPh 3 (45g, 171mmol), o- Dichlorobenzene (150mL) is added. Then heated to reflux for 24 hours at 180 °C. After the reaction is completed, it is cooled to room temperature and concentrated. The concentrated compound was silica column and recrystallized to give the product Sub 1-II-14 (25g, 93%).
- Sub 1-I-29 (27 g, 68 mmol) in a round bottom flask, PPh 3 (45g, 171mmol) and o -Dichlorobenzene (150mL) were obtained using the synthesis method of Sub 1-II-1, to obtain product Sub 1-II-29 (22g, 92%).
- Sub 1-II-29 (22g, 62mmol), 2-Bromonaphthalene (15g 74mmo), Pd 2 (dba) 3 in round bottom flask (2.g, 2.5mmol), P (t-Bu) 3 (1.3g (6.2mmol), NaO (t-Bu) (18g, 186mmol), Toluene (300mL) was prepared using the synthesis method of Sub 1-1. To give the product Sub 1-29 (20 g, 67%).

- Sub 2-I-144 (47 g, 149 mmol) in a round bottom flask, PPh 3 (97.7 g, 372.48 mmol) and o -Dichlorobenzene (596 mL) were obtained using the synthesis method of Sub 2-II-1, to give the product Sub 2-II-144 (30.41 g, 72%).

- Sub 1 or Sub 2 compound (1 equiv) was added to the round bottom flask, Sub3 compound (1 equiv), Pd (PPh 3 ) 4 (0.03 to 0.05 equiv), NaOH (3 equiv), THF (3 mL / 1 mmol) and water (1.5 mL / 1 mmol). Thereafter, the mixture was heated to reflux at 80 ° C. After completion of the reaction, dilute with distilled water at room temperature and extract with Methylene chloride and water. The organic layer was dried over MgSO 4 , concentrated, and the resulting compound was recrystallized with Toluene and Acetone to obtain a product.
- Sub 2-2 (10g, 20mmol), Sub 3-10 (7.3g, 20mmol), Pd (PPh 3 ) 4 (0.9g, 0.8mmol), NaOH (2.4g, 59mmol), THF (40mL ) / H 2 O (20 mL) was obtained using the above 1-2 synthesis method to give the product 2-7 (11 g, 74%).
- Comparative Compounds 2 and 3 of Comparative Examples 2 and 3 in which a phenyl group is substituted in the benzene of the 5-membered heterocyclic ring have increased mobility and thermal properties due to the 5-membered heterocore, thereby increasing efficiency and lifetime. From the results of Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 3 it can be seen that the properties vary depending on the type of hetero atoms in the 5-membered heterocyclic compound. That is, when the hetero atom is NS type than the NN type, it was confirmed that it shows a better device results, in order to show the difference, the physical properties data of Comparative Compound 4 and Compound 2-1 of the present invention in Table 6 and FIG. was compared.
- Comparing the device performances of Comparative Compound 4 and Comparative Compound 5 having NN-type 5-ring ring but carbazole in benzene ring in the middle of 5-ring heterocycle there is no significant difference in device performance. It can be seen that there is no significant difference depending on the direction of the heteroatoms.
- the compound data of the compound of the present invention with the comparative compound 6 substituted with the triazine derivative, which is a general aryl group
- the general heteroaryl group is bonded to the benzene ring, so that efficiency and lifespan are not increased. It can be seen that the efficiency or lifespan increases only when certain types of heteroaryl groups are bonded.
- the efficiency and lifespan may vary depending on the type and arrangement of the heteroatoms included in the 5-membered ring compound, and the band gap depends on which substituent is bonded to which position. And it can be seen that the electrical properties, interfacial properties, etc. can be greatly changed, in particular, in the case of phosphorescent host, the correlation between the hole transport layer and the dopant should be understood. It will be very difficult to infer features.

