本申请基于申请号为201410832183.3、申请日为2014年12月27日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种来电回复方法、装置、终端及服务器。
背景技术
在日常工作生活中,我们经常会在会议或休息等场景下接到他人来电。若之前已经设置了免打扰模式,则可选择将该来电置之不理;若之前未设置免打扰模式,则出于来电会影响到会议进展或用户自身休息等原因,通常情况下用户会选择手动挂断来电。这对用户和来电方来说均是一个糟糕的体验。此时,若可提供一种对来电进行回复的方法,则不但可防止用户错过重要事宜,还可提升来电方的体验。
参见图1,相关技术中用户在接到来电后,在来电界面中会显示一个“信息”选项;若当前用户不方便接听来电,则可点击该选项,拒绝来电,并以手动方式编辑短消息,向来电号码回复短消息,从而提醒来电方当前不方便接听来电。
在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现相关技术至少存在以下问题:
在很多场景下,不方便接听来电的同时也可能不方便手动编辑并回复短消息,所以该种来电回复方式操作复杂、不够智能、简易性差。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种来电回复方法、装置、终端及服务器。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种来电回复方法,所述方法包括:
在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,所述黄页服务器用于确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述来电方名称;
检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;
当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;
根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;
将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
可选地,所述向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码之前,所述方法还包括:
如果所述本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码,则根据所述本地通讯录中的指定联系人信息表项,确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;

比如,对于归属于服务行业的快递公司来说,黄页服务器中可存储有该公司旗下每一位快递人员的姓名和联系电话等联系信息。当该公司旗下的某一位快递人员向用户致电时,该用户通过黄页服务器便可立即获知当前陌生来电是谁发起的。也便于终端在检测到用户的来电回复操作后,根据黄页服务器返回的来电方名称确定来电号码的分组类型,从而向来电号码自动发送对应的回复内容。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电回复方法的流程图,如图2所示,该来电回复方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤201中,在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送来电号码,黄页服务器用于确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称。
在步骤202中,接收黄页服务器返回的来电方名称。
在步骤203中,检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;如果用户触发了来电回复操作, 则执行下述步骤204;如果用户未触发来电回复操作,则处理流程至此结束。
在步骤204中,当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
在步骤205中,根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码。
在步骤206中,将指定回复内容发送给来电号码。

在步骤301中,接收终端发送的来电号码。
在步骤302中,根据号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,确定来电号码对应的来电方名称。
在步骤303中,将来电方名称发送至终端,终端用于当用户触发了来电回复操作时, 根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型;根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;将指定回复内容发送给来电号码。

从多个终端中获取联系信息;根据获取到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将对应关系进行存储。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电回复方法的流程图,交互主体为终端和黄页服务器。如图4所示,该来电回复方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤401中,在来电呼叫过程中,终端查询本地通讯录是否存储与来电号码一致的号码;如果本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码,则执行下述步骤402;如果本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码,则执行下述步骤405。
在本公开实施例中,在来电呼叫时为了便于用户知晓是何人发起呼叫,终端会查询来电号码对应的来电方名称,以便将来电方名称随同来电号码一并显示在终端界面上。在查询来电号码对应的来电方名称时,终端会优先在本地通讯录中进行查找。其中,终端查询本地通讯录是否存储与来电号码一致的号码时,可采取下述方式实现:
读取本地通讯录;将来电号码与本地通讯录中记载的所有号码逐一进行比对;当本地通讯录中记载的号码全部与来电号码不匹配时,确定本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码;当本地通讯录中记载的某一号码与来电号码的逐个数字位均相同时,确定本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码。
当然,除采取上述查询方式外,还可采取其他查询方式,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤402中,如果本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码,则向黄页服务器发送来电号码。
在本公开实施例中,由于本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码,则为了使得用户获知来电方相关信息,还需将来电号码通过黄页应用发送至黄页服务器。此外,终端在检测到用户的黄页应用登录状态后,方可实现自动将来电号码发送至黄页服务器。因此,还需事先提示用户通过指定账号登陆黄页应用。
其中,在终端向黄页服务器发送来电号码时,为了确保数据传输的安全性,可将来电号码进行加密后,再采取无线发送方式发送至黄页服务器。其中,在对来电号码进行加密时,可采取AES(Advanced Encryption Standard,高级加密标准)、DES(Data Encryption Standard,数据加密标准)等加密方式,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤403中,黄页服务器在接收到终端发送的来电号码后,根据号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,确定来电号码对应的来电方名称。
在本公开实施例中,黄页服务器在接收到终端发送的数据后,若数据处于加密状态,则需先采取与上述步骤402中加密算法互逆的解密算法进行解密,得到来电号码。
其中,黄页服务器中存储了海量的联系信息,涉及各行各业。通常海量的存储信息可通过下述两种方式进行获取:
第一种方式、接收多个终端发送的联系信息,该联系信息中至少包括号码信息和号码名称;根据接收到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将对应关系进行存储。
针对第一种方式,对于各类企业和商家来说,为了扩大其产品影响力或提升知名度,通常愿意自动将其联系信息上传至黄页服务器。进而,黄页服务器对接收到的联系信息进行处理,生成对应表项,并将该对应表项插入到当前的对应关系表中。
第二种方式、从多个终端中获取联系信息;根据获取到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将对应关系进行存储。
针对第二种方式,比如用户在接到了一个骚扰电话后,黄页应用可提醒用户对该骚扰号码进行标记。在用户进行标记后,黄页服务器通过黄页应用从终端获取用户标记的骚扰号码。管理人员还可通过各种渠道主动获取各类企业和商家的联系信息。
