本发明涉及注条机械,具体涉及一种基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机及其注条方法,属于电线电缆制造技术领域
背景技术
传统的电线或电缆外被均为单色,已经不能满足现在人们生产和生活的需要。为了提高线缆质量、便于识别并改善电线美观,已有厂商制造双色电线电缆,但是,其工序复杂,一般均需要经过两次注条成型,且外形单一,生产效率低,自动化程度低,生产成本高。
因此,开发一种采用一次性完成双色螺旋注条生产的设备及工艺,就变得较为迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,能够形成双色螺纹注条线的,并能够实现自动化控制的基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,及该注条机的注条方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其包括机架,在该机架上部设有注条机本体,下部设有电动机,机架左右两侧分别设有PLC控制箱和传动机构,所述电动机通过传动机构与所述注条机本体相连接;所述注条机本体包括铸铝发热筒,在铸铝发热筒左侧设有机芯调节丝杆,该机芯调节丝杆中部设有铜线入口,右侧依次连接有机头和机嘴,所述机嘴与传动机构相连接,铸铝发热筒后部设有机头法兰,该机头法兰中心设有胶料注入口,所述机头上部设有注条嘴,所述机头和机嘴之间通过一传动轴相连接,所述机嘴中部设有出线口;所述的铸铝发热筒上还设有一温度传感器,在所述PLC控制箱内设有PLC控制程序,通过获取该传感器实时监控并反馈的信息,实现自动化双 色注条。
所述铸铝发热筒前部设有发热筒电源插座,所述PLC控制箱通过发热筒电源调节插头,与发热筒电源插座插接,为铸铝发热筒供电;所述铸铝发热筒的温度传感器设置在其上部,该温度传感器与发热筒表面贴合、实时监控并反馈铸铝发热筒温度。
所述机嘴前部设有发热片,在该发热片上设有发热片电源插座,该发热片电源插座通过发热片电源调节插头,与所述PLC控制箱相连接;
所述机头内设有注条内眼模和注条外眼模,在注条内眼模与注条外眼模之间,设有胶料流动通道;所述注条内眼模呈锥形,且中部设有铜线输送通道所述注条外眼模包括上注条外眼模和下注条外眼模,其中,在上注条外眼模上,设有注条通道;所述注条内眼模一端与所述机芯调节丝杆相连接,且该连接端设有螺纹。
所述传动机构包括传动齿轮组和链条。
根据所述基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机的注条方法,其其包括以下步骤:
(1)开机,PLC控制程序初始化;
(2)PLC控制程序控制铸铝发热筒和发热片开始工作;
(3)设置铜线上料机,当温度达到预设的工作温度时,在PLC控制程序控制下,自动将铜线通过铜线入口,送入到铸铝发热筒中;
(4)铜线进入铸铝发热筒后,将胶料A从胶料注入口注入,同时,将胶料B从注条嘴注入;
(5)胶料A和胶料B进入注条机后,在预设的工作温度下,变成熔融状态,且胶料B附着于胶料A表面,形成双色胶料;
(6)在传动机构的传动下,带动所述外眼模转动,铜线在输送过程中,胶料成螺旋状附着于铜线周围,出外眼模后,胶料冷却固化,得到双色螺旋注条线。
所述步骤(1)还包括,PLC控制程序初始化,输入注条参数后,先自动检查各传感器是否正常工作,如果检测到有传感器不能正常工作,则发出警报,并在PLC控制箱上显示问题传感器位置;所述PLC控制程序温度控制方法为:
(11)当设备刚开始工作时,PLC控制箱通过发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出10A电流,使发热片和发热筒快速加热,当温度离预设的工作温度差5℃时,控制发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出7A电流,慢速加热,当达到预设的工作温度后,则输出5A电流进行保温;
(12)设备在达到预设的工作温度工作期间,若温度传感器感应到当前温度小于预设的工作温度1~5摄氏度时,调节输出电流至7A进行加热,若当前温度小于预设的工作温度5摄氏度以上时,调节输出电流值10A进行加热;
(13)若温度传感器感应到当前温度高于预设的工作温度1~5摄氏度时,调节输出电流至2A进行保温,若当前温度高于预设的工作温度5摄氏度以上时,停止加热,待冷却至预设的工作温度后,继续提供5A电流保温。
所述步骤(2)还包括,根据输入参数,自动调节机芯调节丝杆,对螺纹大小进行控制;步骤(3)及(5)中所述预设的工作温度为80~120℃。
所述步骤(6)具体包括:胶料A在注条内眼模中,在压力作用下,包覆于铜线外表面;同时,胶料B通过外眼模,附着于胶料A表面,并在外眼模转动下,在胶料A表面形成螺纹。
