如图1所示,图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种云名片的发送方法,该云名片的发送方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤101中,判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片;
在步骤102中,当用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,向云服务端发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述云服务端将已存储的所述用户的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。
在本实施例中,终端可以是用户的移动终端;例如,该移动终端可以是用户的智能手机。云服务端,可以是面向该移动终端提供云服务的服务器、服务器集群或者云平台。云名片,是用户创建并存储于云服务端的电子名片,可以包括用户的姓名、联系方式、公司以及邮箱地址等基础个人资料,还可以包括用户设置的多媒体名片信息;例如,该多媒体名片信息可以包括用户在设置界面中设置的高清头像,语音自我介绍以及视频自我介绍等等。
其中,用户在设置云名片时,可以通过在移动终端上启用云名片的功能来实现;例如,可以在移动终端上设置一个云名片的功能选项,移动终端的用户可以通过选择该功能选项,来启用云名片的功能。
当启用了云名片的功能后,用户可以在移动终端面向用户提供的云名片设置界面,来设置个人的云名片信息。当用户在该云名片设置界面中将云名片信息设置完成后,此时移动终端可以从该云名片设置界面中获取用户设置的云名片信息,并将用户设置完成的云名片信息可以由用户的移动终端上传到云服务端。
云服务端在收到该用户的移动终端上传的云名片信息后,可以将接收到的云名片信息在本地存储,并保存所述云名片信息与所述用户的对应关系,以方便后续查找。
例如,云服务端在建立该云名片信息与对应的用户之间的对应关系时,云服务端可以在本地为该云名片信息分配一个唯一标识,比如云名片ID,然后将分配的云名片ID发送到该用户的移动终端进行保存。同时,云服务端还可以在本地保存分配的云名片ID与本地保存的该用户的云名片信息之间的对应关系。
在本实施例中,当用户在云名片设置界面中设置的云名片信息成功上传到云服务端后,此时该用户作为主叫方在向其它联系人发起呼叫时,可以选择将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中,使得该呼叫的接收方在接收到该用户发起的呼叫时,可以将该用户的云名片在来电界面显示。
在实现时,可以在呼叫界面中设置一个在发起的呼叫中携带云名片的设置选项,用户作为主叫方在发起呼叫时,可以通过在呼叫界面中选择该设置选项,来选择将云名片携带在该呼叫中。与此同时,移动终端可以在系统后台实时的接收用户在操作该呼叫界面时触发输入的操作指令,如果接收到的为用户针对该呼叫界面中该设置选项的选择指令时,移动终端可以确定用户选择了该设置选项,此时在向其它联系人发起呼叫时,可以将该用户的云名片携带在该呼叫中。例如,对于触屏移动终端,用户可以通过对该设置选项进行触 摸操作,来触发向移动终端后台发送一个选择指令,当移动终端在后台监听到该用户针对该设置选项的触摸事件,并接收到用户通过对该设置选项进行触摸操作触发的选择指令时,移动终端可以确定用户选择了该设置选项。
其中,上述呼叫界面可以是移动终端的拨号界面,也可以是移动终端的本地通讯录中的联系人界面。
例如,在一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方在向陌生人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接通过拨号界面拨打该陌生人的电话号码,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是拨号界面中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,当用户在发起呼叫时,可以直接在拨号界面中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在另一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接在本地通讯录中进行操作来向该联系人发起呼叫,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是本地通讯录中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,用户可以直接在本地通讯录中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中;比如,对于触屏移动终端,用户在向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,可以通过针对该联系人进行长按操作来触发系统输出上述“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,然后该用户可以针对该设置选项进行触摸操作,来选择该设置选项将个人云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在本实施例中,当该用户作为主叫方在移动终端上发起呼叫时,由于该用户设置的云名片信息已上传到云服务端,此时移动终端可以向云服务发送一个用于指示云服务端将已存储的该主叫方用户的云名片信息推送给该呼叫的接收方的指示消息,在该指示消息中可以携带云服务为该主叫方用户的云名片信息分配的云名片ID。
当云服务端收到该指示消息后,可以根据该云名片ID查询已经保存的云名片ID与云名片信息之间的对应关系,查找出与该云名片ID对应的主叫方的云名片信息,然后将查找的主叫方的云名片信息推送给该主叫方发起的呼叫的接收方。当该呼叫的接收方的移动终端收到云服务端推送的云名片信息后,可以将接收到的云名片信息在来电界面显示。同时,该呼叫的接收方还可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该来电显示界面中显示的云名片信息保存到本地通讯录。
通过这种方式,在接收到陌生人发起的呼叫的场景中,呼叫的接收方在接收到陌生人的来电时,通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的该陌生人的云名片信息就可以获取到该陌生人的个人资料,从而可以对陌生人进行充分识别。
在接收到本地通讯录中的联系人发起的呼叫的场景中,由于联系人设置的云名片信息中,除了用户的基础个人资料外,还可以包括由联系人设置的多媒体云名片信息,因此呼叫的接收方通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的该联系人设置的云名片信息,就可以获取到由该联系人设置的最新的高清头像等多媒体云名片信息,因此可以增强用户的通话体验。
以上描述的是移动终端的本地用户作为主叫方发起呼叫的过程,当该本地用户作为接收方接收到远端联系人发起的呼叫时,仍然可以按照以上描述的实施过程将由云服务端推 送的该远端联系人的云名片信息显示到来电显示界面中。
在本实施例中,远端联系人也可以在移动终端上设置个人的云名片信息,然后将设置完成的云名片信息上传到云服务端。当该远端联系人作为主叫方向本地用户发起呼叫时,也可以选择将个人的云名片信息携带在发起的呼叫中,并通过向云服务端发送指示消息,指示云服务端将其本地保存的该远端联系人的云名片信息推送给本地用户。
当本地用户的移动终端收到远端联系人的呼叫时,可以将接收到的由云服务端推送的该远端联系人的云名片信息显示在来电界面中。对于来电界面中显示的云名片信息,本地用户可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中。
例如,对于触屏移动终端,用户可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行长按操作,来触发向移动终端后台发送一个将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中的保存指令,当移动终端在后台监听到该用户针对该设置选项的长按事件,并接收到用户通过对该设置选项进行长按操作触发的保存指令时,移动终端可以将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中。
在以上实施例中,通过判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片,并在用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,通告云服务端将已存储的该用户的云名片信息推送给本次呼叫的接收方,接收方在接收到云服务端推送的该用户的云名片信息时,可以将该云名片信息在来电界面显示,实现了呼叫的接收方通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的云名片信息就可以获取到该呼叫的主叫方的个人资料,增强了用户的通话体验。

