图像获取方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510718591.0、申请日为2015年10月29日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及互联网领域,尤其涉及一种图像获取方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网的快速发展,出现了越来越多的诸如电脑、智能电视等具有显示功能的智能设备,且这些智能设备的使用频率也越来越高,而在这些智能设备的使用过程中,常会出现精彩的画面或者其它用户希望及时存储的画面,因此,亟需一种图像获取方法。
相关技术中,以智能设备为智能电视为例,在使用智能电视时,用户只能通过相机、手机等拍摄设备手动拍摄来截取智能电视的当前画面,以获取图像。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种图像获取方法和装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种图像获取方法,所述方法包括:
检测截屏信号是否被触发;
当所述截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,所述截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使所述服务器基于所述用户账号和所述目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求;
接收所述服务器发送的截屏图像,所述截屏图像是所述目标智能设备基于所述截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
结合第一方面,在上述第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述检测截屏信号是否被触发,包括:
当基于当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
结合第一方面,在上述第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述检测指定信号是否被触发,包括:
当检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用是否处于运行状态;

截屏模块,用于基于所述截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
发送模块,用于将所述截屏图像发送给所述服务器,使所述服务器将所述截屏图像发送给所述终端。
根据本公开实施例的第四方面,提供一种图像获取装置,所述装置包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
检测截屏信号是否被触发;
当所述截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,所述截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使所述服务器基于所述用户账号和所述目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求;

根据本公开实施例的第五方面,提供一种图像获取装置,所述装置包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
接收服务器发送的截屏请求,所述截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向所述服务器发送;
基于所述截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
将所述截屏图像发送给所述服务器,使所述服务器将所述截屏图像发送给所述终端。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:在本公开实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,当截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,使服务器向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求,接收服务器发送的截屏图像,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,通过触发截屏信号,快速准确地获取目标智能设备上的图像,操作简单,并且提高了获取该图像的效率。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种图像获取系统架构图。如图1所示,该系统包括 终端、服务器和目标智能设备。该终端与服务器之间通过无线网络或者有线网络连接,服务器与该目标智能设备之间也通过无线网络或者有线网络连接。该终端用于安装智能家居应用,并通过智能家居应用与服务器之间进行通信,进而控制目标智能设备。该服务器作为终端与目标智能设备之间的通信中转设备,用于对终端与目标智能设备之间的通信进行传输。目标智能设备通过服务器接收终端发送的控制信息,从而执行对应的控制操作。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种图像获取方法的流程图,如图2所示,该图像获取方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤201中,检测截屏信号是否被触发。
在步骤202中,当该截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,该截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使该服务器基于该用户账号和该目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求。
在步骤203中,接收该服务器发送的截屏图像,该截屏图像是该目标智能设备基于该截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
在本公开实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,当截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,使服务器向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求,接收服务器发送的截屏图像,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,通过触发截屏信号,快速准确地获取目标智能设备上的图像,操作简单,提高了图像获取的效率。
在本公开的另一实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,包括:
当基于当前登录用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定该截屏信号被触发。
在本公开的另一实施例中,检测指定信号是否被触发,包括:
当检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用是否处于运行状态;
当所述智能家居应用处于运行状态时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
在本公开的另一实施例中,指定操作为摇动操作、敲击操作、指定手势操作。

图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种图像获取方法的流程图,如图3所示,该图像获取方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤301中,终端检测截屏信号是否被触发。
电脑、智能电视等这些具有显示功能的智能设备在使用的过程中,常会出现精彩的画面或者用户希望及时存储的画面。为了及时存储该画面,终端可以控制这些智能设备进行截屏,而在本公开实施例中,该终端是通过截屏信号来控制这些智能设备进行截屏,因此,该终端可以检测该截屏信号是否被触发。
其中,终端可以是智能手机等可以安装智能家居应用的终端,该终端可以运行该智能家居应用,并可以检测截屏信号是否被触发,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
