Description

信息处理方法、装置、服务器、终端及存储介质
本申请要求在2018年10月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811211143.1、发明名称为“信息处理方法、装置、服务器、终端及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及网络通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、服务器、终端及存储介质。
背景技术
在互联网社交领域,聊天是用户与用户之间最重要的互动方式之一。无论是在电脑端还是移动终端,如何能够让聊天双方开启聊天及如何能让聊天双方顺畅的聊下去,一直是互联网社交领域的一个难题。
相关技术中,使用表情、“戳一下”、“打招呼”等方式可以降低聊天双方用户之间的话题开启门槛,但是,发明人发现这些方式只能解决聊天开启中的某一环或某几环,并不能解决整个聊天环节的所有问题。例如表情、“戳一下”、“打招呼”只能解决聊天双方迈出第一步的问题,并不能解决迈出第一步后进一步深入了解的问题,导致聊天双方不能持续的进行聊天。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本申请提供一种信息处理方法、装置、服务器、终端及存储介质。
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种信息处理方法,包括:
在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景;
基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题;
基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,所述问题选项用于供所述第二终端选择并返回给所述第一终端。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,提供一种信息处理方法,包括:
接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,其中,所述问题和对应的问题选项为根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题确定的,所述聊天话题是根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天 场景确定的;
在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。
根据本申请实施例的第三方面,提供一种信息处理装置,包括:
聊天场景获取模块,被配置为在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景;

图1是根据一申请实施例示出的一种信息处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,信息处理方法用于服务器中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤S11中,在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景。
其中,聊天会话可以是两个人的会话,也可以是群聊会话。第一终端和第二终端为聊天会话的双方,第一终端可以是即将发送聊天信息给对方的终端,第二终端可以是即将接收第一终端发送的聊天信息的终端,第二终端可以是一个用户使用的一个终端,也可以是群聊会话中的多个用户所使用的多个终端。聊天场景可以是第一终端与第二终端的聊天次数,可以按照是否是第一次聊天区分不同的场景,当然,还可以是其他的聊天场景,如第一终端或第二终端所在的位置确定的聊天场景等。
在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话后,可以根据预设的确定聊天场景的属性,获取可以确定双方聊天场景的属性信息,根据获取到的属性信息确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景。例如,待确定的聊天场景是双方是否为第一次聊天时,可以获取双方的聊天记录,根据聊天记录确定双方是否为第一次聊天,即没有双方的聊天记录时确定聊天场景为双方第一次聊天,有双方的聊天记录时确定聊天场景为双方非第一次聊天。
在步骤S12中,基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
其中,聊天话题中可以包括多个问题及对应每个问题的问题选项。
可以预先建立聊天场景与聊天话题的对应关系,在获取到第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景后,查询预先建立的对应关系,确定与获取到的聊天场景对应的聊天话题,为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
在步骤S13中,基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,所述问题选项用于供所述第二终端选择并返回给所述第一终端。
可以从所述聊天话题中随机选择一个问题及对应的问题选项,作为第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给第一终端,在第一终端上显示,同时发送给第二终端,并显示在第二终端上,供使用第二终端的用户选择对应的问题选项,并将第二终端的用户选择的问题选项返回给第一终端,从而可以使得第一终端与第二终端持续的进行聊天。
本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,通过在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景,基于聊天场景确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,基于聊天话题确定第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给第二终端,所述问题选项 用于供第二终端选择并返回给第一终端,从而使得第一终端和第二终端可以进行持续的聊天,减少双方的心理压力,不只可以应用在初次聊天中,提高了通用性,提升了用户体验。
在一些实施方式中,所述基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,可选包括:
如果所述聊天场景为双方第一次聊天,则确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的聊天话题为预设开启话题;
如果所述聊天场景为并非双方第一次聊天,则根据所述第二终端或者所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
其中,预设开启话题可以是针对第一次聊天的用户预先设置的聊天话题,可以使得聊天双方在彼此陌生的情况下轻松找到聊天话题,使得双方快速了解对方。用户特征信息可以是用户的行为信息(如历史使用行为)、位置信息、性格信息、年龄信息和性别信息等中的至少一种信息。
根据聊天场景为是否双方第一次聊天,来给出不同的聊天话题。当聊天场景为双方第一次聊天时,可以确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题为预设开启话题,通过预设开启问题的引导,让双方在轻松愉快的氛围下快速熟悉起来,可以使得聊天双方快速了解对方,而且可以避免聊天受邀方的心理压力,从而进行持续的聊天。当聊天场景为并非双方第一次聊天时,为了吸引第二终端的用户,可以根据第二终端的用户特征信息确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,还可以根据第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,从而可以帮助聊天双方轻松找到聊天话题,便于进行持续的聊天。