需要说明的是,该联系信息中除了包括号码信息和号码名称外,还可包括地址信息、图片信息等,本公开实施例对联系信息包括的内容不进行具体限定。黄页服务器在存储上述联系信息时,可采取下表1所示的表项形式进行存储,便于进行查询。

黄页服务器在根据号码信息与号码名称的对应关系确定来电号码对应的来电方名称 时,在上述表1所示的表项中进行遍历查找或搜索查找等方式,即可快速获知来电号码对应的来电方名称。
在步骤404中,黄页服务器将来电号码对应的来电方名称返回给终端。
在本公开实施例中,黄页服务器在向终端返回来电方名称时,基于安全问题的考量,可选择将来电方名称进行加密后再发送。当然,也可直接将来电方名称返回至终端,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤405中,如果本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码,则终端根据本地通讯录中的指定联系人信息表项,确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称。
在本公开实施例中,指定联系人信息表项为来电号码所属的信息表项。由于本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码,则通过本地通讯录便可确定来电号码对应的来电方名称。本地通讯录中每一个号码所属的信息表项中均包括了号码名称,因此根据联系人信息表项可快速确定来电方名称。其中,联系人信息表项中除了包括必须的号码信息和号码名称外,还可包括联系人图片、联系人住址、联系人邮箱等其他信息,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
在步骤406中,终端检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;如果用户触发了来电回复操作,则执行下述步骤407;如果用户未触发来电回复操作,则处理流程至此结束。
在本公开实施例中,当来电呼叫时,终端会在终端界面上显示如图5中(a)图所示的来电呼叫页面。其中,该页面中至少需显示来电号码、来电方名称、“拒绝接听”虚拟按键、“接听”虚拟按键、“智能回复”虚拟按键和“过后提醒”虚拟按键。当“智能回复”虚拟按键被点击后,终端即可确定用户触发了来电回复操作,执行下述步骤407至步骤409。
在步骤407中,当用户触发了来电回复操作时,终端根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
在本公开实施例中,分组类型至少包括服务类号码、联系人号码和骚扰类号码。其中,服务类号码可指代快递公司号码、酒店号码、银行号码、出租车号码、运营商号码、家政服务号码等各种服务类企业或个人的号码。联系人号码指代本地通讯录中联系人的号码,包括家人、朋友、同学、同事、生意伙伴等联系人的号码。骚扰类号码指代归属于广告推销、电信诈骗、各类非法中介等号码。
此外,在终端在根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型之前,本公开实施例提供的方法还包括设置每一个分组类型对应的多个分组关键字的步骤。比如,针对服务类号码而言,其对应的分组关键字可包括酒店、快递、银行、出租车、便利店、快餐店、各类商家名称等。针对联系人号码而言,其对应的分组关键字可包括妈妈、爸爸、姑姑、叔叔、舅舅、各个姓氏、本地通讯录中联系人姓名等。针对联系人号码而言,其对应的分组关键字可包括推销、广告、中介、诈骗等。
其中,终端在根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型时,可采取下述方式实现:
将来电方名称进行分词处理,得到至少一个分词;确定至少一个分词中是否包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字;如果至少一个分词中包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字,则将任一个分组类型确定为来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
参见图5中(a)图,以来电为138****9893、来电方名称为“顺丰快递王师傅”为例,则终端在进行分词处理时,会将“顺丰快递王师傅”切分为“顺丰快递”和“王师傅”两个词。而“顺丰快递”这一词汇归属于上述提及到的服务类分组类型,则将服务类号码确定为该来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
需要说明的是,若在该步骤中判断出来电号码归属于骚扰号码,则无需执行下述步骤408和步骤409对来电号码进行自动回复,直接选择将该来电挂断即可。
在步骤408中,终端根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容。
在本公开实施例中,终端在根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容之前,还包括设置并存储每一个分组类型对应的回复内容。其中,每一个分组类型可对应一类回复内容。也即,针对每一个分组类型所包括的子项目,可对回复内容进行再一步地细分。比如,针对服务类号码来说,其包括快递公司号码、酒店号码、银行号码、出租车号码、运营商号码、家政服务号码等等,上述每一类号码均可对应如下表2所示的不同回复内容。

其中,终端在根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容时,可采取下述方式实现:
当指定分组类型为服务类号码时,根据指定分组类型,在诸如上述表2所示的分组类型与回复内容的对应关系中进行查找,确定服务类号码对应的第一类指定回复内容;当指定分组类型为联系人号码时,根据指定分组类型,在诸如上述表2所示的分组类型与回复内容的对应关系中进行查找,确定联系人号码对应的第二类指定回复内容。
比如,当终端判断当前来点是快递人员的来电时,在检测到用户点击了图图5中(a)图所示的“智能回复”虚拟按键后,拒绝接听并根据来电类型自动回复上表2中所示的诸如 “您好!暂时不方便接听电话,请将包裹放置在代收点即可”的指定回复内容。
在步骤409中,终端将指定回复内容发送给来电号码。
在本公开实施例中,终端在将回复内容发送给来电号码后,在来电号码对应的终端界面上会显示诸如图5中(b)图所示的回复内容。以提示来电方当前用户正在忙,可根据回复内容进行酌情处理。比如,对于快递人员王师傅来说,可将用户的快递放置在用户回复内容中提及到的代收点。这样,不但可提升来电方的体验度,还可避免用户错过重要事宜。
本公开实施例提供的方法,在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,终端向黄页服务器发送来电号码,由黄页服务器确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称;之后,若终端检测到用户触发了来电回复操作,则根据得到的来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型,进而根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,并自动将指定回复内容发送给来电号码,由于终端可通过黄页服务器识别陌生来电,并根据不同的识别结果自动向来电号码返回不同的回复内容,因此该种来电回复方式操作简便,较为智能,简易性较优;在用户不方便接听来电时,可帮助来电方获得尽可能详尽的提示,同时给用户提供了更加优质的服务,用户体验度良好。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电回复装置的框图。参照图6,该装置包括来电号码发送模块601、来电方名称接收模块602、来电回复检测模块603、分组类型确定模块604、回复内容确定模块605、回复内容发送模块606。

图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于对来电进行回复的终端1200的框图。例如,终端1200可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图12,终端1200可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1202,存储器1204,电源组件1206,多媒体组件1208,音频组件1210,I/O(Input/Output,输入/输出)的接口1212,传感器组件1214,以及通信组件1216。
处理组件1202通常控制终端1200的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1202可以包括一个或多个处理器1220来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1202可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1202和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1202可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1208和处理组件1202之间的交互。