另外,检测截屏信号是否被触发可以是当终端基于当前登录该用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定该截屏信号被触发。当然,检测截屏信号是否被触发还可以是当终端检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录该用户账号的智能家居应用是否处于运行状态,当该智能家居应用处于运行状态时,确定该截屏信号被触发。
需要说明的是,截屏指令用于指示目标智能设备进行图像截屏,且该截屏指令可以由用户触发,该用户可以通过预设操作触发,该预设操作可以为语音操作、点击操作、手势操作,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
另外,该指定操作可以事先设置,且该指定操作可以为摇动操作、敲击操作、指定手势操作。当然,实际应用中,该指定操作还可以为其他的操作,比如指定按键操作等,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
进一步地,当检测到指定操作,并且该智能家居应用处于非运行状态时,该终端可以显示提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户检测到指定操作并确定是否需要运行该智能家居应用,而当该终端基于该提示信息接收到运行指令时,该终端可以拉起该智能家居应用,并运行该智能家居应用,从而使该智能家居应用处于运行状态,进而确定该截屏信号被触发。而当该终端基于该提示信息接收到拒绝运行指令时,该终端确定该截屏信号未被触发。
需要说明的是,该终端显示提示信息时,可以通过显示框的形式进行显示,当然,还可以通过其他的形式进行显示,比如弹窗的形式,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
另外,该运行指令用于指示终端运行该智能家居应用,该拒绝运行指令用于指示终端不运行该智能家居应用,且该运行指令和该拒绝运行指令均可以由用户基于该提示信息并通过预设操作触发,本公开实施例同样对此不做具体限定。
比如,当该终端检测到指定操作,并确定该智能家居应用处于非运行状态时,此时,该终端获取的提示信息为“检测到指定操作,是否运行智能家居应用”,并在如图4所示的界面中显示该提示信息。如图4所示,在该提示信息的显示界面中还包括“运行”和“拒绝”按钮,该“运行”按钮用于触发运行指令,而该“拒绝”按钮用于触发拒绝运行指令。
在步骤302中,当该截屏信号被触发时,该终端向服务器发送截屏请求,该截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识。
由于可能同时存在多个具有图像显示功能的智能设备和多个终端同时使用该智能家居应用,也即是,服务器可能同时为多个智能设备和多个终端提供服务,因此,为了使不同的终端能够控制各自对应的目标智能设备,提高终端获取图像的成功率,当该截屏信号被触发时,该终端可以获取当前在自身安装的智能家居应用中登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,向服务器发送截屏请求,该截屏请求中可以携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,以通过当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,来区分不同的终端和该终端需控制的目标智能设备。
其中,该终端获取目标智能设备标识的操作可以为:当该终端接收到显示指令时,该终端向服务器发送标识获取请求,该标识获取请求携带当前登录的用户账号,当服务器接收到该标识获取请求时,该服务器基于该用户账号,从存储的用户账号与智能设备标识之间的对 应关系中,获取对应的多个智能设备标识,并将该多个智能设备标识发送给该终端;当该终端接收到该多个智能设备标识时,显示该多个智能设备标识;当该终端接收到该多个智能设备标识中指定智能设备标识的选择指令时,该终端将该指定智能设备标识确定为目标智能设备标识。
需要说明的是,该终端显示该多个智能设备标识时,可以通过列表的形式来显示,当然,还可以通过其他的方式来显示,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。而当该终端通过列表的形式来显示该多个智能设备标识时,该服务器可以基于该多个智能设备标识生成列表,并发送给该终端进行显示;当然,该服务器还可以直接将该多个智能设备标识发送给该终端,使该终端基于该多个智能设备标识生成列表并进行显示,本公开实施例同样对此不做具体限定。
另外,该多个智能设备标识中的指定智能设备标识可以为一个,也可以为多个,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。再者,该指定智能设备标识的选择指令用于从该多个智能设备标识中选择指定智能设备标识,且该选择指令可以由用户触发,该用户可以通过预设操作触发,本公开实施例同样对此不做具体限定。
进一步地,在该终端向服务器发送标识获取请求之前,该终端可以将该用户账号与多个智能设备进行绑定,从而在服务器中存储用户账号与智能设备标识之间的对应关系。其中,该终端将该用户账号与多个智能设备进行绑定的操作可以参考相关技术,本公开实施例对此不做详细阐述。
需要说明的是,该终端中当前登录的用户账号用于登录该智能家居应用,且该用户账号是用户事先从服务器中进行注册得到,该服务器为该智能家居应用对应的服务器。且该用户账号可以是文字、数字、字母、标点符号,或者是文字、数字、字母、标点符号的结合,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
另外,目标智能设备标识为目标智能设备的标识,且目标智能设备标识用于唯一标识目标智能设备,该目标智能设备可以是智能电视、电脑、智能手机等具有图像显示功能的智能设备,目标智能设备标识可以是目标智能设备的名称、目标智能设备的出厂序列号等等,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
例如,当该终端接收到显示指令时,该终端向服务器发送标识获取请求,该标识获取请求携带当前登录的用户账号,当服务器接收到该标识获取请求时,假如,该用户账号为12354252,该服务器基于该用户账号,从如下表1所示的用户账号与智能设备标识之间的对应关系中,获取对应的多个智能设备标识分别为标识1、标识2、标识3,之后,该服务器将该多个智能设备标识发送给该终端;当该终端接收到该多个智能设备标识时,在如图5所示界面中显示该多个智能设备标识;当该终端接收到该多个智能设备标识中标识2的选择指令时,该终端将标识2确定为目标智能设备标识。

需要说明的是,本公开实施例仅以上述表1所示的用户账号和智能设备标识之间的对应关系为例进行说明,上述表1并不对本公开实施例构成限定。
在步骤303中,当服务器接收到该截屏请求时,该服务器基于该用户账号和该目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求。
为了使目标智能设备能够响应该终端的截屏请求,将截屏图像发送给该终端,当服务器接收到该截屏请求时,该服务器可以基于该用户账号和该目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求。
在步骤304中,当目标智能设备接收到该截屏请求时,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,并将该截屏图像发送给该服务器。
在本公开实施例中,当该目标智能设备接收到该截屏请求时,该目标智能设备可以直接对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,并将该截屏图像发送给该服务器。
而为了验证该截屏请求发送的准确性,该目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏之前,该目标智能设备还可以获取自身的标识,并将获取的标识与该截屏请求中携带的目标智能设备标识进行比较,如果两者相同,则确定该截屏请求发送准确,并对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,并将该截屏图像发送给该服务器。如果两者不同,则确定该截屏请求发送错误,不对当前显示的画面进行截屏。
