即时通讯的方法和装置
本申请基于申请号为201410727826.8、申请日为2014年12月03日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种即时通讯的方法和装置。
背景技术
在聊天软件中,群是一个多人聊天交流的工具,群主在创建群以后,可以邀请朋友或者有共同兴趣爱好的人到一个群里面聊天。群内的一个成员在群里发送的消息,该群的所有其他成员都能收到,多人聊天极为方便快捷。但是,随着聊天软件的普及,群的不断壮大,已经产生了这样一个需求,一个成员在群里发送一条消息,却不希望所有成员都收到,而是仅仅希望一部分成员能够收到。
针对上述需求,目前常见的处理方法是创建一个新的群或者在当前群中创建一个新的话题,将希望沟通的这部分成员拉进新群或新话题中来,实现与该部分成员的群聊。但是,该方法需要新建一个群或者新建一个话题,并且将需要沟通的成员逐一拉进来,操作比较繁琐、复杂,而且,创建的新群如果以后不再使用,则会变成冗余群,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供了一种即时通讯的方法和装置,以降低在群内与部分成员进行即时通讯时的操作复杂度,避免资源浪费。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种即时通讯的方法,包括:
当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送新消息提示信息,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
接收所述群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,所述阅读请求为所述群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的;
根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。
可选的,所述根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息,包括:
根据本地选择确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;
在确认允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,将所述新消息发送给所述群成员的终端;
在确认不允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,发送拒绝消息给所述群成员的终端。
可选的,所述根据本地选择确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息,包括:
询问所述用户是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;或者,查找预设的白名单或黑名单确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。

接收所述群内第二群成员的终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,转发所述阅读请求给所述第一群成员的终端;
接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认是否允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的消息并转发给所述第二群成员的终端。
可选的,所述接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认是否允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的消息并转发给所述第二群成员的终端,包括:
接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的所述新消息,并将所述新消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端;或者,
接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认不允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的拒绝消息,并将所述拒绝消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端。

消息提示模块,用于当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送新消息提示信息,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
阅读请求接收模块,用于接收所述群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,所述阅读请求为所述群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的;
确认模块,用于根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。
可选的,所述确认模块包括:
确认子模块,用于根据本地选择确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;
第一发送子模块,用于在所述确认子模块确认允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,将所述新消息发送给所述群成员的终端;
第二发送子模块,用于在所述确认子模块确认不允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,发送拒绝消息给所述群成员的终端。
可选的,所述确认子模块用于:

本公开实施例涉及即时通讯的方法和装置,主要应用于群聊的场景。该场景可以为图1所示的架构。其中,该架构包括服务器和多个终端,图中以4个终端为例进行说明。所述终端1至终端4分别为:计算机、便携式电脑、手机和平板电脑,本公开中的终端可以为任何一种类型的终端,对此不作限定。所述终端和服务器中均安装有即时通讯软件,可以通过该即时通讯软件进行即时通讯。图1中的四个终端的用户位于同一个群中,其中任一个用户都可以发起群聊与其它用户进行通信。本公开实施例通过所述即时通讯的方法和装置来实现与群内部分成员进行即时通讯,下面进行详细说明。
图2是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种即时通讯的方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤S21中,当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送新消息提示信息,该新消息提示信息用于向该群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的消息。
其中,所述新消息提示信息的呈现形式可以有多种,如在群聊界面上显示一个图标、 按钮或者链接等等,本实施例对此不做具体限定。用户可以点击该新消息提示信息,从而触发发送阅读请求。值得一提的是,该新消息提示信息中并不包含消息的实体内容,且该新消息提示信息可以被群内除所述用户外的所有成员收到。
在步骤S22中,接收该群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读该新消息的阅读请求,该阅读请求为该群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的该新消息提示信息发起的。
在步骤S23中,根据预定规则针对该阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许该群成员的终端展现该新消息。
其中,所述新消息为本地的所述用户将要发送的消息,包括消息的实体内容,且该用户不希望群内所有成员都收到该消息,因此,通过阅读请求并确认的方式来选择性地允许部分群成员收到该消息。
本实施例中,可选的,所述根据预定规则针对该阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许该群成员的终端展现该新消息,可以包括:

    接收所述群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,所述阅读请求为所述群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的;
    根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息,包括:
    根据本地选择确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;
    在确认允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,将所述新消息发送给所述群成员的终端;
    在确认不允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,发送拒绝消息给所述群成员的终端。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认是否允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的消息并转发给所述第二群成员的终端,包括:
    接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的所述新消息,并将所述新消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端;或者,
    接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认不允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的拒绝消息,并将所述拒绝消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收群内第一群成员的终端发送的新消息提示信息,将所述新消息提示信息转发至群内,包括:
    接收所述群内第一群成员的终端发送的预设格式的控制消息,将所述控制消息作为新消息提示信息发送至所述群内除所述第一群成员以外的每一个群成员当前的群聊界面上。
  8. 一种即时通讯的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    消息提示模块,用于当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送新消息提示信息,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
    阅读请求接收模块,用于接收所述群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,所述阅读请求为所述群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的;
    确认模块,用于根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确认模块包括:
    确认子模块,用于根据本地选择确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;
    第一发送子模块,用于在所述确认子模块确认允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,将所述新消息发送给所述群成员的终端;
    第二发送子模块,用于在所述确认子模块确认不允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息时,发送拒绝消息给所述群成员的终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确认子模块用于:
    询问所述用户是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息;或者,查找预设的白名单或黑名单确认是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所述新消息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述消息提示模块包括:
    消息提示子模块,用于当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送一条预设格式的控制 消息,所述控制消息用于指示服务器发送新消息提示至所述群内除本地群成员外的每一个群成员当前的群聊界面上,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息。
  12. 一种即时通讯的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    消息提示模块,用于接收群内第一群成员的终端发送的新消息提示信息,将所述新消息提示信息转发至群内,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
    阅读请求转发模块,用于接收所述群内第二群成员的终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,转发所述阅读请求给所述第一群成员的终端;
    消息转发模块,用于接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认是否允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的消息并转发给所述第二群成员的终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述消息转发模块包括:
    第一转发子模块,用于接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的所述新消息,并将所述新消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端;或者,
    第二转发子模块,用于接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认不允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的拒绝消息,并将所述拒绝消息转发给所述第二群成员的终端。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述消息提示模块包括:
    消息提示子模块,用于接收所述群内第一群成员的终端发送的预设格式的控制消息,将所述控制消息作为新消息提示发送至所述群内除所述第一群成员以外的每一个群成员当前的群聊界面上,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息。
  15. 一种即时通讯的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    当用户在群内发送新消息时,在群内发送新消息提示信息,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
    接收所述群内任一群成员的终端发送的用于请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,所述阅读请求为所述群成员通过其终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的;
    根据预定规则针对所述阅读请求进行选择,以确定是否允许所述群成员的终端展现所 述新消息。
  16. 一种即时通讯的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收群内第一群成员的终端发送的新消息提示信息,将所述新消息提示信息转发至群内,所述新消息提示信息用于向所述群内的所有群成员提示所述群内存在未读的新消息;
    接收所述群内第二群成员的终端根据群聊界面上的所述新消息提示信息发起的请求阅读所述新消息的阅读请求,转发所述阅读请求给所述第一群成员的终端;
    接收所述第一群成员的终端在确认是否允许所述第二群成员的终端展现所述新消息后发来的消息并转发给所述第二群成员的终端。