存储器1204被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在终端1200的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在终端1200上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1204可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如SRAM(Static Random Access Memory,静态随机存取存储器),EEPROM(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦除可编程只读存储器),EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,可擦除可编程只读存储器),PROM(Programmable Read-Only Memory,可编程只读存储器),ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1206为终端1200的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1206可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为终端1200生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1208包括在所述终端1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)和TP(Touch Panel,触摸面板)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1208包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当终端1200处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个MIC(Microphone,麦克风),当终端1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别 模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1212为处理组件1202和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1214包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端1200提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1214可以检测到设备1200的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为终端1200的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1214还可以检测终端1200或终端1200一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端1200接触的存在或不存在,终端1200方位或加速/减速和终端1200的温度变化。传感器组件1214可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1214还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor,互补金属氧化物)或CCD(Charge-coupled Device,电荷耦合元件)图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1214还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1216被配置为便于终端1200和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端1200可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1216经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1216还包括NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)技术,IrDA(Infra-red Data Association,红外数据协会)技术,UWB(Ultra Wideband,超宽带)技术,BT(Bluetooth,蓝牙)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,终端1200可以被一个或多个ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,应用专用集成电路)、DSP(Digital signal Processor,数字信号处理器)、DSPD(Digital signal Processor Device,数字信号处理设备)、PLD(Programmable Logic Device,可编程逻辑器件)、FPGA)(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1204,上述指令可由终端1200的处理器1220执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,光盘只读存储器)、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由移动终端的处理器执行时,使得移动终端能够执行一种来电回复方法,所述方法包括:
在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送来电号码,黄页服务器用于确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称;
接收黄页服务器返回的来电方名称;
检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;
当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型;
根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;
将指定回复内容发送给来电号码。
可选地,向黄页服务器发送来电号码之前,方法还包括:
如果本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码,则根据本地通讯录中的指定联系人信息表项,确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称;
其中,指定联系人信息表项为来电号码所属的信息表项。
可选地,根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型之前,该方法还包括:
设置每一个分组类型对应的多个分组关键字;
根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型,包括:
将来电方名称进行分词处理,得到至少一个分词;
确定至少一个分词中是否包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字;
如果至少一个分词中包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字,则将任一个分组类型确定为来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
可选地,根据来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型之后,该方法还包括:
当根据来电方名称确定来电号码为骚扰号码时,将当前来电挂断。
本公开实施例提供的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,终端向黄页服务器发送来电号码,由黄页服务器确定与来电号码对应的来电方名称;之后,若终端检测到用户触发了来电回复操作,则根据得到的来电方名称,确定来电号码对应的指定分组类型,进而根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系确定与指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,并自动将指定回复内容发送给来电号码,由于终端可通过黄页服务器识别陌生来电,并根据不同的识别结果自动向来电号码返回不同的回复内容,因此该种来电回复方式操作简便,较为智能,简易性较优。
图13是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于来电回复的服务器1300的框图。例如,服务器1300可以被提供为一服务器。参照图13,服务器1300包括处理组件1322,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1332所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1322的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1332中存储的应用程序可以包括一个 或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1322被配置为执行指令,以执行上述来电回复方法中黄页服务器所执行的方法。