在一些实施方式中,所述根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,可选包括:
根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的共同关注领域;
匹配与所述共同关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
其中,话题可以是预先保存在问题库中的话题,也可以是第一终端提前编写并保存的话题,还可以是问题库中的话题与所有用户终端编写的话题的集合。共同关注领域可以是共同关注的话题的类别。
获取第一终端的用户特征信息以及第二终端的用户特征信息,匹配第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定第一终端与第二终端的共同关注领域,进而匹配与共同关注领域相关的话题,作为第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,确定的聊天话题为双方的共同关注领域的话题,从而增加了聊天双方的聊天兴趣,便于双方进行持续的聊天。例如,通过匹配第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定第一终端与第二终端的共同关注领域为钓鱼,则可以匹配与钓鱼相关的话题作为第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
在一些实施方式中,所述根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,可选包括:
根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第二终端的关注领域;
匹配与所述关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
其中,话题可以是预先保存在问题库中的话题,也可以是第一终端提前编写并保存的话题,还可以是问题库中的话题与所有用户终端编写的话题的集合。关注领域可以是关注的话题的类别。
可以只获取第二终端的用户特征信息,基于第二终端的用户特征信息,确定第二终端的关注领域,匹配与该关注领域相关的话题,作为第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,从而能够吸引第二终端的注意,使得双方可以进行持续顺畅的聊天。例如,第二终端的位置为杭州,可以确定第二终端的关注领域为杭州、杭州旅游或杭州美食等,从而匹配与杭州、杭州旅游或杭州美食相关的话题,作为第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
在一些实施方式中,所述基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,可选包括:
在接收到所述第一终端的话题开启请求时,从所述聊天话题中随机选择一个开启问题及对应的问题选项,分别作为所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端;或者
基于接收到的第二终端发送来的问题及对应的问题选项,获取第一终端从接收到的问题选项中选择的问题,并匹配对应的问题选项,将所述第一终端选择的问题及匹配的问题选项发送给所述第二终端。
在接收到话题开启请求时,可以确定发起话题开启请求的终端为第一终端。从聊天话题中随机选择一个开启问题,并获取对应的问题选项,选择的开启问题及对应的问题选项作为第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,将第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项发送给第一终端,在第一终端的显示页面上以发出的聊天信息的形式显示第一终端的问题,并在问题显示的对应位置显示对应的问题选项,可以使得第一终端了解到该问题对应的问题选项,同时将第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项发送给第二终端,在第二终端的显示页面上以接收的聊天信息的形式显示第一终端的问题,并在问题显示的对应位置显示对应的问题选项,从而第二终端的用户可以根据问题选择自己喜欢的问题选项并发送给第一终端,当然,第二终端也可以不从问题选项中选择而是可以自己编写聊天信息。提供问题选项可以作为第二终端在不知道如何回复的时候的一种参考,便于开启并进行持续的聊天。
在第一终端接收到第二终端发送来的问题及对应的问题选项时,第一终端可以从接收到的问题选项中选择问题,在第一终端的显示页面上以发出的聊天信息的形式显示该问题,并通过网络传输给服务器,服务器对第一终端选择的问题匹配对应的问题选项,将第一终 端选择的问题及匹配的问题选项作为第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,将问题选项发送给第一终端,在第一终端的显示页面的问题显示的对应位置显示对应的问题选项,同时将第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项发送给第二终端,在第二终端的显示页面上以接收的聊天信息的形式显示第一终端的问题,并在问题显示的对应位置显示对应的问题选项,从而第二终端的用户可以根据问题选择自己喜欢的问题选项并发送给第一终端,当然,第二终端也可以不从问题选项中选择而是可以自己编写聊天信息。通过每次发送聊天问题时附带对应的问题选项,可以给用户提供一种回复参考,便于双方进行持续的聊天,提升用户体验。
在一些实施方式中,信息处理方法还可选包括:
在所述第一终端或者第二终端作为聊天发起方发起聊天会话时,获取所述聊天发起方的来源信息,并发送给对方。
在所述聊天会话为第一终端和第二终端第一次聊天时,第一终端和第二终端均可以作为聊天发起方,在聊天发起方向对方发起一个聊天会话(如聊天发起方向对方打招呼可以建立一个聊天会话)时,获取聊天发起方的来源信息,并发送给对方,从而在对方的显示页面上显示聊天发起方的来源信息,使得对方可以直观了解到聊天发起方的来源,从而可以降低对方即聊天接受方在面对陌生人时的不安全感,便于快速进入聊天,而且可以避免对方再去查找该聊天发起方的来源造成的不便。
图2是根据一申请实施例示出的一种信息处理方法的流程图,如图2所示,信息处理方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤S21中,接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,其中,所述问题和对应的问题选项为根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题确定的,所述聊天话题是根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景确定的。
其中,执行该信息处理方法的终端包括第一终端或第二终端,本申请实施例以执行该信息处理方法的终端为第一终端为例进行说明。所述第一终端可以是聊天会话中所述问题的发起方,也可以是所述问题的接收方。第一终端和第二终端为聊天会话的双方。聊天会话可以是两个人的会话,也可以是群聊会话。第二终端可以是即将接收第一终端发送的聊天信息的用户,第二终端可以是一个用户使用的一个终端,也可以是群聊会话中的多个用户所使用的多个终端。聊天场景可以是第一终端与第二终端的聊天次数,可以按照是否是第一次聊天区分不同的场景,当然,还可以是其他的聊天场景,如第一终端或第二终端所在的位置确定的聊天场景等。
