本发明属于食品开发领域,涉及一种金花捷报花饮品。
金花捷报是一种无毒植物,金花捷报做为植物中药材名,见诸1995年上海科学技术出版社出版的《中药大辞典》2075页4252、4254号辞目,学名是黄蜀葵[Abelmoschus manihot(Linn.)Medicus],在国家标准《中国植物分类与代码》GB/T14467-93的编码中的编码是6000010003。
《亚洲医药》二OO一第六期载文称:“金花捷报:许多神奇之处—提神、健脑、防衰老、调节人体内分泌,提高人体免疫力等功能。具体可靠的防衰老、美容、抗病、抗癌功能,可广泛地应用于医药保健品,高档化妆品,发品等原料”。“据对常年使用该植物的人群进行跟踪调查,经常食用者气色和润,普遍健康长寿,经现代科学方法分析,花中具有多种提高人体抵抗力的活性物质,近年来国内外一些专家学者把该花作为癌症病人的食品后,看到了令人神奇的功效,作为保健食品乃至癌症病人的食品,均具有非常明显的扶正固本之效。”《日中医校交流》1997年3期环球与食品专栏,称:“金花捷报是中国古代医方中一味中药,曾被中国唐代武则天皇帝封为花神,其神秘面纱由北京市玺同科技开发中心予以揭开。她的艳容及身价引起境内外医药资源、营养食品、生物开发等有关方面的深切关注。”“12年前,在中国人民解放军卫生部医药专家实验安克研究员和解放军总医院主治医师赵良驿先生指导参与下,数十名不同学科的专家横向联手组成专项研究课题组。历经12年的艰辛,终于揭开了花神所披戴的层层面纱。”
金花捷报花如上特异描述,展现了它的特异应用价值:
在现多文献中,有关用金花捷报做饮品的内容,都限在物料和载体的比例技术层面,而对实际操作,和实用价值及效率选择的内容,没见闻。涉及到本发明方案的,还没见有相关资讯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是基于保障金花捷花中的天然活性物质,能有效地混悬或溶于饮用的水、酒载体中,同时在生物成本控制和实际使用效果上保持最佳优势。
一种金花捷报花饮品,其特征是:选用金花捷报子房花蕾或金花捷报子房开放花做原食材或把原食材加工成原食材物料,浸没入饮料用水介质或酒类介质,进行搅拌性状的处置,控制温度98.9℃以下做过滤,制得水介质饮品或酒介质饮品。
做为饮品原食材的金花捷报子房花,简称子房花,其特征是:是以花的子房组织为中心的显花时所吐花蕾或开放花;该花子房保持完全,子房下部连有花柄基部组织及与基部组织有机成一体的花萼,子房上部有机地与雄花蕊相连,子房圆形基部有机地与整个花瓣相连;就是以花子房为要件,有机相连花蕊、花瓣、花萼、花柄基部组织的房花;花的雌蕊端座在花的子房中心,与熊宁宁为发明人的93110506.4专利及大量文献引用相关词目描述的性状迥然不同。
子房花的采摘制得是:采收花雌蕊没授粉受精的花蕾或雌蕊部分授粉受精的开放花或雌蕊授粉受精后发育不超过10小时的鲜花,按已知花的脱水技术制得。

本发明的原食材原料选择的要点,是花的雌蕊端座的子房中心,这样选料,保降了原生态天然活性因子,能有效地转移到介质中,使饮品保持其特异功能和舒适口感,发明产品中的生物成分是天然抗氧化物质,故产品中不添加什么添加剂之类物了。生产成本相当于可比产品的6%左右。