服务器1300还可以包括一个电源组件1326被配置为执行服务器1300的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1350被配置为将服务器1300连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1358。服务器1300可以操作基于存储在存储器1332的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种来电回复方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,所述黄页服务器用于确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
    接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述来电方名称;
    检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;
    当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;
    根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;
    将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码之前,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码,则根据所述本地通讯录中的指定联系人信息表项,确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
    其中,所述指定联系人信息表项为所述来电号码所属的信息表项。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型之前,所述方法还包括:
    设置每一个分组类型对应的多个分组关键字;
    所述根据来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型,包括:
    将所述来电方名称进行分词处理,得到至少一个分词;
    确定所述至少一个分词中是否包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字;
    如果所述至少一个分词中包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字,则将所述任一个分组类型确定为所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型之后,所述方法还包括:
    当根据所述来电方名称确定所述来电号码为骚扰号码时,将当前来电挂断。
  5. 一种来电回复方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的来电号码;
    根据号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,确定所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
    将所述来电方名称发送至所述终端,所述终端用于当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根 据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端发送的来电号码之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收多个终端发送的联系信息,所述联系信息中至少包括号码信息、号码名称;根据接收到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将所述对应关系进行存储;或,
    从所述多个终端中获取所述联系信息;根据获取到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将所述对应关系进行存储。
  7. 一种来电回复装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    来电号码发送模块,用于在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,所述黄页服务器用于确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
    来电方名称接收模块,用于接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述来电方名称;
    来电回复检测模块,用于检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;
    分组类型确定模块,用于当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;
    回复内容确定模块,用于根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;
    回复内容发送模块,用于将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    来电方名称确定模块,用于当所述本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码时,根据所述本地通讯录中的指定联系人信息表项,确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;其中,所述指定联系人信息表项为所述来电号码所属的信息表项。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    分组关键字设置模块,用于设置每一个分组类型对应的多个分组关键字;
    所述分组类型确定模块,用于将所述来电方名称进行分词处理,得到至少一个分词;确定所述至少一个分词中是否包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字;当所述至少一个分词中包含任一个分组类型对应的分组关键字时,将所述任一个分组类型确定为所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    来电挂断模块,用于当根据所述来电方名称确定所述来电号码为骚扰号码时,将当前来电挂断。
  11. 一种来电回复装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    来电号码接收模块,用于接收终端发送的来电号码;
    来电方名称确定模块,用于根据号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,确定所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;
    来电方名称发送模块,用于将所述来电方名称发送至所述终端,所述终端用于当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    联系信息接收模块,用于接收多个终端发送的联系信息,所述联系信息中至少包括号码信息、号码名称;根据接收到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将所述对应关系进行存储;或,从所述多个终端中获取所述联系信息;根据获取到的联系信息,生成号码信息与号码名称的对应关系,将所述对应关系进行存储。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:在来电呼叫过程中,当本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码时,向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,所述黄页服务器用于确定与所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述来电方名称;检测用户是否触发了来电回复操作;当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
  14. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:接收终端发送的来电号码;根据号码信息与号码名称的 对应关系,确定所述来电号码对应的来电方名称;将所述来电方名称发送至所述终端,所述终端用于当用户触发了来电回复操作时,根据所述来电方名称,确定所述来电号码对应的指定分组类型;根据分组类型与回复内容的对应关系,确定与所述指定分组类型相匹配的指定回复内容,所述分组类型至少包括服务类号码和联系人号码;将所述指定回复内容发送给所述来电号码。