首先由服务器根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景确定第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,根据聊天话题确定第一终端或第二终端的问题及对应的问题选项,在确定第一终端或第二终端的问题及对应的问题选项后发送给第一终端和第二终端。具体问题及对应的问 题选项的确定方式详见上述申请实施例,这里不再赘述。需要注意的是,第一终端和第二终端在本申请实施例和上述申请实施例中所指代的对象可能相同也可能不同。
在步骤S22中,在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。
其中,聊天信息的形式可以是聊天信息的发起形式,也可以是聊天信息的接收形式,具体的形式可以根据第一终端的身份确定。
在第一终端的身份为问题的发起方时,在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的发起形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。在第一终端的身份为问题的接收方时,在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的接收形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项,第一终端可以选择一个问题选项,从而终端获取到第一终端选择的问题选项并返回给所述第二终端。
本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,通过接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项,问题选项可以供问题的接收方选择并返回给对方,从而使得第一终端和第二终端可以进行持续的聊天,减少双方的心理压力,不只可以应用在初次聊天中,提高了通用性,提升了用户体验。
在一些实施方式中,信息处理方法还可选包括:
接收服务器发送来的聊天发起方的来源信息,并显示所述来源信息。

在第一终端为聊天受邀方时,还可能会接收到服务器提供的聊天发起方的来源信息,这时在聊天会话的页面显示聊天发起方的来源信息,聊天发起方的来源信息可以显示在聊天发起方发起的打招呼信息的下面,也可以显示在聊天发起方发起的打招呼信息的上面,从而第一终端可以快速直观了解到聊天发起方的来源,避免了第一终端去查看聊天发起方的详情信息,降低了第一终端面对陌生人的不安全感。例如,聊天发起方是在发现页中找到了第一终端,并向第一终端发送了聊天信息时,那么在第一终端的聊天页面中显示:“对方在发现页遇到你并向你发起聊天”。通过这样的方式第一终端可以快速知道对方是哪里来的,对对方有初步的判断。
在一些实施方式中,在所述接收服务器发送来的问题及对应的问题选项之前,还可选包括:
在检测到话题开启按钮的触发操作时,发送话题开启请求给服务器。
在该实施方式中,第一终端可以为聊天发起方,也可以为聊天受邀方。
在聊天会话的页面可以设置话题开启按钮,在检测到第一终端中的话题开启按钮的触发操作时,发送话题开启请求给服务器,从而服务器可以确定聊天双方的聊天话题,并确 定第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项。通过设置话题开启按钮可以由用户选择是否启动该功能,增强与用户的交互。
下面以一个具体的实例来对本申请实施例的技术方案进行说明。本实例以甲和乙双方进行聊天为例,甲向乙发起聊天会话,即甲为聊天发起方,乙为聊天受邀方,服务器获取到甲的来源信息后,发送给乙,在乙的聊天会话页面显示甲的来源信息,如图3所示,如显示“甲通过发现页找到你”。在甲和乙的聊天会话页面均设置话题开启按钮,如图4a和图4b所示,图4a为甲的聊天会话页面的话题开启按钮的示意图,图4b为乙的聊天会话页面的话题开启按钮的示意图,话题开启按钮1可以位于消息输入框2的右侧,甲和乙均可以通过点击话题开启按钮的方式向对方发起提问。假设甲点击了话题开启按钮,则发送话题开启请求给服务器,服务器通过话题匹配,得到甲的问题及对应的问题选项,发送给甲和乙,如图5a和图5b所示,图5a是甲的聊天会话页面显示甲的问题及问题选项的示意图,问题以发出形式显示,图5b是乙的聊天会话页面显示甲的问题及问题选项的示意图,问题以接收形式显示。乙可以在问题选项中选择一个选项并发送给乙。通过自动匹配话题,为第一终端开启话题,并通过话题中与问题对应的问题选项为第二终端提供解答方式,从而可以保证双方持续的聊天,提升用户体验。
图6是根据一申请实施例示出的一种信息处理装置的结构框图。参照图6,该装置包括聊天场景获取模块61,聊天话题确定模块62和第一发送模块63。
该聊天场景获取模块61被配置为在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景;
该聊天话题确定模块62被配置为基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题;
该第一发送模块63被配置为基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,所述问题选项用于供所述第二终端选择并返回给所述第一终端。
可选的,所述聊天话题确定模块包括:
第一聊天话题确定单元,被配置为如果所述聊天场景为双方第一次聊天,则确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的聊天话题为预设开启话题;
第二聊天话题确定单元,被配置为如果所述聊天场景为并非双方第一次聊天,则根据所述第二终端或者所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
可选的,所述第二聊天话题确定单元包括:
共同关注领域确定子单元,被配置为根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的共同关注领域;
第一话题匹配子单元,被配置为匹配与所述共同关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
可选的,所述第二聊天话题确定单元包括:
关注领域确定子单元,被配置为根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第二终端的关注领域;
第二话题匹配子单元,被配置为匹配与所述关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
可选的,所述第一发送模块包括:
第一发送单元,被配置为在接收到所述第一终端的话题开启请求时,从所述聊天话题中随机选择一个开启问题及对应的问题选项,分别作为所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端;或者
第二发送单元,被配置为基于接收到的第二终端发送来的问题及对应的问题选项,获取第一终端从接收到的问题选项中选择的问题,并匹配对应的问题选项,将所述第一终端选择的问题及匹配的问题选项发送给所述第二终端。
可选的,所述的装置还包括:
第二发送模块,被配置为在所述第一终端或者第二终端作为聊天发起方发起聊天会话时,获取所述聊天发起方的来源信息,并发送给对方。
关于上述申请实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图7是根据一申请实施例示出的一种信息处理装置的结构框图。参照图7,该装置包括第一接收模块71和显示模块72。
该第一接收模块71被配置为接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,其中,所述问题和对应的问题选项为根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题确定的,所述聊天话题是根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景确定的;