所述胶料A和胶料B为不同颜色的同种或异种胶料,且胶料流动通道的直径大于注条通道的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的注条机及工艺,通过PLC控制,可以实现双色螺旋注条一次成型,替代传统需要二次成型等多 道工序,才能得到螺旋双色注条线,大大提高生产效率;本发明通过设置控制箱和温度传感器,通过控制箱与传感器以及内置软件的配合,实现注条线的自动化生产,节约生产成本,提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
实施例:请参见图1和图2,本实施例提供的基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其包括机架1,在该机架1上部设有注条机本体,下部设有电动机2,机架1左右两侧分别设有控制箱3和传动机构4,所述电动机2通过传动机构4与所述注条机本体相连接;所述注条机本体包括铸铝发热筒5,在铸铝发热筒5左侧设有机芯调节丝杆6,该机芯调节丝杆6中部设有铜线入口7,右侧依次连接有机头8和机嘴9,所述机嘴9与传动机构4相连接,铸铝发热筒5后部设有机头法兰10,该机头法兰10中心设有胶料注入口,所述机头8上部设有注条嘴11,所述机头8和机嘴9之间通过一传动轴12相连接,所述机嘴9中部设有出线口13;所述的铸铝发热筒5上还设有一温度传 感器16,在所述PLC控制箱3内设有PLC控制程序,通过获取该温度传感器16实时监控并反馈的信息,实现自动化双色注条。
所述铸铝发热筒5前部设有发热筒电源插座14,所述控制箱3通过发热筒电源调节插头15,与发热筒电源插座14插接,为铸铝发热筒5供电;所述铸铝发热筒5的温度传感器16设置在其上部,该温度传感器16与铸铝发热筒5表面贴合、实时监控并反馈铸铝发热筒5温度。
所述机嘴9前部设有发热片17,在该发热片17上设有发热片电源插座18,该发热片电源插座18通过发热片电源调节插头19,与所述控制箱3相连接。
所述传动机构4包括传动齿轮组和链条。
所述机头8内设有注条内眼模20和注条外眼模,在注条内眼模20与注条外眼模之间,设有胶料流动通道22。
所述注条内眼模20呈锥形,且中部设有铜线输送通道23。
所述注条外眼模包括上注条外眼模21和下注条外眼模24,其中,在上注条外眼模上,设有注条通道25。
所述注条内眼模20一端与所述机芯调节丝杆6相连接,且该连接端设有螺纹。
根据所述基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机的注条方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)开机,PLC控制程序初始化;
(2)PLC控制程序控制铸铝发热筒5和发热片17开始工作;
(3)设置铜线上料机,当温度达到工作温度时,在PLC控制程序控制下,自动将铜线通过铜线入口7,送入到铸铝发热筒5中;
(4)铜线进入铸铝发热筒5后,将胶料A从胶料注入口注入,同时,将胶料B从注条嘴11注入;
(5)胶料A和胶料B进入注条机后,在工作温度下,变成熔融 状态,且胶料B附着于胶料A表面,形成双色胶料;
(6)在传动机构的传动下,带动所述外眼模转动,铜线在输送过程中,胶料成螺旋状附着于铜线周围,出外眼模后,胶料冷却固化,得到双色螺旋注条线。
所述步骤(1)还包括,PLC控制程序初始化,输入注条参数后,先自动检查各传感器是否正常工作,如果检测到有传感器不能正常工作,则发出警报,并在PLC控制箱上显示问题传感器位置;所述PLC控制程序温度控制方法为:
(11)当设备刚开始工作时,PLC控制箱通过发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出10A电流,使发热片和发热筒快速加热,当温度离预设的工作温度差5℃时,控制发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出7A电流,慢速加热,当达到预设的工作温度后,则输出5A电流进行保温;
(12)设备在达到预设的工作温度工作期间,若温度传感器感应到当前温度小于预设的工作温度1~5摄氏度时,调节输出电流至7A进行加热,若当前温度小于预设的工作温度5摄氏度以上时,调节输出电流值10A进行加热;
(13)若温度传感器感应到当前温度高于预设的工作温度1~5摄氏度时,调节输出电流至2A进行保温,若当前温度高于预设的工作温度5摄氏度以上时,停止加热,待冷却至预设的工作温度后,继续提供5A电流保温。
所述步骤(2)还包括,根据输入参数,自动调节机芯调节丝杆6,对螺纹大小进行控制。
步骤(3)所述工作温度为80~120℃。
所述胶料A和胶料B为不同颜色的同种或异种胶料,且胶料流动通道大于注条通道;胶料A和胶料B为异种胶料时,可以获得加强产品强度或者更为美观的立体花纹技术效果。
所述步骤(6)具体包括:胶料A在注条内眼模20中,在压力作用下,包覆于铜线外表面;同时,胶料B通过外眼模,附着于胶料A表面,并在外眼模转动下,在胶料A表面形成螺纹。
本发明提供的设备及工艺,设计巧妙,科学合理,易于产业化,自动化程度高,产品强度高、质量好,外观纹理清晰、美观、均匀。
