现在将参照随附图式予以详细说明本发明的具体实施例。可以不同形式予以修改本发明的具体实施例,且本发明的范畴并不局限于本文所提的具体实施例。反而,提供这些具体实施例而使本揭露更详尽且完整,以及将完全传达本发明的概念给熟悉本技艺的人士。图式中所示的元件形状及大小会显得夸张,以便提供更清楚的说明。复外,于整个图式中的参考符号,将在本发明的范畴内指定具有类似功能的相似元件。
上班族的特性在于:规律作息(例如,8:30上班,17:30下班,而12:30-13:30为午休时间);在固定的建筑物内使用网络产品(例如,电脑或手机);以及中午大多会进食,而10:30及15:30则有coffee break。本发明即利用这些特性,刻意挑选商品的派送时间(例如,午 餐统一于中午12:00-12:30送达,不论消费者的点餐时间为何);规定消费者一定得使用电脑才能点餐,如此才能藉由判断该电脑的网际网络协定(internet protocol,IP)地址,而得知消费者所购买商品的派送地址,并进而整合订单,以降低处理订单的成本;刻意挑选上班族人数众多的建筑物,并仅接收该建筑物内的上班族的订单,如此才能一次派送大量商品,并进而降低派送成本;由于一次派送的商品的数量庞大,因此要求消费者必需及早订购;以及为了降低商家的派送成本,并进而节省消费者的金钱,针对不同的建筑物(在不同区域或地址),提供不同的商品选项、或不同商家所供应的商品,以使商家仅派送其商品至少数几个地址。简言之,本发明为刻意挑选上班族人数众多的办公大楼作为派送商品的目的地,并且该商品是在相同的时间派送,以降低派送成本,并进而节省消费者金钱。如此一来,使用本发明的消费者在主观上虽然没有团购活动,但在客观上却是进行团购活动,因此,除了能节省金钱外,更能省却额外花时间和精力前往约定地点领取其所「团购」的商品所带来的麻烦。
请参阅图1,其为本发明的第一实施例的团购装置1的功能方块图。该团购装置1包含接收器12,用来经由网络17接收订单,该订单为于网络产品的网页18上所显示的一个或多个商品选项(例如,商品选项10和11)的至少一者被选择(例如,被点击)后产生,该订单记载该商品选项10和11所对应的商品相关资讯;记忆体13,储存有多个客户网际协议(internet protocol,IP)地址及其所对应的建筑物相关资讯;派送事件产生器14,用来产生派送事件;比较器15,电性连接于该记忆体13及该接收器12,用来将产生该订单的该网络产品所对应的订单IP地址与该记忆体13内所储存的该多个客户IP地址相比较;以及控制器16,电性连接于该比较器15及该派送事件产生器14,以于该订单IP地址与该多个客户IP地址的一者相符时,控制该派送事件产生器14产生该派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及与该订单IP地址相符的该客户IP地址所对应的建筑物相关资讯。
在本发明的实施例中,该建筑物相关资讯是选自由建筑物的地址和名称、以及在该建筑物内的组织的名称所组成的群组中的至少一者,其中,该组织为选自由私人公司、政府机关及非营利组织所组成的群 组中的至少一者。
在本发明的实施例中,该商品相关资讯是选自由商品的名称、代码、图案及影像所组成的群组中的至少一者。举例来说,该商品选项10和11分别对应于汉堡和三明治,而该商品选项10被点击,因此,该订单上记载该汉堡的名称、代码、图案及/或影像。
在本发明的实施例中,该网络17包含有线网络和无线网络,该网络产品则包含电脑及手机,该网页18显示于该电脑及手机上,而该订单IP地址则为该电脑及手机的IP地址。也就是说,消费者可使用电脑或手机,并点击其上所显示的该网页18上所显示的该商品选项10和11,以产生该订单,而该订单会经由有线网络或无线网络传送至该接收器12;另一方面,该比较器15则将该电脑及该手机的IP地址(即该订单IP地址)与该记忆体13内所储存的该多个客户IP地址相比较。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页18上、或该电脑及该手机上所显示的另一网页上有输入区域19,以要求消费者登录建筑物相关资讯,例如,消费者所使用的电脑或手机所在的建筑物的名称或地址、其所任职的组织的名称、或其所指定的地址,而该电脑及该手机便将该建筑物相关资讯经由该网络17传送至该团购装置1的该接收器12。相应地,该接收器12接收该建筑物相关资讯,并将该电脑及该手机的IP地址(即该客户IP地址)及该建筑物相关资讯经由该比较器15储存至该记忆体13内。在本发明的实施例中,该接收器12也可将该电脑及该手机的IP地址及该建筑物相关资讯直接储存至该记忆体13内,在这种情形下,该接收器12直接电性连接至该记忆体13。如此一来,消费只需输入一次建筑物相关资讯,即可于日后使用相同电脑或手机,点击该商品选项10及/或11,并进而购买该商品选项10和11所对应的商品。
在本发明的实施例中,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该商品相关资讯及与该订单IP地址相符的该客户IP地址所对应的建筑物相关资讯。如此一来,消费者不用输入地址,该派送清单上也会记载该消费者先前于登录时所输入的地址(或者建筑物的名称、或其所任职的组织的名称),而派送单位便可依据该派送清单,将该消费者所购买的商品派送至该地址。在本发明的另一实施例中,该派送 清单上还记载日期,其晚于该接收器12接收到该订单的日期至少一日。具体言之,为了节省派送成本,消费者所订购的商品会比其订购该商品(点击该商品选项10和11)的日期晚至少一日才派送至该消费者所指定的地址,也就是说,该团购装置1不会随点随送,而是会累积到一定数量的订单后,才一次性派送商品,特别是在该多个订单对应于同一建筑物相关资讯的情形下(例如,该多个订单是在同一栋大楼工作的不同消费者所发出的)。另一方面,商家才有充分的时间,采买该商品(例如,汉堡)的材料并制作该商品。