进一步地,当目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像之后,该目标智能设备还可以获取截屏图像的截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等用于说明截屏图像属性的信息,之后,当目标智能设备将该截屏图像发送给该服务器时,还可以将截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等信息发送给该服务器,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
其中,目标智能设备获取的截屏时间可以用于验证该截屏图像的新鲜性,即当目标智能设备与服务器之间的网络出现故障且在当前请求截屏之前进行截屏的图像还未发送给服务器时,服务器可以基于当前进行的截屏图像的截屏时间,来确定该截屏图像是否为最新进行截屏的图像,进而保证该截屏图像的新鲜性。另外,当终端的显示分辨率与目标智能设备的显示分辨率不同时,将截屏图像的图像分辨率和图像格式发送给终端,可以辅助终端调整自身的显示分辨率,从而显示最清晰的截屏图像。
在步骤305中,当该服务器接收到目标智能设备发送的截屏图像时,该服务器基于该用户账号,将该截屏图像发送给该终端。
由于该截屏图像可能在发送、接收或者存储的过程中丢失或毁坏,并且该目标智能设备当前显示的画面也可能只出现一次,因此,为了提高该截屏图像的安全性,避免用户误操作而删除终端中的截屏图像,以致于后续无法再获取到该截屏图像,当该服务器接收到目标智能设备发送的截屏图像时,该服务器还可以将该用户账号和该截屏图像,存储在用户账号与截屏图像之间的对应关系中,从而在终端后续误删除该截屏图像时,还可以向服务器发送第一重新获取请求,第一重新获取请求中携带该用户账号,从而在服务器接收到第一重新获取请求时,基于该用户账号,从存储的用户账号与截屏图像之间的对应关系中,获取对应的截屏图像,并发送给该终端。
进一步地,由于服务器存储的用户账号与截屏图像之间的对应关系中的截屏图像是所有智能设备进行截屏的图像,因此,在服务器将获取的截屏图像发送给该终端时,可能会浪费一些网络资源且无法区分发送的截屏图像是哪些智能设备进行截屏得到的,因此,为了节省网络资源,以及区分每个目标智能设备进行截屏的图像,当该服务器接收到目标智能设备发送的截屏图像时,该服务器还可以将该用户账号、该目标智能设备标识和截屏图像,存储在用户账号、智能设备标识和截屏图像之间的对应关系中,从而在终端后续误删除该截屏图像时,还可以向服务器发送第二重新获取请求,第二重新获取请求中携带该用户账号和目标智能设备标识,从而在服务器接收到第二重新获取请求时,基于该用户账号和目标智能设备标识,从存储的用户账号、智能设备标识与截屏图像之间的对应关系中,获取对应的截屏图像,并发送给该终端。
例如,当服务器接收到截屏图像,且该截屏图像为图像2时,该服务器可以将该用户账号12354252、图像1和标识2,存储在如下表2所示的用户账号、目标智能设备与截屏图像之间的对应关系中。

需要说明的是,本公开实施例仅以上述表2所示的用户账号、智能设备标识和截屏图像的对应关系为例进行说明,上述表2并不对本公开实施例构成限定。
在步骤306中,终端接收该服务器发送的截屏图像。
其中,当终端接收到该服务器发送的该截屏图像时,可以存储该截屏图像。
进一步地,终端在存储该截屏图像时,可以选择该截屏图像的存储格式,还可以对该截 屏图像进行裁剪、拉伸、旋转,或者是调节亮度、对比度等编辑操作,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
在本公开实施例中,终端可以运行智能家居应用,通过登录该智能家居应用,将用户账号和智能设备绑定,并在服务器中存储用户账号和智能设备标识对应关系,当检测截屏信号是否被触发,当截屏信号被触发时,该终端向服务器发送该截屏请求,服务器将该截屏请求发送给目标智能设备,该目标智能设备接收该截屏请求,截取当前显示的画面图像发送给服务器,服务器将该截屏图像发送给该终端,从而在目标智能设备出现需要及时存储的画面时,终端可以快速准确地获取目标智能设备上的图像,操作简单,提高了图像获取的效率。另外,服务器将该截屏图像进行存储,如果该截屏图像在发送、接收、存储的过程中丢失或毁坏,终端还可以基于该用户账号,从服务器重新获取该截屏图像,提高了获取该截屏图像的效率。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的第一种图像获取装置的框图,如图6所示,该装置包括检测模块601,发送模块602和接收模块603。
检测模块601,用于检测截屏信号是否被触发;
发送模块602,用于当该截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,该截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使该服务器基于所述用户账号和该目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求;
接收模块603,用于接收该服务器发送的截屏图像,该截屏图像是该目标智能设备基于该截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
在本公开的另一实施例中,该检测模块601包括第一确定单元6011。

在本公开实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,当截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,使服务器向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求,接收服务器发送的截屏图像,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,通过触发截屏信号,快速准确地获取目标智能设备上的图像,操作简单,并且提高了获取该图像的效率。

图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的第二种图像获取装置的框图,如图8所示,该装置包 括接收模块801,截屏模块802和发送模块803。
接收模块801,用于接收服务器发送的截屏请求,该截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向该服务器发送;
截屏模块802,用于基于该截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
发送模块803,用于将该截屏图像发送给该服务器,使该服务器将该截屏图像发送给该终端。
在本公开的另一实施例中,该目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏之前,该目标智能设备还可以获取自身的标识,并将获取的标识与该截屏请求中携带的目标智能设备标识进行比较,如果两者相同,则确定该截屏请求发送准确,并对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,并将该截屏图像发送给该服务器。如果两者不同,则确定该截屏请求发送错误,不对当前显示的画面进行截屏。
在本公开的另一实施例中,当目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像之后,该目标智能设备还可以获取截屏图像的截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等用于说明截屏图像属性的信息,之后,当目标智能设备将该截屏图像发送给该服务器时,还可以将截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等信息发送给该服务器,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
在本公开的另一项实施例中,该目标智能设备可以是智能电视,电脑等具有显示功能的智能设备,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