对于上述金花捷报的限定,基于在已知文献中,涉及金花捷报花时,大多强调指出,金花捷报花是指花冠部分,常识告诉我们,花冠者,花瓣也,自然不含其他生物组织在内。本发明对金花捷报花的限定,一是只有这样限定,才能保障花中原生态活性物质的稳定,二是基于常识,植物的性器官,往往是其功效特性的表达焦点,花的子房、花蕊恰恰是它的性器官,如只采用花冠而对子房、花蕊弃而不用,其效果不言
而喻,至于上述限定花柄基部和花萼,那完全是限定此才能保花的子房和花蕊不受损害,在其保持完整的状态下,才可达保障活性成分稳定。非此,一是在实际采收操作上无法想像其效率和可行性,更重要的是花的子房、花蕊肯定撕裂破损,氧化概率大增,要害活性成分损失率大增。
雌蕊端座在子房的中端座,不是形容词,更不是戏文唱词,“小姐我端坐在绣房以内”的端坐词义。座、端按汉语常识,在这里表达的是形状定位量化词。在常规花商品,花中药材中涉及的雌蕊状态,因授粉受精发育时间较长,呈不规则状态的非端座状,与本发明子房花不同,故这里以端座述之。采收雌蕊端座子房花的时,对于显花时的花蕾,其雄蕊、雌蕊、子房尽管发育完全,但没有授粉受精,因为此时中的雄蕊花粉还没从孔中弹出。对开放后的鲜花,以雄蕊花粉弹出时间为限,此后为雄蕊部分授粉受精、授粉受精发育不超过10小时的子房鲜花。因天气、季节、低于、种子、生长条件等不同雄蕊花粉从孔中弹出的具体时间,差异极大,确定的方法是,持高倍放大镜,待花开放时直接观察实情确定。采收符合条件的鲜花蕾式鲜花后,用已知技术脱水制得干品花。已知技术如王立为产权人的03105267.3专利文献所述的技术方案等。所有这些,熊宁宁为发明人的93110506.4专利及被广为引用的金花捷报花明文限定为是“花的花冠”网格上还有其商品图片,图片中突出是仅花冠而已。花冠花是什么呢,《现代汉语词典》538页(花冠)huagua花的组成部分之一由若干花瓣组成。《简明生物学词典》611页花冠(corolla)花瓣的总称。显而易见,那些限定花冠的流行金花捷报花,只是花的花瓣组织而不含其他,自然也不含子房、端座雌蕊等,也正因此才出现如背景技术最后几段中所述的事实。
实施例1:
采购来62度数的原浆酒30kg,放置带螺旋搅拌设施的反应釜中加温,待酒升温至98.8℃时,向反应釜中放入刚摘收离开植物母体的金花捷报子房花蕾混同金花捷报开放子房花的原食材原料18kg。启动反应搅拌装置,作业58分钟后停止。备好120目丝网的相对密封筒式过滤装置,对反应釜内的半成品混悬液进行过滤二次,第一次不加压,利用流体垂直反差滤出大部分酒介质金花捷报子房花溶液,第二次用机械方式加压,压力在1.8kg/cm2上下,滤出其余溶液,二者混合后,制得的酒介质金花捷报子房花饮品40kg,余料8kg待另行处置利用。
实施例2:
东关果汁加工厂备有闲置的胡萝卜汁生产设备,有成熟技术的熟练技术人员,接受委托加工。取来20kg干品金花捷报子房花蕾混合金花捷报开放子房花原材料,用碾式粉碎机粉碎成2cm×3cm片状的碎片,交东关果汁厂接受委托加工,要求对方需掌握的几个数据:水介质600kg,加温至98.8℃后,浸入花物料搅拌58分钟,过滤加压2.8kg/cm2,其他各工艺操作及设备运用,如消毒、灌装、过滤、加压等,均按生产胡萝卜汁的一套。由此制得金花捷报子房花水介质饮品590kg,差数为损耗,因生产批量小,故损耗比例偏高。

- 一种金花捷报花饮品,其特征是:选用金花捷报子房花蕾或金花捷报子房开放花做原食材或把原食材加工成原食材物料,浸没入饮料用水介质或酒类介质,进行搅拌性状的处置,控制温度98.9℃以下做过滤,制得水介质饮品或酒介质饮品。