在本发明的实施例中,该记忆体13还储存有该客户IP地址所对应的客户名称(同样地,该客户名称也可在消费者初次登录该网页18时,连同该建筑物相关资讯一并输入),而该派送清单上还记载与该订单IP地址相符的该客户IP地址所对应的客户名称。如此一来,在许多消费者皆有相同的建筑物相关资讯的情形下,例如,他们在同一栋大楼、或同一家公司工作,派送单位仍能将商品派送至各个消费者手上。
在本发明的实施例中,该订单上只记载单一商品,也就是说,消费者一点击该商品选项10或11后,该接收器12即会接收到该订单;或者,该接收器12一天只接收该订单一次,以防止恶意消费者订购大量商品、而不付钱的情形发生。
请参阅图2,其为本发明的第二实施例的团购装置2的功能方块图。该团购装置2包含:网页产生器27,用来产生网页28,该网页28上有输入区域29,并且显示一个或多个商品选项(例如,商品选项20和21)及该多个商品选项20和21所对应的商品的派送时间98;接收器22,用来经由该网络17接收订单,该订单为于该网页28上所显示的该多个商品选项20和21的至少一者被选择、并且该输入区域29内有订单建筑物相关资讯输入后产生,该订单记载该商品选项20和21所对应的商品相关资讯、以及该订单建筑物相关资讯;比较器25,电性连接于该接收器22,用来将该接收器22于接收到该订单的订单时间与该派送时间98相比较;派送事件产生器24,用来产生派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及该订单建筑物相关资讯;以及控制器26,电性连接于该比较器25及该派送事件产生器24,用来于该 订单时间早于该派送时间98达预定时间长度时,控制该派送事件产生器24产生该派送事件。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页28上还显示订购截止时间99,该订购截止时间99等于该派送时间98减去该预定时间长度。因此,消费者仅有在该订购截止时间99前点击该商品选项20和21的至少一者,该派送事件产生器24才会产生该派送事件。
在本发明的实施例中,该团购装置2还包含记忆体23,电性连接于该比较器25,用来储存多个客户建筑物相关资讯;该比较器25还用来将该订单建筑物相关资讯与该记忆体23内所储存的该多个客户建筑物相关资讯相比较;而该控制器26为于该订单建筑物相关资讯与该多个客户建筑物相关资讯的一者相符时,才控制该派送事件产生器24产生该派送事件。在本发明的另一实施例中,储存于该记忆体23内的该客户建筑物相关资讯是刻意挑选的,例如,上班族人数众多的建筑物,也就是说,该团购装置2仅接收来自于上班族人数众多的建筑物的订单,如此一来,才能在相同时间派送大量商品至相同地址,以降低派送成本。
在本发明的实施例中,该多个客户建筑物相关资讯和该订单建筑物相关资讯为选自由建筑物的地址和名称、以及在该建筑物内的组织的名称所组成的群组中的至少一者。
请参阅图3,其为本发明的第三实施例的团购装置3的功能方块图。该团购装置3包含:网页产生器37,用来产生网页38、及多个商品选项(例如,商品选项30和31)的至少一者,该网页38上有输入区域39;记忆体33,储存有该多个商品选项30和31所对应的多个客户建筑物相关资讯;接收器32,用来经由该网络17接收输入于该网页38的该输入区域39内的订单建筑物相关资讯;比较器35,电性连接于该记忆体33及该接收器32,用来将该订单建筑物相关资讯与该多个客户建筑物相关资讯相比较;以及控制器36,电性连接于该比较器35及该网页产生器37,以于该订单建筑物相关资讯与该多个客户建筑物相关资讯的一者相符时,控制该网页产生器37产生该多个商品选项30和31中与该客户建筑物相关资讯相对应的商品选项。
在本发明的实施例中,该客户建筑物相关资讯和该订单建筑物相 关资讯为选自由建筑物的地址和名称、以及在该建筑物内的组织的名称所组成的群组中的至少一者。
举例来说,该商品选项30和31分别对应于汉堡和三明治,并且分别对应于A地址和B地址;如果输入于该网页38的该输入区域39内的订单建筑物相关资讯为A地址,则该控制器36会控制该网页产生器只产生该商品选项30,而不会产生该商品选项31。如此一来,位于不同建筑物或地址、或任职于不同公司的消费者在其电脑或手机上,就会看到不同的商品选项。
在本发明的实施例中,该团购装置3还包含派送事件产生器34,电性连接于该控制器36,用来产生派送事件,其中,该接收器32还用来经由该网络17接收订单,该订单为于该网页产生器37所产生的该至少一个商品选项被选择后产生,该订单记载该至少一个商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯,而该控制器36还于该接收器32接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器34产生该派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该至少一个商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯、及该订单建筑物相关资讯。
在本发明的实施例中,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该至少一个商品选项所对应的该商品相关资讯、及该订单建筑物相关资讯。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页产生器37所产生的该多个商品选项30和31可显示在该网页38上,也可显示在另一网页上。
请参阅图4,其为本发明的第四实施例的团购装置4的功能方块图。该团购装置4包含:网页产生器47,用来产生网页48及商品选项(例如,商品选项40和41),该网页48上显示建筑物相关集合89所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素86-88;接收器42,用来经由该网络17接收选择讯号,该选择讯号为于该部分元素86-88的一者被选择后产生;以及控制器46,电性连接于该网页产生器47及该接收器42,用来依据该控制讯号控制该网页产生器47产生该商品选项40和41。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页47上还显示该建筑物相关集合89。