Abstract
Description
비교예 1보다는 5환 헤테로고리의 가운데 벤젠에 페닐기가 치환된 비교예 2 및 3의 비교화합물 2 및 3이 5환 헤테로코어로 인해 전하의 이동도 및 열적 특성이 증가하여 효율 및 수명이 상승된 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 또한 비교예 2와 비교예 3의 결과로부터 5환 헤테로고리화합물 내 헤테로 원자 종류에 따라 특성이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 헤테로 원자가 N-N 타입보다 N-S 타입의 경우,더 좋은 소자 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 그 차이점을 나타내기 위해 하기 표 6 및 도 2에서 비교화합물 4와 본 발명의 화합물 2-1의 물성 데이터를 비교하였다.
상기 표 6 및 도 2에서, 본 발명 화합물 2-1과 비교화합물 4의 LUMO 전자 구름을 살펴보면, 5환헤테로고리가 N-N 타입인 경우(비교화합물 4) 전자구름이 분리(separation)되어 카바졸기 내에 분포되어 있고, N-S 타입인 본 발명화합물 2-1인 경우, 전자 구름이 5환헤테로고리 골격(backbone) 내에 분포되어 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물:<화학식 1>상기 화학식 1에서,R1 내지 R5는 서로 독립적으로 중수소; 할로겐; 시아노기; 나이트로기; C6~C60의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기; C3~C60의 지방족고리와 C6~C60의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; C1~C50의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; C2~C20의 알킨일기; C1~C30의 알콕실기; -L'-N(R')(R"); 및 이들의 조합;으로 이루어진 군에서 선택될 수 있고, 이웃한 R1끼리, 이웃한 R3끼리, 이웃한 R4끼리 또는 이웃한 R5끼리 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, l, n, 및 p는 각각 0-4의 정수이고, m은 0 또는 1의 정수이며, o는 0-3의 정수이며,X 및 Y는 서로 독립적으로 O, S, C(R6)(R7), Si(R8)(R9) 또는 Se이고, a와 b는 각각 0 또는 1이며, 단 a와 b 중 적어도 하나는 1이며,Z는 N-(L2-Ar2), O, S, C(R10)(R11), Si(R12)(R13), 또는 Se이며,Ar1 및 Ar2는 서로 독립적으로, 수소; 중수소; 할로겐; C6~C60의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기; C3~C60의 지방족고리와 C6~C60의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; C1~C50의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; C2~C20의 알킨일기; C1~C30의 알콕실기; C6~C60의 아릴옥시기; 및 -L'-N(R')(R");로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,L1, L2, 및 L'는 서로 독립적으로 단일결합; C6~C60의 아릴렌기; 플루오렌일렌기; O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기; C3~C60의 지방족고리와 C6~C60의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; 지방족탄화수소기; 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,상기 X, Y 및 Z에서 R6 내지 R13는 서로 독립적으로 수소; 중수소; C6~C24의 아릴기; C1~C50의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; C1~C30의 알콕실기; 및 이들의 조합;으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, R6과 R7, R8과 R9 R10과 R11, 또는 R12과 R13 끼리 서로 결합하여 스파이로 화합물을 형성할 수 있으며,상기 R' 및 R"은 서로 독립적으로 C6~C30의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C30의 헤테로고리기; C3~C30의 지방족고리와 C6~C30의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; C1~C50의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택될 수 있고,상기 각 기호가 아릴기, 플루오렌일기, 헤테로고리기, 융합고리기, 알킬기, 알켄일기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 아릴렌기, 플루오렌일렌기 또는 지방족 탄화수소인 경우, 이들 각각은 서로 독립적으로 중수소, 할로겐, 실란기, 실록산기, 붕소기, 게르마늄기, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C20의 알킬싸이오기, C1-C20의 알콕시기, C1-C20의 알킬기, C2-C20의 알켄일기, C2-C20의 알킨일기, C6-C20의 아릴기, 중수소로 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴기, 플루오렌일기, O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2-C20의 헤테로고리기, C3-C20의 시클로알킬기, C7-C20의 아릴알킬기, C8-C20의 아릴알켄일기, 아릴아민기 및 헤테로아릴아민기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 더 치환될 수 있다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,l, m 및 n이 모두 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,R4 와 R5가 모두 수소이거나; o 및 p가 각각 2 이상이고 이웃한 R4끼리, 또는 R5끼리 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,X 또는 Y가 S 또는 O인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1전극; 제 2전극; 및 상기 제 1전극과 제 2전극 형성된 유기물층;을 포함하는 유기전기소자에 있어서,상기 유기물층은 제 1항의 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 유기물층의 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 발광보조층, 발광층, 전자수송보조층, 전자수송층 및 전자주입층 중 적어도 하나의 층에 상기 화합물이 포함되며, 상기 화합물이 1종의 단독 화합물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제 1전극과 제 2전극의 일면 중 상기 유기물층과 반대되는 적어도 일면에 형성되는 광효율개선층을 더 포함하는 유기전기소자.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 유기물층은 스핀코팅 공정, 노즐 프린팅 공정, 잉크젯 프린팅 공정, 슬롯코팅 공정, 딥코팅 공정 또는 롤투롤 공정에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자.
- 제 8항의 유기전기소자를 포함하는 디스플레이장치; 및상기 디스플레이장치를 구동하는 제어부;를 포함하는 전자장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 유기전기소자는 유기전기발광소자, 유기태양전지, 유기감광체, 유기트랜지스터, 및 단색 또는 백색 조명용 소자 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장치.
