获取图像的方法、装置及系统
本申请基于申请号为201610113450.0、申请日为2016年02月29日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端技术领域,特别涉及一种获取图像的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着终端技术的不断发展,智能终端设备涌现而出,智能终端越来越多的应用于人们的日常生活和工作中,使人们的生活变得越来越便捷。目前,大部分智能终端设备都能够支持照片拍摄功能,图像的存储和显示功能等。用户通常会将平时拍摄的照片存储在电子相册(如,智能终端设备的本地相册或者云相册)中。在相关技术中,如果用户想分享朋友或家人电子相册中的一些照片,需要朋友或家人通过智能终端设备手动从电子相册中挑选出待分享照片,然后将挑选出的待分享照片分享给该用户。因此,上述分享照片的方式效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种获取图像的方法、装置及系统。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种获取图像的方法,包括:
检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,所述目标获取请求指示获取目标图像;
响应于检测到所述目标获取请求,在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测所述目标图像;
响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第一终端输出获取响应信息,所述获取响应信息指示所述第二终端中存在所述目标图像。
可选的,所述在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测所述目标图像,包括:
获取所述目标图像的识别信息;
遍历所述第二终端对应的目标相册中的图像,获取所述目标图像。
可选的,所述识别信息包括以下任意一项或多项:人脸特征信息及动物皮毛特征信息。
可选的,所述目标相册包括以下任意一项或多项:所述第二终端的本地相册以及所述第二终端对应的云相册。

本发明的上述实施例提供的一种获取图像的方法,通过在检测到针对第一终端的目标获取请求时,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像,并控制第一终端输出指示第二终端中存在目标图像的获取响应信息。从而在与好友分享照片时,无需手动从相册中挑选照片,减小了时间的浪费,提高了终端的使用效率。

如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、网络103和服务器104。网络103用于在终端设备101、102和服务器104之间提供通信链路的介质。网络103可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备101、102可以通过网络103与服务器104交互,以接收或发送请求或信息等。终端设备101、102可以是各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机以及台式电脑等等。服务器104可以是提供各种服务的服务器。服务器可以对接收到的数据进行存储、分析等处理,也可以向终端设备发送控制命令等。服务器可以响应于用户的服务请求而提供服务。可以理解,一个服务器可以提供一种或多种服务,同一种服务也可以由多个服务器来提供。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
基于图1示出的系统架构,本发明实施例中,终端设备101或终端设备102可以通过网络103向服务器104发送目标获取请求,该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像,服务 器104响应于该目标获取请求,在除终端设备101或终端设备102以外的终端设备对应的相册中检测目标图像。若检测到目标图像,服务器104可以通过网络103向终端设备101或终端设备102返回控制命令,以控制终端设备101或终端设备102输出获取响应信息,该获取响应信息指示存在目标图像的终端设备。下面将结合具体的实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
如图2所示,图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种获取图像的方法的流程图,该方法可以应用于终端中,也可以应用于服务器中。在本实施例中,为了便于理解,结合能够支持照片拍摄功能,图像的存储和显示功能的终端设备来举例说明。本领域技术人员可以理解,该终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如智能手机的移动终端设备、智能穿戴式设备、平板电脑、个人数字助理、膝上型便携计算机以及台式电脑等等。该方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像。
在步骤202中,响应于检测到上述目标获取请求,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像。
在本实施例中,目标图像为第一终端想要获取的,可能包含某种特征(如,某个人的人脸特征,或者动物的皮毛特征等等)的图像。目标获取请求为指示获取目标图像的请求,该请求中可以包含目标图像的识别信息或者判别条件,可以根据目标图像的识别信息或者判别条件从相应的相册中查找出目标图像。
例如,用户甲想要获取包含用户乙影像的图像,则包含用户乙影像的图像即为目标图像,可以通过用户甲的终端(第一终端)发送目标获取请求,请求中可以包含用户乙影像的识别信息或判别条件。