其中,上述呼叫界面可以是移动终端的拨号界面,也可以是移动终端的本地通讯录中的联系人界面。
例如,在一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方在向陌生人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接通过拨号界面拨打该陌生人的电话号码,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是拨号界面中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,当用户在发起呼叫时,可以直接在拨号界面中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在另一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接在本地通讯录中进行操作来向该联系人发起呼叫,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是本地通讯录中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,用户可以直接在本地通讯录中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中;比如,对于触屏移动终端,用户在向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,可以通过针对该联系人进行长按操作来触发系统输出上述“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,然后该用户可以针对该设置选项进行触摸操作,来选择该设置选项将个人云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在本实施例中,当该用户作为主叫方在移动终端上发起呼叫时,由于该用户设置的云名片信息已上传到云服务端,此时移动终端可以向云服务发送一个用于指示云服务端将已存储的该主叫方用户的云名片信息推送给该呼叫的接收方的指示消息,在该指示消息中可以携带云服务为该主叫方用户的云名片信息分配的云名片ID。
当云服务端收到该指示消息后,可以根据该云名片ID查询已经保存的云名片ID与云名片信息之间的对应关系,查找出与该云名片ID对应的主叫方的云名片信息,然后将查找的主叫方的云名片信息推送给该主叫方发起的呼叫的接收方。当该呼叫的接收方的移动终端收到云服务端推送的云名片信息后,可以将接收到的云名片信息在来电界面显示。同时,该呼叫的接收方还可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该来电显示界面中显示的云名片信息保存到本地通讯录。
通过这种方式,在接收到陌生人发起的呼叫的场景中,呼叫的接收方在接收到陌生人的来电时,通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的该陌生人的云名片信息就可以获取到该陌生人的个人资料,从而可以对陌生人进行充分识别。