该显示模块72被配置为在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。
可选的,所述的装置还包括:
第二接收模块,被配置为接收服务器发送来的聊天发起方的来源信息,并显示所述来源信息。
可选的,所述的装置还包括:
发送模块,被配置为在检测到话题开启按钮的触发操作时,发送话题开启请求给服务器。
关于上述申请实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法 的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图8是根据一申请实施例示出的一种服务器的结构框图。参照图8,服务器800包括处理组件822,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器832所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件822执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器832中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件822被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法。
服务器800还可以包括一个电源组件826被配置为执行服务器800的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口850被配置为将服务器800连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口858。服务器800可以操作基于存储在存储器832的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
图9是根据一申请实施例示出的一种终端的结构框图。例如,终端900可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图9,终端900可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件902,存储器904,电源组件906,多媒体组件908,音频组件910,输入/输出(I/O)的接口912,传感器组件914,以及通信组件916。
处理组件902通常控制终端900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件902可以包括一个或多个处理器920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件902可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件908和处理组件902之间的交互。
存储器904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在终端900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在终端900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器904可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件906为终端900的各种组件提供电力。电源组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为终端900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在所述终端900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动 作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当终端900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当终端900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件914可以检测到终端900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为终端900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件914还可以检测终端900或终端900一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端900接触的存在或不存在,终端900方位或加速/减速和终端900的温度变化。传感器组件914可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于终端900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,运营商网络(如2G、3G、4G或5G),或它们的组合。在一个申请实施例中,通信组件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个申请实施例中,所述通信组件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在申请实施例中,终端900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行如图1或图2所示的操作。
在申请实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由终端900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法,或者包括指令的存储器832,该指令可由服务器800的处理组件822执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、 软盘和光数据存储设备等。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机程序,该计算机程序包括如图1或图2所示的操作步骤。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里公开的发明后,将容易想到本申请的其它实施方案。本申请旨在涵盖本申请的任何变型、用途或者适应性变化,这些变型、用途或者适应性变化遵循本申请的一般性原理并包括本公开未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本申请的真正范围和精神由下面的权利要求指出。
应当理解的是,本申请并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本申请的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景;
    基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题;
    基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,所述问题选项用于供所述第二终端选择并返回给所述第一终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,包括:
    如果所述聊天场景为双方第一次聊天,则确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的聊天话题为预设开启话题;
    如果所述聊天场景为并非双方第一次聊天,则根据所述第二终端或者所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,包括:
    根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的共同关注领域;
    匹配与所述共同关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题,包括:
    根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第二终端的关注领域;
    匹配与所述关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,包括:
    在接收到所述第一终端的话题开启请求时,从所述聊天话题中随机选择一个开启问题及对应的问题选项,分别作为所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端;或者
    基于接收到的第二终端发送来的问题及对应的问题选项,获取第一终端从接收到的问题选项中选择的问题,并匹配对应的问题选项,将所述第一终端选择的问题及匹配的问题选项发送给所述第二终端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    在所述第一终端或者第二终端作为聊天发起方发起聊天会话时,获取所述聊天发起方的来源信息,并发送给对方。
  7. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,其中,所述问题和对应的问题选项为根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题确定的,所述聊天话题是根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景确定的;
    在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
    接收服务器发送来的聊天发起方的来源信息,并显示所述来源信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,在所述接收服务器发送来的问题及对应的问题选项之前,还包括:
    在检测到话题开启按钮的触发操作时,发送话题开启请求给服务器。
  10. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    聊天场景获取模块,被配置为在建立第一终端与第二终端的聊天会话时,获取第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景;
    聊天话题确定模块,被配置为基于所述聊天场景,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题;
    第一发送模块,被配置为基于所述聊天话题,确定所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端,所述问题选项用于供所述第二终端选择并返回给所述第一终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,所述聊天话题确定模块包括:
    第一聊天话题确定单元,被配置为如果所述聊天场景为双方第一次聊天,则确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的聊天话题为预设开启话题;
    第二聊天话题确定单元,被配置为如果所述聊天场景为并非双方第一次聊天,则根据所述第二终端或者所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,所述第二聊天话题确定单元包括:
    共同关注领域确定子单元,被配置为根据所述第一终端与第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的共同关注领域;
    第一话题匹配子单元,被配置为匹配与所述共同关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,所述第二聊天话题确定单元包括:
    关注领域确定子单元,被配置为根据所述第二终端的用户特征信息,确定所述第二终端的关注领域;
    第二话题匹配子单元,被配置为匹配与所述关注领域相关的话题,作为所述第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,所述第一发送模块包括:
    第一发送单元,被配置为在接收到所述第一终端的话题开启请求时,从所述聊天话题中随机选择一个开启问题及对应的问题选项,分别作为所述第一终端的问题及对应的问题选项,并发送给所述第一终端和所述第二终端;或者
    第二发送单元,被配置为基于接收到的第二终端发送来的问题及对应的问题选项,获取第一终端从接收到的问题选项中选择的问题,并匹配对应的问题选项,将所述第一终端选择的问题及匹配的问题选项发送给所述第二终端。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,所述的装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,被配置为在所述第一终端或者第二终端作为聊天发起方发起聊天会话时,获取所述聊天发起方的来源信息,并发送给对方。
  16. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,被配置为接收服务器提供的问题及对应的问题选项,其中,所述问题和对应的问题选项为根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天话题确定的,所述聊天话题是根据第一终端与第二终端的聊天场景确定的;
    显示模块,被配置为在聊天会话页面将所述问题以聊天信息的形式显示,并在对应的位置显示所述问题选项。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,所述的装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,被配置为接收服务器发送来的聊天发起方的来源信息,并显示所述来源信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,所述的装置还包括:
    发送模块,被配置为在检测到话题开启按钮的触发操作时,发送话题开启请求给服务器。
  19. 一种服务器,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行如权利要求1-6任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  20. 一种终端,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行如权利要求7-9任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  21. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由终端的处理器执 行时,使得终端能够执行一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括如权利要求1-6中任一项或者权利要求7-9中任一项所述的步骤。