在本实施例中,第一终端代表请求获取目标图像的终端,第二终端代表对应的相册中图像被检测的终端,第二终端可以为除第一终端以外的任意终端,也可以为第一终端中的任意联系人关联的终端,还可以是其它所属范围的终端,可以理解,本发明对第二终端的具体所属范围方面不限定。对于某一个具体的终端设备来说,在不同的目标图像获取过程中,即可以作为第一终端,也可以作为第二终端。当该终端设备作为请求获取目标图像的终端时,可以为第一终端,当该终端设备作为被检测的终端时,可以为第二终端。
例如,当用户使用终端A请求获取目标图像时,终端A可以作为第一终端,当用户使用其它终端请求获取目标图像时,要对终端A对应的相册中的图像进行检测,以查找其中是否存在目标图像,此时终端A可以作为第二终端。
在本实施例中,当检测到目标获取请求后,在第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像。其中,目标相册可以包括以下任一项或多项:第二终端的本地相册以及第二终端对应的云相册。第二终端的本地相册可以是第二终端中存储图像的任意相册,也可以是 第二终端中允许其它终端或服务器访问的共享相册等,本发明对此方面不限定。第二终端对应的云相册可以是第二终端中正在登录的某个客户端的账号对应的云相册,也可以是第二终端中正在登录的多个客户端的账号对应的多个云相册。
首先,获取目标图像的识别信息,然后,遍历第二终端对应的目标相册中的图像,获取目标图像。其中,上述识别信息可以包括以下一项或多项:人脸特征信息及动物皮毛特征信息。如,可以通过对用户预先设置的参考图像(如,自拍照,或者包含某人影像的照片,或者包含宠物影像的照片等)进行图像识别,从而获取目标图像的识别信息。然后,查找到第二终端对应的目标相册,采用目标图像的识别信息对所有目标相册中的图像分别进行识别,取出与识别信息匹配的图像作为目标图像。
例如,用户甲想要获取包含用户乙影像的图像,则首先可以预先将一张或多张包含用户乙影像的图像设置为参考图像,可以对参考图像进行人脸识别,从而获取用户乙的人脸识别信息。然后,查找出所有目标相册,采用上述用户乙的人脸识别信息对目标相册中的每张图像进行识别,从而查找出目标相册中包含用户乙影像的图像,作为目标图像。
在步骤203中,响应于检测到目标图像,控制第一终端输出获取响应信息,该获取响应信息指示第二终端中存在目标图像。
在本实施例中,当检测到目标图像后,控制第一终端输出获取响应信息,该获取响应信息指示第二终端中存在目标图像。获取响应信息可以包括以下任一项或多项:目标相册包括的目标图像的数量;目标相册包括的目标图像的目录;目标相册包括的目标图像的创建时间;以及第二终端的标识信息。
在本实施例的一种实现中,获取响应信息可以包括目标图像的目录。该方法还可以包括:检测针对上述目录的选择操作。响应于检测到选择操作,控制第二终端向第一终端发送选择操作指示的目标图像。其中,获取响应信息还可以包括上述选择操作指示的目标图像。例如,当检测到目标图像,第一终端可以在屏幕上显示目标图像的目录,以供用户选择。用户可以通过第一终端选择想要获得的目标图像。响应于检测到选择操作,控制对应的第二终端向第一终端发送用户选择的目标图像。
在本实施例的另一种实现中,该方法还可以包括:响应于检测到目标图像,控制第二终端向第一终端发送该目标图像,获取响应信息包括目标图像。在本实现中,当检测到目标图像后,可以直接控制第二终端向第一终端发送检测到目标图像,并由第一终端在屏幕上显示该目标图像。用户还可以通过第一终端将接收到的目标图像进行存储。
需要说明的是,该方法的执行主体可以是服务器,也可以是终端。如果执行主体为服务器。首先,在步骤201中,由服务器检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求。如,由第一终端向服务器发送目标获取请求,服务器实时检测第一终端的目标获取请求。该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像,该请求中可以包含目标图像的查找条件(如,目标图像的识别信息或者判别条件等),以供服务器查找目标图像。
接着,在步骤202中,响应于检测到上述目标获取请求,由服务器在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像。如,当服务器检测到上述目标获取请求后,首先确定目标相册的相册地址,例如,从第一终端获取所有联系人的账号或标识,然后确定与这些联系人的账号或标识关联的相册作为目标相册,并获取目标相册的地址。接着,服务器按照上述地址依次访问目标相册,并采用目标图像的查找条件遍历目标相册中存储的每张图像,以识别出目标图像。
最后,在步骤203中,响应于检测到目标图像,服务器控制第一终端输出获取响应信息。如,当检测到目标图像后,服务器首先确定获取响应信息,然后向第一终端发送输出命令,该输出命令中包含上述获取响应信息,以控制第一终端输出上述获取响应信息。
在本实施例的一种实现方式中,获取响应信息可以包括目标图像的目录。则该方法还可以包括:由服务器通过第一终端,检测针对上述目录的选择操作。响应于检测到选择操作,由服务器向选择操作指示的目标图像对应的第二终端发送命令,该命令控制第二终端向第一终端发送选择操作指示的目标图像。
在本实施例的另一种实现中,该方法还可以包括:响应于检测到目标图像,由服务器向目标图像对应的第二终端发送命令,该命令控制第二终端向第一终端发送该目标图像,其中,获取响应信息包括目标图像。
如果执行主体为终端。首先,在步骤201中,由第一终端检测用户针对第一终端的目标获取请求。如,当用户想要通过第一终端获取目标图像时,需要针对第一终端执行预定操作(如,通过第一终端上的客户端输出的操作界面,进行请求获取目标图像的操作等)。由第一终端实时检测用户对其的操作。