在本实施例中,远端联系人也可以在移动终端上设置个人的云名片信息,然后将设置完成的云名片信息上传到云服务端。当该远端联系人作为主叫方向本地用户发起呼叫时,也可以选择将个人的云名片信息携带在发起的呼叫中,并通过向云服务端发送指示消息,指示云服务端将其本地保存的该远端联系人的云名片信息推送给本地用户。
当本地用户的移动终端收到远端联系人的呼叫时,可以将接收到的由云服务端推送的该远端联系人的云名片信息显示在来电界面中。对于来电界面中显示的云名片信息,本地用户可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中。

其中,上述呼叫界面可以是移动终端的拨号界面,也可以是移动终端的本地通讯录中的联系人界面。
例如,在一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方在向陌生人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接通过拨号界面拨打该陌生人的电话号码,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是拨号界面中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,当用户在发起呼叫时,可以直接在拨号界面中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在另一种场景中,当该用户作为主叫方向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,通常可以直接在本地通讯录中进行操作来向该联系人发起呼叫,对于这种场景,此时该设置选项可以是本地通讯录中预设的一个“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,用户可以直接在本地通讯录中选择该设置选项来将个人的云名片携带在发起的呼叫中;比如,对于触屏移动终端,用户在向本地通讯录中的联系人发起呼叫时,可以通过针对该联系人进行长按操作来触发系统输出上述“拨打并携带个人云名片”的设置选项,然后该用户可以针对该设置选项进行触摸操作,来选择该设置选项将个人云名片携带在发起的呼叫中。
在本实施例中,当该用户作为主叫方在移动终端上发起呼叫时,由于该用户设置的云名片信息已上传到云服务端,此时移动终端可以向云服务发送一个用于指示云服务端将已存储的该用户的云名片信息推送给该呼叫的接收方的指示消息,在该指示消息中可以携带云服务为该主叫方用户的云名片信息分配的云名片ID。
当云服务端收到该指示消息后,可以根据该云名片ID查询已经保存的云名片ID与云名片信息之间的对应关系,查找出与该云名片ID对应的主叫方的云名片信息,然后将查找的主叫方的云名片信息推送给该主叫方发起的呼叫的接收方。当该呼叫的接收方的移动终端收到云服务端推送的云名片信息后,可以将接收到的云名片信息在来电界面显示。同时,该呼叫的接收方还可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该来电显示界面中显示的云名片信息保存到本地通讯录。
通过这种方式,在接收到陌生人发起的呼叫的场景中,呼叫的接收方在接收到陌生人的来电时,通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的该陌生人的云名片信息就可以获取到该陌生人的个人资料,从而可以对陌生人进行充分识别。
在接收到本地通讯录中的联系人发起的呼叫的场景中,由于联系人设置的云名片信息 中,除了用户的基础个人资料外,还可以包括由联系人设置的多媒体云名片信息,因此呼叫的接收方通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的该联系人设置的云名片信息,就可以获取到由该联系人设置的最新的高清头像等多媒体云名片信息,因此可以增强用户的通话体验。
以上描述的是移动终端的本地用户作为主叫方发起呼叫的过程,当该本地用户作为接受方接收到远端联系人发起的呼叫时,仍然可以按照以上描述的实施过程将由云服务端推送的该远端联系人的云名片信息显示到来电显示界面中。
在本实施例中,远端联系人也可以在移动终端上设置个人的云名片信息,然后将设置完成的云名片信息上传到云服务端。当该远端联系人作为主叫方向本地用户发起呼叫时,也可以选择将个人的云名片信息携带在发起的呼叫中,并通过向云服务端发送指示消息,指示云服务端将其本地保存的该远端联系人的云名片信息推送给本地用户。
当本地用户的移动终端收到远端联系人的呼叫时,可以将接收到的由云服务端推送的该远端联系人云名片信息显示在来电界面中。对于来电界面中显示的云名片信息,本地用户可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行操作,选择将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中。
例如,对于触屏移动终端,用户可以通过对该来电界面中显示的云名片信息进行长按操作,来触发向移动终端后台发送一个将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中的保存指令,当移动终端在后台监听到该用户针对该设置选项的长按事件,并接收到用户通过对该设置选项进行长按操作触发的保存指令时,移动终端可以将该云名片信息保存到本地通讯录中。
在以上实施例中,通过判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片,并在用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,通告云服务端将已存储的该用户的云名片信息推送给本次呼叫的接收方,接收方在接收到云服务端推送的该用户的云名片信息时,可以将该云名片信息在来电界面显示,实现了呼叫的接收方通过查看在来电显示界面中显示的云名片信息就可以获取到该呼叫的主叫方的个人资料,增强了用户的通话体验。
与前述云名片的发送方法实施例相对应,本公开还提供了一种装置的实施例。

