- baseband modulation processing offline signal processing
- the modulation processing in each radio unit of the mobile base station 20 or the terminal station 30 (1) becomes unnecessary, and the radio unit can be reduced in size and simplified.
- Applying compression processing and modulation processing to data in advance requires a case where the weight of the mobile base station 20 mounted on the mobile unit 2 is severely limited, or miniaturization and weight reduction of the terminal station 30. It is suitable for such a case.
- At least one of the mobile base station 20 and the terminal station 30 converts the received signal into a digital signal, then holds the digital signal and demodulates it to a separately provided receiving device (such as the base station application device 10). -Decoding processing and higher layer reception processing may be performed.

- the terminal station 30 (1) receives the mobile station ID (1), the location information of the terminal station 30 (1), and the terminal station (1 ) Information including the ID is transmitted to the mobile base station 20.
- the plurality of terminal stations 30 do not perform transmission unless the mobile base station 20 calls the own station. Therefore, since a plurality of terminal stations 30 do not transmit at the same time, interference is prevented.
- the mobile base station 20 receives the terminal station (1) ID from the terminal station 30 (1), thereby recognizing that the terminal station 30 (1) exists within a range where long-distance communication is possible. Then, the mobile base station 20 uses the location information of the mobile base station 20, the travel route and the travel speed, and the location information of the terminal station 30 (1) to use the short-range communication function (high-speed communication function) of the communication method B. Is used, that is, when communication with the terminal station 30 (1) can be performed using the communication method B, and the timing information (for example, time information) is transmitted to the terminal station 30 (1).
- the timing information for example, time information
- the timing information may be any information that identifies the timing.
- the timing information may be time information indicating time, or the mobile base station 20 starts communication with the terminal station 30 (1) using the communication method B. It may be time information indicating the time until.
- the mobile base station 20 when the unmanned aircraft that is the moving body 2 is a fixed wing aircraft and an annular turning route is programmed in advance, the distance from the terminal station 30 (1) in the route is less than a predetermined value. Calculate position or time. If the unmanned aerial vehicle is a rotary wing aircraft, the mobile base station 20 performs communication scheduling after changing to a route that moves directly above the terminal station 30 (1) and hovers. The timing to communicate with the terminal station 30 (1) is determined, and the timing information is transmitted to the terminal station 30 (1).
- the terminal station 30 (1) When receiving the timing information using the communication method B from the mobile base station 20, the terminal station 30 (1) does not need the long-distance communication using the communication method A, so the long-distance communication function (function of the third radio unit 33). ). Specifically, the power supply to the third wireless unit 33 is stopped. Thereby, terminal station 30 (1) can reduce power consumption.
- the mobile base station 20 is long even after determining the timing of using the communication method B for the terminal station 30 (1) in preparation for the case where another terminal station 30, for example, the terminal station 30 (2) exists.
- the state in which the distance communication function is activated is continued, that is, broadcast channel information (including a mobile base station ID that is an identifier for identifying the mobile base station 20) is intermittently repeatedly transmitted.
- the terminal station 30 (2) when the terminal station 30 (2) receives the mobile base station ID information from the mobile base station 20, the terminal station 30 (2) and the terminal station 30 (2) ) Is transmitted to the mobile base station 20.
- the mobile base station 20 When the mobile base station 20 receives the information from the terminal station 30 (2) including the terminal station (2) ID, the mobile base station 20 recognizes that the terminal station 30 (2) exists within a range where long-distance communication is possible, Using the position information of the mobile base station 20, the movement route and the moving speed, and the position information of the terminal station 30 (2), the timing at which communication with the terminal station 30 (2) can be performed using the communication method B is scheduled. The timing information is transmitted to the terminal station 30 (2).
- the mobile base station 20 schedules the timing at which wireless communication with the terminal station 30 is possible by the short-range communication function (high-speed communication function) of the communication method B, and Notice.
- Step 3 The mobile base station 20 and the terminal station 30 prepare data so that transmission can be performed within the scheduled communication time.