接着,在步骤202中,响应于检测到上述目标获取请求,由第一终端通过服务器,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像。如,当第一终端检测到用户获取目标图像的操作时,确定检测到上述目标获取请求。响应于检测到上述目标获取请求,由第一终端向服务器发送请求,该请求中可以包含目标图像的查找条件(如,目标图像的识别信息或者判别条件等),以供服务器查找目标图像。服务器接收到该请求后,首先确定目标相册的相册地址。然后,服务器按照上述地址依次访问目标相册,并采用目标图像的查找条件遍历目标相册中存储的每张图像,以识别出目标图像,并将查找结果反馈给第一终端。
最后,在步骤203中,响应于检测到目标图像,第一终端的控制器控制第一终端输出获取响应信息。如,当检测到目标图像后,服务器首先确定获取响应信息,然后向第一终端发送输出命令,该输出命令中包含上述获取响应信息。接收到上述命令后,第一终端在其控制器的控制下,输出上述获取响应信息。
在本实施例的一种实现方式中,获取响应信息可以包括目标图像的目录。则该方法还可以包括:由第一终端检测针用户对上述目录的选择操作。响应于检测到用户的选择 操作,由第一终端向服务器发送请求,该请求包含选择操作指示的目标图像的信息,服务器根据该请求向对应的第二终端发送命令,该命令控制第二终端向第一终端发送选择操作指示的目标图像。
在本实施例的另一种实现中,该方法还可以包括:响应于检测到目标图像,由第一终端向服务器发送图像获取请求,再经由服务器向目标图像对应的第二终端发送命令,该命令控制第二终端向第一终端发送该目标图像,其中,获取响应信息包括目标图像。
对于本实施例,应用的场景可以为,用户甲在参加同学聚会后,想要获取其他同学拍摄的包含自己的照片,则用户甲可以通过终端A(第一终端)向服务器发送目标获取请求,请求中可以包含用户甲的照片或者用户甲的人脸识别信息。服务器接收到该目标获取请求之后,首先,从终端A中获取其所有联系人(可以包括通讯录中的电话联系人,也可以包括诸如QQ或微信等客户端中的联系人等)的账号或标识。一般来说,云相册均可以与用户的多种客户端的账号或手机号关联,因此,服务器可以获取与上述联系人的账号或标识关联的相册,并获取这些相册的地址。接着,服务器可以按照上述地址依次访问相册,以识别出这些相册中包含用户甲影像的照片。假设终端B对应的相册B中存在包含用户甲影像的照片,服务器可以将相册B包括的包含用户甲影像的照片的数量、目录、创建时间以及终端B的标识信息返回给终端A,由终端A将这些信息显示出来。用户可以通过终端A输出的选择界面选择想要的照片,然后,终端A向服务器发送请求,服务器可以控制终端B将用户选择的照片发送给终端A。
本实施例并不限于上述的应用场景,还可以应用到其他场景中。本发明的上述实施例提供的获取图像的方法,通过在检测到针对第一终端的目标获取请求时,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像,并控制第一终端输出指示第二终端中存在目标图像的获取响应信息。从而在与好友分享照片时,无需手动从相册中挑选照片,减小了时间的浪费,提高了终端的使用效率。
应当注意,尽管在附图中以特定顺序描述了本发明方法的操作,但是,这并非要求或者暗示必须按照该特定顺序来执行这些操作,或是必须执行全部所示的操作才能实现期望的结果。相反,流程图中描绘的步骤可以改变执行顺序。附加地或备选地,可以省略某些步骤,将多个步骤合并为一个步骤执行,和/或将一个步骤分解为多个步骤执行。
与前述获取图像的方法实施例相对应,本发明还提供了获取图像的装置及其所应用的系统的实施例。
如图3所示,图3是本发明根据一示例性实施例示出的一种获取图像的装置框图,该装置包括:第一检测模块301,查找模块302,第一控制模块303。
其中,第一检测模块301,被配置为检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像。
查找模块302,被配置为响应于检测到该目标获取请求,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测目标图像。
第一控制模块303,被配置为响应于检测到目标图像,控制第一终端输出获取响应信息,该获取响应信息指示第二终端中存在目标图像。
如图4所示,图4是本发明根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种获取图像的装置框图,该实施例在前述图3所示实施例的基础上,查找模块302可以包括:获取子模块401和遍历子模块402。
其中,获取子模块401,被配置为获取目标图像的识别信息。
遍历子模块402,被配置为遍历第二终端对应的目标相册中的图像,获取目标图像。
在一些可选实施方式中,识别信息包括以下任意一项或多项:人脸特征信息及动物皮毛特征信息。
在另一些可选实施方式中,目标相册包括以下任意一项或多项:第二终端的本地相册以及第二终端对应的云相册。
在另一些可选实施方式中,获取响应信息包括以下任意一项或多项:目标相册包括的目标图像的数量;目标相册包括的目标图像的目录;目标相册包括的目标图像的创建时间;以及第二终端的标识信息。
如图5所示,图5是本发明根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种获取图像的装置框图,该实施例在前述图3所示实施例的基础上,该装置还可以进一步包括:第二检测模块304,第二控制模块305。
其中,第二检测模块304,被配置为检测针对目录的选择操作。
第二控制模块305,被配置为响应于检测到上述选择操作,控制第二终端向第一终端发送上述选择操作指示的目标图像。
其中,获取响应信息包括上述目录,还包括选择操作指示的目标图像。
如图6所示,图6是本发明根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种获取图像的装置框图,该实施例在前述图3所示实施例的基础上,该装置还可以进一步包括:第三控制模块306。其中,第三控制模块306,被配置为响应于检测到上述目标图像,控制第二终端向第一终端发送目标图像,该获取响应信息包括目标图像。