在本发明的实施例中,该建筑物相关集合89为行政区,而该所有元素为该行政区中的所有街道。举例来说,该建筑物相关集合89为A 城市,而该所有元素为A城市的所有街道,例如,a街道、b街道、c街道及d街道。在本发明的另一实施例中,该建筑物相关集合89为街道,而该所有元素为该街道中的所有门牌号码。举例来说,该建筑物相关集合89为a街道,而该所有元素为a街道的所有门牌号码,例如1号至100号。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页产生器47仅会产生该建筑物相关集合89所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素86-88。举例来说,如果该建筑物相关集合89为A城市,而该所有元素为a街道、b街道、c街道及d街道,则该网页产生器47仅会产生a街道86、b街道87及d街道88。复举一例,如果该建筑物相关集合89为a街道,而该所有元素为1-100号,则该网页产生器47仅会产生3号86、18号87及72号88。本发明的该网页产生器47之所以仅产生该建筑物相关集合89所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素86-88,是因为只有该部分元素86-88(例如,a街道86、b街道87及d街道88、或者a街道的3号86、18号87及72号88)才有上班族人数众多的建筑物,而本发明就是刻意挑选这些建筑物作为派送商品的目的地。
在本发明的实施例中,该建筑物相关集合89为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有建筑物名称。在本发明的另一实施例中,该建筑物相关集合89为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有组织名称。举例来说,如果该建筑物相关集合89为a,而该所有元素为apple、maple、staple及honda,则该网页产生器47仅会产生apple 86、staple 87及honda 88。
在本发明的实施例中,该接收器42还用来经由该网络17接收订单,该订单为于该商品选项40和41的至少一者被选择后产生,该订单记载该商品选项40和41的该至少一者所对应的商品相关资讯;该团购装置4还包含派送事件产生器44,电性连接于该控制器46,用来产生派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及该部分元素86-88的该一者;以及该控制器46还用来于该接收器42接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器44产生该派送事件。
在本发明的实施例中,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该商品相关资讯及该部分元素86-88的该一者。在本发明的另 一实施例中,该派送清单上还记载该建筑物相关集合89。举例来说,该派送清单记载「汉堡」及「a街道3号」。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页产生器47所产生的该商品选项40和41可显示在该网页48上,也可显示在另一网页上。
请参阅图5,其为本发明的第五实施例的团购装置5的功能方块图。该团购装置5包含:网页产生器57,用来产生网页,该网页上显示商品选项50和51、及建筑物相关集合79所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素76-78;接收器52,用来经由该网络17接收选择讯号和订单,该选择讯号为于该部分元素76-78的一者被选择后产生,而该订单为于该选择讯号产生并且该商品选项50和51的至少一者被选择后产生,该订单记载该商品选项50和51的该至少一者所对应的商品相关资讯;派送事件产生器54,用来产生派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及该部分元素的该一者;以及控制器56,电性连接于该接收器52及该派送事件产生器52,用来于该接收器52接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器54产生该派送事件。
在本发明的实施例中,该建筑物相关集合为行政区,而该所有元素为该行政区中的所有街道。在本发明的另一实施例中,该建筑物相关集合为街道,而该所有元素为该街道中的所有门牌号码。在本发明的又一实施例中,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有建筑物名称。在本发明的再一实施例中,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有组织名称。
在本发明的实施例中,该网页58上还显示该建筑物相关集合79。
在本发明的实施例中,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该商品相关资讯及该部分元素76-78的该一者。在本发明的另一实施例中,该派送清单上还记载该建筑物相关集合79。
本发明虽以上述第一至第五实施例加以说明,然而,本发明也可整合第一至第五实施例中所描述的元件,只要这些元件在功能上不相互冲突即可。举例来说,第一至第三实施例所分别描述的「将客户IP地址与订单IP地址相比较」、「将派送时间与订单时间相比较」、以及「将订单建筑物相关资讯与客户建筑物相关资讯相比较、以控制网页产生器产生特定的商品选项」等机制,均可应用至第四和第五实施例 中。
虽然已结合具体实施例显示及描述本发明,但是对于本领域中的技术人员来说明将是明显的,在不脱离本发明所附的权利要求范围所限定的范畴及精神的情况下,能够做出修改及改变。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种团购装置,其特征为,该团购装置包含:
    网页产生器,用来产生网页、及多个商品选项的至少一者,该网页上有输入区域;
    记忆体,储存有该多个商品选项所对应的多个客户建筑物相关资讯;
    接收器,用来经由网络接收输入于该网页的该输入区域内的订单建筑物相关资讯;
    比较器,电性连接于该记忆体及该接收器,用来将该订单建筑物相关资讯与该多个客户建筑物相关资讯相比较;以及
    控制器,电性连接于该比较器及该网页产生器,以于该订单建筑物相关资讯与该多个客户建筑物相关资讯的一者相符时,控制该网页产生器产生该多个商品选项中与该客户建筑物相关资讯相对应的商品选项。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的团购装置,其特征为,该客户建筑物相关资讯和该订单建筑物相关资讯为选自由建筑物的地址和名称、以及在该建筑物内的组织的名称所组成的群组中的至少一者。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的团购装置,其特征为,该团购装置包含:
    派送事件产生器,电性连接于该控制器,用来产生派送事件,
    其中,该接收器还用来经由该网络接收订单,该订单是于该网页产生器所产生的该至少一个商品选项被选择后产生,该订单记载该至少一个商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯,而该控制器还于该接收器接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器产生该派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该至少一个商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯、及该订单建筑物相关资讯。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的团购装置,其特征为,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该至少一个商品选项所对应的该商品相 关资讯、及该订单建筑物相关资讯。
  5. 一种团购装置,其特征为,该团购装置包含:
    网页产生器,用来产生网页及商品选项,该网页上显示建筑物相关集合所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素;
    接收器,用来经由网络接收选择讯号,该选择讯号为于该部分元素的一者被选择后产生;以及
    控制器,电性连接于该网页产生器,用来依据该选择讯号控制该网页产生器产生该商品选项。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为行政区,而该所有元素为该行政区中的所有街道。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为街道,而该所有元素为该街道中的所有门牌号码。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有建筑物名称。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有组织名称。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该网页上还显示该建筑物相关集合。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的团购装置,其特征为,该接收器还用来经由该网络接收订单,该订单为于该商品选项被选择后产生,该订单记载该商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯,该团购装置还包含派送事件产生器,电性连接于该控制器,用来产生派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及该部分元素的该一者,其中,该控制器还用来于该接收器接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器产生该派送事件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的团购装置,其特征为,该派送事件为产生派送清单,该派送清单上记载该商品相关资讯及该部分元素的该一者。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的团购装置,其特征为,该派送清单上还记载该建筑物相关集合。
  14. 一种团购装置,其特征为,该团购装置包含:
    网页产生器,用来产生网页,该网页上显示商品选项、及建筑物相关集合所包含的所有元素中的一部分元素;
    接收器,用来经由网络接收选择讯号和订单,该选择讯号为于该部分元素的一者被选择后产生,而该订单为于该选择讯号产生并且该商品选项被选择后产生,该订单记载该商品选项所对应的商品相关资讯;
    派送事件产生器,用来产生派送事件,该派送事件为相关于该商品相关资讯及该部分元素的该一者;以及
    控制器,电性连接于该接收器及该派送事件产生器,用来于该接收器接收到该订单后,控制该派送事件产生器产生该派送事件。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为行政区,而该所有元素为该行政区中的所有街道。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为街道,而该所有元素为该街道中的所有门牌号码。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有建筑物名称。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的团购装置,其特征为,该建筑物相关集合为某个字,而该所有元素为包含该字的所有组织名称。
