Claims (38)

1. Способ получения изображений, отличающийся тем, что содержит следующие этапы:
определяют подачу сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана;
отправляют запрос серверу на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, если подан сигнал на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, при этом запрос на выполнение моментального снимка экрана содержит информацию об учетной записи пользователя, используемой для входа в текущий момент времени, и идентификационную информацию целевого интеллектуального устройства, чтобы обеспечить возможность отправки запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана с сервера в целевое интеллектуальное устройство на основании учетной записи пользователя и идентификационной информации целевого интеллектуального устройства; и
принимают изображение моментального снимка экрана, отправленное с сервера и полученное с использованием целевого интеллектуального устройства, для выполнения моментального снимка изображения, воспроизводимого на экране в текущий момент времени, на основании запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что процедура определения подачи сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана содержит следующий этап:
определяют, что подан сигнал на моментальный снимок экрана, когда интеллектуальное приложение для дома, запущенное в текущий момент времени под учетной записью пользователя, принимает команду на моментальный снимок экрана.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что процедура определения подачи сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана содержит следующие этапы:
устанавливают, что интеллектуальное приложение для дома, запущенное в текущий момент времени под учетной записью пользователя, находится в состоянии выполнения, когда определяется указанная операция; и

5. Устройство получения изображений, отличающееся тем, что содержит:
модуль обнаружения, предназначенный для определения подачи сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана;
передающий модуль, предназначенный для отправки запроса серверу на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, если подан сигнал на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, при этом запрос на выполнение моментального снимка экрана содержит информацию об учетной записи пользователя, используемой для входа в текущий момент времени, и идентификационную информацию целевого интеллектуального устройства, чтобы обеспечить возможность отправки запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана с сервера в целевое интеллектуальное устройство на основании учетной записи пользователя и идентификационной информации целевого интеллектуального устройства; и
приемный модуль, предназначенный для приема изображения моментального снимка экрана, отправленного с сервера и полученного с использованием целевого интеллектуального устройства, для выполнения моментального снимка изображения, воспроизводимого на экране в текущий момент времени, на основании запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана.
6. Устройство по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что модуль обнаружения содержит:
первый определяющий блок, предназначенный для определения, что подан сигнал на моментальный снимок экрана, когда интеллектуальное приложение для дома, запущенное в текущий момент времени под учетной записью пользователя, принимает команду на моментальный снимок экрана.
7. Устройство по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что модуль обнаружения содержит:
оценивающий блок, предназначенный для установления, что интеллектуальное приложение для дома, запущенное в текущий момент времени под учетной записью пользователя, находится в состоянии выполнения, когда определяется указанная операция; и
второй определяющий блок, предназначенный для определения, что подан сигнал на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, когда интеллектуальное приложение для дома находится в состоянии выполнения.
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что указанная операция может представлять собой встряхивание, стук или специальный жест.
9. Устройство получения изображений, отличающееся тем, что содержит:
приемный модуль, предназначенный для приема запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, отправленного с сервера, причем запрос на выполнение моментального снимка экрана был отправлен на сервер с терминала, когда терминал определил подачу сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана;
модуль моментального снимка экрана, предназначенный для выполнения моментального снимка изображения, воспроизводимого на экране в текущий момент времени, на основании запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана для получения изображения моментального снимка экрана; и
передающий модуль, предназначенный для отправки изображения моментального снимка экрана на сервер, чтобы обеспечить возможность отправки изображения моментального снимка экрана с сервера в терминал.
10. Устройство получения изображений, отличающееся тем, что содержит:
процессор и
память, предназначенную для запоминания команд, исполняемых процессором,
причем процессор сконфигурирован с возможностью:
определения подачи сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана;
отправки запроса серверу на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, если подан сигнал на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, при этом запрос на выполнение моментального снимка экрана содержит информацию об учетной записи пользователя, используемой для входа в текущий момент времени, и идентификационную информацию целевого интеллектуального устройства, чтобы обеспечить возможность отправки запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана с сервера в целевое интеллектуальное устройство на основании учетной записи пользователя и идентификационной информации целевого интеллектуального устройства; и
приема изображения моментального снимка экрана, отправленного с сервера и полученного с использованием целевого интеллектуального устройства, для выполнения моментального снимка изображения, воспроизводимого на экране в текущий момент времени, на основании запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана.
11. Устройство получения изображений, отличающееся тем, что содержит:
процессор и
память, предназначенную для запоминания команд, исполняемых процессором,
причем процессор сконфигурирован с возможностью:
приема запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана, отправленного с сервера, причем запрос на выполнение моментального снимка экрана был отправлен на сервер с терминала, когда терминал определил подачу сигнала на выполнение моментального снимка экрана;
выполнения моментального снимка изображения, воспроизводимого на экране в текущий момент времени, на основании запроса на выполнение моментального снимка экрана для получения изображения моментального снимка экрана; и