但以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,并非用以局限本发明的专利范围,故凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变化,均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其特征在于,其包括机架,在该机架上部设有注条机本体,下部设有电动机,机架左右两侧分别设有PLC控制箱和传动机构,所述电动机通过传动机构与所述注条机本体相连接;所述注条机本体包括铸铝发热筒,在铸铝发热筒左侧设有机芯调节丝杆,该机芯调节丝杆中部设有铜线入口,右侧依次连接有机头和机嘴,所述机嘴与传动机构相连接,铸铝发热筒后部设有机头法兰,该机头法兰中心设有胶料注入口,所述机头上部设有注条嘴,所述机头和机嘴之间通过一传动轴相连接,所述机嘴中部设有出线口;所述的铸铝发热筒上还设有一温度传感器,在所述PLC控制箱内设有PLC控制程序,通过获取该温度传感器实时监控并反馈的信息,实现自动化双色注条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其特征在于,所述铸铝发热筒前部设有发热筒电源插座,所述PLC控制箱通过发热筒电源调节插头,与发热筒电源插座插接,为铸铝发热筒供电;所述铸铝发热筒的温度传感器设置在其上部,该温度传感器与铸铝发热筒表面贴合、实时监控并反馈铸铝发热筒温度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其特征在于,所述机嘴前部设有发热片,在该发热片上设有发热片电源插座,该发热片电源插座通过发热片电源调节插头,与所述PLC控制箱相连接;
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机,其特征在于,所述机头内设有注条内眼模和注条外眼模,在注条内眼模与注条外眼模之间,设有胶料流动通道;所述注条内眼模呈锥形,且中部设有铜线输送通道所述注条外眼模,其中,在上注条外眼模上,设有注条通道;所述注条内眼模一端与所述机芯调节丝杆相连接,且该连接端设有螺纹。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的双色螺旋注条机,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括传动齿轮组和链条。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5之一所述基于PLC控制的双色螺旋注条机的注条方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
    (1)开机,PLC控制程序初始化;
    (2)PLC控制程序控制铸铝发热筒和发热片开始工作;
    (3)设置铜线上料机,当温度达到预设的工作温度时,在PLC控制程序控制下,自动将铜线通过铜线入口,送入到机芯中;
    (4)铜线进入机芯后,将胶料A从胶料注入口注入,同时,将胶料B从注条嘴注入;
    (5)胶料A和胶料B进入注条机后,在预设的工作温度下,变成熔融状态,且胶料B附着于胶料A表面,形成双色胶料;
    (6)在传动机构的传动下,带动所述外眼模转动,铜线在输送过程中,注条胶料成螺旋状附着于铜线周围,出外眼模后,胶料冷却固化,得到双色螺旋注条线。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的注条方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)还包括,PLC控制程序初始化,输入注条参数后,先自动检查各传感器是否正常工作,如果检测到有传感器不能正常工作,则发出警报,并在PLC控制箱上显示问题传感器位置;所述PLC控制程序温度控制方法为:
    (11)当设备刚开始工作时,PLC控制箱通过发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出10A电流,使发热片和发热筒快速加热,当温度离预设的工作温度差5℃时,控制发热筒电源调节插头和发热片电源调节插头,输出7A电流,慢速加热,当达到预设的工作温度后,则输出5A电流进行保温;

  8. 根据权利要求6所述的注条方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)还包括,根据输入参数,自动调节机芯调节丝杆,对螺纹大小进行控制;步骤(3)及(5)中所述预设的工作温度为80~120℃。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的注条方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)具体包括:胶料A在注条内眼模中,在压力作用下,包覆于铜线外表面;同时,胶料B通过外眼模,附着于胶料A表面,并在外眼模转动下,在胶料A表面形成螺纹。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的注条方法,其特征在于,所述胶料A和胶料B为不同颜色的同种或异种胶料,且胶料流动通道的直径大于注条通道的直径。