应当理解,上述装置可以预先设置在终端或服务器中,也可以通过下载等方式而加载到终端或服务器中。上述装置中的相应模块可以与终端或服务器中的模块相互配合以实现获取图像的方案。
对于装置实施例而言,由于其基本对应于方法实施例,所以相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本发明方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
如图7所示,图7是本发明根据一示例性实施例示出的一种获取图像的系统框图, 该装置包括:终端701和服务器702。其中,终端701包括第一终端和第二终端。
其中,第一终端,被配置为向服务器发送目标获取请求,该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像。
服务器,被配置为检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求;响应于检测到该目标获取请求,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的相册中检测目标图像;响应于检测到目标图像,向第一终端发送第一控制命令,第一控制命令指示第一终端输出获取响应信息。
第一终端,还被配置为响应于第一控制命令,输出获取响应信息,获取响应信息指示第二终端中存在上述目标图像。
相应的,本发明还提供一种获取图像的装置,该获取图像的装置包括有处理器;用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;其中,该处理器被配置为:
检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,该目标获取请求指示获取目标图像。
响应于检测到目标获取请求,在除第一终端外的第二终端对应的相册中检测目标图像。
响应于检测到目标图像,控制第一终端输出获取响应信息,获取响应信息指示第二终端中存在目标图像。
图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种获取图像的装置800的一结构示意图。例如,装置800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图8,装置800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制装置800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件802可以包括一个或多个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件806为装置800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件806可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件808包括在所述装置800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一 些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口812为处理组件802和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到装置800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测装置800或装置800一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置800接触的存在或不存在,装置800方位或加速/减速和装置800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器,微波传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于装置800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如 包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由装置800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里公开的发明后,将容易想到本发明的其它实施方案。本发明旨在涵盖本发明的任何变型、用途或者适应性变化,这些变型、用途或者适应性变化遵循本发明的一般性原理并包括本发明未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本发明的真正范围和精神由下面的权利要求指出。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种获取图像的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,所述目标获取请求指示获取目标图像;
    响应于检测到所述目标获取请求,在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测所述目标图像;
    响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第一终端输出获取响应信息,所述获取响应信息指示所述第二终端中存在所述目标图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的目标相册中检测所述目标图像,包括:
    获取所述目标图像的识别信息;