在本公开实施例中,该目标智能设备接收服务器发送的截屏请求,该截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向该服务器发送,基于该截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,该截屏图像发送给该服务器,使该服务器将该截屏图像发送给该终端,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,快速准确地获取当前显示的画面,操作简单,并且提高了获取该图像的效率。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的第三种图像获取装置900的框图。如图9所示,装置900可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件902,存储器904,电源组件906,多媒体组件908,音频组件910,输入/输出(I/O)的接口912,传感器组件914,以及通信组件916。
处理组件902通常控制装置900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件902可以包括一个或多个处理器920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件902可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件908和处理组件902之间的交互。
存储器904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器904可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实 现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件906为装置900的各种组件提供电力。电力组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在所述装置900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件914可以检测到设备900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件914还可以检测装置900或装置900一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置900接触的存在或不存在,装置900方位或加速/减速和装置900的温度变化。传感器组件914可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于装置900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、 控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由装置900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由目标设备的处理器执行时,使得目标设备能够执行一种图像获取方法,所述方法包括:
检测截屏信号是否被触发;
当该截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,该截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使该服务器基于该用户账号和该目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求;
接收该服务器发送的截屏图像,该截屏图像是该目标智能设备基于该截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
在本公开的另一实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,包括:
当基于当前登录用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定该截屏信号被触发。
在本公开的另一实施例中,检测指定信号是否被触发,包括:
当检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录该用户账号的智能家居应用是否处于运行状态;
当所述智能家居应用处于运行状态时,确定该截屏信号被触发。
在本公开的另一实施例中,指定操作为摇动操作、敲击操作、指定手势操作。
在本公开实施例中,检测截屏信号是否被触发,当截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,使服务器向目标智能设备发送该截屏请求,接收服务器发送的截屏图像,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,通过触发截屏信号,快速准确地获取目标智能设备上的图像,操作简单,提高了获取该图像的效率。
图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的第四种图像获取装置1000的框图。如图10所示,装置1000可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1002,存储器1004,电源组件1006,多媒体组件1008,音频组件1010,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1012,传感器组件1014,以及通信组件1016。
处理组件1002通常控制装置1000的整体操作,诸如与显示,数据通信,记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件1002可以包括一个或多个处理器1020来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1002可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1002和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1002可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1008和处理组件1002之间的交互。
存储器1004被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备1000的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1000上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1004可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存 储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件1006为装置1000的各种组件提供电力。电力组件1006可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1000生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1008包括在所述装置1000和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1008包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1000处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1010被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1010包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1000处于操作模式,如记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1004或经由通信组件1016发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1010还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1012为处理组件1002和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1014包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1000提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1014可以检测到设备1000的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1000的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1014还可以检测装置1000或装置1000一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1000接触的存在或不存在,装置1000方位或加速/减速和装置1000的温度变化。