参照图11,装置1100可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1101,存储器1102,电源组件1103,多媒体组件1104,音频组件1105,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1106,传感器组件1107,以及通信组件1108。
处理组件1101通常控制装置1100的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1101可以包括一个或多个处理器1109来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1101可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1101和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1101可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1104和处理组件1101之间的交互。

电源组件1103为装置1100的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1103可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1100生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1104包括在所述装置1100和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1104包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1100处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1105被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1105包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1100处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1102或经由通信组件1108发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1105还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

  1. 一种云名片的发送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片;
    当用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,向云服务端发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述云服务端将已存储的所述用户的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户在预设的云名片设置界面设置的云名片信息;
    将获取到的所述云名片信息上传到所述云服务端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片包括:
    接收用户针对呼叫界面输入的操作指令;其中,所述呼叫界面中包括用于在发起的呼叫中携带云名片的设置选项;
    当接收到用户针对所述呼叫界面中所述设置选项的选择指令时,确定用户在发起的呼叫中携带云名片。

    当接收到呼叫来电时,接收所述云服务端推送的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息;
    将接收到的所述云名片信息在来电界面显示。

    接收用户针对来电界面输入的操作指令;

  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端在发起呼叫时发送的指示消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端上传的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息;
    将接收到的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息在本地进行存储,并保存所述云名片信息与所述呼叫的主叫方的对应关系。
  8. 一种云名片的发送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    判断模块,用于判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片;
    发送模块,用于在用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,向云服务端发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述云服务端将已存储的所述用户的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。

    显示模块,用于将接收到的所述云名片信息在来电界面显示。

    第二接收模块,用于接收用户针对来电界面输入的操作指令;

  13. 一种云名片的发送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收终端在发起呼叫时发送的指示消息;所述指示消息用于指示云服务端将已存储的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方;
    推送模块,用于根据所述指示消息将已存储的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第四接收模块,用于在接收终端在发起呼叫时发送的指示消息之前,接收所述终端上传的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息;

  15. 一种云名片的发送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    判断用户是否选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片;
    当用户选择在发起的呼叫中携带云名片时,向云服务端发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述云服务端将已存储的所述用户的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。
  16. 一种云名片的发送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收终端在发起呼叫时发送的指示消息;所述指示消息用于指示云服务端将已存储的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方;
    根据所述指示消息将已存储的所述呼叫的主叫方的云名片信息推送给所述呼叫的接收方,以在所述呼叫的接收方的来电界面显示所述云名片信息。