    遍历所述第二终端对应的目标相册中的图像,获取所述目标图像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别信息包括以下任意一项或多项:人脸特征信息及动物皮毛特征信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标相册包括以下任意一项或多项:所述第二终端的本地相册以及所述第二终端对应的云相册。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取响应信息包括以下任意一项或多项:
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的数量;
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的目录;
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的创建时间;以及
    所述第二终端的标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取响应信息包括所述目录;
    所述方法还包括:
    检测针对所述目录的选择操作;
    响应于检测到所述选择操作,控制所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送所述选择操作指示的目标图像;
    所述获取响应信息包括所述选择操作指示的目标图像。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送所述目标图像,所述获取响应信息包括所述目标图像。
  8. 一种获取图像的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一检测模块,被配置为检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,所述目标获取请求指示获取目标图像;
    查找模块,被配置为响应于检测到所述目标获取请求,在除所述第一终端外的第二 终端对应的目标相册中检测所述目标图像;
    第一控制模块,被配置为响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第一终端输出获取响应信息,所述获取响应信息指示所述第二终端中存在所述目标图像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查找模块包括:
    获取子模块,被配置为获取所述目标图像的识别信息;
    遍历子模块,被配置为遍历所述第二终端对应的目标相册中的图像,获取所述目标图像。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述识别信息包括以下任意一项或多项:人脸特征信息及动物皮毛特征信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标相册包括以下任意一项或多项:所述第二终端的本地相册以及所述第二终端对应的云相册。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取响应信息包括以下任意一项或多项:
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的数量;
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的目录;
    所述目标相册包括的目标图像的创建时间;以及
    所述第二终端的标识信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取响应信息包括所述目录;
    所述装置还包括:
    第二检测模块,被配置为检测针对所述目录的选择操作;
    第二控制模块,被配置为响应于检测到所述选择操作,控制所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送所述选择操作指示的目标图像;
    所述获取响应信息包括所述选择操作指示的目标图像。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三控制模块,被配置为响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送所述目标图像,所述获取响应信息包括所述目标图像。
  15. 一种获取图像的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:终端和服务器;其中,终端包括第一终端和第二终端;
    所述第一终端,被配置为向服务器发送目标获取请求,所述目标获取请求指示获取目标图像;
    所述服务器,被配置为检测针对第一终端的所述目标获取请求;响应于检测到所述目标获取请求,在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的相册中检测所述目标图像;响应于检测到所述目标图像,向所述第一终端发送第一控制命令,所述第一控制命令指示所述第一终端输出获取响应信息;
    所述第一终端,还被配置为响应于所述第一控制命令,输出获取响应信息,所述获 取响应信息指示所述第二终端中存在所述目标图像。
  16. 一种获取图像的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    检测针对第一终端的目标获取请求,所述目标获取请求指示获取目标图像;
    响应于检测到所述目标获取请求,在除所述第一终端外的第二终端对应的相册中检测所述目标图像;
    响应于检测到所述目标图像,控制所述第一终端输出获取响应信息,所述获取响应信息指示所述第二终端中存在所述目标图像。