传感器组件1014可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1014还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1014还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1016被配置为便于装置1000和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1000可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件1016经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件1016还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1000可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1004,上述指令可由装置1000的处理器1020执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由目标设备的处理器执行时,使得目标设备能够执行一种图像获取方法,所述方法包括:
接收服务器发送的截屏请求,该截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向该服务器发送;
基于该截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
将该截屏图像发送给该服务器,使该服务器将该截屏图像发送给该终端。
在本公开的另一实施例中,该目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏之前,该目标智能设备还可以获取自身的标识,并将获取的标识与该截屏请求中携带的目标智能设备标识进行比较,如果两者相同,则确定该截屏请求发送准确,并对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,并将该截屏图像发送给该服务器。如果两者不同,则确定该截屏请求发送错误,不对当前显示的画面进行截屏。
在本公开的另一实施例中,当目标智能设备对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像之后,该目标智能设备还可以获取截屏图像的截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等用于说明截屏图像属性的信息,之后,当目标智能设备将该截屏图像发送给该服务器时,还可以将截屏时间、图像分辨率、图像格式等信息发送给该服务器,本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
在本公开实施例中,该目标智能设备接收服务器发送的截屏请求,该截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向该服务器发送,基于该截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像,该截屏图像发送给该服务器,使该服务器将该截屏图像发送给该终端,如此,能够使用户在发现目标智能设备上出现希望获取的图像时,快速准确地获取当前显示的画面,操作简单,并且提高了获取该图像的效率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种图像获取方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测截屏信号是否被触发;
    当所述截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,所述截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使所述服务器基于所述用户账号和所述目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求;
    接收所述服务器发送的截屏图像,所述截屏图像是所述目标智能设备基于所述截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测截屏信号是否被触发,包括:
    当基于当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测指定信号是否被触发,包括:
    当检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用是否处于运行状态;
    当所述智能家居应用处于运行状态时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定操作为摇动操作、敲击操作、指定手势操作。
  5. 一种图像获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    检测模块,用于检测截屏信号是否被触发;
    发送模块,用于当所述截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,所述截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使所述服务器基于所述用户账号和所述目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的截屏图像,所述截屏图像是所述目标智能设备基于所述截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    第一确定单元,用于当基于当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用接收到截屏指令时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    判断单元,用于当检测到指定操作时,判断当前登录所述用户账号的智能家居应用是否 处于运行状态;
    第二确定单元,用于当所述智能家居应用处于运行状态时,确定所述截屏信号被触发。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指定操作为摇动操作、敲击操作、指定手势操作。
  9. 一种图像获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的截屏请求,所述截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向所述服务器发送;
    截屏模块,用于基于所述截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
    发送模块,用于将所述截屏图像发送给所述服务器,使所述服务器将所述截屏图像发送给所述终端。
  10. 一种图像获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    检测截屏信号是否被触发;
    当所述截屏信号被触发时,向服务器发送截屏请求,所述截屏请求中携带当前登录的用户账号和目标智能设备标识,使所述服务器基于所述用户账号和所述目标智能设备标识,向目标智能设备发送所述截屏请求;
    接收所述服务器发送的截屏图像,所述截屏图像是所述目标智能设备基于所述截屏请求对当前显示的画面进行截屏得到。
  11. 一种图像获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收服务器发送的截屏请求,所述截屏请求为终端检测到截屏信号被触发时向所述服务器发送;
    基于所述截屏请求,对当前显示的画面进行截屏,得到截屏图像;
    将所述截屏图像发送给所述服务器,使所述服务器将所述截屏图像发送给所述终端。
